    Dear Sir/Madam,
    This is regarding the wrong deduction of an amount of Rs 18910 from my SB A/c [protected] held at SBI, INCS Visakhapatnam. I tried to book an airline ticket (Air India from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi for travel on 24 Oct 11, amount Rs 9455) using net banking on the 14 Oct 11. But in spite of repeated attempts, I did not get the high security password on my registered mobile phone to authorise the transaction. Finally I completed the transaction the third time using my debit card of the same account. But to my surprise, I later found out that the amount was deducted thrice from my bank account. I tried to contact the airline staff to check for the failed transactions. The Air India customer care initially expressed their inability to help as it was an online transaction, and only after repeated requests did they give me a Delhi based land-line number for internet banking solutions. The number which they provided,[protected] and[protected], was either engaged all the time or was not answered. Finally I got through after a lot of attempts, and I was informed that my case had been forwarded to their accounts section, after I mailed them my account statement showing the erroneous debits. This also didn't work as I did not receive any response from the accounts section. After a lot of e-mails and phone calls, I was informed by the accounts section of Air-India that they had not received any such money, and I was told to check with my bank account. To this I called-up the SBI toll-free number, but here also I was told to visit my parent branch to resolve the issue. Now I was presently in Dehradun and the parent branch was at Visakhapatnam, so I was unable to visit the branch. I tried to register an online complaint on the 10 Nov 11, and also tried using the "UNHAPPY" service of SBI. I did receive a call from SBI the next day, but they also asked me to submit an application at my home branch. Also, I haven't received any response on my online complaint, except the acknowledgement mail till date.
    All this while, I have written a large number of emails both to the Airline authority and State Bank of India, but none has been able to give me a solution. My only point in all the correspondence was that the amount should not have been deducted without me authorising the transaction by entering the password. That was the whole point o[censored]sing a secure internet transaction. Its almost been a month since the erroneous transaction, and both the parties have just slept over the matter.
    I thus request that the matter be taken up with the adequate authorities and the amount in question, along with the interest and compensation be returned. Also, I request that this case, if considered worthy, be covered on your show so that the people of the nation also come to know about the functioning of a NATIONAL BANK and a NATIONAL AIRCRAFT CARRIER.

      with due respect i want to state that myself manohar singh sisodiya my mother
      having bank account in SBI BANK of india agrawal nagar indore
      (MP). its my mother account.
      sir my mother has dead at 22/06/2011 so requested for SBI bank of india to
      withdrawal my mother account . balance 5 to 6th months above but there are no response sbi bank.
      mr . HARISH AWASTHI has bank manager not response of our problem and delay my problem 5 to 6 months
      so please action against to bank of india, agrawal nagar branch indore m.p

          Hi,
          I'm Pravin Taksande. I've problem with PF offices at located at Banglore, Delhi and Nagpur becoz whatever contact information is provided on these office websites is not in used.If I try to calling on cantact number given on website but almost all the numbers are out of service.If any of the no. will ring then no one will be pick for the same.Whatever mail ID has been given are not in service at all and giving the error as -can not deliver the message you sent.The same reply is as below.

            Pl be informed that I am one of yr valued customer. on 09/09/2011 i had deposited one out station cheque drawn on Vysya Bank, Chandigarh for encashment in my SBI Branch, Garia, Kol- 47, account No.[protected]. It is still remained uncleared. I do not know the fate of the money. The BM of the branch is not cooperating. The concern Bank did no receive the cheque for clearance yet. They were intimating probably it is lost in transit. My concern, why I suffer for the lost in transit? The concern SBI should pay me the said amount as well as the interest due for the delay. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

              Myself R.S Choudhury a state bank account holder bearing account no [protected] want to inform u that my uncle Mr S.H Choudhury an account holder of same branch of Hailakandi, BRANCH CODE 0087 bearing account number [protected] dropped a cheque of Rs 7000/ cheque number 885640 dated on 9/11/2011.but unfortunately i didnt recieve the money till now.Since i am a student of Bangalore University staying in hostel i need money immediately because i have to pay the hostel fees.I dont know sometimes we suffer such type of problem of late sending money because of the negligency
              of staff or whatever it may be but i am a regular sufferer of that.So please take further step of that.

                I have used this SBI Savings A/c from past 6 years. Now I need a cheque book for my use.I’am working in Idea Cellular LTD in Trichy.There is a problem which my salary was credited to my SBI Savings A/c. So they (HR Department) need a cancelled cheque to update my account details for their reference and Records. Because they give me Axis Bank a/c as my salary A/c.When I went to give request letter to my branch office (Woraiyur Branch – Trichy), they said “won’t to give cheque book, you can also close your a/c”. This is the first time that I’m disappointed to having this account.


