sir,
This is Naga Sekhar. I have an account in SBI,Kothapet Branch, Guntur. I have tried to get an amount of Rs.1,900/- from SBI ATM, Pattabhipuram, Guntur. ATM machine shown "please collect cash". But the amount has not come out from the machine and the amount was deducted from my account. So, I request you to solve my problem and the said amount be credited to my account at the earliest.

Dear consumerThese type of transactions called disputes. Any atm dispute is resolved at centralised reconcilitaion department of every bank. In this regard You need to go to your bank (SBI) and give complaint.They will resolve the issue in 14 working days .If that not happen then you can go to any other legal proceedings. I am also working for a bank as an officer.this is the way we resolve the issues.

YOU GO TO SBI GIVE A COMPLAINT BY MENTIONINGDETAILS OF YOUR ATM CARD NO, A/C NO, AMT DISPUTED, DATE OF TRANSACTION, NAME AND BRANCH OF THE BANK ATM WHERE YOU TRIED FOR WITHDRAWL .

I am a army person. i was go to leave in Nepal in month og Apr 2011. sir i want to know that why is account has been debited by INR 95000.00 mentioning sweep tfr. i want to know what is the sweep tfr. i have not used my ATM card but the my a/c is debited Rs. 95000.00 in the date of 21 to 24 Apr 2011. i was go to bank magaer SBI Damauli Nepal and SBI Pokhra but my complainst is not registed their and i am not satisfied to sbi nepal bank. my mobile no. is [protected] and now i am posted in 78 UK Bn NCC Haldwani Bhotia parao, Nainital (Uttarakhand)

Dear sir i am nithya from coimbatore completed BTech IT in 2011 next i have planned to do Msc in UK, for educational loan i have gone through Sbi website, there is an online registration for candidates who are applying for educational loan i have filled, atlast which branch are you like to choosen?i selected the bank in my area SBI Branch trichy Road, singanallur, they provided application number, i have taken the application form print out and approached the bank, nearly half and hour i didnt get any response just they asked me to wait, then i met the branch manager, he didnt even see any of my particulars i said that i registered through online this is my application number as but his question is which ward you are?i have seen my ration card and i said 7th ward within a sec he says that that's not not our ward you go and apply somewhere how can i know which bank provides loan for my ward?if this is means why they are offering online application form registration everything...and giving option that which branch are you like to choosen?
