Further I again try to register the mobile banking though ATM Centre, there is no response stating that - COMPLETE HANDSET VALIDATION BEFORE THIS STEP - 169, which is not understood. Please advise me and help.

I had also faced some problem with mobile banking. But now it is ok. For quick solution you can send an e-mail to <a.[protected]@sbi.co.in> stating the problem.

I'm using mobile banking since one year...and i personally feels its a very convenient mode of banking...But for the past three months i'm not able to use it via GPRS..but its working through text message..but for that it cost Rs.3 per transaction..I have tried to change the channel but its not working...!!!When i select GPRS it is showing a response that 'You will retreive your response via sms'..But after that i'm not getting any response..!!! Please help me to sort out this problem. Please get me a reply through this so that it will be also useful for other customers to tackle their there problem.

my sbi mobile banking user id ldd726. Once I formatted my mobile phone. so all my external softwares are deleted. again i downloaded sbi mobile banking application. when i entered my user id, it prompted me to enter old MPIN and to enter new MPIN. I know my current MPIN. But no old MPIN. How can I get the old MPIN as I got that when first time got from my home branch ? Or is there any other source ? Or Shall I change I user Id ? my mobile number is [protected]
My sbi mobile banking user id is hfh401.I sent a request for top up of 110/- for my bsnl mobile no:[protected].The request was accepted for payment vide Tid=[protected]. The amount was deducted from my primary account. Further got a SMS for successful transaction vide Tid=[protected].But I didn't get any balance in my mobile account. on 25th july, also while recharging a docomo mobile, the same thing happened. the amount was deducted without getting any balance.However, on some occasions, the top up was successful.Is Mobile Topup facility through mobile banking is not successful. Please acknowledge and do the needful.

Hi Sir,

My Mobile number is [protected] and I am Using Blackberry 8310.

I had register and Installed the app in my mobile successfully and also register my mobile number in ATM machine. After that i got a message slip showing my mobile is successfully register and Even SMS showing activation is done successfully and i can use my mobile banking service. I got this message within one hour.

I can able get my mini statement and balance enquire.

Now, My problem is my account is not showing in dropdown menu. for example if i want to Topup my mobile there is option were i have select the dropdown menu "which account to be debited".

That dropdown menu is showing EMPTY.

    Sir,
    I, Joy James Sigao, is an account holder of State Bank of India, Tallakulam Branch, Madurai and an Non Resident Account holder in Central Bank of India, South Ex Part-I New Delhi.
    My wife had/has a loan account no.[protected]/ [protected]/ [protected] at State Bank of India, Melur Branch - (0258), Madurai District, Tamil Nadu.
    As my wife wanted to close the loan account, I gave a cheque bearing number 839984 dated 26.09.09 on Central Bank of India - (NRE Account), for an amount of Rs. 75,600/- (Rupees Seventy five thousands and six hundreds only) being the outstanding balance amount, to the State Bank of India Melur Branch on 26.09.09 in person to the concerned duly registering at the counter. The concerned dealing hand said that the cheque has to be sent for collection as the same is not an at-par one.
    To our surprise, the same cheque dated 26.09.09 was lodged by the branch only on 05.10.09 and was despatched for collection on 08.10.09, and the amount is not received till date (07.11.09) by the branch. To our surprise it seems that the cheque has not reached Central Bank of India, till date.
    On enquiry to-day the 07.11.09, they are saying that they shall try to return the cheque without collecting as such for the reason to substatiate their action of recovering the loan due instalment from my wife even after receiving the cheque, on 26.09.09 and keeping uncashed.
    The Branch manager was saying that he cannot do anything to help but to write to their Service Branch at Delhi, and he may not be able to do anything but, only on receipt of reply from their Service Branch at Delhi.
    While the branch is an online one, he does not want to use any of the modern amenities even to find out the location of the cheque. He was exclaiming that his Branch does not have any grivence side to hear the case.

    Transaction Amount ; Rs. 75,600/-, The complaint regarding this was made to the above mentioned people in person at the Branch at around 10.30am on 07.11.09 and waited till 01.30pm. had return empty handed, as we were asked to enquire again 11.11.09.

    Sir, I request that take necessary action may kidly be initaited to get my transaction through as early as possible.

