[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Worst customer care

I had recharged my account on 26.06.2008 through net. But it was not activated, I am not getting any channels on my TV. On 27.06.08 I called up customer care[protected] toll free no [protected]- not getting line), they booked complaint & gave me ref no-[protected], same time I reported to local dealer[protected]. This problem was not attended. Again I called up on 30.06.08, same they gave me ref no-[protected]. On 01.07.06 again I called up customer care, they not given proper solution, then I called up local dealer ( golden Flates, Mugappaire, Chennai), they toled me, there is no complaint booked in their register, then I started shouting, then they send person @ 6pm. That person adjusted the dish, now it is working.

Are U sundish fellows sleeping.I have hd dish installed in the month of JUNE LAST YEAR but so far I could not enjoy any programme out of it.I complained number of times but no response.The worst and dirtiest service i have ever seen.I registered the complaint with the call center and they gave me.complaintnumber but no response forthe last two months.ksrao

This is regards the Free Alignment is pending from last 3 months from Nov '10 to till date.

As gave the complain from Nov'10 but still now the problem is pending, with your
side, when ever call to customer service Eng., the will telling that am forwarding the the complain to the higher official, but there is no action taken from there side & the technical team also. we are not the responable person to do the work.

Today also speak to Customer service Eng., they told that our do the need to UWhen?

Like wise is continuously is going on. I take the issue in the another angle ( I think that it is the one of the worst network in Tamil nadu is SUN DTH NETWORK).

Why the delares R not take care the Free Alignment of DTH?

Why U R not taking the initiate the issues ?

In Cities & Town itsel[censored] R not taking the initiate means what about the VILLAGE Side!

Refund the recharged Amount Immediately.

SUN DIRECT DTH (3/2/2011) service is very very worst...compare with all other DTH service...Tensports channel early 20 rupees only now 36 rupees and also they put HD channels in DTH when i recharge HD channels they take amount but Hd channels not activated(im asking customer care they told we dont help you...you are normal DTH then why you recharge hd channels..thats only for HD user...(im asking sundirect then what the [censored] you displayed HD channels in ordinary DTH and why the hell you taking my money for unactivated service)) also addon channel price changing monthly...!!
I am also strongly agree with the above comments. since three month frequently iam calling to CC for alliagnment and spent arount 500/- for phone calls as well as 110/- monthly subcription without getting any programmes. still there is no responce moreever CC persons not telling their address for giving complaint personally. Whenever I call to CC they giving same answar that your complaint forward to our technical dept. but result is big Zerro. Any body help me to how to get reallaignment because I am not in a position to spent another two thousand rupees for other brand connection. My sinciere advise to all new comming DTH persons, don't go for SUNDTH
Yes it is one of the worst dth services as far as me is concerned. I recharged rs 110 on 23december2010
via phone call.Initially they rechaged but after some time when i called again for i was not getting any channels, they replied that the dish has to be realigned and registerd the complaint and the complaint number they gave was SUN[protected]. Till now I have called them nearly 30 times, they repeate the same sentence that "they are sorry for inconvinience and they will send the dealers immidietly"
I hope after reading this comment the concerned authorities will take action.
I have SUN DIRECT DTH connection last 2 years my smart card no. [protected], recently sun d.dth changed its satelite and its also stopped all channels on 22nd decembar 2010, Sun Direct agreed to do free of charge service for dish aligment . I have given compl. 4th novm. 2010 against through callcentre com.no. [protected] rekha reply to resolved the compl. in 48 hours. I tried to resolution them many times comp. in call centre against compl. no. [protected] Ritesh, [protected]Dinesh, [protected] Deepa, [protected] Neha, BL-3832 Savita, BL-3328 Sarad, Sun-65038 Sudhir Etc. I dispache a writen letter ragisterd post 10jan 2011 but there is no responce. Sun Direct DTH is very very chiter company.
The worst dth in INDIA is sun direct. Dont Go on its ad... that is tan tana tan. When i took it . After few days antenna rearrangement took place and for 5mnths i had no proper signal. Several complaints were lodged but they are known for disregsrds.

sun direct is a dth service which started on competition, not good customer service . totally waste, their is no worth for given cost., they are making us fool.we have to wait for min 1/2 hour to speak to customer care persons.we cant able to activate addon packages in the middle or any time we want, then what for they call it as add-on . if we have to recharge, we should maintain a balance amount of rs.15 in our mobile. most of the functions in sundirect site wont work properly example:"customer login"...the man who buys a sundirect is the no.1 fool in this world

I am a regular viwer of Sun Channel with Tamil Basic Channel, I go recharged vide PIN No.[protected] dated 9.10.2010 from 22.10.10 onwards No channels are availabe on my TV first complaint I gave and they gave me complaint registration No. as[protected] informed me that within 24 hours it will be rectified. (Actually error on my TV was showing as Dish Antenna needs to be retuned/realigned) since then almost 6 months every week and every alternate day I am registering the comnplaints with vain. My last complaint dates 4.4.11 No.[protected] and today again I complained to your executive Mr.Naresh Kumar at Hyderabad he gave his mobile no [protected] though he said that he will register the complaint but failed to give me the registration number.