                Pls provide me the Cheque book as soon as possible. So that they can process my next month salary.

                SBI — Reg: Cheque Book

                My name is Mathiyalagan.I have an a/c([protected]) in SBI Namakkal Town Branch request no IC00282669.I request to send a cheque book for my personal needs.But they said , he will provide cheque book o to only Business people.Not for Savings Account People..I really wondering, how can they say like this ? wont they consider us as a costumer ? If current a/c people only respond means, Why we have to open in SBI ?..we can open in someother banks..If govt.bank do like this means, the value of the bank will automatically go down..They don't know the value of Saving Account holders.It is really irritate us..Can anyone answer my questions ?                   I have got a credit card on my fixed deposit of 2 Lakhs. Now when i went to bank and asked for my 2 lakhs FD they said that it is linked with my credit card and have to close that before i ask for the FD. I obliged and went ahead and paid the dues on October 4th. Then I called up credit card department and said that i have closed my dues and asked them to issue me no balance letter and closure of my credit card. They said that my dues are not cleared yet even after showing the online proff. After 'n' number of attempts they said that i have to wait till they generate the statement as that is where they will see the dues and then only i can close my credit card. Even then there is another letter generated by branch saying that i have a balance of 9000/- when there was 0 balance. FD department again blocked after seeing this. Now FD department says that I have to get a closure letter from credit card department while my credit card department keep postponing things saying that wait for some more time.

                  I need MY MONEY very badly. After repeated attempts, everytime a new person picks up the call and have to explain the problem right from the scratch. Every person says that i have to wait. Its been more than a month and am still calling them up everyday..But all my calls are in vain.

                  I go to the bank and they route me to different number. If I call them, they ask me to wait. While its a pretty simple issue that credit card department have to send a letter to FD department saying that i dont have dues..I dont understand why the hell they are playing football with me..

                    Sir,
                    I am having two credit cards offered by State Bank of India. One normal VISA card another IRCTC card.I received one offer letter during the month of from SBI stating that I would get 2% cash on every purchase through my card. This offer was valid from May 15, 2011 to July 15, 2011. I recd one more letter from SBI in the month of July 2011 offering 5% cash back on every purchase during the period July 15, 2011 to September 15, 2011.
                    During these period I made purchase through credit over Rs.35000/- but I never recd a single paisa cash back from SBI. I contacted SBI help desk. They were not having record regarding cash back offer. They asked for scanned copies of the letter. I sent scanned copies of letters also. They took nearly two months to reply. Now, they are telling that this offer was not applicable for my VISA credit card rather it was valid for IRCTC card through which I have not made any purchase. This condition was not mentioned in the letter. When I pointed out that it was not mentioned in the letter, hence it should be applicable for all the cards. Finally they told that they will refer will this matter to their higher authority and reply soon. But more than 2 weeks over they never contacted me.
                    Now, I request you to please help me and get my problem solved.I am also attaching scanned copies of said letters.

                      Sir,
                      Respectfully I have to say that I have oppened RD A/C in SBI, New Mandi yard, Hapur Branch in Sept-2010 of Rs. 2000 per month. and order bank to take this amount from my Saving A/C in the same branch. But the bank had not transfer this amount from my Saving A/C. In March 2011 when i check my RD A/C, I found that the bank had not transfer this amount from my Saving A/C to my RD A/C in any month, I said to bank, they said nothing they can do, everything Computer knows. I said the bank to close my RD A/C. They close it. But I got Rs.1400 only, in place of deposited amount Rs. 2000. There was no excuse on the bank, they only said that only computer knows we don't know. in this way i got loss of Rs.600 .
                      My quiry to the bank is that if the Computer had not transfer the amount from my Saving A/C, then why I suffer 30% loss on my deposit. OK don't give my Interest on the deposited amount, but still do not cut 30% of my deposited amount.

                        I have applied a home loan of ` 12.00 lacs in Bank of india . It was informed me that there was some overdue payments of credit card showing in CIBIL Report. It is again submitted that I have never taken any Credit Card form any bank in past as well as on today. . A dispute/ complaint have also been lodged by me in CIBIL. A copy of complaint is enclosed herewith.CIBIL report showing two no crdit card SBI credit card no.[protected] amount-overdue-75473/- & card no.-[protected] amunt 75473/= total amount showing cibil report 1,50,946/= many time contect sbi credit card office & phone not respons sbi credit card bank 15.09.2011 to till date.