          Regarding update of address
          SUB – Complain regarding frequent harassment/ irresponsible behaviour by S.B.I, special Branch, Sanganeri gate, Jaipur, Rajasthan
          Respected sir,
          My self Dr. Banshidhar Behera a customer of SBI, Jaipur spl Branch having Acc no[protected] had deposited an application form along with address proof in the concern brach 3 times since 26th September and 6 times telephonic conversation regarding update of my address but sorry to say that the ultimate result was nothing and feel completely harassed. The incidence was follows-
          On 26th September i had deposit the application form & address proof.
          Till October 28 ,no update of address.
          Since Oct 28 ,I had contact your branch telephonically[protected],same thing was repeat on Nov 2 and get the false assurance on both the occasion.
          Again on Nov 2nd personally visit the branch and again deposit the address proof Concern person assured that address is updated.
          Till Nov 5 there was no update in my address and again contact telephonically and got a false assurance.
          On Nov 6, as there was no update of address again visit the branch and submitted the address proof and application form and got the same assurance.

              RS.10000/- debited wrongly by sbi ATM ID No.S1AN00137701 on 31.10.2009 as the amount not disbursed by the ATM vide TXN NO. 3666, Response code 072 .Again in 2nd try i withdraw Rs.10000/- vide TXN NO. 3667. Thus i got only Rs.10000/- but ATM debited RS.10000/- twice i.e. Total Rs.20000. i request for arranging to credit the amount in my canara bank a/c no.[protected].

On 01.11.09 i contacted with sbi helpline in response they told me to contact my canara branch.An e-complain also registered to sbi vide Complain Ticket No. CC[protected] ON 01.11.2009. Today i also approched to my branch to sort out the problem so that the amt. of RS.10000 credited in my a/c no.[protected] canara bank as early as possible.

                I , Mrs T. Satyalakshmi, am a resident of Hyderabad. I have a house site in Chemudugunta Village, Nellore Dt registered on my name in 1982. My husband, late, Sri Mullangi Seshiah Naidu mortgaged it for 15 thousand Rs to SBI, Barracks, Nellore, A.P. Now I want that document and I am prepared to repay the debt. But the bank authorities there are not issuing me the document and they say that it was thrown away long ago and it is impossible to trace it. If that is the case I want the payment of 4 lakh rupees for that plot which is the present rate there. When I approached the bank manager there in 2006, he gave me the details of the document. I got a duplicate copy of it from the lands and records office In Nellore. When I try to sell it to anyone they are reducing the rate as I don't possess the original document. I request the authorities to give orders to SBI, Baracks, Nellore to hand over my document after taking the repayment of my loan

                  i didnt get the satisfied service from the bank. even if i am complaining there is on proper action is taken against my complain.

                  i am a account holder in SBI. i forgot my password. Now branch manager told me that charge for getting password is rs.200.

                  How is this service. other banks provide password free of cost and this bank is taking 200 for new password. and also behavior of sbi staff members is rude. Not a good service.

                      I am writing on behalf of my mother Mrs Roshni Devi's family pension and arrear payment delay.

                      Dear Sir my father Late Shri Dalip Singh was retired from National Institute of Social Defece, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowernment, Govt of India and was receiving a regular pension under PPO NO.[protected] in his s/b account [protected] (old account no. 10192), State Bank of India, Tikri Kalan Branch (Branch code-6815), New Delhi-110041. Sadly he was passed away last year.

                      After 3-4 months of paper work my mother Mrs. Roshni Devi started getting pension vide same PPO number in the same branch
                      .
                      Dear Sir but till date she never gets increased family pension benifits which was due to be given to her after revision of 6th pay commission.

                      We had made number of visits regarding this to the concerned SBI Branch Manager but nothing had happened yet. Each time the Branch Manger says he will look after this matter. Dear Sir I dont know how much time it will take to solve this problem. Me and my mother both made number of visits to the concerned branch to solve this matter. but nothing had happened yet.

                      This manager each time asks some or the other papers to prove that my mother is bonafide nominee. He asked us to visit Central Pesion office with is based at Bhikaji Kama Palace,R.K. Puram. Me and my mother both went there but they said that they cann't issue such order to the branch or bank.

                      This manager recently said that a letter from the concerned ministy or department from where my father was getting his salary should be given to him to prove that my mother is bonafide nominee to receive pensionary benefits in respect of my father, after knowing this fact that my mother is receiving a regular family pension.


