This is to inform you that Rs33000 had been withdrown through "bearer cheque" without the knowledge of the account holder .The details are as follows

BRANCH - SHEIKHPURA DISTRICT , BIHAR.
This has come in our knowledge on 18/11/2009, and we were shocked. these are the point of concern

(A) THE CHEQUE IS FIVE YEAR OLD ( OF 2004) .BANK HAS ALLREADY ISSUED NEW CHEQUE BOOK.

(B) THE CONCENRN BANK STAFF WHO HAS GIVEN THE MONEY HAD ASKED FOR NO PROOF TO THE PERSON WHO WITHDROWN THE MONEY.

(C) THERE ARE CAMERAS IN THE BRANCH , THEY ARE NOT SHOWING THE RECORDINGS OF THAT DAY.
THE A/C HOLDER IS MY UNCLE . PLS SUGGEST .

    Sir/Madam,
    I am a Family Pensioner of BSNL ( PREVIOUSLY DOT) and has an Pension A/C at SBI Agarpara TA Branch( A/c No [protected]). My husband was working at DOT and retired in the year 1997. At that he got the pension from Rathtala Post Office.I, Smt Kana Banerjee, wife of Late Sh. Sailesh Chandra Banerjee, was facing extreme difficulties in withdrawing my monthly family pension from post office due to my deteriorating health and other personal problems. Then I applied to get the same transferred to Bank and therefore, I had to submit my original Pension Payment Order (PPO issued from O/o the CAO, Telecom Accounts, Calcutta Telephones) book to The Postmaster, Rathtala PO,Belghoria HO (TA/CTD/P, PPO No- 6044 , 4443 / 97-98). Accordingly, I have already opened a pension account in my name in the State Bank of India, Agarpara Texmaco Area Branch, (Code-8046), a/c no- [protected] with a view to starting my family pension transaction, henceforth. But i have not got any FPPO Book and in completely at dark about the calculation of my pension and its payments in spite of repeated request to my Bank, Manager of SBI Barasat Link Branch and Sr. Communication Accounts Officer (Pension, Calcutta Telephones Sr.CCA Office). Again, Rs.46548.00 has been remaining at "SET HOLD" status in my pension a/c Passbook. As a Senior Citizen, its my earnest request to you to solve this problem as early as possible.All the Documents and PPO book of PO are attached herewith. Hope for the best result.     Personal — family pension not issued

    this is harad to belive that after 6 months of my husband's death name( late. harak bahadur) , ppo no.[protected] ,( file no. 49 ) the centralised pension processing center s.b.i. chandni chowk didn't issued my family pension yet till date . i had subbmitted all relevent documents through linked branch s.b.i. alipur road on 25 june 2009 like-- death certificate,and undertaking form, life certificate . since than i has been visited personally number of times at s.b.i. chandni chowk but bank's p.r.o. done nothing.even they can't told me that which day or month my family pension is going to be issued.
    this is my request to s.b.i. chandni chowk ( pension cell ) that please take neccessery steps regarding my family pension and immedeatly issue me my family pension.

    This is for your kind information as per the circular Issued From Ordnance Factory (Ministstary Of Defence) with Ref :G.I.P.P.G PW .O.M No-38/37/08-ppw (a)Dated-1.09.2008 For Revised pension of mine (PPO No-C/FYS/16969/2003, FYS/09626/2003) I have Given Application To SBI Garulia Branch (Branch Code-1720) In Bank’s prescribed Format as on 06.04.09 and after that again a reminder as on 03.08.09 and also got a received copy of Bank personnel (Copy Enclosed).

    I am very much surprised to see that after repeated time reminder also my revised pension and remaining other arears not been credited to my family Pension & Savings A/c No-[protected].In this regards after giving application to bank in prescribed format I have requested several times to SBI Garulia Branch (Branch Code-1720) Bank Officer’s but I have been denied & harassed several times from my banker till date and neither revised pension has been credited nor arrears has been settled to my Bank A/C.

    So this is a request from my side that if you sympathetically look into this matter and resolve the issue so that I can get my all arrears and revised pension as early as possible, then I will be highly obliged.In this regards I have already attached all copy of documents related to my request with this complain letter.

    I presume that it is high time for you to receive the aforesaid registered letter by this time. The said authority may kindly be transmitted immediately to my paying branch, so that I may get my dues without any further delay.

    I herewith enclose a copy of the aforesaid letter of authority which I have obtained from the Central Pension Accounting Office, New Delhi, personally.

    You may communicate a copy of the true copy to my paying branch with instruction to act upon this true copy, if you have not already sent a copy of the authority received by you direct from the Central Pension Accounting Office, New Delhi.

