Sir, I had visited the ATM at Ram Ram Bank Chauraha, Aliganj, Lucknow on 02.10.08. i selected banking fast cash option for withdrawing 1000/- Rs but the machine declined saying that unable to response. thereafter in the night i withdraw 1000/- from IOC Aliganj, Lucknow branch.
Rs. 1000/ extra has been deducted from my account. my mini statement shows the withdrawl of rs 1000/- each two times but i had just withdrawn rs 1000/- one...

This is regarding various offers which SBI Card provides to its consumers. To be precise..it is regarding the Worldspace offer of last year and Railway Rumble Offer of March-April this year. SBI Card promises lot of the things but never completes those promises. Now I am really tired with all these false promises....

I have made 4 complaints on this issue. Till now it remains unresolved and no representative has contacted me though every time I make a complaint I have been told that I will get a response within 48 hours.

the branch of stata bank of india in R K Puram is not managed properly.There is no one to attend the customers who want to open on account in the bank moreover they do not address the grevancies of the customers.Therefore irequest u to look into the matter and help the people who trusted ur bank