                      Please solve over problem and do the needful as soon as possible.

                          I taken my education loan for my post graduate degree in State bank of India, Dhadagapatti Branch, Salem, Tamil Nadu. While taking loan itself I faced lot of problem with that branch. They didn't give the proper response. At last i got loan after 2 months by pledging my father property(Home). Most of my friend got the education loan without producing the asset. Unfortunately I can't pay my EMI after completing PG degree for 6 months. Then I was paying 2000 Rs. To 5000 Rs. per month, whatever I can. As I got job with low salary. On one month I couldn’t pay anything due to financial tight, then they send the notice for first time like “Need to pay full amount within 20 days else your property will be taken over by bank “ . Me and our family got shocked. After two months I got an hike and started paying 10,000 EMI in Chennai branch as I was working in Chennai. I paid for two months in Chennai and in third month they said they can’t get the EMI amount from here so contact the Home branch (Salem). I contacted the home branch regarding this they said you can pay from there. Here to they (SBI Staffs) doesn't know the procedure what to do. I struggled to pay the EMI finally i went to home branch (Salem) paid EMI. I asked them to put auto debit for SBI account which has been opened in chennai. At that time they said we can't put this from here because this account has been opened in Chennai. Finally they put the auto debit for my EMI. First month they taken correctly. In second month they had taken 2 times on a same month from my account. At the mean time i gave an Cheque to one person. When I contact regarding this to my home branch (Salem) they said that two times (9000 + 9000) has been configured for EMI auto debit schedule, then they blame me that you had given two request so this happened. I didn't give the request or two times. Also they said irregular of paying EMI so we can debit whatever amount it is in my account without my knowledge. Due to this my cheque may bounce. Actually we opening bank account to keep some transaction and for keeping money safely, but even in bank itself there is no security. How can they take whatever money in my account, how they having rights to this. Evan some of my friends didn’t start paying the EMI for their education loan, but in my case paid already paid nearby 50K. Even they having our asset for assurance.. then why they are doing like this.. I don’t know where to complaint. They are not even giving an proper response, they treating the people like something. Really their response & behaviors are frustrating me.

                            On 8th March 2010 I went to the ATM counter to withdral Rs. 25, 000/- The ATM Mechine was not
                            functioning properly. So I tried my best to get the money and I tried again and again. I tried 6times
                            and finally ireceived the money Rs.25, 000/- (Rs.10, 000/- then Rs 5, 000/- and finally Rs.10, 000/-)
                            counter from the ATM It was Union Bank ATM Counter Kalipur, Hooghly.

                            But after two days I went to my Bank SBI Dankuni Branch to update my Pass Book and I saw
                            that instead of Rs.25, 000/- Rs.35, 000/- withdrol took place. It made me very sad.
                            I phoned to the customer care Phone No[protected] and shared my problem. They told
                            me and the cheaked the A/c the tild me on 08/03/2010 Rs.25, 000/- withdran from your A/c
                            By mistake Rs. 10, 000/- mor deducted. They told you willget it back Imean Rs.10, 000/- will
                            be deposited in your A/C. Still that amount is not deposited in my S/B account.

                              I initiated my case on 05 Oct 2009 and now it is nearly two months, nothing has happened so far in spite of my additional personal follow up.
                              The case is summarized as under:

                              Category of Pension : Premature Retirement
                              Issue Involved : Not Received the Arrears due to Revision due to 6th Pay Commission It is more than a 8 month case From the same case , I did receive Arrears due towards:

                              i. Gratuity
                              ii. Commutation

                              These were calculated by the Pay & Accounts Office. But whatever is to be calculated by SBI ( Arears of 6th Pay Commission), the Calculations are not done, hence Arrears not Credited.

                              Chandni Chowk centralized office for Pension said that they are doing the work but it should be done by the concerned Bank Branch. After interacting with the Branch ( Jawala Hedi) , now after 15 days they have informed that since all the papers are at Chandni Chowk as received from Pay & Accounts Officer.

                              I am at a loss to understand, where do I go.

                              The AGM/ DGM/ Help Line have not helped me so far.

