      Sir, My name is Sohan Pal, a resident of Baraut (U.P) and presently working with a reputed CPMF. I have a PMSP (Para Military Salary Package) account with State Bank of India Baraut (U.P) branch (Code No.1563) bearing account No.[protected]. On 30/12/2012 i had withdrawn an amount of Rs.500/- through ICICI ATM located at Baraut (U.P) (Txn No.38777 at around 5 pm). After that a sum of Rs.6/-, Rs.5,017/- and Rs.10,017/- has been withdrawn from my account through Txn No.38778. But this transaction has not been made by me. Accordingly, on getting information while updating the pass book, i had lodged a complain with SBI authorities through toll free number[protected] on 19/01/2013 and my complain has been lodged and complaint number is AD[protected] and AD[protected]. But even after lapse of more than one week i didn't get any suitable reply from SBI authorities rather directions are being received from Bank authorities to approach the Branch authorities as well as Branch Manager. But even after repeated requests made by me in person or over phone i didn't get a suitable reply. Kindly intervene in the matter and may kindly do the needful to get my lost money.

      SBI Bank — loss of money

      I am Arun kumar R, i have been sbi account for 6 months in IIT powai branch.I took money from corp bank atm Rs 1500 near to INDIAN INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY, HABSIKUDA.HYDERABAD at 1;22 pm on Tuesday, 7th April 2009, but i did not get money but they have withdrawn money from my account .I have complaint sbi helpline, but they are reply properly

        Dear Ms. Divya,

        Myself Pallavi Chaturvedi and I am owing a credit card of your company, no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 1592. My issue is that your customer care services are pathetic. Now to mention that for the bill due on 4th December'12 carried financial charges, over-limit charges ( for over limit of Rs 61.80 only, i.e. not even in multiples of Rs. 100/-). I tried several times to your customer care number but as your services are so poor that after several attempts i could manage to talk to your customer care representative mentioning the seriousness of the situation and the medical reason for which my last payment went late. On my request he assured me that he is forwarding the matter and the late payment charges + financial charges + Over-limit charges would be waived off and the same will be reflected in the next statement.

        To bring this to your notice that i had a Major accident due to which i was hospitalised for several days. This delayed the payment due on 4th November'12.

        With the assurance of your lately attended CCE, i was pretty relaxed. But again the same charges with more surplus charges are reflected in my new statement due on 4th Feb'13. I was shocked to see this management of your department. I knew that calling at your customer care is a toucher, but still i took the pain and noted every single activity of them to mention you in writing that how disgusting services are provided by your organization.

        On 22nd Jan'13 I called up at "[protected]" by 10.56 AM
        Call got disconnect in 2min and 54 seconds after the inconvenient process.

        Again on 22nd Jan'13, I called up the same number by 11.00 AM. This time it took almost 6min and 20 seconds for the process to select the option for talking to CCE (Customer care Executive) with the statement that our CCE will be available after 8min and 35 sec. So after almost 15 mins your CCE went available to take my query and kept me on hold for processing my complaints. And you would love to know that i was kept on hold for 1hour, 32 mins and 30 sec. Your executives were connecting the call without speaking anything (background sounds reveals this), just to check that whether i had disconnected the call due to frustration or i m stubborn enough to wait till the end of patience.

        And disconnected the call at 12.32.30 PM without any attention. This is how customers are handled at your company. With untrue commitments, disrespect. SBI is amongst the most reputed banks of the country, that doesnt mean that you can provide us with the worst services of its type to give mental harassment to the customers.

        Does it takes 92 mins and 30 seconds to keep the customer waiting. And its not been the first time. You had made your Customer Care Department such that people wont be able to register the complain due to such disgust response and in case some stubborn like me can still manage to reach your CCE, then they are hanged with no response.

        IT CLEARLY MEANS THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE PROBLEMS.

        Other CCDs of any bank hardly take 1-2 mins to get connected and solves the issue in barely 2-5 mins. Yours services has spoiled the name of SBI Bank. Absolute Disgust.

        I need a proper and eminent response to this.

        KINDLY READ THE COMPLETE MAIL AS EVERY ATTRIBUTE IS MENTIONED IN THIS.

