For last three days I am trying to access https://www.onlinesbi.com to check my a/c details but getting an error of "Cannot find server", "The page cannot be displayed". On calling the customer care they said its working fine and there is some problem with my ISP and internet browser. How can this be possible when I am able to access other website.
The customer care and the internet banking division of SBI sucks, there are useless people who does not abcd of internet and got a dont care attitude.
My suggestion to people, be careful before opting for SBI.

I have received Internet Banking Kit No.[protected], Packet No.51789, Circle Code 07, Serial No.22 from State Bank of India, Yerramukkapalli Branch, Kadapa nearly 3 months ago towards use of Internet Banking. My SBI Savings Account No.[protected] (Branch Code 1902). I have complained to the Chief Manager of SBI Yerramukkapalli Branch several times, but even today the Internet Banking to my account is not yet working. Please verify and get it activated to me as early as possible.

Since 26 December 08 I am trying to submit my application on line for the post of clerk in the associate banks of SBI in the state bank of India sites. But, could not carried out due to some fault on server. Kindly make convenient to apply for the post of clerks in the associate banks of SBI.

I had made a request on 11/11/2008 for my saving bank account transfer from SBI haldia port br Haldia.to SBI Sector 7 branch Dwarka New Delhi. At the time of submitting of documents I surrender my passbook along with my ATM card. The same account was received my me. But I am not getting my new ATM Because my previous ATM card was not canceled by haldia branch.So i am requesting you to look in to the matter.Now a days I am facing financial problem.

Pls help me for the same deducted amount &POLICY DOCUMENTS so that it may be useful in case of EMERGENCY

i am jitendra singh properly live in unnao distt. present time i am working in mumbai. i have driving licence from maharastra gorvement last three years.i want open a saving account in mumbai so i go to near sbi branch santacruz when i tell him branch officer that i want open a saving acc. he tell me the formulties. i tell him that i have driving licence for i.d. proof. he told me that it is not enough proof for open the account.you will take resident proof .so i want know sir that if it is not a valid id. proof for open the account.you will resume the line for id. proof driving option from account opning form. if you not resume driving licence option from account open form. ple.open the account for Driving Licence base.

Dear Sir, I have received Internet Banking Kit No.[protected], Packet No.56249, Circle Code 04, Serial No.81 from State Bank of India, Barola Branch, Gauttam Buddha Nagar, Noida nearly 4 months ago towards use of Internet Banking. I have applied in SBI to open an current account, my application was duly checked and i was told to pay sum of Rs. 10, 000 (Ten thousand ) - which i paid - but after two days when I approached them for the Account no, the officer told me to get an introduction. (this was not told to me since we have Home Loan account with the SBI)

Sir, on 28.07.09 deposited a SBI chequet value of 6009/= in favour of my account but it is not clear till today also.So, I am strange. Please verify above matter as early as possible.THANKINGYOU.

I fully agree with you. I am also trying for the last 3 days to check my SBI account. The results are same. I am able to open all other web sites. I think that M/S SBI have to cross verify from any other pesonal accounts before concluding that complaintant's PC or some other is problem.
This is not for the first time, this problem occured. Other time when I wanted to book urgently, Rly tkts, same happenned.
Request the authorities to look into urgently.

i had try to withdraw money from sbi atm but the money was not withdraw and the balance is shown as reduced that transaction was of 1st oct 2009 3 p.m at indore sapna sangita road branch . sb rao — Non availability of server

I wanted to book Tatkal e- ticket from Secundrabad to Visakhpatnam. But the server is not available. This is happened to me several time. The server is available only after 9 am. Brokers with Railway authorities ( South Central Railway)are colluded. Some scam is going on. Please take immediate action those who are involved in the scam.

Its been one month that onlinesbi.com does not appear beyond peak business hours (10 am to 4PM). The moment the market stops, onlinesbi stops as well. The customer service of SBI is better be avoided for any purpose. One should go to Personal Banking Branch for any issues, following the old school of banking .
And one should carry their laptop and data card to prove its not working.

Just now I am seeing the onlinesbi is down even when the market is up.

This is causing maximum problem to the small investors and the regular retail customers of SBI.

I dont hope to hear from customer care, I am going to file a written complain to the Branch Manager of my personal banking branch.

