[Resolved]  State Bank of India ATM — money not received but deduct the balance

STATE BANK /AXIS BANK — DEDUCTING AMOUNT WITHOUT WITHDRAWAL

I VISITED FOUR ATM'S OF STATE BANK. I COULD NOT WITHDRAW MONEY GETTING THE MESSAGE UNABLE TO DISPENSE CASH. AFTER FRUSTRATION I WENT TO AXIS BANK AND THERE I GOT THE MESSAGE HOST OFFLINE AND TRANSACTION DECLINED. WHEN I CAME HOME I GOT THE MESSAGE OF DEDUCTION OF 11000/- WHICH I WAS TRYING TO WITHDRAW. NOW WHEN I WENT TO STATE BANK THEY ARE SAYING I WILL GET REFUND AFTER 45 DAYS. WHAT IS MY FAULT AND WHY SHALL I SUFFER WHEN THIS IS NOT MY MISTAKE

Yeah, that's true that there no fault from your side but what can be done? this is the matter of issue. Now a days many peoples are facing this same problem and I think it is a fault of the Banking services and for that purpose we can go to the consumer forum for deficiency in services. provided you must have all the receipts and from where you have lost money that should be specifically mentioned.My one of the friend also facing the same and he want to sue SBI for not giving his money.

SBI — balance deduction without money transfer

on 11 august 2009 i have tried to withdraw rupees 500 from HDFC bank's ATM Raghunathpur branch kolkata using my SBI ATM card (A/C-[protected]). I didn't got the money but the money was deducted from my account

THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE SITTING IN STATE BANK ARE WORTHLESS. THEY ONLY KNOW TO GO ON STRIKE. EVEN IN MY PLACE WE ARE NOT SURE WHETHER WE WILL GET CASH FROM A SBI ATM. WE HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE THAT THERE IS A SERIOUS ACTION WHEN THERE IS A CASH OUT. I FULLY AGREE WITH THE COMPLAIN AND THERE SHOULD BE A SYSTEM TO FIX RESPONSIBILITY ON THE BANK OFFICIALS. THE ONLY THING IS THAT THE PERSON HAS NOT GIVEN HIS IDENTITY. MAYBE HE IS NOT SURE WHETHER HE WILL GET HELP FROM THIS SITE OR NOT.

SBI — balance deduction without money transaction

I had withdrawn Rs 500 from HDFC BANK (raghunathpur, kolkata) ATM no-S1ANKK05 . From my SBI ATM(A/C- [protected]) on 11 AUG 2009 . My money has deducted from my accont without money transaction.

Sir, I used my CANARA bank ATM card at axis bank atm machine at palam village new delhi (machine No.C-132) on 18 Jul 09 for an amount of Rs.2000/-. But the amount has not been disbursed from the machine. However, the amount has been deducted from my canara bank account. But the amount has not been refunded in my account till date. Please do the need ful. And suggest further action.

My name is Preetam rahut and i have a account with your organisation for the last 4 years in belaghata branch kolkata westbengal but never happen like the day 12/8/09 when i tried to withdraw some money from my account through ATM in Baroda and in there i came to know that 2000 rupees have been taken debited from my account on 11/8/09 without my information. while on 11/8/09 i tried to withdraw money but i would able to get it becuase on that day evening baroda is facin through linkage problem in a ll the SBi atm so for that i tried to withdraw the amount of rs. 2000 from different bank atm but i cnt able to get it.. so please let me known how it happen and when you people will credited my money in my account

SB a/c in Andhra Bank — Double Withdrawal complaint

I withdraw Rs2500/-from B-1 janak puri ATM of Andhra Bank on 17/08/09 from my Andhra Bank's SB account no. [protected].
On completion of my Pass Book I found -963, 96 balance. However on scruitny it is found Rs2500/-twicely deducted from my account.
Original receipt of ATM and duly filled prescribed application submitted in B Block's Andhra Bank branch for rectification of wrong double withdrawl entry.
It is requested to look into the matter personally and my account be credited by Rs2500/-at the earliest

I am working a Hr.Sec.School in Tuthoothukudi Dis. My a/c no is [protected] in your Udankudi branch. I have ATM facilities.Generaly I draw my salary and all other monetry benifities through my residiential area IOB ATM of Satankulam Branch. During the Bank strike period I draw my P.F.adv.through IOB ATM at 10.08.09 time of 8.00 pm. Rs15000/ but not receive any money only receive on the report statement noted High amout...But my a/c balance is debited the said amount...Therefore I lost 15000/Rs... I complained this matter to Udakudi branch Manger But not any reply to me..Ple. credit the amount immediately... IOB ATM D9592

when i tried to withdraw rs 10000/- from my a/c [protected] on 21.08.2009 (in pass book on 22.08.2009) around 09.50 to 10.15 pm from the sbi atm at Rande Road, Dadar (West) at the time i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

sir i have already given the complain to the sbi Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400 051 but till now no any reply come not the money .

so iam requesting you to take necessary action

State Bank of India — Complaint for ATM Machine

I am Abhishek Sharma & My S.B.I Acc No : [protected] Day Friday Date : 24 th july 2009 time : 1.13 Pm i was Withdrawal Money from Orienta Bank ATM Branch:: Village Khandsa Near Hero Honda Chowk Gurgaon. with my S.B.I Card at that time Transction is Complete but i Did'nt Recived Money 1000 Rupees. Plz Refund my money as soon as possible other wise i will take a legal step because i m suffer from two months.

SBI — Money deducted from the Account without taking cash

I have account in SBT. On Sep[protected], time:19:36 , I have tried to withdraw 200 rupees from my account through SBI ATM , choolaimedu highroad second branch (ATM id- s1cn[protected]. But i got only 100/- . And immediatly i checked the balance of my account. i found that 200 rupees is deducted from my account even though i have not recieved the full amount. The txn no: 2524. please provide me the solution to credit the lost amount.

SBI Bank — Location of the nearest ATM Center

I am a resident of Valasarawakkam of Chennai. To the nearest of my residence, a SBI ATM centre was situated at Spencer Food World, No 72, Arcot Road, Valasarawakkam, Chennai 87. But for the past one month it was not being operative. The place where it has been shifted, nobody knows. Even nearest bank branches contacted, I could not get the clear position. Will the State Bank authorities will be kind enough to supply the details about the shifting of the atm centre. The ATM id is S1CN00095608

SBI ATM — All time out of order ATM

I frequently used SBI ATM from our nearest ATM at Siddeswari Bazar, M B Road, Birati, Kolkata - 700 051, but unfortunately it was alltime out of order. We inform our bank several time but there is no result.
