I buy this car on 16th July 2010 now Maruti is tell me it is not under warranty and also not under insucance they are charging me around 15000 to 20000 rs and my new car engine is also open.     I have purchased ALTO(LXI) on 12th aug,2010 from HIRA AUTOMOBILES LTD. PATIALA-PUNJAB and I have faced the problem on first day with the gear shifting I informed the sales boy nd HIRA AUTOMOBILES but no action has been taken regarding my case m going to complaint on toll free number and RO office everyday but there is no action

    I heard about maruti that they are best in after sales services but now I am in a really bad bad impression of maruti. No body showing his interest to solve my problem.

    Please take necessary action to solve my problem. My car details are as follows:

    Thank god at least you got ur car after two days. I struggled to get my car for a month just to fix the damage which was to be covered by maruti insurance pathetic service.

    Sub: Complaint against new Car Model Zen (DL7C B 5257)

    Dear Sir,

    This is in reference to the car purchased from one of your showroom, Maruti Service Masters at Okhla Industrial Area Phase II. At the time of purchase I have been informed by the salesperson of the aforesaid showroom that if I purchased the car from their showroom then I have to pay around Rs.50000/- extra as they provide the extra ordinary services for the car. Having faith in their statements I purchased the car.

    But after purchasing the car, I found that all the statements made by them were wrong. From the very first day I am facing the problems in clutch, break & steering and till date the situation has not changed. After getting done the first servicing of the car at Maruti Service Masters I went to Karnal with my family. On the way to Karnal, the car started showing problems then I took the car to Karnal Service Station (Maruti Authorised Service Station). They informed me that the problem was in the radiator and the radiator is not in the warranty period. Then I called up four times at your call centre[protected]. After communicating with the customer care executive, they repair the car. After examining the car completely, the engineers at Karnal Service station had also told me that my car is completely dump. Following are some of the parts in which they identify the problems:

    1. Clutch
    2. Break
    3. Steering
    4. Suspension
    5. Cooling Tower
    6. Front Glass

    After making continous complaints, I am not able to get a favorable response. Hence, you are kindly requested to please look into the matter & refund my money at the earliest as I am bearing a lot of mental and financial loss due to the car.

    With reference to the Job Order No.0314885 dated 03/05/2007 of MARUTI SALES & SERVICE (DELHI) through your Mr. A.S. Sidhu and Mr. Ajit.

    I would like to say the following points : I handed over the key of my car to Mr. Ajit on 03/05/2007 for the following service.

    1. Changing the Engine oil.
    2. Normal washing
    3. And also cleaning of window glasses from where the film was removed by me.

    Whereas your service engineers made so many points of his own in the job card just to show his concern and made an estimate of Rs.2545/- in actual and written as Rs.3000/- to safeguard himself and on my objecting he again took me in confidence and said do not worry it is an estimate only but your actual billing will be quite less say for Rs.[protected]/- only. On my objection of the points mentioned on the job card he again said do not worry about the point we have to write it just to show to our seniors that we are doing lots of jobs and he will take care unless and until it is required to change he will not do .

    The same and if required, he will inform me in advance and take my consent for its replacement and few of items I will get it done as FOC like pollution checking, though we are charging Rs.45/-, here we will not charge you any thing plus I can provide you discount on spares also and after taking me in confidence he took my signature on job card.

    At 03.22.12pm on 03.05.2007 I received a phone call from Mr. Vijay from Maruti Sales & Service (Delhi). Phone No. 25792196 intimating me that my Car is ready for delivery and my total bill amount payable is Rs.1435/-.

    I approached to your workshop at around 5.45 p.m. on 03/05/2007 and Mr. Ajit asked that my car is ready for delivery and produced a bill for Rs.3,000/- approx. I was shocked to see the bill produced by him and asked about the jobs done he flatly refused to accept anything rather showed me the estimated amount and my signature and rest he forget everything.

