I applied for a home loan at SBI BIRATI branch, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. I supplied all the documents on January 9th, 2010.I am working under govt. of west bengal Health Dept. My office verification, House valuation and all other verifications were completed within 3- 4 days except Advocates report.After 2 weeks When I call the processing person, Mr. Sukumar Biswas for getting the status, he says call me after another 2 weeks because Advocate is not yet submitted his report it is under process. Accordingly I call Mr. Sukumar Biswas on[protected] after more than a month then he again replied that he can't say anything regarding the sanction of my loan as responsible loan Manager at RASMECCC Titagarh is on leave and when I asked him when the Manager is joining he replied me that he can't say anything .

My question is that at RASMECCC Titagarh West Bengal of SBI has no Deputy in ranking and an employee of the same office is completely unaware about his officer's joining from leave I am not worried of loan getting not sanctioned, because I applied only in SBI hoping that everything will be looked clearly only in SBI.

SBI has been awarded “The Most Preferred Home Loan Provider” by AWAAZ Consumer Awards and many more.

How funny that the officers and personnel linked with this Home Loan process are so inefficient and liar they should be isolated and being punished for such activities of harassment to the bonafide Customers from whom they are taking high charges and making business and receiving Awards.

When the report was ready in the processing office why is it taking so much time to come to the bank.

Again I will say the Management concept follows in the bottom line to the upper Management tier of SBI is old wine in a new bottle only alluring the customers by exaggerating and false advertisements.

and the officel web-site of Bank Of Indai is not providing any assistance regarding the dupllicate issue of admit card Still some other sites providing information like http://www.insiderthings.com/central-bank-india-exam-2009-duplicate-card/

i request to make a proper system so that the information should be provided on the exam by counducting authorities to update their information. about the respective exam.

while filing the application for the SBI BANK CLERK EXAM, there is a provision for coming under SC/ST/OBC/GENERAL etc
iam a muslim(islam) frm kerala state. muslims are coming under OBC in kerala state govt. rules.
but what about central govt or SBI bank policy.?

SBI Home Loan — non disbursment of instalment

i am not getting the last instalment of my home loan account no. [protected] from racpc, guwahati.
if there is any irregularities or anomaly in my home loan from my side this may please be informed with redressal.

SBI is Like this, I am also being cheated by them.
Mu case is as below.
We (Raushan Kumar & Ajay Alex) had applied the Home Loan, which was Sanction & Disbursed at the same time for the same value of property with same amount limit; only difference was that I got the lesser ROI @10.50% in my sanction letter as compare to Ajay’s sanction letter @ 10.65%, then why I am being charged @ 9.25% as Ajay’s ROI is 8.5% as of now.

As per my ROI in sanction letter I should be getting the ROI of 8.35% after reduction of your rate.
In spite of my letter & continuous follow up with SBI RACPC Bangalore, I couldn’t get any positive response on the same except it is correct without any clarification. Hence I am forced to contact you & would go to consumer court as well if required as I am feeling cheated by SBI bankers.

I would request you to look in this matter & do the needful for necessary correction & adjustment for already charged interest in my Home Loan account & confirm the same at earliest.
