[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — money not received but deduct the balance

ATM — atm cash not received but deducted from my account

i swaped my state bank of patiala card in the atm of SBI bank jamalpur (Ludhiana) to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 i received that amount but from account two times 10, 000 is deducted.so, please tell me how can i get that amount back.

SBI ATM Center — Erroneous Debit of Money

Sir, i the following is submitted herewith for your necessary action please.

1. I approached SBI ATM centre on 06 Apr 09 to withdraw money.
2. After completing all the correct of withdrawing money for drawing of Rs. 10, 000 and 5, 000/- concurrently, it was shown that unable to process for twice.
3. Finally when i checked my balance, it had been debited with the said Rs.15, 000/-.
4. Since i am staying in a remote location about 15 kms from Lonavla and 80 kms from pune, and being in defence service, i am unable to approach the bank. I was convinced through one of my friend who had approached the branch of Berhampur, Orissa that the amount should be refunded within 24 hrs. However, till to date i am unable to withdraw the amount.
Please do the needful action as early as possible to avoid financial hardship.

sir, i am having icici bank account, i went to sbi bank atm, at chintadripet near egmore and try to withdraw cash at that atm, i pressed for rs.500/-amount, but the amount not came and it showned me transaction was declined,

the same evening when i gone to icici atm to check the balance, i found that Rs.500/- has been
withdrawned from sbi atm on 3rd april at 11.30, i was very shocked,

the next morning i went to nearest sbi branch, they said, you have to go to alwarpet branch, that branch is incharge of that particular atm, i hurrily went to that branch and they said you have to register complaint with
icici bank only, through bank only we transcate,

i called up icici bank and they registered complaint no.[protected],
they said that you will get notice within seven days,

sir, more than 12 days passed but no reply from the bank,

this is very irresponsibility by statebank authorities, all their atms should be sealed,

I am also experiencing such an issue . I had tried to make a withdrwal of 10k Rs from SBI Bank. The same was deducted with from my account but no transaction actually took place.

Currently ICICI Bank is following up on it but they have asked to wait for 20 days.

SBI — cash not received but balance deducted

I carried out the process for withdrawing cash of Rs.2000 at Railway station, Gurgaon from my icici bank account no.[protected], the message was displayed on screen "Your transaction is being processed" I waited over there for 10-15mins then system got shut down but I didn't receive any cash. Time of transaction was approx. 06.57 am morning on 25/04/09.

State Bank of India — reimburse my lost money in my account

I am Anuj Singh Katiyar. I have opened my saving account (A/C- [protected]) in your branch in April,
05 and since then I am operating my account on regular basis.
Last week on Saturday, 14 2009 I have operated my account via ATM at Bhopal city (in Akabarpur ATM
machine) then I have tried to withdraw some amount but machine was unable to do transaction (it was showing
timeout for two times) but before this event I have received account mini-statement in which proper amount (balance
Rs. 8141/) was showing to do withdrawal. Then after I went to another ATM machine (in Bhoj University, Kolar road,
Bhopal) then I did withdraw amount 2000/ Rs. and received receipt from ATM machine (in that 6141/ Rs. was
available). After this I have not access my account at any time but when I have accessed my account on your
onlinesbi it was showing that on same date another 2000/ Rs. Is also gone out via ATM but that day I have not
access it again since I had done it for once. Then after I have received account mini-statement on March 17, 2009
(from Nehru nagar ATM machine, Bhopal) and in that same thing was showing as I have mentioned above.
Kindly rectify this problem which has happened with my account transaction and reimburse my lost money in
my account since I have operated it only once in during mentioned period of time.

Allahabad Bank — Money deucted from SB A/c

With due respect, it is being brought to your kind notice that on date 05-04-09 at 8 pm, I was taking out Rs 2000=00 ( two thousand only )
from ATM located at KAKADEO, Kanpur. Unfortunately the amount could not be delivered by the machine and no slip was out.
This I have informed to the respective care taker, he was telling this is happening with so many people as all the ATM's are having problem.

But surprise to see that the amount was debited my SB a/c.

The application for the regularization was given to the concerned branch on 08-05-09, but till date no action has so far been taken.