    When I said that your Mr. Vijay conveyed me about total billing against my car was Rs.1435/- he smartly said that today fire broke out in our office and our complete computer system was burnt and wrong SMS were sent to the customers. When I said that I have not received any SMS rather he spoke to me, he changed his tone and said yes he has not charged the taxes. I failed to understand his reply and when I was inquiring about the jobs done by him he said you will not understand and you not a technical man.

    In the meanwhile your billing people left the office and Mr. Ajit refused to deliver the vehicle on that day. Actually I was planning to go out to celebrate the birth day of my daughter which was on 3rd May and I reached home without car my whole family was disappointed to see the same. I was told by Mr. Ajit to come in the morning for taking the vehicle after making the full payment.

    When I asked for the necessary work which was supposed to do with my consent he flatly refused to take any consent rather very smartly said that my signatures are enough for them if you raise any objection. I noticed that most of the work was done rather made the heads like coolant was not changed gear oil was not seems to be changed as there was no defect in shifting the gears my vehicle was perfectly ok. The meter reading is 17391 kms. and It was agreed by your senior officials that there is no need of changing the gear oil etc before 20,000 kms unless and until there is any problem. By this way I am very much disappointed. There is no defect in Maruti Technology but the service people are irritating the customer and forcing them to change the Brand. If the behavior of your service people is like this and infrastructure / system of changing the spares and charging exorbitantly the customers like this. I believe it will leave you far behind. There are so many your customers not saying anything if you do something wrong with them but they will definitely leave you. I do not feel that I can change the whole system of yours but there will be other people like me will definitely force you to think on the same lines.

    When on next day i.e. 04/05/2007 at 8.45a.m. I again approached to take delivery of my vehicle I was again refused to deliver the car by saying that the billing people are not there and unless and until billing is done no body will deliver the car. I was ready to make the payment and close the chapter but nobody was there to take the cash. I requested the senior official present there he said if cashier is not there what can he do for me. Come on other day or otherwise speak to Ajit or Sidhu I can not do anything.

    I spend some money on other transport also.

    Maruti Udyog Limited — Unprofessional attitude of a dealer

    Sir,
    I have gone to your service centre City Automobiles, situatted at kanke Road Ranchi (Jharkhand) on[protected]. for the service of Maruti Alto Vehicle no JH01H-6571.

    there are unwanted sound at any where. for solution of the above service centre have opened all wheels and replace the wheel barring. For it I have paid Rs 1786.00.

    But unfortunatelly I have to say that The problem hasn't get End. above service station have said also that for solving the problem they have to open cleatch-plate and gear box.

    If it is not required to replace the wheel barring then why they do so. who is responsible for my unexpected expenditure?

    Sir recently i had gone to see maruti estilo in competent omaxe plaza sohna road gurgaon. but to my dismall array what i found the attitude was total sarkari. I went and saw the car on my own & most of their sales staff was standing outside the showroom & none bothered to attend the customer & the most shocking was I saw a fatty old guy seemed to be sumwhere around 60 or 60+ having fun a young girl just as attitude was if they r lovers so for curosity i asked sumone who r they the guy replied in very annoying tone that she is her keep

    Dear sir,
    I would like to bring your kind notice that I have purchased one Maruti Zen Estilo LXI model (car no. GJ1 HN 561) from M/S NANDA AUTOMOBILES pvt.ltd. on 15th July, 2007. Invoice no. and date is as VSL07000264 and 30th June 2007 respectively ( order no. SOBO7000285, 28th june, 2007). Since the biginning of the date of purchase the car is giving lot of problems. Battery of the car is getting failed after every 15 or so days. I have informed and complained to your service station in Ahmedabad several times. During these 9-10 month, servicing on this car has been done atleast four times. But after every problem the problem continues. Whenever the battery charge is getting down, your servicing people send the Exide battery people. The Exide people have told and even generated a written report that the battery is faulty. Everytime when they are called they take the care and on delivery they assure that the problem has been solved. But it still continues.
    Everytime the failure of battery even after servicing shows the incapability of your technicians. I am loosing my faith on Maruti Udyog ltd.. I require your help and steps to solve my battery problem and make my car alright. The service station people are not at all co-operating to change the battery.
    If a new car from a renouned manufacturer like M/S Maruti has such problems of after sales service then hw can i go for Maruti in future or assure anyone to. I request u to please arrange for the needful and assure me whether the car will be alright. The service station people are neither giving me a proper answer nor solving my battery problem. I did never expect such a response from Maruti dealers. If i donot get a proper reply and service, i will be forced to go for a new line of action.

