[Resolved] State Bank of India — cash not delivered but account debited | |
R/SIR, I had used my sbi debit cum atm card to withdraw rs 8000 from union bank of india atm at tinplate jamshedpur jharkhand whose atm ID is NJAM[protected] on 1st july 2009 at 20:51.As per receipt given transaction declined 072 unable to process and record no. 7069 and cash was not delivered. But later on I came to know from sbi atm statement that my account is debited by rs 8000.Please arrange for correction and reambursement of my money. Dude it will take a long process of 45 days.First of all u hav to write an application to ur ATM card issuing bank then after they will forward ur application to the withdrawing bank(Union bank as u said) after that they will take inspection timing of 30-35 days after that u can only recive ur money.Try to be safe by withdrawing money from different bank.Happy Banking

I bearing Account in UBI A/c No. [protected]. On 18.08.09 I went to draw the cash at SBI ATM Miyapur (Near Sai Ranga Theater) Amount of Rs.10, 000/- Using my UBI Debit card no is [protected] but I did not got the cash of Rs. 10, 000/- and the system shown the option of Time out and My UBI account have Debit, through this transaction. For this query purpose I contacted the SBI Call Centre they said to me contact to UBI .
Kindly Reverse the same Amount of Rs.10, 000/- As early as possible, I need the money urgently for my needs.