        SBI Credit Card — Miscommunication

        Dear sir,

        With reference complaint no[protected] confirmation received through Mobile SMS on 28/08/2009, still i am waiting the reply from the bank. I am following above mentioned case from 5 year, till date neither i had received any satisfactory answer from bank nor they had shown any interest to resolve the issue.Kindly do the needful.

          My SBI Card No [protected] has been used by someone on 22th Dec 2012 even though I have mailed my card to head office Delhi head office on 15th dec 2012 for canceling my card . This is a criminal action by parties unknown to commit fraud based on data theft from unidentified sources which requires your stringent action to nail the culprits and bring them to book. I would appreciate if you could reverse all such payments immediately if this has not been already done. Your most immediate action on this complaint is solicited.

          SBI Credit Card — Unauthorised use by SBI

          I have a Lifetime free, SBI Creit card for the last 16 months of which i have not been using the card for about 11 months now.

          Since i havent used it, i havent bothered enough to open and check my e-mail statements. To my shock about 20days ago i recd an sms stating an overdue amount on my card payable immediately.

          On checking i found out that SBI themselves have charged my card for some insurance amount payable monthly without my consent. Now that monthly amount for the past 11 months along with interest and non payment fees has snowballed and expected to be paid by me.

          On confronting customer care, i was assured that this mistake will be rectified and corrected. The latest statement shows that only 3 months dues have been waived off and i'm still expected to pay the balance for no fault of mine.

          If SBI accepts their fault, why is only 3 months waived and if they dont accept their fault, then why waive even a single month?
          well, I thought the least i could do was issue a retraction and let of you know that the issue has been sorted out ad i'm extremely pleased with how they've handled the issue.

            Hi Team,

            This with regard to SBI Advantage Plus Card # [protected] wich was offered to me on my Savings Bank Account [protected].

            * This card was taken for savings purpose.
            * I have paid all the EMI for 25000/- Fixed Deposit and requested a closure of this card.
            * Called the Customer Service spoke to them they advised to send a letter with signature requesting for the closure of this card to feedback.[protected]@ge.com.
            * After Sending the request received a email stating the SBI Card has been closed.
            * Received a SMS stating SBI card has removed the lien on Fixed Deposit of 25000/- Please contact your branch manager.
            *I went to the Richards Town Branch (Bangalore, Karnataka) Spoke to the Branch Manager he said we are here to facilitate the
            account holder to get the cards.
            *Sent an email to feedback.[protected]@ge.com no reply from their end Case Referene ID =[protected].

            Being One of the topmost Bank in our country I did not like the way they are treating the customers query.

            Please do the needful.

              Sir,
              There were two internet transactions carried from my SBI bank account on 26th January with net total amounting to Rs 17247.40.
              The user had bought products from www.myntra.com while I do not even have an account on the website.
              When I contacted Myntra care numbers I was told that they cant help me out on this issue because I did not have a myntra order number and SBI authorities say that they do not have any information on the order number (Mind you, SBI only knows about the 'Transaction number' that Myntra people have no clue about). Both parties just are not competent enough to work on the issue.
              The sad part is i want my hard earned money back. Right now I feel like a 'fish in the barrel', which is really frustrating.
              If you can really help me getting my money back, it'l be real help.
              P.S. If SBI can really get their act together and not moan about the 'only the home branch can help you sir'. I mean how on earth can someone out of nowhere hack into my card and do stuffs unnoticed. I am already going to stop all relations with SBI knowing how pathetic their service can be.

              i want to take the printout of clerical sbi form today, the page says, "please take the printout after the 5th of june!!" but even today also i can not take the print out. what the crapppp is this??????????????????

                One of my relative belong to Balrampur district in Uttar Pradesh. There is a state bank of india Balrampur branch(Lucknow circle region II Gonda) . In this branch customer service is very poor because official work conducted by higher authorities (Mob-[protected] AGM Gonda & [protected] BM Balrampur)forcefully by exploitation of their employees even on holidays. It is informed that verbaly instruction to do office work even on Republic Day also that is a National Holidays .This should be treted as DESH DROH and all the staffs of SBI are DESHDROHI for doing official work on 26th January 2013. Please take immidiate action against Desh Drohi.

                      I Several Times attempts SBI Mutual Fund Request for Statement online but the Site is not Working..Please do the needful as early as possible.
                      It's simple process to received statement of account in your mail box. If your mail id register with sbi mf then very easy 2 minute process. Otherwise you take little time to get it.

