Respected Sir,
I'm shyam kumar S/o ram nath yadav residing at RC-283, master park sani bazar, Khora Colony Ghaziabad, (U.P)
i want to open the new Saving account in your barnch and i visited in your branch 15 days before.says to me your account open in noida but yesterday & Toadys visit to Noida Branch says to me Your Residencial location situated in ghaziabad so your a/c shuold be open to ghaziabad branch. i ask to you why my saving a/c does not open in your branch. i have already different types of id & address Proof is ghaziabad location. like as Rasan Card, Voter id, electric bill.ETC.
So kindly i request to you please gave me a specified reason other wise i will go to banking lokpal & other complain agencies.

    I have my defence pension A/C No. [protected] with SBI, Midnapore ( Branch Code-0132 ) since 1988 and my PPO No. 08/14/B/10604/1988 . I have a few grievances of working attidude and my bad experiences with SBI, Midnapore and CPPC, KOLKATA particularly.
    Following points are as below :
    a ) On 03.12.2008, I have applied for discontinuation of my Medical relife Rs. 100/- to enroll myself in ECHS membership. Almost on every alternative month I used remind SBI, Midnapore for the above subject. In variably, the recorded reply I have received from them that they had already sent my application to CPPC, Kolkata and nothing has happend so far. On 29.09.2009, I have resubmitted my application for same issue. How long I am to wait for this issue ???

    b) On 01.09.2009, while updating my pension Pass book, I learnt that my Pension has been reduced to Rs. 4533/- per month from Rs. 5420/- w.e.f August 2009. Reason for such neither known to the dealing pension officer ( SBI ) nor the Chief Manager of SBI, Midnapore. In this regard, I have already put up an application claiming the hidden reason for such reduction. Issue is still pending with CPPC, Kolkata. How long I am to wait for the subject issue ??. Will CPPC , Kolkata update me in this regard ?

    c) On 29.09.2009 I visited SBI, Midnapore to enquire my arears ( 60% ) Rs. 14767/- paid to me is quite less ( my assumsion ) . Because Rs . 14386/- was cedited my account on 08.12.2008 as my 40% arears. How the 60% of amount paid, the difference is Rs. 381 /- only .Very strangely while updating my pass book on 29.09.09, it was noticed that Rs. 7183/ - has been debited from my pension account without any valid reason/ evidences. On approaching Chief Manager of SBI, Midnapore, he was also unable reply suitably and asked me call CPPC , Kolkata . I tried my lebel best ( 6- 7 times ) to contact CPPC, Kolkata but nobody has attended my call . This is a bitter exprience faced by many pensioner like me in this locality. WHO WILL ANSWER TO THESE ISSUES ????

    Under the present circumstances, as all my request has gone to deaf's ear, please look into these issues and try to reply the pointwise as stated above and also request you to state the actual pension I am supposed to get per month after 6th pay commission.

    amount and Commuted value of pension have still not been credited.you are requested to credit the amount at the earliest please.my AC No:[protected].
    As per AFRO NEW Delhi my PPO has been send to respective branch on 29 nov 09, Plz refer my PPO and give the status of encashing my arrears.SBI BURDWAN sent the PPO to ketugram 5603 vide letter no-GS/pen/1774/09-10 dated 19/12 .
    and despatched on dt 21/12 by speed post.but still there is no action on PPO.Plz do the needfull proper action on my PPO for encashing my arrears.

    We are the most unrespectful person in our society. our money interest has been eaten up by our bank every month as our money floated in their floating account for long long time. If you ask them to pay the dues but those people
    do not have respect to talk to the individuals properly and not even bother to ask their problem at all. in the same country (india) bangalore is doing much better way solve the problem with in one month time period. but what about kolkata CPPC?
    Most horrible and disrespectfull persons available in their office. Last six months
    we are not able to get the dues which has been released by VI CPC. it should be taken up with the higer ops and pull their socks up. i hope it is purely problem of work culture available with our babus and only they know BANDH culture.

