[Resolved]  State Bank of India - Savings Bank — Siphoning of Saved Money through Cloned ATM

I am a professional working journalist based in Delhi since 1981. I had saved money in the savings account with SBI, I P Estate, New Delhi -2. A/c No. [protected] (Since August 1997), ATM Card No.[protected] (Issued on February 2003). My absence for a week during 15th Lok Sabha election made my partners with whom I have shared in G-114, Harinagar DTC Colony (Mr. Krishna Kumar Khullar, wife and son, Mr. Lalit Kumar Khullar) made me lose Rs. 82,500 (either through stealing my ATM or using cloned card) on February 13, 14 and 17, reducing the account balance to Rs.15.45. An English fortnighly I ran couldn't see sixth birthday, as the money was phished out at SBI ATM (Jwalaheri Mkt, Nangloi) and Vikas Marg, Lakshmi Nagar and PNB ATM at Dadri Road. My complaints with Delhi Police, Cyber Crime Addl CP and Ombudsman yielded nowhere.
I seek the retrieval of money at the earliest, so that I could be on my own earning and bring the newspaper online with web versions - Arabic, German, Russian and Spanish.