    Sir,
    I Achal Sharma R/o Village-Malerna, P.O. & Teh- Ballabgarh, Distt- Faridabad bought my first car a Maruti wagonR VXI from Vipul Motors Faridabad on 2nd march 2009. Engine no. & chasis no. of vehicle are F10DN 4599186 & MA3EED81S00774516 respectively. Now this vehicle bears a registration no. HR 29 U 3744
    My car met with an accident in the 1st week of May and I left the vehicle for necessary repair at your authorized service centre TCS Autoworld Sec-6 Faridabad. As the impact was from the left side of vehicle near the front tyre, its front headlight, fender, bumper, and some internal part got damaged. Further its steering inside the cabin also gets some problem which was told to your person who took the delivery of the vehicle for its repair. My vehicle was handed over to me after a gap of 4-5 days. At the time of handing over the vehicle to me I was assured that the vehicle has been completely repaired and now there is no problem with the vehicle. As it was my first car I could not have seen the invisible defects in it, so I believed on his words.
    In the mid of June I realized that there is something wrong with my front tyres as the tyres were not looking as new as the rear tyres. I was having an apprehension that someone has changed the tyres of my car. But I was not sure who has changed the tyres. There were summer vacations in the court from the 15th of June to 30th of June, so the vehicle was not very much in use during this period and remained idle most of the time at home till 1st of July, when I started going the court once again. Soon I realized that the tyres of my vehicle have not been changed but they are getting damaged. On 13th of July in the morning, I contacted at Vipul Motors for the problem and service of the vehicle from where I had bought the vehicle. I told them about the problem and requested to replace the front tyres as the vehicle was within warranty. In the afternoon when I again went there to take my vehicle back they told me that they have checked the vehicle and its history. Further they told me that the vehicle was not properly repaired after its accident in the month of May. I tried to convince them that the vehicle was repaired at Maruti authorized service station, so you must address my problem but in vain. They charged me for the alignment of the vehicle and asked me to go to TCS to sort-out the tyre problem.




    I went to TCS on the same day i.e. 13.7.2009 and asked them to replace the tyres and to rectify the problem due to which the tyres of my vehicle had damaged. The person (works manager) who attended me there told me that he will have to talk to his higher authorities and will let me positively know the decision on phone. I waited for his reply on 13.7.2009 & 14.7.2009 and thereafter in the morning of 15.7.2009 I made a complaint to Maruti on its toll free no. vides complaint no. [protected]. And in the afternoon I myself went to TCS. There, one Mr. N.K. Suri G.M. TCS met me. I requested him to replace the tyre and to rectify the problem due to which the tyres of my vehicle have damaged. But he flatly refused to accept the error/fault of TCS. He said that the tyres have not been damaged due to wrong repair/non repair. Further he said that the tyres cannot be damaged to such an extent due to non alignment of the tyres and told me to go to Bridgestone the manufacturer of the tyres. I even went to Bridgestone just to find the root of the problem. There the engineer of the bridgestone checked the tyres and told that there is no manufacturing defect in the tyres.
    I therefore request you to take necessary action in this regard so that I can be saved from the losses. Further I request you to ask your authorized service station to check the root cause of the problem and to compensate me for the loss that have been caused to me due to their negligence which have occurred at the time of repairing the car and not to harass a new and genuine buyer of your product. I will be highly obliged to you.