    Dear Sir, I am a exserviceman from IAF. Retiered in JUn 06.I have deposited my all papers for VI pay commission, s revised pension to my bank SBI Ashoknagar, 24 Parganas (north), WB.They received the revised ppo from AFRO in Sep 09 and asked me to submit all the papers to the bank, I submitted the same and they forwarded all the papers to CPCC in the momnth of Oct 09.But till today I am not in receipt of any thing.Pension dealing officer of our branch is a very nice person, he took personal interest for all pensioner to get the job done from cpcc.But he failed to do so.The staff of cpcc are not co operating . Allready I have submitted a complaint to SBI in the month of Feb 10. But nothing has happend so far.Please take up the case with heigher authority of sbi to take necessary action agasinst the culprits seating inCPCC, kolkata, Vivekananda Road Branch, Manik tala, WB.     Sir, I Binaya Nand Thakur, defence pensioner of SBI Purnea since Apr, 2007. My acct no is [protected]. I received my corrigendum PPO no 08/14/B/CORR/64756/2010 as per 6th CPC in Apr, 10 and also received by the SBI Purnea. I visited twice personally and with my representative many times but till date I could not got my arrears and also revised rate of pension as per 6th CPC not started.     Due to respect that, I am SMT Namita Chakrobarty W/o Lt .Achin Kr. Chakrobarty Ex.os/p/11/KPA under Sr.WPO/KPA/E.RLY . Who expired on 04/11/2007. As such I am drawing Family pension from SBI, Kalna branch ( code no 106 ). My A/C no. [protected] and P.P.O no.[protected]. I am for the purpose apply for sanction Medical Allowance ( Rs. 100/- p.m ) from 05/11/2007 to till now .
    Every time I am enclosed :- Husband Death certificate, xerox copy of P.P.O, Original Option From for Medicale Allowance, UNDERTAKING FORM and few month ago I am collect & attaches RAILWAY Board Order :-

    But till to now take on action SBI, ( kalna) or higher authority. I am always send copy to CPPC-Kolkata & Customer Service Cell –Stand Rd.-01 . I used remind for the above subject . In variably, the Kalna Branch Manager say, that they had always send my application to CPPC, Kolkata and nothing has happened So far on 14/09/2011. I have resubmitted my application for same issue . How long I am waite for this issue ??

    I was superannuated from Central Staff Training & Research Institute of Director General of Employment & Training, under Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India on 31 March 2002 with an Improper Pension (Rs.5110) fixed on the basis of incorrect scale of pay (Rs.[protected] although I was awarded ACP Grade (Rs.[protected] wef. 01 July 2000. My several appeals and representations u/s.6 of RTI, Act. 2005. I was then no other way but to seek justice in Central Administrative Tribunal in OA.346 of 2008. The Directions/Orders were delivered on 02 Dec. 2010; But implementation of said Judgement was tacitly dragged by few CSAD-Union Members only to delay my benefits by way of misplacing my Service Book etc. However, revisions of my said improper Pension had been done but no arear of both Pay and Allowances paid to me yet ! Requisite SSA had been issued to link branch (SBI.CPPC-Kolkata)

    Non payment of Pension Arrears Following Revision of Pay Pre – 2006
    Sir,
    I beg to inform your goodself that even after executive orders vide circular No. 102 bearing No.GI/0198/VOL –Tech dated[protected] and further Pr. C.D.A. (Pensions) dated 14/08/2015 were issued I have not received my pension arrears as yet. My pension arrears calculated wef 01.01.2006 to 30.06.2009 and 01.07.2009 to 23.09.2012 comes around Rs.1, 20000 I have COPD and serious Prostrate gland problem which needs to be treated at Superspeciality hospital immediately and thus requires finance.
    Therefore, Sir, I look upon your compassionate consideration in view of my ill health and do the needful to pay the arrears amount at the earliest so that I can get myself treated for early recovery at this fag end of my life. My service and Bank particulars are as follows.