Yes, I am facing same problem. SBI customer care is giving reply as, we are while I think they are .
Due to this problem we can not pay e-tax online, IRCTC ticket booking, etc...
If we remove "s" from https:// then website works properly but when I want to pay taxes online payment gateway not open due to this problem. One more thing this problem automatically solved for few hours but when God knows.

From three days, am trying to access my SBI net banking, it will take all login credentials, later it will ask to reload the page. Why it is so? Am just tired of this netbanking...really its very bad. How can the bank maintain this poor server condition, why they are not resolving this problem, which supposed to be resolved within 24 hours.
online sbi site is down again. I am trying to access it from last 3-4 days. This is a rubbish site and now maintained properly. 3-4 days downtime and no one is fixing it

    I have a current account in SBI (Account Number not Disclosed) and i use the online banking facility. But since 15 days or more the server is very slow and it is taking a lot of time to open. This is causing a great inconvinence as I am habituated to use the online banking facility very frequently in order to check balances and make transfers to third parties, my suppliers and also between my own account.

    Therefore, i request you to look into the matter and rectify the same so that me and also the other account holders do not face any problem.

I got the msg fund is not sufficient.I Hve complaint nearest sbi bank Senapati bapat road pune & my sbi branch koradi nagpur till my problem has not solved. please consider this application & try to solve the problem as early as poissible Thanl you.

          Dear Sir / Madam, i am NatarajanKarthikeyan.now i am working in singapore. last month[protected] i have opened NRE SB account in your bank ( Thanjavur main branch ). four weeks before i have received the Pass book, Cheque book, ATM card from my home branch but you wrongly entered my name as Kartikeyan Natarajan ( you missed out ' h ' it should be NatarajanKarthikeyan ) . so pls help me to change my name as Natarajan Karthikeyan in all my documents as per my passport. and now i am very scared about to deposit money in my account because my name was entered wrongly. i suspect, in future is there will be any problem while i withdraw the money or not ? so kindly advice me on regarding this. for ur ref : Name : Natarajan Karthikeyan A/C No : [protected] Passport No : F2281556 India address : 37/3541, Dabeer tank road, East gate, Thanjavur-1.

            I, Macwan Benjamin have a saving A/c in State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra. Under A/c No. [protected].
            On 4th Oct. 2008, I had tried to withdraw Rs. 3000/- from Dena Bank ATM which is at Prabha Road, Godhra with my State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra ATM Debit Card. At that time machine shown that Unable to process and debit card came out in presence of your security guard (Mr. Gunvant) at afternoon 12:30. I didn/t get any money or even any slip from this transaction. But Rs. 3000/- and service charge of Rs. 20/- was deducted from my account.
            I have given a application on 6th Oct. 2008 in this matter to the State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra Manager and Dena Bank Main Branch, Godhra Manager. State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra Manager told me to give application to Dena Bank Manager. And Dena bank, Main Branch, Godhra Manager told me that you have to give this application at State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra manager for further action to get my amount back. Means that both have not given me satisfactorily answer.
            I am attaching that application which i had given to State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra Manager and Dena Bank, Main Branch Manager. Please Find attachment.
            Dena Bank. Main Branch Manager told me that you have to go to State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra because of your account is in State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra. Thus, Dena Bank Manager not responded.
            But It is Fact that My A/c is in State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra then, State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra is responsible to give me (customer) good service and security for their Saving A/c money.
            Instead of this State Bank of India, Industrial Estate Branch, Godhra Manager is not giving me proper direction and also even not accepting my application for further action and telling me that close your account and all that unnecessary words.
            So. Please Look int to this matter and take progressive necessary action and credit my deducted money back into my saving account as well as reply me as soon as possible.

