I am Rishant Agarwal , resident of Burdwan , West Bengal , sir my manager Syamsundar Sar went to your bank State Bank of India ,main branch(0048), on 01.01.13 at 11 am to deposit 1,80,000 in two names Rishant Agarwal savings a/c no [protected] and Rahul Agarwal saving a/c no [protected] for amount 90,000 each .my staff went to counter no 3 and the counter person Rajendra Paul Basu said he won’t take d said amount as its below 1,00,000 each and told him to move to 4 or 5 no. Counter ,as he was moving to the said counter a man very much known to Rajendra Paul Basu requested him to take d money from him, the counter person took the money (90,000 + 90,000 = 1,80,000) from my staff on that person’s request and after taking the money from him the counter person asked my staff to change one of the pay-in-slip as it was little torn till he enter the other one and my staff moved to change the slip leaving the money wid the counter person and as my staff returned with a fresh pay-in-slip and gave it to the counter person,then R.P.Basu informed he has given the money to the person on whose requste he took the money from my staff for depositing. When my staff demanded why he gave the money to that person he said he thought the person was with him.after this when my staff didn’t got my money back and every person present there demanded the explanation for such a theft and things started heat up .The bank authority and staff came to us and the counter person infront of them accepted it was he who took the money from my staff n gave it to some one else, they assured us they will give the money back to us as bank is liable for this . But after waiting there form 11am to 3 pm we enquirered what is the status of our complaint they told us to give a written complain and when we submitted a written complaint to Chhabi Sharkar , the Manager of that Branch about the incident happened with my staff. He assured us we will get our money back as its bank’s fault and no need to worry and bank needs 24hr to investigate the matter with their counterparts.but when we went to the Manager , Chhabi Sharkar for knowing the proceedings about our case they told they have informed the police and he can say any longer when will we get our money back and just turned the whole incident and showed us what mistake we did by trusting a bank like SBI and its support.
Sir when we went to the Police to file a complain about it being unsatisfied by bank’s reaction, the police said the bank has already lodge a complain against my staff of claiming the money on the ground of false story then also we have lodge a complain on it.
Sir i am attached with the bank for last 11 years through my Rice mill unit Maa Parameswari Agro(p)ltd and me really in the state of shock after losing so huge sum of money and the reaction the bank showed to us about that matter.I really feel cheated and very bad being treated like this by the bank and feel ashamed to be a customer of the bank and receiving such a bad support from the bank and its corresponding employees.
Sir if its what how the bank ,State Bank Of India treats its customers and cheats them of their own money, then me very sad to inform you that i have been theft of my own money and being charged for claiming the money on false ground .sir i really need your help on this matter and please help me out of this grave danger as sum of Rs 1,80,000 is not a very small amount for me at a time when i am suffering from huge financial crisis.

Bank Of India — bank claim.... complain

Respected Sir,

my self ashish sinha from jabalpur (m.p) the customer of bank of india
declare that i made a transaction from state bank atm, which atm id S1AC00039033 and txn-6885 and response code is 072
at 18.54pm on date 02/05/2009
of transaction Rs/- 800
that i could not recieved and the money was deducted from my a/c [protected]
and i recieved the printed voucher with refrence sorry unable to process
also i declare that i sent an application to the bank of india on my main branch on date 4/05/2009 but my money is not refunded till now this is why i request u to plzz take action on this transaction
there is no response by them so plz reply me as soon as possiable sir.

respected sir ,
I had taken education loan for my son akhilesh yadav for higher studies in year 2004 of amount rs-1500000 and deposited the margin in form of tdr amount rs 930000 to deposit the intrest of tdrs automatically in the loan account to get relaxation on intrest but the bank had not deposited that recived intrest amount inloan account and made the checks of the intrest amount and were lying with them only not delivered to me also so that i can use that amount this had been came to my knowlege when i had gone for closing my loan account at that time after many years when i had asked about the intrest of tdrs deposited they told checks are lying with us now you can take it for this loss and extra paid intrest i had given appliction to the bank on date 7-7-2007 on wrriten and reminder on[protected] also recieved attested copies are with me till now also ,
next the tdrs numbers and amounts are as follows-
1-s.no.1453471 amount rs 300000 issue date 6 oct 2004and due date[protected] name-manoj s/o shivaji yadav.
2-s.no. 1453470 amount rs 300000 issue date-6 oct 2004 and due date 6-10-09 name akhilesh yadav
3-s.no.1453472 amount rs 300000 issue date - 6 oct 2004 and due date 6-10-09 name- shivaji yadav
then reissued on date 26 sept 2006-
1-s.no.1469254 amount rs 300000 issue date 26 sept 2006and due date[protected] name-manoj s/o shivaji yadav.
2-s.no. 1469252 amount rs 300000 issue date-26 sept 2006and due date[protected] name akhilesh yadav
3-s.no.1469253amount rs 300000 issue date - 26 sept 2006and due date[protected] name-shivaji yadav.
the above mention tdrs were again renewived timely also and enchase in11 january 2012 the day when we went to encash it the bank ahd given us simple intrest saying that instrument are tdrs are not stdrs but i had given application after paying and closing the loan amount covert them into stdrs i had copy also of it sealed by bank and application was given on 7-7-07 only even though on encashing insteument bank has assumed it as tdr only not as stdr their was my huge interest loss.
i claim for two losses with bank-
1- stdr inttrest should be given to me as less intrest given me assuming them as tdrs.loss of intrest amount
2- in starting the intrest amount of tdrs had been not deposited to my loan account that loss .
after several complaints and letters no response from bank help us to get justice.