    Bad service, and dont care after you buy the car from them

    AFTER much hassle and hardship i decided to buy my car ritz from this people, however i didnt knew that its was my biggest mistake. at the time of selling a new car they will approach you so nicely, cold drinks, tea, snacks after every 5 minutes, but alas after to bought from them they dont offer a glass of water to you. i had so many issues with them but i ignored them earlier. after choosing my car color which i personally went to their stockyard to see, got a scratch full car on the day of delivery. i had advised them 3 weeks ago that i want the delivery in the morning of the D day, however i got it finally at 7 pm in evening, inspite of going to them a day before the delivery the car had not come till yet to their showroom, when it came it was full of dirt all over i was assure that next day i would be ready to delivered, however when i arrived next day at 11 am, the car was still park the same place and in the same conditions. its been one month i have not recive my registration certificate for my car, this people are so lazy that they dont listen to you. please !! please dont buy from them .. they are cheaters!!!
    i had given my car on accidental claim to msm at jhangir puri branch.they had given time of 3 days but theh handover my car on 5th day at 7:30pm.when i reached there i had to stand there for half n hr as service advisor was doing paper work afterthat when my bill was generated cashier said dont come to us so late.he said we are also humans we cant work so late.den i said my service advisor called me to pick up my vehicle.den he said our service advisors are all .i have written so many complaints to mr pankaj narula bt i have got no reply at all.i m having maruti wagonr n m highly dissapointed on your after sales service.next time i will nt buy a maruti its for sure.

      I purchase Zen estilo Lxi on 26-07-10 from eternal motors bhavanagar. On [protected] reverse gair of car is not working.others gair are smoothly working.After manually push back i drive car and after that reversr gair is working.
      on[protected] again reverse gair is not working.After so many calls to dealers it is not attended still.
      I want to replace the car as we are not satisfied by such poor performance of car....

        Dear Sir,

        This is to bring into your notice that, myself Anil Kumar jain ( resi of 108, new swastik appts, rohini, delhi - 85) have purchased a maruti Ritz Vdi car no.DL8CR 4405 from Saya Automobiles Ltd. Add: G.T.Karnal road Ind. Area, Azadpur, Delhi-110033 on[protected]. Chasis no.143398, Engine no. 1318825,

        Now my concern is that we have already completed three services from the place where we have purchased the car on proper time. Every time we have requested the people at the service centre to check the average as my car is giving me very less average of maximum 15 per kilometer. But even after several complaints and proper timely services of the car, the average is not improving. Nobody at the service center is taking any action on the matter.

        Please inform me how to go about it. As i have purchase a maruti suzuki car keeping in mind the reputation of your company of being the most fuel efficient car in India. but it is real disheartening that i feel cheated.

        You are requested to take immediate action and revert on the below mentioned number.

        I had purchased WagnoR MH-03-AR-7509 in the month of Oct 2009. I was givin my car for prepaid services to Spectra motors, Ghatkopar. After completion of pre paid services and due to their promt ???? attention at the time of pre-paid services I decided to give the car for paid service to to the same centre i.e.spectra motors ghatkopar. I was shoked after the paid service that the gas fuel average of my car dropped down from 12-13 km/l to 10km/l of gas. Is it really the policy of the Amaruti to replace or change the parts of the good vehicle and repalce with poor quality parts ?? and ask customer to purchase new one ?? if not then why the hail they are not arttending my complaints ??? No one is taking cognigence of the same. That means once the good is sold the duty of the company is over . THEY ARE LEASET BOTHERED FOR AFTER SERVICES SHAME ON!!!

          i was purchased a new RItz VDi (chassis no : 203729) on 12.08.2010 from Kataria Automobiles Ltd,Maninagar Branch,Ahmedabad.My resident addresse for car passing is Unjha,Dist.Mehsana.The sales executive mr.Dinesh Gohil (Maninagar Br,Kataria Automobiles) was commited to us for the all papers for passing & RTO Tax given on 14.08.2010.We was also give a payment to kataria on 07.08.2010.But Mr.Dinesh gohil was given a paper to us on 17.08.2010. We was go for RTO tax on 18.08.2010 at mehsana RTO.We was paid extra 1000.00 Rs.(One thousand Rupees) & RTo Agent (500 Rs.) extra on today.When i was saying to Mr.Dinesh Gohil ,he was saying ,it was not my mistake.Mr.Dinesh Gohil was commited on 07.08.2010 for a papers for RTO passing,he will given all papers on delivery (12.08.2010) & secondtime he was commited all papers on 14.08.2010.& thereafter he was given all papers on 17.08.2010.
          I request to you please do this lezyness & bad service & extra charges from dealer & govt charges defaulted by dealer.

