Sirs, I was trying to book Kozhikode-Mumbai-Kozhikode ticket by Jet Airlines. Unfortunately the Debit card was not accepted. Reaons: (i) fill up your card expiry date - not expiry date on the debit card. it was issued in 5/2005. (ii) the security code essentially required: there is no such code in SBI Debit card. Finally they could not accept the name: My name is TKG Nambiar. I do not know which is my first name, middle name and last name. They do not accept any form. All my ID cards bears the name as TKG Nambiar only, except in the passport, which gives the full expansion as THAPPALLY KUNHIRAMAN NAIR GOVINDANKUTTY NAMBIAR. In this case also it cannot be split into first name, middle name and last name!! Finally I could not book the tickets and all the low fare offer is now fully 'sold out'. Can the authorities concerned help me to overcome this difficulty? I had similar experience in many other cases also. Further I want to change my card, because it has been partially damaged due to constant use during the last 7 years. the lamination is torn off on one corner. Kindly help.     one year.Sir,according thier generated statement on 16 Mar 2012 I had
    to pay the amount of Rs.7610.19 which I paid through transaction
    id:MSPG[protected] on 03/04/2012 through debit card regarding my
    transaction made by my credit card.Road ,Jabalpur.Sir,I had
    already paid the mention amount by you.

    Therefore,I humbly request you to please help me to refund my amount of
    Rs.7610.19 immediately.

    SBI — wrong deduction

    I opened new saving a/c ([protected], Santosh Yadav) in sbi in kharsia branch. staff told me to maintian 500rs minimum balance which i deposited. but after 2 month i checked my a/c & see deduction of 200rs as minimum balance. in which period no transcation made by me.

    State Bank of India — Wrong issue of Credit Card

    I have recieved a mail from SBI thanking me for signing up for a credit card that I have NEVER requested in the first place. SBI has gathered this information from a third party and is trying to force people to use its product . Its customer support line is one of the worst lines in the world. I have asked them to cancel my account but next day I get another call asking me to which address the courier can deliver my atm card. Advise people to NEVER sign up with this Bank.

    this is to inform you that i am sachchidanand mishra a customer of your bank having A/C No. [protected] from sarkanda bilaspur chhattisgarh branch.
    sir/madam,
    there are some wrong deductions and additions are made by ATM department in my A/C mistakenly.
    these are as following:
    30/07/2011 Rs. 1562 (deduction)
    01/08/2011 Rs. 1305 (deduction)
    02/08/2011 Rs. 1085 (addition)
    02/08/2011 Rs. 217 (addition)
    in this respect i have visited in SBI Sarkanda bilaspur (C.G.) branch and then the Branch Manager told me the some unbelievable reasons for deductions and additions which is not true in my sense and then i requested to him to hold my Account temporary.

        I used my credit card in August, 2010. I paid full amount and some extra charges in two installments before bill date. I did not receive any bills or any intimation regarding my bill.Even though my residential address is same I did not receive any bills from March, 2010. Again in January, 2011 I used my card for the purchase, but the transaction failed.I tried to contact customer care through toll free number but I did not receive any response. I could not even access it on SBI website. On 17th February, 2011 I received a letter to pay Rs.3182/- and my credit card has been cancelled and the intimation has been given to civils as per RBI rules.Immediately, I paid the above amount by cheque and it is cleared on[protected]. As I am the regular customer of SBI credit card for long period, I request your good self to consider my card to reactivate or issue another card, for which act of kindness I shall be grateful to you.

            respected sir,

            i used the facility of card to card instant transfer at atm terminal of sapna sangeeta branch,indore 452001. i wanted to transfer 5000 rupees from my account no [protected] to the beneficiary card no.[protected] . the amount was debited frm the given account but was not credited to the beneficiary account.in the deceiving instant services i lost my two crucial day time. i hope the complaint will work an i will get a solution of the problem.

                i have opened my sbi account on dated 8,8 2009 my acc number: [protected] .it was an ordinary account wid out any cheque facility.trf frm number[protected] in the branch of annandapuri,barrackpore kol-122.i have not got any cheque facilty till date.but on 31march according to bank circular of 14 thfebrruary that 100 rs balance is required for chjeque facility i apply to activate cheque facility on that day..but now it is showing 225 balance deduction. as a cheque facility previously showing.
                so please refund my balance early and oblige.

                  Till now i doesn't get the cheque book and ATM card .I approach many times to the concerned branch
                  and discuss my issue with branch manager and he ensure me to resolve my problem
                  but after there is no hope of result was seen .