    I have used my DEBIT Card / ATM Card of State Bank of India, would like to inform you that while trying to withdraw the money 200/ from ATM326,ANUSANDHAN CAMPUS ITE JAGAMARA ORIN AT BHUBANESWAR on 02/02/2013 , the transaction was rejected, after checking my balance, I was shocked that it reflected that amount of Rs.200/- has been withdrawn from my account.kindly reverse the amount of Rs. 200/- in my account.

        I want to tell you that on 30/07/2012 i went to Allahabad Bank A.T.M. branch at Vikas Nagar,Kanpur to withdrew Rs.5000,but there was no money withdrawn from the ATM and no receipt came out from A.T.M., and my transaction failed so i went to withdrew Rs.5000 from the H.D.F.C. Bank A.T.M.,situated just after Allahabad bank ATM,and i could withdrew my money from H.D.F.C. Bank A.T.M. at Vikas Nagar,Kanpur.but from my account Rs.5000 was withdrawn two times.Firstly a message came into my phone that i had withdrawn Rs.5000 from ATM of H.D.F.C. bank and then the second message came that i had withdrawn Rs.5000 from Allahabad Bank A.T.M. too,so i registered a complain against the second message at State Bank of India Helpline and got a complaint ticket number as follows "AT[protected]" Dated 30/07/2012 and second complaint ticket number "AT[protected]"but my complain was not resolved so i registered third complaint with complaint ticket number "AT[protected]"and received a message on 20/10/2012 saying that my complain was resolved and closed as on 20/10/2012,but i could not get my money back so i wrote a letter to the manager of SBI branch at C.S.A. University but my complain could not be resolved.My account number is "[protected]"and this account is at SBI branch of C.S.A University,so i am now complaining to you.

          Denied for opening a saving account in Sagar Madhya Pradesh Gopalgunj Branch & Denying to Submit Challan
          Dear sir,
          I went today state bank of india, Gopalgunj branch to open a saving account in my name. But the Officer as Well as Manager tell me that they will
          not open savings account and suggest me to go to any other branch even though i have presented all the required documents.
          One thing i have to say is the branch is not accepting challans also.
          So Please Consider for the Same.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            My father Late Mr. Ram Pyare Yadav was working in Bihar Government in Jogapatti Block distt- Bettiah, Bihar as a Senior Clerk. He had a salary Account in SBI ADB BETTIAH branch DIST PASCHIMI CHAMPARAN, BIHAR 845438. In 2011 1st July he is passed away. At that time his account was having 1.64 lacks rupees. In the same month we have given notice to the branch about the death of my father. Actually at the time of account opening he missed to put the nominee name. We are three brothers & one sister given NOC & appointed our mother as a Nominee for that Account. And also given all authority on paper her to receive the money. Even then we talked to the SBI branch Layer regarding this & as he told we have completed all the document formalities. In spite of this we have not received our money. After that many times we have met & talked to the Branch manager but he is not responding properly. Kindly advise me what to do. We are planning to go to court regarding this if we will not get money in this month.I have also mailed this above mail to gm1.[protected]@sbi.co.in & helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in two times but I didn't get any answer.

                  Sir, My name is Sohan Pal, a resident of Baraut (U.P) and presently working with a reputed CPMF. I have a PMSP (Para Military Salary Package) account with State Bank of India Baraut (U.P) branch (Code No.1563) bearing account No.[protected]. On 30/12/2012 i had withdrawn an amount of Rs.500/- through ICICI ATM located at Baraut (U.P) (Txn No.38777 at around 5 pm). After that a sum of Rs.6/-, Rs.5,017/- and Rs.10,017/- has been withdrawn from my account through Txn No.38778. But this transaction has not been made by me. Accordingly, on getting information while updating the pass book, i had lodged a complain with SBI authorities through toll free number[protected] on 19/01/2013 and my complain has been lodged and complaint number is AD[protected] and AD[protected]. But even after lapse of more than one week i didn't get any suitable reply from SBI authorities rather directions are being received from Bank authorities to approach the Branch authorities as well as Branch Manager. But even after repeated requests made by me in person or over phone i didn't get a suitable reply. Kindly intervene in the matter and may kindly do the needful to get my lost money.