    Most respectfully, I beg to state that I am a retired Railway Employee retired from service on & from 31/07/1986 as a Sub-Head in scale Rs.[protected]/- (RP) from the office of Dy.Chief Accounts Officer(W)/Eastern Railway/Jamalpur. My present age is 83 years 04 months.

    My husband died on 10th March, 2013. His PPO No is PEN/13881/SER/GRC. Papers submitted on 25th March, 2013 informing about his death and praying for the family pension in the name of Smt Sanit Rani Chakrabarti in Ramrajatala Branch. Till date there is no information regarding the pension. When I go to the bank the officer looking after this come on the date, he fixes a date, I go with my aging old body of eighty years of age. I would like to request you to consider this and let me help save from the pecuniary troubles I am facing right now. I hope that this request may help me get my family pension as early as possible.     The pension of my mother who is a widow of late Kiran Kr Chakrabarti, PPO No is PEN/13881/SER/GRC, is yet to get her pension from the Ramrajatala Branch, despite my request made on 20th June 2013. It is simply amazing that a widow has been deprived from her pension for more than three months. More so, your helpline is never responding one. If it is a fault from our part let us know by mail or over the telephone or inform the Bank Branch immediately. I hope that in a day or two she would get her pension.

My pay structure recently has been revised as per above Corr. P.P.O. and forwarded on 31/08/2013, to your S.B.I. Branch at 83-1/A Vevekananda Road ( 2nd floor ), Kol- 700006, but unfortunately all the arrears (differences -- in Gratuity, Capitalised Value of Pension, pension payments paid by Bank to till date etc. ) as well as the current monthly revised rate of family-pension have not been deposited to my Account, even after two months . Hence your good-self is requested to look into this matter and to arrange for earliest necessary action please .

Thakurpukur, Branch but the bank's p.r.o. has not been of any help and is completely in the dark about the day or month the family pension shall be issued.

    I fervently request, on behalf of my mother, to S.B.I. pension cell, to kindly look into the matter so that the family of a retired defense personnel is not deprived from getting the Family Pension as provided by the Hon’ble Central Govt.and suffer from acute financial difficulties.

        I have applied for ATM Card in Oct. 2009, but not received yet. Enquired from concerned Branch they stated that my card has already been despached on[protected] vide Card No.[protected] and another number was shown to me whether despached number or what i.e. EUDOMNC[protected].TN.           Sir,my sbi atm card was rejected by the atm machine....

          after that,i applied for a new atm but no efforts are made to solve my problem...

          till that i have applied 4 times but conditions are not seems to be changed for me...

          even manager is not interested in solving my problem,

          now i am facing too much problems during banking, no one is ready to help me out...

          plz help me out to solve this problem,sir.....

            I am writing this reminder fourth time to remind you that despite my last three requests the commutted amount of pensions , i.e., Rs. 174.00 deducted wrongly after 2002 to April 2008 is still not paid back to me. Please note that I had submitted my request immediately on completion of 15 years that is in August 2001 not to deduct the amount. Based on this the deduction was stopped for a year about but it was again continued to be deducted from 2002 onward to April 2008. Having come to know this in 2008, I submitted my request to correct the mistake and remit the amount deducted so far.

            I have been since then making the requests but so far the amount has not been remitted. I therefore request you to please look into your records and kindly remit and credit the amount to my above referred pension saving bank account together with interest as may be applicable from the year 2002 to April 2008.

            I have very high regards for your banking and still have all trust in the SBI. I hope that you would do take care of my complaint as early as possible and sort out the long pending issue once for all.

                I have paid 2500/- by cheque No. 297782 to idbi bank ltd. Pune towards processing fee along with home loan application.

                I have salary A/C No. [protected] in state bank of india colgong stpp area branch ntpc kahalgaon bhagalpur bihar BRANCH CODE 6949.

                Cheque No. 297782 returned from service branch with remark insufficient fund on 14/10/2009. Also cheque return charges deducted from my a/c.

                Sir, on 14/10/2009 my A/C No. [protected] balance is more than 90,000/- rupees.

                I have corporate salary package a/c which automaticaly transfer balance from depository a/c. to salary a/c whenever i withdraw money from bank.

                My home loan disbursement stopped by idbi ltd. pune branch because of processing fee cheque return as if my a/c contain insuffisient fund.

                My all efforts and dream of house completely destroyed because of this problem.

                I request you sir to investigate and send reply as early as possible.

                  I hold a savings account with State Bank Of India Narasaraopet branch numbered [protected].