                              Remarks I did visit SBI, Chandni Chowk on 12th Oct 2009. After Waiting for 2 hours there and submitting a paper like this, my turn did not come and had to Come back empty handed.
                              The Interaction with various officers at Chandni Chowk, I received the following Comments from Mr. Chawla , Mr. Rathi, & Mr Singhal ( CPPC) - Manager

                              1. SBI organized seminar to train the Branch Officers to calculate the arrears and send to SBI – Chandni Chowk for crediting the amount. The calculations sheet duly signed by the Branch is to be sent.
                              2. SBI – Chandni Chowk has now been sent additional Manpower numbering to 29 for calculating the arrears.
                              3. The arrears Calculations should be done by the Concerned Branch, but since they are not doing, we are helping you all, & there is only one person working on Pension Arrears of 4,50,000 pensioners , so please wait , it will take time for our case to be done.

                              The cases of all those who are coming with a reference are being attended to on Priority I am not sure what is correct & do not have any correct status , as to why my arrears have not been worked out & when these will be paid.

                              Recently I had seen a front page advertisement in the Times of India of Ahmedabad edition which reads as follows:

                              Being a government pensioner having retired in June 2006, I was indeed enthusiastic to know the work out on Sixth Pay Commission arrears. As SBI is the disburser, I tried to use the internet and
                              went to the site: http:/www.onlinesbi.com, but I could not find the Enquiry to go to the Click on pension slip and download. I feel something is wrong in the SBI ad or something is amiss. Could the SBI make it a cinch for pensioners to snappily see the arrears of sixth pay implementatio, half yearly DA increase, etc. Customer friendly attitude is the buzzword and hope SBI will come to my rescue and create a clearcut method so that any government pensioner could access with any hassle his monthly details on pensionary benefits and other occasional increases. As the parent body where the person worked is no more taking responsibility, one has to knock the door of pension disburser viz. SBI. Hope to get your pronto response.

                              Sir I got my account [protected] transferred from Pune to New Delhi in Dec 2008. My Account was transferred but my son""s home branch is not changed from 10430 to 6563 in Vishal Khatri CIF. Last year he lost his ATM card in bus and same was reported to SBI call centreI . I approached the nearest branch many times for issue of fresh ATM card local branch (Palam Colony-6563) told me that My son's CIF is still not transferred to Palam Colony Branch - 6563 and still laying at 10430 Branch. Till the time his CIF is not changed they can not do any thing in this regard. Kindly do the needful and change the home branch of my son from 10430 to 6563. At present his CIF is at Pune branch .Delhi complaint cell replied that my account is under Mumbai control area.

My Pension is not yet settled properly where as we in agroup of 15 peoples joined Navy together and retired together in one date only. everone is getting right now Pension Rs. 5400/- and I am geting 3900/- there is a difference of `1500/- per month. there is a calculation mistake from the Bank of SBI NDA Branch. They are not taking care of my pension after complain also. Therefore kindly look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                              100% now I believe that if you have money then you can get anything, every thing is possible by you. If you are a poor then you can’t get anything, every thing is far and beyond possible to you, also you get poor judgment and poor comportment in all aspects of life, in our country INDIA. For example 1. I. I went to Police Station more than 100 times, made 5times entries (complaints) into G.D. but Not even a microscopic actions took place against the alleged bodies. On the contrary Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. OFFICER Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected] he has much more and enough money so they purchase all police personnel's and some political leaders, some Dada. Etc. Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me! My wife and her family, Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family harassed me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally, and all time told that they kill me and my family. Dt. 06.08.2010 Case no.336 U/S: 147, 148, 448, 325, 379/34 Sandip Samanta, doing the case me and my family, and his evidence only his father, mother and his uncle, not a single man in my village for their evidence, it’s a 100% fabricated case.