                    I am using the internet banking services of both Bank of Baroda & State Bank of India. For the last two days I have not been receiving SMSs and consequently I am not able to do online transactions.

                    I am presently outside India, and non availability of this service has put me in great hardship. I am not able to make payments of my credit cards and other transfers from my account.

                          year[protected] I got a dd rs 47000/- I receive through Sib credit card and submit this dd in my bank account I it all trams and condition I deposit regularly my all installments but after some month in my monthly statement I receive Emmi with new hidan charges then I stop my Emmi because I am govt employ they give me notes of other manner I contact to Sib area manger I told all my problem then they told me it all of server problem next time we resolve your problem then I deposit money this process is ruing next 4-5 month then I clear my all due's but I am still as defoliate caste mar in website

                            i have tried to withdraw an amount of 1600 from my sbi account through andhrabank atm in 4 transactions as 500 , 300 ,300 ,500(4 times).but i didnt get the money at andhrabank atm and got in the slip as"transaction declined respone invalid code 072".but when i have checked in the ministatement the amount ( 1600 ) is shown as withdrawned.however i have lodged a complaint to sbi using no:[protected].and they have given me the complaint ids:AT[protected]

                              Wrong Deduction of amount from Account

                              sub-Regarding Wrong deduction of amount in my bank account through online banking.

                              I m shishiresh kumar shive and A/c No. [protected] having a saving account in SBI home branch name is SBI obra-sonebhadra(U.A)-231219 and branch code is 1241.There are some deduction in my account even i have neither been made any transactions by ATM card nor online banking.But the bank statement is showing that there are four wrong...

                              I have my salary a/c ([protected])with SBI(Branch code 9062).On 02/01/2012, I tried to withdrawn money from an ATM (vimanagar) twice.transaction was failed but the money debited from account.i wrote written application twice.still i have not recieved my money yet.
                              2nd instances was on 11/02/12, when i tried to swapped my card for purchasing some clothes from a mall.again money debited from my account but it was failed.

                              i lodged a complaint to the customer service on 14/02/2012.they said money will b debited from my account with 45 days.still its not credited yet.
                              I have spoken with the branch manager also.still he is of no help.Please help to get my money back.

                              I M GANESH SATPUTE FRM LAST 2 YEAR I M TRYING TO GET BACK MY MONEY CREDITED TO MY A/C . BUT STILL IT NOT CREDITED, 2 YEAR BACK I WITHFL MONEY FOR ATM FOR RS 5000 BUT BANK HAD DEBITED TWICE RS 5000 I APPROACH TO BRACH THEY TOOK EVERY NESSARY DOCUMENT AND APPLICATION AND TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR 15 DAYS UR MONEY WILL CREIDTED TO U R A/C BUT STILL THAT NOT HAPPEND . THEY GIVE ME THE COMPLAIN NUM ALSO

                                  This is Mrs. SHABEENA BEGUM, I have SBI Savings account with A/C [protected] and Card Number: 622018**********4858. I have withdrawn Rs. 10,000 from Andhra Bank ATM at Tirupati on last 27th March. Due to some error, I didn't get amount through ATM but its deducted from my account. I thought it will get credited in 2-3 days. Till today (2-Apr-2012) amount is not get credited.

                                    COMPLAINT-;

                                    My self Mr. Sarfaraj Hamid Khan of policy holder of SBI Smart pe rformer from SBI
                                    Dombivli West branch
                                    The officer promise me to gave me the policy within 15 days but they failed me and gave
                                    Me after 1 ½ month than I thought that if he failed to give me policy than how he will provide me the settlement of amount and they don’t provide me information on time the
                                    Officer gave me his mobile no. but when had called to the no. it was wrong no.
                                    That why I had decided to return the policy and after 13 days I had return the documents to the officer but they did not look at the matter and afterward I had got the letter from SBI that your policy are out of the free look period that’s why you are not be able to return the policy than I had asked to the officer for the letter and all of correspondences but they are fails to provide me

                                    Plz I had requested to the SBI LIFE OF regional head office but they how fails to provide me that

                                    So I Request you to cancel the policy

                                      I am here just to suggest SBI to speed up their service pace, SBI is popular and successful only because people are compelled and bound to deal with them ,. if they get a chance each n every person will get away from this bank , of course except its employees. The time ratio of SBI to other private bank in any service is around 10:1, we walk to the bank with minutes in hand and return without any results, its like we should take a full day leave even for a smallest of deposits to be done. Dear SBI please understand you will exist until people are bound to deal with you, once its gone you will wiped off the map, we are 21st century give us that speed , sorry to say you are still 15th or 16th century