              I would like to invite your attention to the following paras for your persual & necessary action:
              1) Though I have saving A/c at SBI, Bonhooghly Industrail Estate Branch, kolkata & I never had any requirement of a credit card nor I intended to acquire one for any purpose in view of lot of controversies & pending cases against the credit card issuing authorites which are now under scrutiny of Reserve bank of india & State cosumer forum.
              2)It is only under repeted insistance of the representative of SBI credit card occupying space in the bank itself that I had to yield based on all mis-information, misguidance & supression of fact presented by your representative like-
              a)The credit card to be issued is life time free & no one time or Anual service charges or hidden cost is involved .
              b) That the isssued credit card is not linked to any insurance coverage for which the card holder has to bear the burden of paying premium
              3) I have never used the credit card issued to me for any purchase or wthdrawl of cash as on date.But surprisingly enough the suppressed facts hvave been revealed through your above reffered statements & communications whrein Iam repeatedly reminded for payments of dues for reasons best known to you.
              The most valid point is that why should i be interested in your credit card with all the hidden cost & suppress fact when some of the Banks are offering Life time free credit cards
              4) The linked up insurance coverage with Royal Sundram alliance company ltd has already taken action for cancellation of the insurance policy no. HS[protected] & REFENDED & FORWARDED an amount of RS 657/- for necessary reversal on my A/c which has also been ignired by you while sending the statements to you.
              5) The issued credit card is Life time free as stated by your representative & your staement for payment of dues is un called for as insurance premium debited has been refended back to my A/c & the card has never been used for any purchase or cash withdrawl by me as on date.Amount shown as due for payment in your statements are fictitious for which only your representative
              can be held responsible who appears to be trained in mis-leading the customer with perfection, suppressing facts & transperency
              The entire approach is un-ethical & embarrassing & must be discouraged at all levels of the credit card issuing authority
              6) As it stands, your statement is required to be revised as NILagainst total amount due .Otherwise it will be presumed as a
              practice, en-forced to cheat customer by rasing fictitious bill without evidence /details, thereafter insisting for settelement of the matter withcancellation of the credit card at an amount lesser than originally indicated in the statement as dues for payment with the objective of collecting money from the customer by whatsoever means in the name of recovery.
              7) there is no question even for your negotiated stellement when you are unable to produce any evidence/details of purhase or cash withdrawl from my credit card.your repeated reminders through stetements /communications can be perceived as harassment & threatening & accordingly the matter will be taken up with competant authorites to deal for appropriate action to stop this kind of harassement from your side omce & for all.

              I had requested you several times to kindly arrange to send a fresh monthly statement showing NIL statement in terms of money because till date I have not made any transication any where utilising the above credit card.
              Further, I would like to inform you that till date I have not received any corrected monthly statement showing NIL statements, so I am enclosing herewith credit card cut in two pcs
              diaogonally for destroying at your end.

                Ref: Your letter dated 28th September 2008

                Sir,
                I am the sbi card holder with card No. [protected]. I use to pay the outstanding regularly before the due date. Without waiting for receipt of statement by post, I use to download it from net immediately after 16th of every month and drop the cheque in the nearby SBI branch drop box. Same way I have dropped the cheque No. 540482 dated 26/09/2008 for Rs. 31891.37 at SBI, VRCE Nagpur Branch on 26/09/2008, 11 days before the due date of payment. I was surprise to know from your office by telephone on 17/10/2008 that there is payment outstanding against me and my cheque No. 540482 got bounced. I have submitted the cheque No. 540483 for Rs. 31891.37 dated 18/10/2008 to your representative on 18/10/2008. Subsequent to the enquiry with the bank, they told me that they have not received this cheque for clearance. From the statement of card for the month of October 2008 some illegal transaction as below are shown.

                From the above facts the amount of Rs. 1766.86 has been imposed on me deliberately without my fault. If there was any problem with the cheque, you could have told me by mobile before due date so that the amount could have been paid by me before due date. Delay in communicating the problem with cheque of date 26/09/2008 is seemed be committed by you with the intention of imposing the penalty. Therefore, you are requested to reverse this penalty immediately failing which I will sue the bank in the appropriate court of law with cost.

                    I had applied for Railway SBI credit card and later on I cancelled it due to some inconvinience. So I have not recieved any card from INDIAN RALWAY CATERING and its expected as I cancelled the card. But 501 Rs which I was supposed to pay for card was already paid from my ICICI credit card account and same is not reversed from INDIAN RALWAY CATERING.

                    501Rs was transfered from [protected] credit card account to INDIAN RAILWAYS CATERING on 7th Aug at 1:47pm. Please reverse back the amount to my [protected] credit card account.

