[Resolved] Sun Direct — Worst customer care | |
I had recharged my account on 26.06.2008 through net. But it was not activated, I am not getting any channels on my TV. On 27.06.08 I called up customer care[protected] toll free no [protected]- not getting line), they booked complaint & gave me ref no-[protected], same time I reported to local dealer[protected]. This problem was not attended. Again I called up on 30.06.08, same they gave me ref no-[protected]. On 01.07.06 again I called up customer care, they not given proper solution, then I called up local dealer ( golden Flates, Mugappaire, Chennai), they toled me, there is no complaint booked in their register, then I started shouting, then they send person @ 6pm. i am here to say that sun direct is one of the worst dth service now available in our country... they started dth service for 75 RS MONTHLY, , , , , , , , but after they established there service widely. they made it 100 RS ... we r ready to give money... but there service is too bad...customer care no is always not able to reach... now i am feeling so badly that i am using this service... pl dnt make this mistake

i subscribed pluto plus addon but it was not activated plz activate it
from last twodays my sundth is not working properly
i had informed on 19.04.2010 to mobile moovers distributors to send a service executive because of no signal. bangalore is got worst service people. they gave a mobile number of executive who is gonna comt to service. till date no information. guy pick up the phone and he wont talk. wasting money on phone calls. sick and tied o[censored]sing sun direct connection. dont know how to proceed with.

This is SVA NAIDU, Kavadiguda, secundrabad, H.No.6-6-33/212, Sri Gayatriaprts.
and my smart card no is R[protected] and set up box nois po [protected] yesterday(23.05.10) around 6.30pm i was rechargr of 328 rupees till now i did n't receive any channels then i phoned to this no atleast 8 times [protected] i was very upset regarding the above. On 24.05.10 morning once again i tried to the above number theygave me one wrong number(almost i found atleast 50 rupees made calls for getting the channels
and my set up box was getting the shock could you see this and nessesary action please

I planned to recharge the Sun direct subscription as it was about to expire. So before expiring date (27.07.2010), I brought 2 recharge cards and called the Sun direct customer care on that day afternoon (approximately 12 P.M), for recharging. It was attended by Anu and she gave 2 REF numbers for my add on package (venus) and also for recharging the exciting plan. She also mentioned that it was successfully done and the channels would be visible after 2 hours.
But on that day, the channels were not visible even after 6 hours. So again, I called up the customer care. But the line were too busy, I was not able to get them. After continuous calling, I was able to get a customer care person, named Raman, and he asked all the history and mentioned "The server has some problem" so call after 48 hours.
So the next day evening, I tried to get them as there was no channels visible in the TV. After long dial ups, I get a chance to talk with the customer care person, named Raguram, and he asked all those histories and mentioned that my request was wrongly entered as per their record. So I asked him to take this as complaint and do necessary action for this as soon as possible. He gave another REF number for complaining and asked me to call back after 24 hours.
Again, I called yesterday (28.06.10) evening. As usual, after long try, I could get a line and talked with the customer person, named Mohaitheen. He also asked all the history and the reference numbers. After all hearing, he mentioned that the complained has been forwarded and the respective person would be contacting me before 9 A.M today morning (29.06.10).
But so far, there haven't any calls from those respective people and also no signals in the SUN direct connection.
So I had already paid the respective amounts for everything, but I didn't get anything from them. DON'T KNOW WHETHER I WILL BE GETTING THEM OR NOT... AND WHEN?

a poor dth service inthe world please dont buy. if we are comparing with cable connection sundirect dth is very bad. they are not giving any good pay channel.better you can choose dishtv or something else.its

Yes. Sun TV outage since 08 Jul 10 till now 10 Jul 10 continuing. I have never such unethical organisation in this country. On enquiry they never say there is outage and asking for all details and acting like they are lodging complinats.
my point is here if there is a outage why they can't publish in their web atleast in their site or give they home run paper with out spending a penny. People can be greedy but not this much.

When I scratched and tried to recharge through net it was not charged instead of charging one massage was on the screen Please try with correct Vr No .
I checked so many times Vr No waas correct
Please check and credit my account with Rs 100/
If complaint redressed in reasonable time i will be constrained to lodge my complaint in Consumer Forum.

well what i face a big problem is when it rains or drizzles the signal goes off and then after sometime the channel comes a when i run a scratch cd in my pc. they say it is rain fade. Is the technology so dump in this case. When a rain can interrupt the service, whether this is was not tested before, what a pity on technology having the great technologist in india. This problem if i could knew i will study for the same.

Existing customers are very unhappy towards this bad move and also some favourite
