[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Worst customer care

I had recharged my account on 26.06.2008 through net. But it was not activated, I am not getting any channels on my TV. On 27.06.08 I called up customer care[protected] toll free no [protected]- not getting line), they booked complaint & gave me ref no-[protected], same time I reported to local dealer[protected]. This problem was not attended. Again I called up on 30.06.08, same they gave me ref no-[protected]. On 01.07.06 again I called up customer care, they not given proper solution, then I called up local dealer ( golden Flates, Mugappaire, Chennai), they toled me, there is no complaint booked in their register, then I started shouting, then they send person @ 6pm. That person adjusted the dish, now it is working.

Dont take in risk in buying SUN direct.

Customer Care is Worst, I have no service from the past week. I have called customer Care for more than 20 times. They are asking to wait 20 mins after that disconnecting the call. My mobile bills are raised.

one of the first worst customer care i feel bad to using sundirect services.
before my validity period sun direct service has stopped. i want an immediate help and response.

if people don't have brain they become irritate very soon

I am Binumon Philipose and i live in Delhi and i have a sun direct connection.Most of the channels are not clear it is breaking and i have complained 3 to 4 times and customer care person called me two times and they told me we are sending the engineer but nobody come till the date.Please take an action against this.

Please donot subscribe Sun Direct. Its having a very worst customer service. I m the victim o[censored]sing this sun direct. I m continuously trying to customer service to repair my set up box. But they not yet come. They just booked my complaint only. I have wasted my money in this sun direct
and wasted my calls several times by trying this useless sun direct customer service.

Please be aware of this sun direct. People working in sun direct customer service are all frauds.
I am Rekha Prahladan. Sun direct customer from about a month ago.my sun direct smart no:is [protected].Kollam kerala Even from the first day itself there is no signal and if their is signal, after it works for about half an hour it hags! And I have complained it by our nearest service centre. And they told it will be solved and their will be no problem anymore and the next day also the same problem reapted and I have visited their asked to repair it as fast as you can and then also their was no response from the service care provided I have call and visited by a number of times but no services hence a month have nearly going to pass away it this the way of sun direct service it's worst .please provide best service !?
Worst Customer service. Sun direct is not at all bothered even after 15 days of complaint.