                        I submitted written rerquest for transfer of my acct to SBI Br Amritsar Rd Tarn Taran(Punjab) on 12 Nov 2012. Acct not transfered till date. Asked Bank on 02 Jan 2013. Replied acct not tfrd. When checked request was sent to SBI Ujjain on 25 Nov 12 . Request gathered dust for 15 days. When requested to sent reminder Mr Maheshwari had the decency to ask me give him tele No of SBI ujjain when he could have found. Then I gave phone No of SBI Ujjain. And personally spoke to Chief Manager Ujjain. He told me tyo Bank to sent reuest by fax. When requested Maheswari he wanted us to give him fax Number. Sad affairs. Till today acct has not been transfered.

                          Rs 5000/- got deducted from ATM without using the original ATM card from an HDFC bank ATM which is in Brigade road, Bangalore in July 2012.

                          I was following with the SBI and HDFC banks since then. But I dint get any response till now.

                          I, Niraj Kumar Rajput have given a request for issue of ATM against my ATM lost complaint number [protected]. My a/c No. is [protected]. A written application for issue an ATM was given to SBI, BB Cantt, Srinagar (J&K) on 18/12/12 but till date I have not received ATM. I am facing hard due to ATM for transaction since the movement in this area is not frequent.
                          I have written my mobile Number on my application but no any response through telephone received to me. My mob No. is [protected]. My postal address is as under :

                          I opened two SB account in state bank of India, BHU, Varanasi branch one single account (for pension) and other Joint account 2 years back. I also applied for the ATM facility for both. I got the ATM card of the joint account after a month of openning the account but i could not get one for my single account. Ienquired for the same many times. whenever I visit the branch the staff asks me to fill the application (request) form for the same, I have filled the form for 5 times so far but I could not receive the card. To my surprise I received a card for the joint account for which I did not apply and I already have the card. also the bank deducted Rs 200 from my Single account for which i applied for ATM card (but could not get the same). I complained it many times to the chairman and dgmsbi online many times but they always give instruction to sbi Lucknow and Varanasi to look into the matter and issue the card. but there is no effect of thes instruction. It seems that SBI dose not value its customer at all. I stay away from varanasi with my son and it is difficult to visit BHU branch frequently.
                          I HAVE ASKED FOR A NEW ATM CARD WITH BLOCKING THE OLD ONE (TICKET NUMBER [protected])
                          MY ACCOUNT IS IN INS CHILKA BRANCH, I HAVE SEND A FAX AND A WRITTEN APPLICATION IN THE BANK AND THEY HAVEN'T SEND THE ATM CARD AND THE PIN