                      Dear sir,

                      I had gone through settelment and paid full amount as reply to my queries concerning charging of Service TAX, penalities etc. was not given by SBI card.There was difference of RS.800.00 which were debited to my account after issuance of settlement letter.I requested call centre to send me Statement of account for the period 1st Jan.'06 to May'07 but the same was not sent.Anyhow I paid Rs800.00 and wrote on cash collection slip that FUll and Final payment has been made under settelment and issue "No Dues certificate".Later on I followed up the matter with Call Centre and requested for No Dues Certificate. A representative of SBI Card came (Last year ) and collected the copy of Settlement letter.Now after 10 months another representative come at my residence on last Sunday i.e.19th October'08 when i Was not at home.He made arguments with my wife .He told her that he has come from Gurgaon and She has not offered him Tea, Snacks .She does not know the minimum courtesy to be extended to him.Also he scolded that if her husband was unable to pay loan why he had taken it?These facts were told to Ms Ritika ofSBI card Call Centre on 20th Oct.'08 and request was made for informing the name of the representaive and for issuance of "No Dues Certificate.
                      I shall be obliged if my following queries are answered :
                      May I know the Minimum Courtesy to be extended to the representatives of SBI Card ? May I know the name of the representative who was deputed at my residence ?May I know why my account is not closed even after 15 months (approx.)after full and final payment was received under settelment by SBI Card ?

                      Please arrange to issue "No Dues Certificate" and send me Statement of account for the period "Ist Jan.06 to date Rs.800.00 were deposited as full and final payment.

                        Sir,
                        I am krushna Chandra pradhan, a resident of bhubaneswar. I have qualified for the interview of the clerical exam. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, I was unable to produce my recent OBC certificate. There fore, I have requested the verifying officer to allow me to submit the undertaking for the relaxation to submit the current OBC certificate within 10 days and hence, allow me to then interview. But the verifying officer did not allow me to even give the undertaking. And also not allowed for the interview.

                        But I have enquired other circles that they allow the above said phenomenon. So why I am suffred for the simple reason. It takes time to produce the OBC certificate from the magistrate’s office. For that I have asked 10 days relaxation. So please grant my application and allow me to attend the interview. It will be your very kind and oblige.

                            i used my SBI ATM cum Debit Card at Univercell Mobile shop, Indira nagar, Bangalore on 22/10/2008. After swiping my card in POS terminal I have given my pin number to them but nothing happend . They asked again my pin number and i have given it . then that transaction completed . i got the receipt also . Then i noticed that the amount debited from my account twice. but its credited to merchant's account only once. i want to track my amount .. where it hase gone . and they r telling sometime it has gone to bank's suspense account. i want to know whether it is there with bank or not. please give me the correct information as soon as possible.

                              last statment of account received in april 2007 showing Rs.157/-as credit balance since then i have not received any statement.Few days back i tried to see my account through internet showing a debit balance of Rs 253?-plus.but the credit limit and the cash limit as "o".On 17/10/08 I deposited Rs 500 in my account and I requested through your customer relation officer to update my card with full credit and cash limit, but i was informed that my card once deactivated can not be reactivated I was surprised that how it could be possible and what is my fault?
                              I request you to please look into the matter and if it appears to be my fault, I kindly request you to cancel my card and pay me the credit balance lying in my account.                                 Dear Sir/Madam,
                                Today using my SBI Foreign Travel card, I withdrawn money( 500 pound sterling) from Nattwest ATM, Cranfield, England at 12: 30pm local time in England. For this transaction am amount(865.71US Dollar is deducted from my account). But as per RBI rate it should be 815.58 US Dollar( On 22/10/2008 1US Dollar = 49.29 INR and 1GB Pound Sterling= 80.40INR) and transaction charge of 1.75US dollar( as per SBI guide lines).
                                To my surprise, I loose around 48 dollrs in one transaction. Can you clarify my doubts over transaction.

                                SBI Foreign Travel Card — Excess deduction

                                I made a purchase of Singapore dollar 39.06 today eith mu SBI Foreign Travel Card. When I checked my account, I found that a transaction of 39.06 Singapore dollar was correctly shown. However US Dollar 34.45 was debited from my account. At exchange rate of 0.72 US dollar for a Singapore dollar, the amount debited should have been about US dollar 28. Two years back I had used the same card in USA, but there was never a discrepancy.

                                Can someone explain how the amount debited is computed. It seems the Foreign Travel Card is very expensive for countries other than USA.