To my surprise after 6 months of lapse of service today I received a phone call and person who spoke to me gave my smart card Id No and informed me that I have to give the complaint no and house address and only if I take a reliance recharge prepaid phone card worth rs.30 and inform him the card no he will come within one hour and do the realigment of dish antenna. His phone number given as [protected] from Hyderabad.
To confirm the above whether Sun Direct has this system of informing reliance rs.30 recharge card no to be informed for getting anetnna retuned. Mr.Naresh Kumar phone no.[protected] today informed me that they do not have any such policy and the person who called me is a fraud, (if he is fraud how come without Sun Direct informing him of my smart Card Id he comes to know) I requested Mr.Naresh to call the guy and know his name. for which mr.Naresh refused to call the person though I have him the mobile number [protected]. Mr.Naresh says that he will send technician tomorrow and correct the same but I have to pay Rs.150 as service charge to technician for which he will not give receipt. I asked why customer is being penalised for having waited for 6 months without any channel being viewed for which Mr.Naresh informed that this is their HO policy.

I feel dejected with the attitude of Sun though I am a regular viewer of sun because I am in Hyderabad is this behaviour ?

Though Mr.Naresh confirmed that tomorrow morning ie 6.4.11 my complaints will be resolved. I doubt and I need to know the following from Sun Direct

1. Cheating with the help of Sun Direct personnel is happening in and around Hyderabad. ( Though giving clue of the person mobile number your people are not able to act on it immediately)

2. Do you allow your customer to be cheated

3. How you are going to compensate me for not viewing from October 2010 onwards till today 5.4.11.

4. Want to check with Mr.Naresh Kumar mobile no.[protected] whether I have to pay Rs.150 as service charge without getting receipt for the same.

All the above I am writing since I am a very found viewer of Sun and wants to be.

My smart card number is [protected] in the name of Amrendra Kumar. I submitted the connection at KAI DIGITAL guwahati in the event of my transfer from guwahati to chennai on 27 Mar 2011 for relocation of connection at Avadi(chennai). After I arrived at Avadi(Chennai), I contacted customercare three times vide complain no.
(i) 1-[protected] dated 11 Apr 11
(ii) 1-[protected] dated 14 Apr 11
(iii) 1-[protected] dated 15 Apr 11
(iv[protected] dated 16 Apr 11

Customercare attendent consoled me to wait for 12 hours and others told me to wait for 24hours but still no distributor has neither contacted me nor anybody came for installation. I am very much upset to see this kind of irresponsible service. If You really see this message then please take the necessary action.
I am Raja Manish. My Sun Direct Card No. is[protected]. I listen both language English & Hindi on Discovery Channel. It is so irretating. Kindly, solve the mentioned problem. hurry!

I am the customer of sundirect for the last 2 years. Recently I have come acrossed one problem of getting the error message of "E-48-32- no signal " On the 15th o f April 2011 I made complaint and was promised to solve the problem within 48 hours by sending a technician. I waited for the said period and again on 17th i called the sundirect and again another complaint number was given and asked to wait for another 48 hours, but no one has turned up to my housed. Again on 19th morning i made a call they promise me to resolve the complaint but so far it is not yet resolved the complaint. I cant understand what i should do and to whom i can approach. I send email to customercare and as well as to bombay. Every body dearheard of the consumer's hardships. whenever i made a call to customercare simply they apologise the inconvernice of the customer but they are not trying to resolve the complaint.
worst service of sundirect unneccesarly they are cheating people. we have took it in last year august for telugu channels in dehradun, except gemini no channel will be coming. i have given complaint 100 times to dealer and office in dehradun no one is responding back and dealer is asking to buy a new setup box with 2150 or give him 1000 i will be doing repair he is telling, no warrenty and guarenty it seems waste company bakwas company cheating people taking money and enjoying all are cheats
the serices of sun direct is too worst than any other in india the customer care centre peple they willnot have minimum courtesy, care they never took care for customers our telephone net approach wast the management perhaps no control on their staff aspecially hyd unit

I have Regarged my Basic malayalam channel with Rs 110/- on 26/04/2011.
I was getting News Channels before my recharge.

But After my
recharging, i did not get any channels both news and payed Channels.I
ger information like E48-32 No Sginal and E52-32 Searching for Signal
only.

I logged complaint on the same day but till dated 28/04/2011 at 9 PM I
did not get any channels.

Please do the needful immediately. Please do not repeat it.Please give
30 days validity on clearing the complaints.

I simply waste money and time on you, by using net and tele phone calls.
It actually reduce your reliability over other DTh Services,

NO RESPONSE. NO SUN NO SUN NO SUN...GO FOR TATA SKY. SUN IS NOT A BRAND LIKE TATA AND RELIANCE. SUN CANNOT BE GIVE ANY GRADE IN BUSINESS.
