KINDLY INFORM YOU THAT I STARTED A INSURENCE POLICY IN SBI LIFE INSURENCE ON 19MARCH 2010 POLICY NO--[protected] THEN SECOND POLICY INSTALMENT DIPOSIT IN UNNAO SBI CITY BRANCH ON 17MARCH 2011 BUT TILL 19 MARACH 2012 MY PEMENT OF RUPEES 14983 IS NOT PAID BY THIS BRANCH TO SBI LIFE INSURENCE NOW AS MY INFORMETOIN THAY ARE NOT GIVING ANY INFORMETOIN THAT WHERE IS MY MONEY.

Hello...
I am K Jayadev, Hyderabad and holder of SBI Credit card. WHY ARE WE NOT GETTING THE CREDIT CARD STATEMENTS? Can anybody concerned answer? I have made complaints, and every second month this is happening... I think SBI is taken for a ride by its courier company or SBI is doing it purposefully so that they a get more money through late payment fees. This month I have made calls and also received calls.
Finally, I woman or lady or girl, was kind enough to say that "you know the amount, you know the due date, why don't just make the payment without creating so much of fuss". Indeed a great customer service! I requested her if there is a possibility of late fees waiver, she denied and said don't expect that since you got it recently. Yes, I got because the fault is at your end... i am not getting my statements regularly. Same this month also. Now that I got the exact answers from SBI... there is no better answer I could expect...