          Please give responese & take action on this type bad service.

            I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 one and three months ago, till free service the scooter was performing well but after that the problem started initially the scooter was starting in the morning it was taking time to get started then after ignition again it stop also while riding when urgent breaks are applied it get switch off and also when stopped at signal after sometime it gets switched off then i showed to my local mechanic he has done maximum as he can but failed, so he suggested me to take this problem with the company service center. So I approach service station at Malad in last week they done the paid service job, changed the oil etc. but of no used still the problem is there.             I booked Suzuki Access 125 on 19/7/2010 with an advance amount of Rs 50000.00
            and given a cheque of amount Rs 49200.00, today.
            As per the dealers confirmation, the on raod price of Access 125 with basic accessories is Rs 54200.00

            is the on road price in bangalore is Rs54200.00?
            Sometime back i saw in the web that, the on road price of access 125( Silver) in bangalore is Rs51545.00.
            Request you to confirm the on road price and break up for the same.

              When i booked my car And made the advance payment after two days the price of the car has been increased. Now the dealer is saying that at the time of delivery i have to pay the increased price of the car.why should i pay the increased price as & when i made the advance payment there was no price increment at that time. How he can ask me to pay more as i booked the car at old price rate. Kindly, clear me about this.

              I have booked a Ritz Lxi on 17th March 2010 with a promise of taking delivery within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of booking. The third week ended on 7th April. I am still waiting with a promise from the dealer that the vehicle will be dispatched from the plant on 12th r 15th April. As my vehicle loan got processed fast, i paid it fully on 22nd March 2010.
              Sir, Price applicable at the time of delivery shall be applicable. please read the order booking form which you must have signed and agreed to the terms & conditions. Further you have entered an independent contract with dealer since he's an independent entity and the relationship between Maruti & Dealer is that of Principal to principal basis. However you may request the GM - sales to deliver the vehicle at old price.

                Our vehicle got damaged from front side and back with an accident of two vehicle simultaneously. But insurance surveyor is not giving the report of claim to Magic Auto as the vehcile is lying unrepaired with Magic Auto, Mayapuri, New Delhi since 3.8.2010. It is shameless to say that an Insurance company takes 15 days to settle the claim and saying that front side is eligible for claim and rear side is eligible. We do not understand that how any vehcile has seperate insurance from front side and rear side.

                I am using taxi for our daily use which costing us to Rs.700/- to Rs.800/- per day which is due to insurance company.

                I am going to lodge a complaint with the consumer court in this regard.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I am proud to say that I have become the family of Maruti Suzuki by opting for MARUTI ALTO LXI with contract no:[protected] dt[protected] and vehicle identification no: MA3EAA61S[protected]dealer code:[protected]. One surprising thing I have noticed is, the shining letters of MARUTI SUZUKI & ALTO LXI at the rear end is missing and its place pale stickers are pasted which spoiled the look. For any product as the days are rolling, improvement will be there whereas in this case it is on negative side. The dealer’s version for not providing the steel letters to BIS IV vehicles is not convincing and there is no logic behind that. I request your good self to see that steel letters are fixed on the rear side of my vehicle to satisfy a small customer. If that is not possible, please let me know so that I can go for some other alternative arrangement.

                  I agree that I noticed my ALto LXI has a sticker instead of steel logo
                  I agree with you sir even I bought new maruti on september 11 2010 & was very disappointed to see those plastic stickers instead of steel logo.I even complain to my car dealer (Spectra Motors, Mumbai) but lady at the other end said Maruti Motor has discontinued giving steel logos.

                  I have same complaint for my new alto brought on padava last month April 2011 from Pune dealer Sai services and surprisingly near by 20 km dealer at Chinchwad Wonder car provides the same steel letters with the same models and other Maruti models.

