Student — SBI PO exam qualifications

SBI has announced to apply for PO post and to register for examinations,
but website doesnt show the details of minimum requirement in 12th,,,after getting challan i came to know that 12th min requirement is above 60%, now the challan is waste, bank doesnt return the amount,