I need your help in this regard, I found yr main address from site and putting forward my case. Kindy extend your support and guide me for further action.

dear sir,
i mrs sharmila jitendra chavan having saving a/c o[censored]r vikroli branch but i live in kalyan and there the sbi atm is too far from my house so i used idbi atm in that i inserted sbi card i put the pincode and entered the amount but nor receipt came from that machine nor cash.the watchman of that atm said that there it network problem so then i went to indian overseas bank there also no cash came but receipt came that high amount contact ur branch. but the amount was only rs 2000 .then i directly by auto went to sbi atm and in that in the mini sheet i came to know that 2000rs have been deducted.so i called customer care they told to wait for 24hrs. my a/c no is :[protected]. till date i have not received my cash and this incident was happened on 6th june 09.please try to sort out my problem as early as possible.

Punjab National Bank — Credit of wrongly Deducted Amount

Dear Sir/mam,
Through my debit i amount of rs 490*5 was wrongly debited from my PNB bank account no-[protected]. from irctc.com . but according to irctc.com they have credited the same wrongly debited amount to my acount but yet now i had not recieved any such amount which is creating a problem for me and also i had canceeled a e-ticket for that irctc.com had refunded me a amount of rs 464/- that is also not yet credit to my account.i have complained for the same to my bank custoner care but no fruitful responce for that ..i had complained to irctc.com also but they are saying that you contact to your banker which is creating problem for me..so it is my kind request to you please do the needful for same.hoping for your kind co-operatrion.

Dear Team,

I was trying to withdraw an amount of Rs 1500.00 from ICICI ATM using my SBI card.

I had wrote a complaint to SBI branch lalbaug on 7th july 2009.15 days passed i had not recieved any reply or nor the amount is credited into my account.

I am having SBI saving account in your branch from last 4 years. My
SBI a/c no is [protected].

My house is in ACES layout Whitefield. Bank of India ATM in AECS
layout is quite near to my house.

Today’s morning at 11 AM I went to above ATM in order to withdraw
1600/- Rupees cash using my above SBI ATM card.I was shock to see that
after using my SBI ATM card correctly I could not receive any money
from ATM money dispenser but the above money was debited from my
account.I am not getting any corporation from Bank of India even
though there branch was next to above ATM .They are telling me contact
SBI.


I have already submitted complain hardy copy along with ATM receipt to
PRO SBI ITPLbranch on 25.07.2009 at 12.30 PM today.Kindly do the
needful and also credits the amount of 1, 600/- back to my saving
account.

State Bank of India — deduction in my bank balance

i have transact rs 2000/- on 6/06/2009 from ATM (punjab national bank, bhangala ) atm is out money so i didint receve money . i check the balance and find rs.2000/- less in my account .atm out's a giveing information like enable to dispance. i contact the head branch belapur, they said that you will get your money in 24 hours ...i have also complaint in my hoshiapur state bank in written but after three month i do not receive my money...
so plz sir do something for me...

MY father in law has transfered Rs.14000/- in my account(A/C no. [protected]) from Alipore Branch of SBI kolkata. As both of the bank is in the city and hardly a 10 km dist away then why SBI is charging Intercity Charges. As the term itself denoting that the charge, if taken, for transfering fund outside the city.
But while transfering the fund through online third party transfer they are not charging.
As I am a Software Professional and work in reputed company, I know they are doing the same in the branch.
Only the difference is that a person is taking the money and entering in the software they are using, which is their job to do and for that they are there.

Then what is the facilty to have CBS A/c.

By this SBI, the largest bank of India, is just simply cheating their customers.

This is disgusting!!! and I totaly disagree with this type charges that SBI is imposing on their customers.I am going to close all my SBI A/Cs.

SBI Bank — false deduction of money from ATM card of SBI

Dear Sir,

I am Sandeep Kumar, the Saving Bank Account holder in your branch, I want to say that I went to HDFC Bank’s ATM located at Krishna Nagar, Delhi to withdrawal an amount of Rs. 1, 500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) on 10.08.2009 between 7.20 pm to 7.35 pm, but I could not receive the receipt from the said ATM, then I thought there was some technical error in that ATM.

Again, I went to Axis Bank’s ATM located at Modinagar (Ghaziabad) on 11.08.2009 around 9.05 pm to 9.20 pm, and tried to withdraw the sum of Rs. 400/- but the same problem with this ATM as well. But I am surprised that my account was debited by Rs. 1500/-. Although, I had the balance into my account of Rs. 19, 870/-. After all, I took a mini statement from SBI’s ATM, but it showed me the deducted balance i.e. Rs. 16, 010. I am giving my SB Account details as under:
