I bought the new version of Maruti WagonR from ABT Ltd Guindy in the month of May 2010 bearing the Reg No TN07 BF 9648 and my headache started from Day 1.

I paid Rs 12840 for insurance fee but the insurance receipt says 11880. No explanation from the dealer for this . Repeated emails to the dealer sleeping giants ABT or to Maruti Suzuki did not evoke any response. Smilar is the case in collection of vehicle tax.

After repair, I noticed that the car roof (outer metal body) is very thin. It can’t be compared with the old one, if I will put 1 kg of weight on it, it will go down. Even the black rubber strip on both side of that roof is not good. Any one will rate this roof 1 or 2...

I regret to state that country’s biggest four wheeler manufacturer has a very casual attitude towards the customer service. I had always admired Maruti for its reach / spread of its service center but according to me the service has literally deteriorated over a period of time.