                        plz sir help me veary . bank not relese home loan amount very losses to me.

                          I had received a message from Haward Rickson ([protected]@gmail.com) of Nigeria that an amount of rs.1,35,75,000/- INR has been credited to a lady office staff of State Bank of India, Mumbai (specific branch has not been mentioned) Branch as loan to credit the same to my sbi savings bank a/c no. [protected] as a loan amount with easy interest per annum. For that the concerned SBI had demanded rs.30,000/-. After that, the person concerned said that the Federal Ministry of Finance, Nigeria supported by the concerned State Bank of India has hold up the same to transfer the same to my account for getting a transfer fees of rs.1,40,000/-. If i will deposit the same, then again i have to deposit some amount to finance minister of india. After that the above loan will be immediately credited to my account. But, after getting the deposit form and its picture, it creates great doubt and suspense in mind.

                          Therefore, my humble request at your highness to investigate the matter very genuinely and advice me what to do for getting the loan or if not the loan, then, how I will get back my amounts that i have deposited with them.

                          With a great of hope of getting a positive response for which act of your kindness I shall be highly obliged, I remain.

                          You have been made fool and have been trapped in fraud. Don't u read newspapers and see news that these type of fraud have been happening all over.
                          Please be practical and try to look into situation properly.
                          Go to police and register your complaint. Chances are very less but you may get your ur money back.
                          All this is fraud and no one is going to give any loan or any prize. Just show that certificate to any SBI and they will laugh at u.
                          please file a complaint with local police station and bank, if this was a online transfer, they might be able to track it.

                          It looks like you r wishing that something of this type happens to me. And as far as your question is concerned, you are not correct.                           Do you know what happens today morning? I had contacted SBI, Mumbai & Bhubaneswar regarding this transaction with this complained Consumer Complaint Forum. Today I received a call from the Head Office of the State Bank of India, Bhubaneswar through a staff that had I mailed anything about this enquiry. I told yes. He told this is fraud on behalf of State Bank of India verbally. Then, I aksed him had your organization replied me through mail. Then, all on sudden he told why we will take risk. As you have done, so it is your duty. We will not reply to your enquiry through mail. Listening to this suddenly a suspense come to my mind perhaps there is a chain system of corruption in this regard and they do not want to expose this matter for their safetiness. Am I correct?

                            On 04-December-2013 - CDSDmat Bill 01349680 Batch No. 00000127 SB4134 my account was debited with Rs.393.00, my account was already debited with Rs.500 on eve of account opening. but while opening your representative told us, this is a free service but they have charged 500 and to the worst again they have charged Rs.393. so Please verify the transaction and resolve the issue.

                              Dear All,

                              I have a SBI Credit Card for past 1 year.
                              I make regular payments for my credit card. On 5th Oct'2011 i had requested to close my SBI Card as they were charging me Rs500/- as next year annual fees. I argued with the customer care executive to waive off the charge as I have another card from HDFC Bank and that to without any fees.
                              Hence requested them to close the card and send final settlement statement to make the payment.Today is 8th Nov'2011 and still I have not received the statement. In between i had given many calls but every time no response or the call was kept on hold. Today luckly I was able to get through and I came to know that I am charged late fees. I told customer care executive why are you charging late fees as I have not received your final statement yet to pay the charges. He told me as I had not made the payment I am been charged late fees.
                              I need your support to close this card and make the final settlement and that to without late fees.
                              Can i get final settlement statement amount to make the payment.

                                Dear Sir ,

                                I am having SBI credit card for a long time .

                                I have decided to make full payment towards my outstanding but I saw SBI charged me over limit fees and late payment fees many times hence after paying every month I was quite unable to decrease my outstanding.

                                I belong to a middle class family and now a days I am facing very bad financial crises there fore I request you to kindly instruct SBI to reverse all the OVER LIMIT FEES AND LATE PAYMENT FEES they charged me yet so that I can have some relief and can easily pay my outstanding.

                                Please help me .

                                    With due respect I state that I have a salary account no. [protected] at State Bank of India Branch Pali Birsinghpur, in the month of Aug 11, I requested for issuing of International debit card i.e. Gold Visa Card but I have been issued with International debit card i.e. silver Mastero Card and due to that I am fully unsatisfied and disappointed with bank services and for this against I have lodged online complaint (No CC[protected] dated 26 Oct 11at SBI bank website and for this reference I have been replied that "as per norms my account is not eligible for gold visa card "but I require this card for online air ticket booking and for payment of some competition exam fees which is not possible through SBI net banking facility and further I state that I have kept always more than 5.5 lakhs amount at my account and due to auto sweep facility it always reflects not more than Rs 6000/-.
                                    Now I have not been guided by bank properly for this reference and I want to know about eligiblity criteria for gold visa card and I have seen that at many branches of SBI has issued gold visa card to their customer at zero balance for salary account personnel and why it is happened with me. Finally, what Iam facing problem today it should not be faced by other person.