                  SBI Bank — loss of money

                  I am Arun kumar R, i have been sbi account for 6 months in IIT powai branch.I took money from corp bank atm Rs 1500 near to INDIAN INSTITUTE OF CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY, HABSIKUDA.HYDERABAD at 1;22 pm on Tuesday, 7th April 2009, but i did not get money but they have withdrawn money from my account .I have complaint sbi helpline, but they are reply properly

                    Dear Ms. Divya,

                    Myself Pallavi Chaturvedi and I am owing a credit card of your company, no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 1592. My issue is that your customer care services are pathetic. Now to mention that for the bill due on 4th December'12 carried financial charges, over-limit charges ( for over limit of Rs 61.80 only, i.e. not even in multiples of Rs. 100/-). I tried several times to your customer care number but as your services are so poor that after several attempts i could manage to talk to your customer care representative mentioning the seriousness of the situation and the medical reason for which my last payment went late. On my request he assured me that he is forwarding the matter and the late payment charges + financial charges + Over-limit charges would be waived off and the same will be reflected in the next statement.

                    To bring this to your notice that i had a Major accident due to which i was hospitalised for several days. This delayed the payment due on 4th November'12.

                    With the assurance of your lately attended CCE, i was pretty relaxed. But again the same charges with more surplus charges are reflected in my new statement due on 4th Feb'13. I was shocked to see this management of your department. I knew that calling at your customer care is a toucher, but still i took the pain and noted every single activity of them to mention you in writing that how disgusting services are provided by your organization.

                    On 22nd Jan'13 I called up at "[protected]" by 10.56 AM
                    Call got disconnect in 2min and 54 seconds after the inconvenient process.

                    Again on 22nd Jan'13, I called up the same number by 11.00 AM. This time it took almost 6min and 20 seconds for the process to select the option for talking to CCE (Customer care Executive) with the statement that our CCE will be available after 8min and 35 sec. So after almost 15 mins your CCE went available to take my query and kept me on hold for processing my complaints. And you would love to know that i was kept on hold for 1hour, 32 mins and 30 sec. Your executives were connecting the call without speaking anything (background sounds reveals this), just to check that whether i had disconnected the call due to frustration or i m stubborn enough to wait till the end of patience.

                    And disconnected the call at 12.32.30 PM without any attention. This is how customers are handled at your company. With untrue commitments, disrespect. SBI is amongst the most reputed banks of the country, that doesnt mean that you can provide us with the worst services of its type to give mental harassment to the customers.

                    Does it takes 92 mins and 30 seconds to keep the customer waiting. And its not been the first time. You had made your Customer Care Department such that people wont be able to register the complain due to such disgust response and in case some stubborn like me can still manage to reach your CCE, then they are hanged with no response.

                    IT CLEARLY MEANS THAT YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING THE PROBLEMS.

                    Other CCDs of any bank hardly take 1-2 mins to get connected and solves the issue in barely 2-5 mins. Yours services has spoiled the name of SBI Bank. Absolute Disgust.

                    I need a proper and eminent response to this.

                    KINDLY READ THE COMPLETE MAIL AS EVERY ATTRIBUTE IS MENTIONED IN THIS.

                    SBI Credit Card — Miscommunication

                    Dear sir,

                    With reference complaint no[protected] confirmation received through Mobile SMS on 28/08/2009, still i am waiting the reply from the bank. I am following above mentioned case from 5 year, till date neither i had received any satisfactory answer from bank nor they had shown any interest to resolve the issue.Kindly do the needful.

                      My SBI Card No [protected] has been used by someone on 22th Dec 2012 even though I have mailed my card to head office Delhi head office on 15th dec 2012 for canceling my card . This is a criminal action by parties unknown to commit fraud based on data theft from unidentified sources which requires your stringent action to nail the culprits and bring them to book. I would appreciate if you could reverse all such payments immediately if this has not been already done. Your most immediate action on this complaint is solicited.

                      I have a Lifetime free, SBI Creit card for the last 16 months of which i have not been using the card for about 11 months now.

                      Since i havent used it, i havent bothered enough to open and check my e-mail statements. To my shock about 20days ago i recd an sms stating an overdue amount on my card payable immediately.