                    I purchased Maruti SX4 from their authorised dealer T.R Sawhney wazirabad on 25th June 2010. At the time of delivery their representative promised many things like extended warranty, Car cover, DSC charges etc. to me however after the delivery nonce was given. Till today I did not get my permanent registration number also. Everytimne they are just prolonging the stuff. After sometime they said that person who promised you all these things has left and company will not take the responsibilty. I logged a compalint with Maruti also but so far there is no resolution from their end also.
                    My sincere request to all the viewers if you are planning to buy any car then please do not buy Maruti and if you are adament that it has to be Maruti then please do not buy from T.R Sawhney as they are frauds.

                    They will cajole you to buy with false promises but will not fullfill it.

                      I have faced a problem with my Maruthi Alto's Fuel Guage, I took my car to a authorized sales and service centre from where I purchased(B K Auto,Chanda, Asansol ). I feel so sorry to inform you that I am in trouble with this issue, The Authorized dealer found the problem and he said he will call me when the part received with in a month, but he didn’t called me . Its very bad to say that a company like Maruthi cant fix a small trouble in one year. I hope u can understand my problems and can do the needful to help me..

                        Called maruti on-road-service helpline [18004200] on14th august 2010 morning to request flat tyre service for my car. The helpline call goes through to the operator and operator disconnects. This happened about a million times the entire day and there was nobody picking calls routed to the helpline. Could hear voices in the background and the calls were being disconnected on purpose. Requesting the authorities to fire irresponsible helpline members and recruit sensible and responsible ones in their place.

                            With great interest and liking I have purchased my dream maruti dzire vdi from popular Chennai on 22/06/2010 after disposing my indica just to buy the dzire.
                            I have given my best opinion about maruti vehicles during the survey conducted by your agency in mid of july at my residence which was recorded in audio, which can be referred.

                            On 11/07/2010 I went up to Trichy and on my way back I had run over a small stone at 20km before my destination and I have noticed light oil leak and stoped the vehicle. By keeping the oil level in mind I have brought back the car to my residence. On 12/07/2010 I called msm people who is near by my residence to come and have a look and I have requested them to do the first service also. They have checked the oil level and drive the car to their works. On inspection they have suggested me to go through insurance formalities as the oil sump was damaged. On 17/07/2010 I was called and told that the car service is completed and it will be delivered on 19/07/2010.

                            To the greatest disappointment on 19/07/2010 I was told that turbo of car is defective and needs replacement and I asked them the because of oil leagage and I asked them the car has done only 1000km and how the turbo can fail, if there is no oil, how they will be able to drive the car upto their workshop . inspite of my repeated effort to contact your tsm & rsm went in vain as they are indifferent and they are not customer friendly, further I was told on 7/08/2010 by msm people that based on the oral apporoval from maruti they have replaced the turbo and found all the parameters are ok ,
                            The car will be delivered on Monday 9/08/2010 after obtaining the written approval and also they asked me a written commitment letter that I will not claim any consequetional damages and I have accepted also on 07/08/2010 evening, till 10/08/2010 msm people told methey were waiting for approval and requested me to wait for delivery,On 11/08/2010 when I called msm at 12.30 pm to my surprise they told me that maruti has not approved and hence I have to pay the cost of the turbo. Why should I wait for more than 30days to pay and take delivery of the brand new car.

                            With this circumstances please let me know how I can rely on maruti ? I expect justice for your loyal customer.

                            Ritz vxi was purchased in 2011 as we required a hatchback for local runs in Mumbai

                            This is not our first vehicle.
                            Currently we have
                            Audi A4 ( 2012 model -7000 kms done),
                            Toyota corolla (2007 model -55000 kms run)
                            Ritz VXi ( 2011 model, 12000 kms run)
                            Hyundai i10 Kappa2 (2011 model, 50000 kms )

                            Previous vehicles:
                            1993 - Premier Padmini
                            1997 - Premier Padmini ( sold 2002, 60000 kms )
                            2002 - Hyundai Accent ( sold 2007, 60000 kms )
                            2011 - Ritz vdi ( sold 2013, 45000 kms)