                                  i had an SBI credit card, i had a major financial crunch in sep 07 . but then too i had opted for a fair settlement with the card people only by requsting them to wave off only a part of intrest since i was a v old and a geniune coustomer.
                                  the SBI personnel visited me and asked for my cheques (total outstanding was of 32 k and settlement was done at 25500. i.e. 5 Emi of 5100 each) i asked him to wait for 3-4 days as i had requested a new cheque book of my a/c but he then pleaded tht u give me the cheques of your any bank account as we will not deposite those cheques and i ll collect the EMIs from u in cash every month since its a month and they have some targets to be achieved . tht was fine with me. but every time they used to deposite the cheques and since it was an non active account i could know only once it is bounced. considering human error i let it go off for the first time but this was repeted twice and i decided to take an action and i spoke to the executives boss he then promised me tht this will not be repeated in future. ( all the EMIs were being collected by me in cash every month in this course) and finally when this was repeated even for the last time i waas v much furstrated and annoyed with the service by then and spoke to the officials in delhi customer care. who then assured me tht please pay off your last EMI and we apologise for whtever has happened. being a genuine client i said OK and paid off all the EMIs. Now after 6 months i started getting calls from their DSAs stating i had to pay some more 29k since my settlement was voide due to cheque bounce and after repeted explnations being given to them i still receive calls from highly indecent and disrespectfull DSAs of yours.

                                    I went to SBI on the month of July to open a new account for myself, where I was told to open an account on the first week of August so that I will get a gift from SBI on the spot.

                                    I agreed and ask my cousin to open an account so that we get a gift, and so we did. We opened an account on SBI and they promised to gift us an umbrella. But still now we dint received anything from SBI. When we went to enquire they told us that the stock has not come yet, once the stock come we will inform you and gift you. But asusual it was all fake promises.

                                    About the services, they have only two computers and one printers. Weekly twice their computer gets hanged, or someother problems if it works well then light problems for this we are not able to update our passbook, or credit cash on our account.
                                    Space is not enough as lots of customers stand on queue. Inspite of having three counters always people get confused which counter to go as they always mislead them.

                                    To solve any problem they ask us to meet a specify person on the bank and when we approach him, he ask us to meet another. Even to get a netbanking form we have to wait and waste our 1hour time.

                                    I applied for net banking still it is on wait more than 3weeks passed still m waiting for net banking kit. Many more customers are there coming with the complaints for they havent received their welcome kit, or even pin for their debit card.

                                    Those people working on SBI Nerul branch are seriously disgusting. They just waste customers time to guide them. Very Bad experience I had at SBI Nerul.

                                    I am totally agree about this comments... Because i suffer a lot from account opening to netbanking. Till now i visited 6/7 times SBI, Nerul for activate my internet userid, but each time they told me we solve your issue and after 2/3 days you will be able access your account through netbanking. Since 2 months passed away, i am not able to access my account on internet.

                                    I also visited SBI nerul Branch manager for the same issue, but she has no experience on this and told me to contact the right person. She has not interested to solve customers issue. One employee refer to another employee. No one is able to response correctly...

                                    My suggestion to all people, please don't go to SBI Nerul branch for wastage your time.
                                    stop complaining about umbrella and waiting time in SBI . SBI is a low cost banking module for the common man. they cannot afford big lobby with 10 manager's taking care of people..

                                    If you guys really want to feel like king. i suggest u open a HNI account with MNC banks and keep 20 lacs as balance u will get all the service u expect from the bank

                                    I totally disagree about the anticomments. I am with the SBI Nerul since its inception. I didnot find any lacuna except a few teething troubles in the beginneng. All the three managers with whom I came across were extremely cooperative. I feel that one must understand that one cannot please all. Kindly note that I donot have any nearby in SBI
                                    i do agree with u. most of them are old sticks, who just cant handle 2 many customers.

                                      ON[protected], I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SBI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT THAT SOME WRONG TRANSACTIONS HAS BEEN MADE IN MY CARD AND MY CARD HAS BEEN BLOCKDED AND IT WAS ALSO REQUESTED TO ME THAT KINDLY INFORM IT TO SBI CUSTOMER CARE ALSO.

                                      MY QUESTION IS : IF SOME WRONG TRANSACTIONS ARE THERE AND IT HAS BEEN DIAAGNOSED BY THE DEPARTMENT ITSELF, THEN WHY THER ARE NOT RECTIFYING IT IMMEDIATELY. WHY THEY ARE PRESSING ME TO LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH CUSTOMER CARE.