                      On checking i found out that SBI themselves have charged my card for some insurance amount payable monthly without my consent. Now that monthly amount for the past 11 months along with interest and non payment fees has snowballed and expected to be paid by me.

                      On confronting customer care, i was assured that this mistake will be rectified and corrected. The latest statement shows that only 3 months dues have been waived off and i'm still expected to pay the balance for no fault of mine.

                      If SBI accepts their fault, why is only 3 months waived and if they dont accept their fault, then why waive even a single month?
                      well, I thought the least i could do was issue a retraction and let of you know that the issue has been sorted out ad i'm extremely pleased with how they've handled the issue.

                        This with regard to SBI Advantage Plus Card # [protected] wich was offered to me on my Savings Bank Account [protected].

                        * This card was taken for savings purpose.
                        * I have paid all the EMI for 25000/- Fixed Deposit and requested a closure of this card.
                        * Called the Customer Service spoke to them they advised to send a letter with signature requesting for the closure of this card to feedback.[protected]@ge.com.
                        * After Sending the request received a email stating the SBI Card has been closed.
                        * Received a SMS stating SBI card has removed the lien on Fixed Deposit of 25000/- Please contact your branch manager.
                        *I went to the Richards Town Branch (Bangalore, Karnataka) Spoke to the Branch Manager he said we are here to facilitate the
                        account holder to get the cards.
                        *Sent an email to feedback.[protected]@ge.com no reply from their end Case Referene ID =[protected].

                        Being One of the topmost Bank in our country I did not like the way they are treating the customers query.

                          Sir,
                          There were two internet transactions carried from my SBI bank account on 26th January with net total amounting to Rs 17247.40.
                          The user had bought products from www.myntra.com while I do not even have an account on the website.
                          When I contacted Myntra care numbers I was told that they cant help me out on this issue because I did not have a myntra order number and SBI authorities say that they do not have any information on the order number (Mind you, SBI only knows about the 'Transaction number' that Myntra people have no clue about). Both parties just are not competent enough to work on the issue.
                          The sad part is i want my hard earned money back. Right now I feel like a 'fish in the barrel', which is really frustrating.
                          If you can really help me getting my money back, it'l be real help.
                          P.S. If SBI can really get their act together and not moan about the 'only the home branch can help you sir'. I mean how on earth can someone out of nowhere hack into my card and do stuffs unnoticed. I am already going to stop all relations with SBI knowing how pathetic their service can be.

                                    I submitted written rerquest for transfer of my acct to SBI Br Amritsar Rd Tarn Taran(Punjab) on 12 Nov 2012. Acct not transfered till date. Asked Bank on 02 Jan 2013. Replied acct not tfrd. When checked request was sent to SBI Ujjain on 25 Nov 12 . Request gathered dust for 15 days. When requested to sent reminder Mr Maheshwari had the decency to ask me give him tele No of SBI ujjain when he could have found. Then I gave phone No of SBI Ujjain. And personally spoke to Chief Manager Ujjain. He told me tyo Bank to sent reuest by fax. When requested Maheswari he wanted us to give him fax Number. Sad affairs. Till today acct has not been transfered.

                                      I, Niraj Kumar Rajput have given a request for issue of ATM against my ATM lost complaint number [protected]. My a/c No. is [protected]. A written application for issue an ATM was given to SBI, BB Cantt, Srinagar (J&K) on 18/12/12 but till date I have not received ATM. I am facing hard due to ATM for transaction since the movement in this area is not frequent.
                                      I have written my mobile Number on my application but no any response through telephone received to me. My mob No. is [protected]. My postal address is as under :

                                      I opened two SB account in state bank of India, BHU, Varanasi branch one single account (for pension) and other Joint account 2 years back. I also applied for the ATM facility for both. I got the ATM card of the joint account after a month of openning the account but i could not get one for my single account. Ienquired for the same many times. whenever I visit the branch the staff asks me to fill the application (request) form for the same, I have filled the form for 5 times so far but I could not receive the card. To my surprise I received a card for the joint account for which I did not apply and I already have the card. also the bank deducted Rs 200 from my Single account for which i applied for ATM card (but could not get the same). I complained it many times to the chairman and dgmsbi online many times but they always give instruction to sbi Lucknow and Varanasi to look into the matter and issue the card. but there is no effect of thes instruction. It seems that SBI dose not value its customer at all. I stay away from varanasi with my son and it is difficult to visit BHU branch frequently.
                                      I HAVE ASKED FOR A NEW ATM CARD WITH BLOCKING THE OLD ONE (TICKET NUMBER [protected])