      Dear Sir

      I am holding my account in ICICI BANK in Chowringhee,Kolkata ,I have transfered to Munger Bihar,Opposite to our factory SBI ATM was located on 25/11/2009 at 13:28:50 pm i have withdrawn Rs.4000/- the money didn't came outat all fully the same has been withdrawn by the machine but the amount got debited from my account,
      The whole activity has been witness by security guard compliant has been given to Branch on the same day to SBI branch of MUNGER ,No action has been taken till date there was no reconcilation report and actual VS disbursed money .

      The are so many complaints abount this ATM but none of the action has been taken like me many o[censored]s lost money,Still the money has not been credited in my account

      Dear Sir,
      I am having A/C no. [protected] in Jawahar Vyapar Bhavan, on purchase Rs.2193/- amount once transaction was failed and shop has given Certificate & A/c statement for reverting back money. Application and all paper was handed over to Mr. Pankaj on 03.03.10 but as on today it has not been credited to my account. Please take necessary action against staff concern and credit the amount to my account immediately. Bank code (6199)

        I am ex-servicemen retired from Indian Army on 31 Jul 2006. On revision of my pension etc I was issued fresh PPO with revised commutation & Gratuity in the month of Sep 2009. It was sent to SBI Mathura, they took 15 days to sent to concerned branch i.e SBI Mathura Cantt they took month to despatch to CPPC, SBI Main Building, New Delhi. Since 06 Oct 09 I have visited thrice to New Delhi Branch, but the answer is the same that they have not yet received. It is so embarrassing situation for the ex-servicemen to SBI New Delhi i.e CPPC is saying to contact Mathura Branch and they are saying to contact New Delhi Branch. I am badly need of money and normal procedure has taken more than three months to credit my emoluments and still things are not clear whey it shall be credited or not.

          Sir,

          I have opened my Account in SBI, Bishnupur Branch bearing [protected]. So far I haven't got my ATM Card and Cheque book. It makes me a big problem in transaction of my salary. My permanent address is Wahengbam Leikai, Lairembi Maning C/O Ngangbam Koteshore Singh. Kindly arrange, so that it may be convienient for the drawal of my salary in time.

              on 21st of November i withdrwal the amount of rs 10000,,,from SBI atm Batote,, ATM response was ur limit was reached of today ,,,,,,before that i withdral rs 40000 frombank at the same time and after that 4000 i withdrawl from ATM SBI and JKBANK ATM 2000 each,,, but when i insert card again on SBI ATM FOR 10000 then my limit reach ATM told me ,,, but frommy account 10000 automatically Debited I dont o how it was happen,,,,, i complaint on my home branch BATOTE jk bank they were not interested to take my complaint seriously i visited many times then they mail to SBI bank after 11 or 12 days when i visited bank at least 10 times... then said if SBI bank will response us then we will tell u it will take 15 days u have to wait and also jkbak Batote told me I our record ur payment has been suceesfully debited to you ,,,,,,,, i dont no how so please if aNY ONE WHO IS HONEST AGAINST HIS WORK SO HELP ME PLEASE

                I made payment on 2.12.2008 for Rs 12000.00 Pyment still not credited to my account.after sending email sending photocopy of receipt.pesonally collect by banks employee. but receive call for payment .staff and officer of sbi card are irresponsible .they never care for sutomers complaints. they can harse only they are getting the salary for harseing innocent people

                My wife has applied for housing loan in the Month of September 2009 and the document verification and other formalities have been completed by 7th November 2009. We were promised that the cheque for the loan amount would be released within three days. In spite of this promise, till date the cheque has not been released. We are under tremendous pressure from the builder. The response from the SBI Housing Finance Branch at Thane highly irresponsible. The telephone calls are not attended to (never). The staff at this branch talk very rude and are not responsive. During my last interaction on 7th and 14th November, they have not even acknowledged the receipt of documents.