                  On 5 th September 2009, I have tried making a fund transfer of Rs.2,000 to my friend's account in State Bank of Mysore, Malleswaram branch, Bangalore. Amount was debited to my account immediately by generating a transaction number. However, the amount was not credited to my friend's account. That means, with out actually transferring the money, I was charged.

                  I have approached our branch, they gave a negligent answer saying that it's routed through HO and they cant help.

                  I have put a online complaint for which I did not get any response.

                  I am worried how to get my money back from SBI.

                  I have contacted the branch, customer care and through website also, no response.

                  Please help me out in getting my money back.

                      I HAD GIVEN TWO INSTRUCTION OF DEBITING 114 USD TO SOCIETY OF ACTUARIES . AND AS PER MY REQUEST TWO DEBIT TRANSACTION WAS DONE ON 8/10/2009- EACH EQUAL TO 114 USD IE 228 USD IN TOTAL WHICH WAS EQUIVALENT TO RS 5494.99*2 (RS 10989.98). HOWEVER AN EXTRA AMOUNT OF SAME VALUE IE RS 5494.99 WAS AGAIN DEBITED ON 15/10/2009 . TIIS WAS EXTRA DEBIT TRANSACTION DONE . THIS NEEDS TO BE REVERSED AT THE EARLIEST.

                                I have opened my account [protected] in your bank on 06.11.2009. But up to today (16.11.2009) no pass book issued to me even after I have visited near about 8 times to the branch.The behaviour of employee Smt. Neelam was also not good .For a very small work of pass book preparing was not so big to take time of 10 days. I also contect to sr. employees on several counters but nobody helped me.Due to all this treatment made by the state bank of india ADB BRANCH KOTA JN.                                 I take a loan from SBI ADB Bank Branch Station Road of Rs. 50, 000/- in 31, December, 2002 for Computer Institute. I taken loan under PMRY Scheme. Due to money problem first time I paid the installments of Rs. 10000/- in 4 year. After the bank send me a notice me to paid the loan in year 2007.
                                Since 2007 I continued paid loan installment and the credit diary due loan amount show NIL. Than I request to Loan Manager to issue me N.O.C. & Bank Statement. The Loan Manager said me that on bank loan not insert the interest. Now due the interest amount on you. After that I also given to written application for issue me N.O.C. Letter and Bank Statement. The Bank Manager desired to me bank credit dairy. I gave him.
                                The bank manager said me to contact after one week. I went to the bank and met to him. He said me that the Loan Manager not come to day because he sick for eyes flue you come after 3 days.
                                I met to bank manager after 3 days. that bank manager said me that the loan manager not came to bank due to RAS Paper held. He said me you come on 31.9.2010.

                                  I Mrs Malati Tudu had an SBI credit card No.[protected]on December 2006.
                                  Credit card people send me a cheque of Rs.6000 along with the credit card packet.
                                  I told them to the regional people that I donot need this cheque nowand we will not take it back once issued to some body. After three month I went to the regional Office at Bhubaneswar for settlement of the amount what you have given me. They refused me to do so because once issued a credit card means it can be made settlement after 9 month. I made it at nine month with Rs.7000. I paid all the money within three months. Still they are charging me of Rs 18000/- in current date of 2009.

                                    Sub: Regarding the way the Field Officer (Mr.Soma Sekar) treated my Father for asking
                                    the procedure for transferring the account in State Bank of India, Sri Kalahasti
                                    Branch (Code: 0851)

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    This is Athiesh Kumar T. My Father named T.Mani was a retired Employee of Commercial Tax Office who worked as an attender and settled at Sri Kalahasti. After retirement, My father wants to open a Account for getting his Pension/Gratuity/Commutation Value of Pension where he worked for Last Station (Chittoor), Since as Per Govt Order of Andhra Pradesh -The Payment of First Pension/Gratuity/Commutation Value of Pension (New Cases only) at last Station where the Government Servant Retired [Circular.Memo.No. 20928/264/PSC/2008]. But we face difficult of Opening an Account at State Bank of India, Chittoor Branch because we can’t able to produce the Identity certificates like Ration card, Voter Id as ans address proof, since we are staying at Sri Kalahasti.
                                    So, my father went to State Bank of India of Sri Kalahasti Branch and asks the concerned Officer to Open a New Account. But they neglected and finally did it for a period of 14 Days (from[protected] to[protected]. After opening an Account, My Father asked the Field Officer[Soma Sekar] of Sri Kalahasti Branch[Code:0851], about the procedure of transferring the Account from Sri Kalahasti Branch to Chittoor Branch. The field officer[Soma Sekar] and Senior Accountant[T Subramanyam] not only responded but also tear out the account book and throw it into Dust Bin and abused My Father. My Father Complains the way the field Officer treated him to the Chief Manager. But the Manager doesn’t enquire the Persons who are responsible for that situation. The above incident happens exactly at 3:30PM-4:30PM on 13th November 2009. The SBI has a caption that “With You All The Way”, this means that “We Torture you all the Ways we have”. I hope this incident will be recorded in the CC- camera which is placed in the Bank, You can take it as a Evidence.
                                    For a Government employee itself, My Father had faced the trouble. But what is the situation of ordinary People like farmers. So, I am requesting you to take action on the concerned authorities and necessary steps to avoid this kind of abusive reproach towards Customers.

