i bought a flat in supertech and i still i not able to get the posession i am a common man who has invested everything each time i ask they demand for money they are cheaters they should be hanged

You cannot trust supertech. Once you get into their trap you will never come out of it. Be careful, if you have spare money and are willing to loose it also, please contact supertech as there are very good chances that they cancel your unit without any fault of yours and don't give your money back. you will not only loose money but spend time also following up with them.
Supertech is a big cheater, they act as hand in glove with Noida Authority to cheat buyers. Follow the latest update on their twin tower demolition order by Allahabad high court at www.haapka.com
Go to hell !!! Or throw ur hard earned money would be much better rather than trusting this cheat fraud company...This is a sweet poison. They took my money for more than 4 years, just imagine 4 + years and cancelled the flat and returned back my money without interest. There is no law against the big builders. Here everything comes with a price even law and justice as well.
Trust small builders whose reputation is good, but never ever get under the trap of this Supertech. Koi pairvee nahi hoti hae bas jeb me paise hone chahiye...Trust me boss u'll waste ur time, energy and would realise when u'll ve nothing left for urself.

ECO RWA wants to give you the facts in brief:

1. Mr Arora and Col Sahay are spreading fear that because of cancellation of Fire NOC, NOIDA Authority may cancel the occupation certificate. The fact is that NOIDA is looking at ways to get all the above work done and bill Supertech and take strong action against Supertech.
2. Since Supertech is failing at all levels, they are dividing residents in their last attempt by creating panic amongst the residents so that they get some relief from the pressure from ECO RWA.
3. Col Sahay is even trying to talk to some of our residents to get a letter signed and produce before NOIDA Authority to get some relief from them in favour of the Builder.
We request that you do not fall in this trap and do not sign any papers. If you need any further clarification please visit ECO RWA office. We will be having meeting of all the residents soon to answer all your questions.

Do not buy ANYTHING from this SCAM company!!! Just took my money for an IPAD and now wants more money and I never got my product. I am calling the police and filing a complaint with better business bureau. Later today I will contact my lawyer. Huge fraud company and soon will be out of business. Huge FRAUD SCAM ARTISTS!!! Dont buy anything and dont wire money!!! Bunch of liars who dont care if my son doesnt have a christmas gift now...Bunch of liars and they will go down now. I cant believe they can do this to kids. Very rotten company!!! But someday at heavens gates they will have to answer why??????? I cant wait for that day.

Super Tech is the most corrupt and fraud builder in Delhi NCR, Never ever think of booking a falt wiith them.
Supertech submitted a false affidavit with NOIDA Authority that it has consent of all the buyers of ECO 1, 2 and 3 to increase the FAR, however none of the buyer gave their consent for FAR increment.
Super tech has started giving possession without obtaining occupancy certificate from Noida authority.
Both these are fraud case and Supertech may have to face legal actions against it.
Same thing happen in Emrald court (sec 93) where builder started two new towers without buyers consent. Hightcourt ordered to demolish those, case is pending in Supreme court now.
Overall none of its project goes without corruption. The worst builder, beware of it.

Supertech is a big cheater; they will never give you the flat as committed at the time of booking. They will impose forcefully additional charges and hidden charges around 10 to 20 lakhs at the time of possession like Labor charges, Water changes, farmer charges, Escalation changes, maintenance charges, Late payment changes and many more. They will changes the layout and size of the flat without taking your consent. You cannot expect quality and timely possession from Supertech. Your whole life becomes hell in meeting with CRM team of ST. CRM is the biggest liars, they will never reply to your mails once the possession date is near. I request everyone that never ever book any flat with supertech.