                            We had problem with Ritz vxi from first month of ownership
                            1. Burning smell coming while running . This was present from the first day, service centre people never able to find out, it went when I replaced clutch at my own expense at 10000 kms, I have never changed clutch in any of my previous cars . service centre people telling that I don't know to drive . Maruti always right in commenting when I never faced this issue in any of the other cars and still going strong

                            2. gear slotting was a problem ( now its working properly)

                            3. Wiper motor had to be replaced as it got rusted ( within 3 yrs of ownership, never i have changed this in any of my cars)

                            4. Clutch and all the components had to be replaced at 10000 kms ( Ten Thousand Kms )

                            5. Rear speaker some sort of nice coming
                            6. Body panels have already started rusting, all the 4 window pane steel panel have rusted
                            7. Rattling issues
                            8. Fuel gauge never shows full . even if I fill it to top also, it will show 1 or 2 blocks less, Pathetic quality control from Maruti

                            Can anyone imagine this ?
                            All cars are parking at same place inside my building and none of my vehicle has got rusted anywhere expect Ritz.
                            Even after have driving experience on so many cars, none of the vehicle clutch plates had to be changed anytime till I sell the car

                            Maruti service centre people will tell that driving is not proper so clutch is gone bad, this is inspite Ritz is driven mostly single person and you can see how less its being driven around ( 10000 kms / 3 yrs = 3333 kms per yrs)

                            Most of the companies have gear box oil change interval of 1 lakh kms, but maruti had 20000 kms, This should make customers realize the poor quality of oil used by them.

                            Many have body antirust warranty for 6+ years, i don't even think Maruti will offer this . They can't as they know about their quality of parts

                            Maruti sells vehicles with very poor parts and puts blame on customer for their failure, Need to see how long does this company run like this . I will never recommend Maruti products to any of my friends nor family members and even in my company will let my colleagues know about the pathetic quality . Guys never buy Maruti, their diesel car sells just due to FIAT engine, else they would have lost the market by now

                            The next Kingfisher in the making

                            I will submit n number of pics if any one wants to see the rusting issue, never buy ( vehicle age is 3 yrs only and all my vehicles are parked in same compound and its garaged most of the days )

                                  I would like to bring to your kind attention about the callousness of the Maruti Suzuki and the people involved like dealers and their staff. Till now, I thought you are the best in customer care services and value your present and future customers. I think this has to be evaluated and need to be changed.
                                  I booked the car (SWIFT VXI) in the month of May at Bimal showroom, Whitefield Bangalore and was told that I would receive my car very soon. I planned to gift this car to my wife on her birthday. Do you know was one of the best moments of my life and it was shattered by your dealer and your company. I did inform the company staff about the requirement of vehicle well in advance to this memorable day. But your people so callous and never understood the meaning of love, affection and importance of gifting on the memorable days and I was left with punctured dreams. I had to congratulate you people for destroying our beautiful days. When I was approached them they told there is no vehicle and it will come after some days may be 10 to 15 days. That also not sure...
                                  What is the importance of gifting when it was not available on that memorable day? I had to return with depression.
                                  My wife’s birthday day went without the car gift and after few days again I checked and still there was no sign of car coming. As there was no car either in the showroom or on the way, I made a request to dealer that my previous swift VXI booking to be changed to Dzire LXI. This time I thought I can gift this car to my wife on our wedding anniversary. Dealer told that he will change and on priority he would get the car within that month i.e. during the month of July and he will not disappoint me this time.
                                  I am extremely sorry to say that that my second best memorable day also collapsed by the help of maruti and your staff. Till now i.e. after 3 months also dealer is not sure where is the car either in the factory or on the road or in the air or somewhere.
                                  I don’t know we are in which century. My grandpa used to tell that during the decades of 1940 and 1950 they used to book a scooter and wait for months and then grand scooter will make its appearance.
                                  I am very much disheartened to write you guys that why you don’t want to change the scenario in India even after 70 years.
                                  Worst is your poorly informed dealers, staff and your entire system. Whenever I make a call, your staff will tell that he is not aware or don’t know anything about this delivery. Is it so secret that nobody should know whereabouts of cars or dispatching details?
                                  I sincerely request you to change your attitude and be sensitive towards prospective customers. Otherwise they will never look back at you in future.
                                  Why can’t you be clear-cut in your despatch details? Why you want to keep that so illusive. Be frank that when exactly I would get the car. I don’t like beating around the bush attitude people. Make centralised system and delivery should be very clear to every customer like tracking the couriers in blue dart service. You can give the unique ID number so that customer only can check status of his delivery.
                                  As me or my dealer staff or dealer themselves are not aware of my car status, I feel it is of no use to continue to wait for your car and sacrificing and wasting our good days.
                                  I want to gift this car now to my daughter on her birthday but I am sure you are going to spoil this day as well and break our family. I would be grateful if you return my booking money so that I can buy some other car to gift her and enjoy our better days.