                What a consumer can do now?

                  i have availed a loan for Rs.443000.00 in the month of march 2009 from sbi @8% for 240 months. the disbursed amount is Rs431000.00. they deduct a amount for Rs.12000.00 towards insurance charges but the insurance charge is Rs.10815.00, hence Rs.1185.00 should be returned to me or else adjusted with the loan account, but they didn't. And they are charging a EMI for Rs.3857.00 a month. The actual EMI @8% interest on Rs.443000.00 should be Rs.3705.00.
                  I went to the manager and talk abt the matter but he didn't pay nay heed to me. In this circumstances what do i do please guide me.

                        myself s/b acc. holder (acc no [protected]) of mpkv rahuri dist ahmednagar 413722 withdrawn rs 1600 from icici atm at lda colony lucknow (up) but error persists as tranasaction failed & cash did not obtained. on complaint 30.08.2009 & 30.11.2009 ,to bm sbi mpkv rahuri it is not solved instead , irrevalant justification are given so, kindly take the necessary action to above said branch & refund the same amount with penalty of 100 rs/ day.

                            Humble submission is that the company had applied on 14th sep2007 for loan on 25% or50 lacks susidy which is a scheme under ministry of food processing industry for rice mill in Aurangabad branch of state bank of India.
                            1. To join the benefit under the scheme as and when state bank of India branch Aurangabad asked to do any written or verbal instructions of the bank officials company has done accordingly and shell following whatever instruction a issued from time to time to the company.
                            2. For benefit of the company branch manager Aurangabad had decided that under SME segment SSI scheme the loan should be granted. The company had no knowledge how company is to be under the above mention scheme therefore, the company gave it consent for grant of loan under the scheme.
                            3. The company applied for loan on 14th sep2007 and waited till 26th jul2009 and waiting but when company got minutes of meeting held on 15th apr2009 at 3pm in room no 120 PanchsheelBhawan , New Delhi under the chairmanship of secretary FPI to review the follow up action with nodal officers of focal point banks under decentralised scheme for technology up-gradation/ establishment, modernization of food processing industry and thereafter, the company is under the fear that subsidy will not be granted to company.
                            When the company has informed the branch manager Aurangabad regarding taken decisions taken in the above mentioned meeting even than the banks not taking any interest regarding subsidy to the company, There after the directors of the company has decided that since Aurangabad branch is not taking any interest regarding subsidy to the company the matter should be taken to higher authority of the bank.
                            4. One of the eleven decisions of the above meeting is that all the old cases of subsidy should be disposed of by 15th may2009 and new cases be enclosed. It was also decided in the meeting that old cases subsidy must be enclosed by 31st may2009 and then only new cases of subsidy be taken up. But due to indifferent attitude of bank official, the company has only E. Number on E. Portal. Therefore the company from 27th jul2009 started to inform the bank officials regarding the matter. Is it crime to inform higher official regarding work of branch manager?
                            5. According to website w.w.w.mofpi.nic.in of ministry of food processing industry, Delhi under the decentralisation of plan scheme the subsidy of25% or 50laks is given on the cost of fixed asset 213.73lacks Rs. The Company gets the subsidy it is duty of the bank concerned. This has been confirmed by the website of the ministry. The bank has only taken E. Number of the company on E. Portal but the susidy should have been released and given to the company latest by 31st may 2009.
                            6. State bank of India granted loan on 18th dec2007 in the financial year[protected]. Susidy amount has already been released by the ministry for the financial year[protected]. This has been confirmed the website of the ministry but company has got only E. Number on E. Portal .The Company has not received the subsidy amount due to indifferent attitude of the bank officials.
                            7. The company should get the subsidy amount but the bank officials are not doing anything for this. According to rule the bank should not had charged interest on term loan of 50lack Rs but bank took interest on the above amount so the bank has charged assess interest on loan.
                            8. According to think tank of state bank of India credit rate of rice mills sb9 and above and CRA rating of new rice mill is sb7 and above, the loan for rice mill unit in SME segment rice mill plus 11% to 12.75% is available.
                            According to bank of Aurangabad company rice mill unit credit rate and CRA rate sb2 in spite of SME segment granted loan under SSI scheme.
                            Branch manager in the interest of bank granted loan on assess interest rate of to 13.25%to14.25%. And also by smooth-taking took consent of the company but took interest on loan at the rate of 13.75% to 14.75%.
                            But due to delay of subsidy amount the bank is in the profit but company is suffering lose. Why branch manger could grant loan on SME segment rice mill plus scheme?
