[Resolved]  State Bank of India — not yet received my atm card

savings a/c — Statement is showing as if I withdraw 4000 wherein I didn't take that amt on that day because the ATM had some problem

On 29th May 2008 I went to NSC Bose Road ATM for withdrawing cash. I tried to withdraw 6000 at first instance. The machine couldn't deliver beyond 5000 it seems. So I entered the amount 2000 and withdrew it. And after that I tried withdrawing 4000 from the machine. It didn't deliver instead it gave some error. So I cancelled the transaction and took my card out.
After a week I went to ATM machine to take the cash out I was shocked by seeing the message from the machine "isufficient fund". I came home and I saw e-statement in netbanking it is showing as if I have withdrawn 4000 on 29th may 2008. Kindly look into this on a priority basis and do the needful. And Arrange to refund the cash on an urgent basis. I had certain commitments based on this amount. Please help me on this to overcome it. " a/c Number : [protected] "

Sir, i had requested for new ATM card on Oct'2008.then again in 2nd dec.'2008 then again in 21 dec.'2008 .but i m sorry to say of without result.i have not recieved my atm card of state bank of india. Its been five months since i m waiting for my debit card of sbi. I went to my branch that is ONGC Bhatpoe Surat BRANCH OF SBI BANK but no responce. They said i will recieve my card within seven-ten days but card has not come yet. Also they were not in position to say that when this card will be issued for me.they say that it is beyond control of them.that atm card will come fm mumbai. several times i contacted to theregional head office and help line of sbi, every times they say that ur atm card is in process.then i contacted mumbai office . their reply also very rudely.in mean time i hv applied for my wife.who is having of jt.a/c holder.the sotory is above 5months of without result. i again applied in 19 th march2009.
sir, where i complint to get my atm .because bank official are not helping me. please advice.

I have not recieved my atm card of state bank of india. Its been seven months since i m waiting for my atm cum debit card of sbi and my account no was [protected].My branch was BALAGAON BRANCH of SBI BANK at KOKRAJHAR, ASSAM. But no responce. They said i will recieve my card within two or three weeks but card has not come yet. Also they were not giving me the proper answer. I opened my account in Oct, 2008 but i have not recieved my atm card yet. I asked to that person in the bank that where can i ask for my card enquiry. He said very rudely to me that see the phone no at any sbi atm and asked them. He did not reply my answer. What now i can do? please help me as early as possible?

i lost my atm card in jaipur. i complian them they give me an complain number and the number is [protected]. now i again gave the application i faridabad branch. they give no responce i want to renew my atm card as soon as possible. plz do it fast