                                    I had book swift VDI, white colour on 15th June 2010. dealer commit in writing that he will dealever vehical withine 30 to 45 days. but till date dealivery not given to me. But the customer who has book after 15th June has got his vehical on 8th august same colour and model. so i think there is blackmarketing is going on by this dealer. My problem is i can not transfer my booking to another dealer as per the company polycy. my request is please correct your polycy or Your Dealer. book by name Dr. Reshal Deshmukh, Nagpur.

                                      Dear sir, i had purchased a Maruti Suzuki A star on March 31.2009. since then i am getting a very low mileage from the car which is nothing more than 10-11 km /ltr on city roads with A/C. This is all the more disheartening because the purchase was made keeping the high fuel efficiency in mind which Maruti Suzuki strongly empahsises and the tall claims made by MAruti 21.6 Km /ltr. i waited till the first two servciings to expect the mileage imrprovements , hwowever that never happened and by the third service i knew something was seriously wrong . Then some where in between maruti came up with that fuel tank complaint for A-Star which was nothing more than a gimmmick .Nothing helped my car have a better mileage so now I am all fed up with the mielage issue. I keep wondering how can a company like Maruti Suzuki manufcture such substandard cars and make such tall mileage claims .If this the way things go then it will surely earn a bad name for itself .Is there a solution to this dismal mileage , someone please hlp me or else i may have to look for other ways .Let me add to this that my driving is not all that bad ,, i am driving for the last 18 years and have driven various car models .So please dont come up with those endless excuses !!!

                                      I have purchased AStar automatic gear in April 2012 and it gives a mileage of 10Km/Ltr! Upon checking the service center (Popular Automobiles) they have said you have to wait till the 3rd service. If even after the 3rd service the result is same what to do. How can one force Maruti to do something or return the car?

                                        New car - Swift VDI-Tyre fault Regarding
                                        This is regarding my (P.Gomuduraipandian) new car maruthi suzuki swift vdi date of delivery 25th Feb 2010 by the dealer AR.A.S.P.V.P.V Automobiles , Tirunelveli-627002 Reg.No.TN 72 AE 5572.
                                        From the begining of june 2010 onwards after running 7325k.m The M.R.F tubeless tyre fitted in front right side frequently get decreased the air automatically from 36 points to 25 points without any puncture or any outside damages.
                                        I reported the matter to the Dealer AR.A.S.P.V.P.V Automobiles , Tirunelveli-627002 , Service section employee replaced the niffle ( air inflow) charging the cost of niffle .After one week same problem continue in the tyre .
                                        Again I reported the matter to to the Dealer and requested that the tyre may be replaced by the M.R.F. Company,since the Waranty period is in effect.

                                        But the above dealer section employee told me that this time to fill the air and fitted in the car at the same front right side wheel, and told me that if any complaints araise in future, I will arrange to replace the tyre .

                                        But now the same problem continue till date. Now the tyre is kept in the AR.A.S.P.V.P.V Automobiles , Tirunelveli-627002 , along with the Disk. My Car is unable to run due to this problem. Due to this problem I mentally disturbed and my personal works are affected. The purpose of purchase the car is not served.
                                        Hence I request you to solve the problem either by replacing the Tyre or the Disk or both Tyre and Disk.