My wife and her family lodged a case 498A/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, against me and some of my family members it’s a fabricated, baseless, legless, toothless and doesn’t have any commensurate to the fact. My wife is engaged and having an illicit affair with a boy (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta S.B.I. Officer Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No.[protected] just opposite to my house, all the matters are known to every person in my village, and also they have certified me written about my fresh character and nature. When my wife left form my house with Sandip Samanta taking many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees. What a demon she is! She didn’t take our only daughter (only four years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler. My wife filed the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009, how much money Taken Baguiati police form my father and others for 498A/34 I.P.C., fabricated Charge Sheeted, I don’t know, because then I’m in Jail. The Learn" ed court granted me on bail on 19/09/2009. Barasat court. I have lots of irrefutable evidences, (20 pcs. Now I decided that in no way I can’t accept that demon wife. I hired a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what will be happened next? It’s an utterly a huge and a palpable offence subsequent to which the boy deserves severe and examplanary punishment so that no one can dare to abuse this law. My mother is a sugar present shies sugar is now 400. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter thread barely and save me and my family. I leave here one question to every one that in this die-straits situation whom do I take care to myself (TRAGEDY), my daughter, or my mother (severe Diabetic)?. My wife filed another case me U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. Case NO.167/2009, (Smt. Nita Sarkar J.M. 1st Court Sealdah South 24 Parganas. Date 16/12/2009.) They take 4(four) Advocate at Sealdah Court. I am millions miles away from the genuine and authentic investigation and inquiry. No inquiry, investigation were executed against the F.I.R lodged by my wife. It is very painful, lamentable as well as heart rendering, breath taking affair to me and my family. My heart bursts into guffaw when I see the nature of the inquiry and investigation. One thing is as clear as crystal to me that the law and the task of the law enforcing agencies vary from man to man. A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that "Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor" A rich reserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds" To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.

                              After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.

                              Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (The payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case (The case is starting At Baguiati Police Station Case No-168 Date: 24.04.2010. CHARGE 323, 379, 406, 497, 498, 500, 504, 506 READ WITH 34/120B OF INDIAN PENAL CODE) the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.

                              When I saw that already near by 90-100 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.
                              As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India. P.M. in India, P. ChidambaramUnion Minister of Home Affairs, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph.                                   Dear Madam/Sir,

                                  I Sri Binod Bihari Ranasingh S/o- Late Dayanidhi Ranasingh, reside Tikarapada, Puri town is a customer of SBI Station Bazar, Puri bearing SB A/c – [protected] presently working in Wipro Infotech. I need a personal loan against my salary and contacted Mr. Rudra Prasad Satapathy (local BM). He told me that you transfer your salary and bring the salary certificate to our bank then I provide the loan. As per his guidance I arranged my brother in law who is retired central Govt. employee and he has fixed deposit above 10 lacks in this bank agreed to guarantee and I transferred my salary account to this bank last three months. Then I contacted local BM he referred to field officer Mr. Gopal and he checked the necessary documents and told it’s OK. But the BM did not take it seriously, so continues going to the bank I am completely mentally harassment.
                                  My complaint is that the BM’s behave is very rude and does not know how to behave the customers and their relatives. In comparatively Mr. Gopal (field officer) is a very nice person and never has he misguided the customer. I don’t need the loan and kindly take the strong action against the same.

                                    sir we are terribly shocked to find that my saving bank account with your raiganj branch (0162) has been closed with a reason as reflected in my passbook as on 31st Dec 2008 on account of not maintaining minimum balance in the said account.

                                    Due to heavy professional engagements i could not have the pass book updated from time to time. we could only ascertain on 30/3/2009 that a sum of more than rs 2 lac 52 thaousand (adjactely 2,52,380.49) as on 17/3/2006 was debited from time to time and as on 30/6/2007 a balance of rs 151377.17 was left.                                     last but least we have to yet understand the great banking system adapted by your bank and the system followed by your branch.

                                    sir dont you feel that a caution letter in regards to so called not maintaining minimum balance could have been given to either o[censored]s (account holders). on the top i am a well known person in the town by virtue of my profession being a lawyer at least i could have been contacted by any of your customer of the said branch related to either legal field or trade and industries.

                                    expecting your cooperation to find out adjactely what had happened to my precious money and to reverse all the debit entries which have been shown by your bank after a thoruogh enquiry.

                                    My name is N.K.Viju.The Credit card department hold my account on 4/8/2010 without proper infprmation an amount of Rs.2004/- and after many males the deposit the amount back to my account on 25/8/2010.The statement shown that CPC C 2004.34 ON 25/4/2010 AND PDC D ON 27/8/2010.I am not understand the credit anddebit for what porpose.

                                      My ATM card has become defective due to wear and tear. The card has been blocked and ticket no. taken and given letter to SBI above branch on[protected]. Till today I have not got my new ATM card. Visited no. of tiems to SBI branch and infer they have not yet received the new card It is going to be 8 months for issue of replacement of card. It is very bad and unfortunate on the part of SBI towards customer satisfaction. Kindly help me to get the new ATM card immediately.