                                      1. I had taken EMD Loan from SBI PU Branch, Sec 14, Chandigarh for applying Chandigarh Housing Board (Sec-63 Housing Scheme) on 26-27Apr 2008 by depositing the required amount and requested document + procedure. Below are the details
                                      Loan Account No : [protected]
                                      Amount : Rs 2,91,405/-

                                      2. After more that 3 years in Sep, 2011, SBI officer contact me to settle my EMD Loan A/c with outstanding stating Rs. 4,69,025/-. On requesting of the relevant document the bank again gone to sleep for few more weeks. Meanwhile I continues contacting bank branch (Officer and Branch Manager) over phone but when I haven't received the required service. I had taken leave from my office and visited the Branch. Where I discover things are more verse as after speaking for more than hours here and there, SBI officer come-up to see the case. Finally after huge argument with the officer, he given me the documents related to the Loan A/c which is my right to see the document. But argument happen I don't know why.

                                      3. After seeing the document I was shocked. First of all bank never contact me on time. Moreover I had been not communicated by bank any time on my permanent address which i gave in EMD loan form of bank during year 2008. Moreover they are keep on saying and telling that they have send me reminders on my temporary address, which is returning back to them as it is a registered post. In spite of knowing returning registered post there bank employees never bother to send single letter to my permanent address (which is also given in the from just below the temporary address) to intimate me and now after 3 yrs, they are telling me to clear this much amount. Please provide me justification over this issue. Moreover when I took EMD loan that time I had not been given any document by bank in which I could able to know about the fluctuation of interest and bank keep on changing their interest rate during entire year which is also not intimated to me by any letter communication on my any of addresses, which I came to know when I visited there branch in 08 October 2011.

                                      4. Moreover I am Govt. servant in Ministry of Defence and I have to move as my service required movement. I had given Gwalior AirBase as my permanent address of communication in EMD Loan Application. Bank Branch never send any communication to permanent address after so many FAILURE on temporary address.

                                      5. Now, from past one month (whole Oct2011) I am making phone call to Branch Manager on regular intervals as he asked for. These call I made not to wish Diwali or Just "Hi-Hello" but to settle the case asap, but Manager is in different mood to handle this issue. Either he cut the phone call or say "I am looking into and let you know, Call me on next week". Day by day passing nothing is happing only interest in increasing without any reason as some of your responsible employee are not acting on time. In Defence if we miss anything very SMALL thing then we defiantly lost LIFE and war is obviously, this line will not effect or cost you as you are always on the side of getting someone's hard earn money as interest which is due to mistake of someone else.

                                      6. After all my effort, Branch Manager told me that he can settle the case on 10% interest as it was mention on EMD Loan Application where currently Loan A/c is running on 17% interest. When I asked for the written communication then what he sent is wonderful i.e Rs. 4,69,025/-. Either is not able to understand the english language or not in mood to settle the case. Currently I am posted in remote area (ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS) from where I can't visit the branch on regular interval to resolved this matter and same thing I request to Manager also. But still there is no way-out I am seeing.

                                      7. I request you to looking into this matter on urgent basis as outstanding amount is increasing day by day without any reason. I have money to immediately settle the case but I want everything in written which Branch manager is not ready to do so.

                                      I highly appreciate your concern and time to resolve this matter on urgent basis. Looking for your early reply and action.

                                        Hello,
                                        i am a owner of SBI accout Atm card..
                                        3 months back i withdraw some money with my ATM card..
                                        but the ATM machine (Which is of HDFC Bank) did not give me full money
                                        which i entered (500 rs. short).
                                        I complained this to my SBI branch with written application..
                                        they did not respond properly with my first 2 applications..
                                        after my 3rd application they said that my transaction was successful &
                                        Refuse to give my money back..
                                        what shall i do?? plz... tell me...!!

                                        P.S. - 1. I have also contected the HDFC branch.. & they told me that they cant do anything because i have SBI account.
                                        2. someone in the Bank branch told me when this incident happened that there was difference in the HDFC ATM machine of 1000 rs....
                                        & I will get my money back..