                            9. Branch manager in his own interest and in the interest of bank showing the latter dated 27th Dec2007 But why he is not showing letter and resolution dated 28th Dec2007 passed by the directors of company to the higher authorities.
                            10. Branch manager is showing latter dated 21st aug2007 to his higher authority because with the help of above latter he is trying to hide his fault and the interest of bank but company has written dozens of latter for benefit of subsidy on 14th sep2007 and again wrote latter’s to the branch manager.
                            11. If the branch manager considers latter dated 5th sep2008 as green signal than decision taken on 15th apr2009 in the meeting between chairmanship of secretary, FPI and nodal officer of bank, the company should have received the subsidy on 31st may2009. The loan issued by the state bank of India in the financial year[protected] subsidy has already been received which has been confirmed by the website of the ministry. Due to the fault of bank the company has only got E. Number on E. Portal.
                            12. According to reserve bank and also by the think tank of the bank in SME segment SSI scheme 0% mortgage and on 0% margin or rice mill plus scheme 15% to 25% margin and 75% company guarantor valued loan is available but bank officer granted loan by surpassing plan scheme. The bank manager has taken 141.85 lacks and land valued at 12 lacks plus fixed deposit, LIC, SBI Life of 20 lacks. The company had objected about mortgage than bank official refused to issue loan. Therefore the company was forced to give fix deposit, LIC SBI life and land in mortgage. The company has spent on rice mill unit 113.73 lacks to till 31st march2009. Company collateral security is valued 287.58 lacks and guarantor valued 433.04 lacks. The total guarantee of the company is valued 705.62lacks.
                            13. Therefore as per rule the think tank of the bank return 20 lacks of fixe deposit, LIC, SBI life and also land mortgage of 12 lacks so that company could spent the above mentioned amount on the development of the company because bank gave to the company 91. 48 lack fewer amounts as loan.
                            14. When branch manager granted loan to the company at that time a written agreement was signed by the company and the bank. In the agreement it was agreed that interest of every month will be deposited in the bank in next month will be deposited in the bank in next month between the date one to the last date of the month but branch manager takes interest amount and instalment of term loan amount before last day of the month from the company’s account and this is being done without informing the company and also without the cheque issued by the company.
                            15. Company got information from website of ministry that application on for subsidy should be filed before commercial production. The raw rice unit of the company was ready by March 2008. The boiled rice unit was ready by september2008. The company applied for commercial production many bank does not replied. Therefore the company started commercial production of raw rice from 29th jan2009. But commercial production of boiled rice could not be started because the company is under the impression that some problem may be faced by the company’s regarding subsidy. Due to the uncooperative attitude of the bank the company’s commercial production could not started fully and for this the company is suffering lose.
                            16. Whenever company director meets the bank officials regarding above mentioned matter than branch manager only explains how recovery agents behaves with party. Does the company’s position is for recovery?
                            17. When branch manager granted loan to the company taking too much interest but now branch manager is not taking any interest that company gets the subsidy in time. And for this the company suffered loss of one corer and still suffering loss. Due to the indifferent attitude of the branch manager the company has failed to deposit interest and instalment amount since july2009.
                            18. Therefore it hubby submitted that you take interest regarding company’s problem so that company is all to return bank loan. The company’s directors take interest in this season is December2009 towards the company or they are involved in rule and regulation of bank. The state bank of India took E. Number on E. Portal for company 27th Aug2009 BUT gave wrong information about the company on E. Portal. This was corrected only on 14th Oct2009.
                            19. That the instance with fact of recovering loan, taking excessive interest on the loan amount and not giving subsidy according to the prescribed from in spite of the sanction by the ministry of food processing and taking assets mentioned in the preceding paragraphs as mortgage out of the circular indicates altogether the harassing ill motivated and in active attitude of the bank.
                            20. Respected sir due to indifferent attitude of the bank the commercial of company was much delayed. The company suffered financial loss for the above mentioned reason. If you take interest in the company’s matter. Than the company will get subsidy soon so that company’s loss can be avoided and also company get bake LIC, Fix deposited , SBI life worth 20lacks and land worth 12lacks so that this amount can be spent on the development of the company.
                            Whether the above mentioned fact shows that bank manager is not taking any interest regarding subsidy to the company.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I'm Holding Railway SBI Card having No:

                              On 17/5/2009, a cheque of Rs.5000.00, having Cheque No:586143,of Bank Of India was presented to SBI Card, and then I was been informed through a received letter dated 4th June 2009, from Pathak and Associates (Advocates), New Delhi, Sub: Notice under Section 138, for my cheque which was not at all given by me.your the cheque is bounced,as a matter of fact I 'm not holding any account till date in Bank Of India and I don't know who has played mischief(might be your collection agency in Baroda), who has submitted my Card No, on the cheque.

                              I have I was very shocked on receiving this as I'm working as Branch Manager in a reputed Company and I have got a good image in the society.
                              I have requesed several times since June 2009 to Baroda GE branch to Mr. Rajeev and Anu Madam as well as customer service for apology letter and reversal of charges levied to me for this unfair act done to me, but till date no apology letter has been issued to me.
                              I 'm very much fed up and frustrated now , so writing to you expecting for a proper justice to look deeply into the matter or I'll be forced to knock doors of the Court for this act from SBI Cards, which is very shocking.

                                I have applied for both Subh Yatra and SBI Railway credit card. My Subh Yatra account in active since October 18 2009, but haven't received SBI Railway credit card yet (Dec 2 2009). When I click apply for SBI railway card it says,
                                "Thank You. You have successfully applied for your SBI Railway Credit Card"

                                That means they have received my request.

                                SBI Railway Card — not received sbi railway card

                                i'm member of subha yatra scheme(cust id:[protected])...i've not received my sbi railway card...name s NANDESHWARAN...pls make an enquiry and send me my card as early as possible...
                                I have applied for SBI Railway credit card vide application No. [protected] on dated 14/09/2009. I have received telephonically (mobile) call on 24/10/09 till date i have not received my SBI Railway Card.
                                I am mechanical engineer serving in ONGC as senior executive, From SBI
                                Card, I received many calls during last many months, approching to
                                have SBI -Railway Card, finally I decided to have it, application
                                is filled, & assured to have SBI-Railway card,

                                on[protected] I received SMS "that appliaction is under process &
                                within 15 days card will be issued, "

                                on[protected] I received SMS saying

                                We regret, we are unable to accept your request for SBI Card at this
                                point of time as it doesnot meet our internal policy for card
                                issuance.

                                If you don't wish to issue SBI Card, Why you are distubing peopel &
                                collecting document & getting signed on document, I request you to
                                kindly return back document collected & signed document be handedover
                                to me so that I can distroy it,
                                I have received phone calls from the concern person but till now i have'nt got any card may i know whom should i contact for getting this card.
                                I am applied for SBI Railway credit card one month before. Up to now i am not having any updated information. Please let me know.
                                I have applied for SBI Railway credit card vide application No. S[protected] on dated 04/11/2010. My Date of Birth was 16th February 1980 and Mother name: Varalakshmi. Till date i have not received my SBI Railway Card. Please do the need full.

                                SBI railway card — card not delivered

                                I had been contacted by IRCTC SBI card authority and told that I am eligible for SBI railway card holder as i am a frequent railway traveller.I provided the necessery documents to the agent he verified them and told me that card will be delievered in 15 days.Its been a month now and i got no corrospondance from their end.

                                i am manoj kumar maurya. i am applied for SBI RAILWAY CREDIT CARD before 24 dec.Up to now i am not having any updated information. Please let me know. my form no, S[protected]
                                i had applied for railway card and got it, in which there was speeling mistake in my name, i requested for new card, i dint get the new card nor pin for the old card, but i was billed 40, 000/- rs by the month of feb 2013.