                          PLZ HELP ME I DON'T HAVE MY CHECK BOOK

                            I am really unhappy with the kind of treatment given by SBI to his customers/ People( Non Customers.
                            This is regards to a New Account Opening with SBI.
                            I am a working professional and I work 6 days in a week .For Opening an account in SBI I visited their Road no.22,Thane Branch on Saturday. The time I asked the concern person for submission he said that they don’t open account on Sat/Mon/Wed. I accepted , but one of the lady employee started yelling that ,”The Forms from other branch of SBI will not be entertained only forms of our branch we will processed. We are not here to accept other branches forms and all. I accepted it but what made her to shout in front of everyone and curse customer she would have said in a polite way that these are our rules that’s it She created a lot of scence if front of so huge crowd at branch.
                            Later I found that SBI Samata Nagar, Thane Branch works on Sunday. So very next Sunday I went to this branch. It was 10.30 am. I stand in a Queue, there was a huge rush. Branch people were unable to manage it and suddenly they started shouting at people to move out, they took forms of all the people and told us to stand outside the branch and only those forms will be proceeds for the day which are accepted. But this kind of behavior is not accepted from Bank professionals. We all waited. They took one by one the forms and what is this happening, the Service Manager is not accepting anyone’s form? To every form he is pulling out something or the other mistake and instead to request them to rectify he is shouting at them and telling them straight away to come next day!!! Later it was 12.45 pm when my turn came. He found that one of my document is improper so I shown him the other proof he agreed but I don’t have the photocopy so I requested him that I will get the photocopy. Its was just a matter of 5 mins I bought the documents and he is not accepting it!!! He told me to come tomorrow. I requested him that I am a working professional I don’t get time so offend. He said then come next Sunday. That day too I have to move from their without account opening.
                            On very next Sunday of that week I went to the same branch, assuming that my form was verified last week so I have just submit , pay the amount and that’s it! This time I entered at 12.30 pm.To my surprise they are saying that forms are accepted at 10 am only and that too only 20forms for the day. Accepted it, but suddenly the new rule? How come a person will know that this sudden policy are been incorporated. Have they updated in websites? NO!!! The requested the Service Manager that last week too I came and this week again the same scenario. This fellow is so adamant; he straight away shouted at me that we can’t process it. (There was no single queue for Acct opening) and again the same old story “COME TOMMORROW”. WHY???????
                            This really frustrated me!!! What the hell the government is doing for Indians???? Just making them go merry go round and make them so negative and against to them that ultimately people are made to opt for private Services!!!!
                            I lost my tempers and started yelling at him, to my surprise he not utter a single word!!!! It just went to Deaf ears!!!! Is this kind of treatment you provide to people who come to open accounts in your Bank??? If at initial stage such treatment is render than god know what services will be provided when one will become the Customer!!!!
                            Is this really accepted???? Or we Indians are here to accept any thing and later on curse Govt for not being.doing any good to the Indians????
                            We open accounts in your Banks of which the Bank runs and same way Salary are been paid to the Employees of the banks.Is the Govt paying from their pockets to this…NO!!!!! Its our money which is been used for all theses services/ developments etc THAN WHY SUCH TREATMENT??? WHY SUCH ATTITUDE????? WHY SUCH BEHAVIOUR????? This has ultimately given rise to Private banking and here we Indians are suffering in our owm country and working to such private organizations!!!!
                            I don’t know how effective this forum is??? But a request to all that fight for our rights. We are being ruled by Govt in a democratic country like INDIA!!!

                                Sir,
                                I am maintaining a DSP account [protected] at Nandigram branch code 1555, West Bengal. I am using SBI net banking. I intended to SMS alert of transaction at my new mobile no [protected] instead of [protected]. On 12 Jan 13, I have requested for same at online banking.

                                On 13 Jan 13 evening I got a receive call from [protected], Ashish Mehta, SBI Mumbai, Nehru Stadium, Mumbai. He claimed for an assistant of SBI Mumbai and on 14 Jan 13, I also got calls from [protected](SBI TOLL FREE) and[protected], Mohan Kumar, SBI Card Centre, Bangalore. Both of them asked me some questions for account verification as DOB, Address, account No, Card No. After I satisfied I gave them as they asked due to call from SBI Toll free Number. They told me SMS alert will be activated at my new mobile number within 24 hours.

                                I felt a doubt and went to nearest SBI, Khaprail, Siliguri ATM and check my a/c status. I found there are 10 transactions were made on 13 and 14 Jan 13 by online shopping, POS PURC, BILLDESK SBIPG and for the amount of Rs 94,300.00 debited from my account. I immediately changed my PIN No. I am holding my ATM debit card not handover to anybody.

                                You are requested to please query on the above subject and refund the debited amount at my account at the earliest.

                                  My sbi card was hacked in the early hours of today morning (i.e. 11th jan 2013 2am ist) fraudulent transactions were performed on my card from us which have been mentioned below:

                                  11/01/2013 southwest airlines co dallas us 1.00 dr.
                                  11/01/2013 mcdonald's f1405 oakland us 498.17 dr.
                                  11/01/2013 target pinole us 3149.33 dr.
                                  11/01/2013 target pinole us 3149.33 dr.
                                  11/01/2013 target pinole us 3149.33 dr.
                                  11/01/2013 target pinole us 3149.33 dr.

                                  The card got automatically blocked when further fraudulent transactions were tried.

                                  On contacting the sbi help line they have asked me to submit the dispute form which I have submitted which has the reference caseid=[protected]. But they have informed me that it will take about 3 working days for the transactions to confirm then the investigation will be started. They also don't have an option of cancelling those fraudulent transactions and it would take about maximum of 120 days for the investigation to complete. Please provide me pointers for getting my money back since in the confirmation mail they have mentioned this point.

