[Resolved] Suzuki India — Grievance regarding the measure taken by the dealer named Chithira Motors India
I am the owner of the vehicle mentioned in the refernce and i have purchased it on 11.03.2010
from the dealer named in the subject.
The bike has shown some fault on the back break during the fourth service period and i have
consulted this matter with the said dealer on 30.07.2010.They have replaced the BreakLiner on the
same date by the mode of paid service.After one week of the replacement,the same fault has shown and
i have visited the dealer again.By this time they told me that the Back Hub has faulted and the officials
assured me that they will make replacement of the affected part at the earliest.But till date they
haven’t make any corrective measure for the last two months.During these days I was forced to use the
bike without sufficient break and now it is in a condition that unable to use
At present they are telling that they didnot have any fault on their side and also arguing that it is
the only fault of the company,which has not been sent the mentioned spare part them and that is why
they are unable to replace it . I am sending this letter to know me about the reply which i got from the
dealer is true or not.
I have lost much time and money for getting the corrective measure from the dealer.So if ther is no corrective measure from
the responsible side again,then the only way infront of me is to file a case at consumer court and publishing the same matter in a
daily editiong at the earliest.
Hope that you will take necessary action in this regard and kindly reply me soon.