                                        I have applied for SBI Credit Card vide Application No.[protected]. I got the sms on 04 Aug 08 regarding application under process. Till now there is no any communicaion/ reply / status for the said application.

                                        Pl. let me know the status for the same
                                        Iam a practising company secretary and your credit card agent have collected my reference and details on 1st week of september promesing me to deliver the card to my residence address on 10th setember 2008. I have been waiting for the card and if it is not issued. Kindly cancel the card.

                                        I was an SBI credit card holder from July.06 onwards. However i hv lost my credit card in Dec.07 at Trivandrum and informed the bank about the same at the same time. The bank has told me that issuing duplicate credit card will incur Rs.200.00, which i do not agree to pay and for the same reason asked the bank to not to issue any credit card.

                                        For 6 months i have not received any communications from the bank and was in belief that the credit card was cancelled. But since last four months i m getting msg in my mobile number, wherein the statement of card is coming. Thankfully there is no debit in the card statement and instread credit of Rs. 180.00 is shown. In this regrds i want the bank to do either of the two
                                        1. Close the Credit card so that misuse of the card can be ensured

                                        IRCTC-SBI approached me for taking credit card. So I have applied for IRCTC-SBI credit card. While applying for the card I have given my residential address. Since nobody was at my home the Card has returned back. They have once again sent me the card at that time the courier guy has contacted me since once again nobody was available at my residence. So I have told him that I will personally collect the card but he denied the delivery. He insisted that he will deliver it to my residence only as this is the instruction to him from the bank. I have told him to come after 7 PM or before 9 AM but he was not flexible enough to deliver me the card within the given time. By the time I have left my previous company as well.
                                        One day I have contacted SBI customer care and asked for non delivery of the card and also asked them that how they can bill me for the card which I have not received. But the guy who was on opposite side talked with me very rudely and informed me that "they can do any thing".
                                        Till date I haven't received the Credit Card and SBI is still sending the bills to my previous office address. I'm also not aware that whether they have inactivated my card or not.

                                        sir, i have reced sms regarding despatch of credit card with courier details and booking No etc. The credit card has not been delivered to me so far.                                         My Sbi card was despatched during the last week of February 2011. But the card was returned back to SBI Cards Division. As my parents are always at home, there is no chance of returning the card for non availability of persons at home.Now, the card has been redispatched by SBI on 23rd March 2011 and the consignment No. is [protected]. Kindly deliver the card and other related documents at the address mentioned below at the earliest.

                                        i am a army office capt Lenin Johnson, date of birth 04 apr 85. i hold an acct [protected], sbi dipatoli ,ranchi(jh). branch manager introduced me to a guy named abhishek and told me to deposit all documents for credit card . it has been more than 6 months but i ve not recieved my credit card for above account.
                                        nor the branc manager nor the abhishek is giving any satisfactory answer. most of the time Abhishek doesnt recieve phone. Two days back my account has been shifted to sbi umroi cantt. please look into the matter and properly investigate to rule out any fraud.
                                        I am B.Rathiga credit card holder my old SBI credit card no. [protected], this number was de-activated during December due to some misuse which was later setteled by the SBI vide Case TD[protected] Dispute Transaction. I was promised of a new SBI credit card. Till today I have not received any card. Hence I have not done any transaction from that date. But for the balance amount to be paid with the old card tansaction I had made, the bill is being received with the Number [protected] till date. I tried to contact through toll free number given many a times, but poor response received. Now since I had completed all my payments, either issue me a new card immediately or withdraw and return my amounts paid for protection plus etc..
                                        I will reply for this as soon as I refceive my card.

                                        Hi. I too have an AC at SBI DIPATOLI and am facing similar problems. Could you tell me who was the Branch manager at that time? And by the way, was your problem solved finally? If yes then how?