                                i have not activated my old card because i dint received the pin. still i have been charged.

                                so my kind request to all indian citizen is not to go for SBI railway card, you will be cheated.

                                  I hold a saving a/c in State Bank of India. One day when i went to my sbi branch in Gokuldham,Goregaon(e) to inquire about demat services of sbi . One of the representatives of Sbi demat services named jagdish informed me that there is no a/c opening charges & annual maintenance charges for one year after one year i will be charged Rs.399 as annual maintenance charge thinking that he is a employee of reputed bank he won't lie i agreed to him and opened an a/c. but, in march 2009 my a/c was being debited of 400Rs. again in may i was being debited with Rs.399 when i asked sbi they informed me that were annual maintenance charges & a/c opening charges. i complaint to the superior of sbicapsec but got no reply from them. some superiors told that they could do nothing about it . because of there representatives misinformation i had to suffer. Please get me my money refunded . In this fear i haven't used my demat a/c a single time.

                                  You took $34.19 out of my checking account on 3/19/2010 and I would like it back. I've already cancelled the services that I never used.the cancellation # is 4818775.
                                  My name is M. Samsunder, Once I was at my sb account bank, SBI, Nagarcoil, the representative at the deemat desk informed me that the annual fee for the account was only rs 400. So I have opened a deemat account, To my surprise Rs500 was debited from my account .after ten days another Rs386as debited from my sb account, I went to the bank to enquire, but last one month there is no one in the deemat desk.Now Iwould like to close the account.But no one in the bank helping me to close the account.
                                  I want to close my deemat account .Please guide me.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    My father was a Railway Pensioner (Original Pension File No.377). He expired on 11.12.2008 and accordingly I have applied for family pension & balance 60 percent arrears in the month of April, 2009 but neither pension nor any response received from bank till October. On 31.10.2009, I have lodged a complaint No.2249 with CPPC, New Delhi and also written various e-mails to DGM customer Service and also submitted all the papers again with paying branch (code 03389) in the month of Nov.,2008 but till date neither the pension is credited to my mother's account No.[protected] nor I have received any response from pension payiung branch.

                                    You are requested to convey my complaint to the relevant authorities and arrange release of Family Pension & balance 60 percent arrears. immediately.

                                      Sir, I have an savings account in STATE BANK OF INDIA, A.U.CAMPUS, VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, with a/c. no:[protected].I regularly draw money from different Bank ATM Counters, on 1/12/2009 I visited the ANDHRA BANK ATM Centre at GAURI NIVAS, PANAJI, GOA. when I inserted the card and after typed my Pin number the report came out that your has declined. and it gives error code with 054. but it surprised I saw that the amount of Rs 520/- has been deducted from my account.

                                      I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and see that my amount of Rs 500/- will be credited again to my account.

                                      I am VENKATA MAHA LAKSHMI DANGETI account holder of SBI branch, ANDHRA UNIVERSITY, VISAKHAPATNAM (A/C No: [protected]) from 27/07/2006 onwards. I have transferred money through online banking to SBH on 14th of September 2010. Transaction displayed successful and amount of Rs.500 had been deducted from my account on the same day. But the money was not credited on the beneficiary account until now. I have approached nearest SBI branch and they told me write a letter to corresponding Branch. (Third Party transfer).
                                      But the details being shown in my account about this transaction are given below.

                                      Here I am attaching the corresponding document for your reference. Here what I did mistake, I have added this beneficiary account into my online SBI account long back. Actually Beneficiary account holder has transferred account from Rajendranagar to Balanagar (INTERCITY transfer). I don’t know that I have to delete saved beneficiary account and again I have to add freshly for doing transaction as it is transferred. I visited SBH Balanagar manager as this SBH account also mine. He told me that delete that account and add freshly with Balanagar branch. Now transfers are going normally. But my 14Sep2010 transaction amount neither come back to my SBI nor added to my SBH. Why I have transferred money to SBH that I have LIC ECS through SBH account.
                                      Please kindly help me to get back my money.