                                    i am a customer of sbi credit card , few months ago i received a call from sbi credit card for mediclaim policy of indian health organisation, when i received the call, told to representative i don't want to buy/use this policy & cut the call , they again & again called me & after some time i received the call , representative talked to me & told about the policy , he also told to me it's a totally free policy package for credit card holder if you don't use or utilise it just the amount of Rs. 7500/- hold in your credit card statement,after the period of 2 year the completion of policy hold value automatically release hold amount. you don't have to pay the Rs. 7500/-. in this connection next month i received my credit card bill, i paid only the amount of above Rs. 7500/- , after that when i received the another bill in next month, the amount of bill was Rs.(use of credit card +7500+penalty). then i called to sbi credit card customer care , they gave me a complaint no. but no solution till now. complaint no.[protected].

                                      As per my request email on 04.01.2011 SBI Credit Card Co. blocked my credit card. I am unemployed since November, 2008 before that I paid my card bill on regular basis.Due to financial crisis I have settled ALL MY CREDIT CARDS. I have telephoned SBI Credit Card Co. many times (in 2008 & 2009) for settlement. After that I emailed SBI Credit Card Company several times on 12.01.2011, 24.03.2011, 28.03.11 for full & final settlement, SBI replied 24.03.2011 with acknowledgement and a complain number, on 28.03.2011 they wrote `we acknowledge the receipt of your email and assure you that we are looking into your concerns on priority’. On 28.03.2011 their executive called me several time and came to my house and take interest for settlement after negotiation he agreed with Rs. 7000/- with equal two installments. He told me to pay now & he will come back within seven days with Full & Final settlement letter. I paid the amount after he convinced me by telephonic discussion undersigned had with his Senior Officials. Every detail I have communicated with SBI via email, they assured me with an email on 18.04.2011 that after completion of their investigation they will revert to me but unfortunately I have not got any reply till date. In the meantime, every month they send me bill with a huge amount & their executives call me, harass me & send their collection agent came for payment but they are not replying in written. As per RBI rules they are bound to reply within 60 days. SBI Credit card company has suffered me more than 4 years without any fault, I have suffered severe mental harassment and mental anguish.

                                      SBI Credit Card — Harassment for Final Settlement

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                                      I had SBI credit card until 2005 which advertently lost while fueling petrol. I suddently found a charge for Rs.1300 on petrol one time and called SBI to block the card. Also requested the call center person to provide me a replacement card.

                                      SBI did not send me a replacement card. I forgot to pay the bills which eventually accumulated with all the maintenance charges and soforth to Rs.4000 in 6 months. A call came from SBI requesting me to do a final settlement which they mentioned as Rs.2150 which would be collected by a collection agent. Realization of the payment will be done by SBI cards and eventually they would send me a closure letter.

                                      I paid them Rs.2150 and got a receipt from the collection agent. However, SBI card never sent me a closure letter. They credited 2150 as a regular payment and kept the remaining balance. I could not call and complain as the card number given in my ebill was not original card number. However in beginning of 2008, I got a call again from a collection agent. This time again asking me to settle the bill. The call was such a harassment where I had to finally cut the phone off. After that there was no call for a year until the past two weeks.

                                      This time SBI again wants to pay me a settlement fee to close the current balance which has gone upto Rs.10500. I never had a card since 2006. Paid the settlement fee. SBI kept charging me with annual fee and interest to accumulate it until today.

                                      I am not sure whether to pay once again the settlement amount they are asking so that we get a closure or keep ignoring this.

                                      Please let me know how you can help me.
                                      SBI Credit card has become a nuisance. They ask for payment for getting a certificate of payment which has never been heard.

                                      SBi Managers should be arrested for mental toture and harassment.

                                      I had a credit card in[protected] and I stopped using it becuase the service was poor. I had asked them to cancel the card. After a couple of months had a call stating that they will not charge me for annual charges and that I can start using the card.<br /><br />

                                      As soon as I started using the card, they charged me interest and anual card charges.<br /><br />
                                      <br /><br />
                                      I the meantime I had made a payment toward petrol bill. They had lost the cheque for which payment was made and asked me to send another cheque. I made payment again. Since then they have been charging me interestest and latepayment charges.<br /><br />
                                      <br /><br />
                                      they have been harassing me and my family. Initially I started getting calls from their call centre to settle the issue with Rs.2000 which I refused. They are continuing to harrass me. I received a call today, 8/5/09, at 15.30 hrs from telephone no.30827920. The person said that he will continue to harass.<br /><br />
                                      <br /><br />
                                      I am surprised at SBI being a Government bank at their "goonda giri" and harassment. <br /><br />
