individual — sending statements aftr closure

my credit card no is [protected] i have closed my account in 2007, after i was told to clear my dues, i have repaid all my outstanding yet the statememts are send to me stating late fee and adding up every month, iam fedup of this, therefore would like to get help regarding the same,
