[Resolved] State Bank of India ATM — FAILURE OF TRANSACTION | |||
SB Account NO. [protected] of Antop Hill Branch ATM Card NO.[protected] While using the ATM of Canara Bank at Gruru Kripa Auto, Turbhe, New Mumbai on 18.10.2009 at 1.15 the transaction was failed and the transaction amount of Rs. 2000/- has been debited to my account. I contacted the Canara Bank Help line they telling that the complaint to the lodged at SBI Antop Hill Branch, but Antop Hill Branch of SBI refused the complaint saying that it is to submitted to Canara Bank. In hand Receved By ATM Machine = 5000.00 (500X10)
2nd Time Transaction = 5000.00
In hand Receved By ATM Machine = 5000.00(100X50)
3rd Tme Transaction = 5000.00

Total Transaction 20000.00
Total Recived in hand Rs=15000
and the transaction amount of Rs. 5000/- has been debited to my account.

i m P.K.Rameshbabu, reside at alagappan nagar madurai...yesterday(25.12.2011) i used the atm and withdraw rs.1500/-.but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.i lost further 1500rs from my account.

Sub: ATM mall functioning during Cash With drawl – Cash not disbursed - debited from my Savings bank account complaint regarding:
Ref: Savings Bank A/c [protected]
I have savings bank salary account in your branch with account No [protected]. On 02.04.2011 at 12.58 hrs I have withdrawn an amount of Rs15, 000/- from the ATM (ID NOS10A[protected] located at NRSC (National Remote Sensing Centre) Balanagar campus and the cash was disbursed.
At the same ATM, Soon after completion of first transaction, I tried for Rs15, 000/- withdrawal second time. During the machine counting time the power went off abruptly and the cash was not disbursed. I notice that there was no back up power to that ATM machine. I waited there for some time and rushed to SBI, NRSC campus branch, reported the problem. They said since the account is at Secunderabad branch asked to me to complain at Secunderabad branch.
Then immediately I rushed to Secuderabad, SBI main branch from Balanagar and gave the letter of complaint to the ATM officer Mr.Mohan at 13.45 hrs on the same day. Also I called and phoned up to the Toll free no[protected] and booked the complaint through Mr.Harshavardan .The complaint number has been registered as AT[protected].
Now I observe in my account the Rs15000/- has been debited and it is not reverted back even though the cash is not disbursed by the ATM machine. Since Sunday & Monday are the closed holidays, I could not do any communication with the bank. Hence I request you to kindly arrange to revert and credit to my account the debited Rs15000/- which is causing much of mental agony for no fault of me.