                                      BUT ON THEIR REQUEST I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE ON[protected]. THEY ALSO REPLIED THAT IN MY ACCOUNT THRE ARE SOME WRONG TRANSACTIONS AND BLOCKED MY CARD ALSO WITH THE ASSURANCE THAT I WILL GET NEW CARD VERY SOON.

                                      TILL DATE[protected] I DID NOT GET MY STATEEMENT.

                                      I AM TOTALLY UNAWARE THAT WHAT IS GOING ON.

                                      IT IS REQUESTED TO PLEASE SUGGEST ME THAT IF THERE ARE SOME WRONG TRANSACTIONS, I HAVE TO APPROACH EITHER CUSTOMER CARE, I HAVE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH DELHI POLICE OR I HAVE TO APPROACH DISTRICT COURT.

                                        On 26 th july 2008 used ICICI Bank ATM at NOIDA Due to some operational snag cash could not be withdrawn, however account was found debited with Rs 1000/- Later on my accont with SBI LAKHANPUR KANPUR show one credit and debit entry Narration COR correction entry. Request for restoring my money with SBI BRANCH yet to be processed . No satisfactory reply forth coming . There switch center is required to take action for refund of my money siphoned off from my account . 88 days have already lapsed but no response from my banker

                                        The applicant is working as Signalman in Army and having SB A/c No. [protected] at Barmer City, Main Branch, Pratap Ji Ki Pole Barmer Rajasthan. I would like to draw your kind attention that the staff of SBI, Barmer is always misbehaved with the applicant/army officials and credit/debit in my account at their own wishes.

                                        Recently I have withdrawn Rs. 5000/- by ATM no. 404102 on 11.6.08 transaction no. 2478 but the Barmer Branch has shown two transaction of Rs.5000/- each from my account i.e. 11.6.2008 & 9.6.08.

                                        It is submitted that the applicant had withdrawn Rs.5000/- only one time from ATM No. 404102 on 11.6.08 but the bank has wrongly shown another debit of Rs.5000/- from my account on 9.6.08 from ATM No.404102 vides transaction no. 247 on the ground that the queries received from Delhi that you have withdrawn Rs.5000/- on 9.6.08 from ATM No. 404102 transaction no 247 due to that reason bank has debited the said amount on 5.9.08, which is totally false I have never withdrawn the abovesaid amount on 9.6.08.

                                        TODAY I HAVE PERSONALLY INQUIRED ABOUT THE WITHDRAWAL DATED 9.6.08 FROM PBB, PARLIAMENT STREET, NEW DELHI WHERE THE DEALING OFFICIALS HAS INTIMATED THE COMPLAINANT THAT NO SUCH WITHDRAWAL OF RS.5000/- HAVING BEEN MADE FROM THE ATM NO. 404102 ON 9.6.08 (TRANSACTION NO. 247) AND ON WHAT BASIS YOU THE ABOVENAMED BANK HAS DEDUCTED THE AMT. OF RS.5000/- FROM MY SB ACCOUNT.

                                        I had approached the Dy. Manager Sh. Bhagwan Singh regarding the said discrepancy, without solving my problem they had misbehaved with me and he had used with me abusive & filthy language.

                                        In view of the above, it is therefore requested kindly to credit Rs. 5000/- to my above said A/c (earlier illegally deducted from my account) and Disciplinary Proceeding/strict action against Sh. Bhagwan Singh, Dy. Manager of Main Branch, Pratap Ji Ki Pole, Branch Code 6095, Barmer City, Rajasthan, may kindly be initiated as the aforesaid officials has misbehaved with the complainant. And also intimate the applicant about the action taken by the Bank against the said official and amount of Rs. 5000/- may be credited in my account on priority basis.

                                        I just wanna ask is it Govt Bank , are they will take care o[censored]s please sir i m requesting you take an appropriate action Nobody is there for listen you and this is not the first time generally it happens.

                                        State Bank of India — misbehave and illegal charge deduction without information.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I Kapil Vora opened the current account in SBI bank meera market branch of chittorgarh, Rajasthan(India) .The details of the account is attached. Sir I want to clarify that your bank has been deducted Rs 1000 from my account as my balance was below Rs 10,000, is it any such type policy for current account .Please Clarify as soon as possible and send necessary details. As in the account form there is no mention of such type of deductions. Moreover they issue me the cheque book and they deduct it from my account that is why my balance come below 10,000. Bank never informed me to deduct minimum balance charge at any level. Not on the time of account open or never before doing so. So please clarify it.
