I am Rajan Kharbanda. I have booked the car swift Dzire VDI. On EAKANSH WHEELS-JAGADHARI ROAD,
KM-126, STATE HIGHWAY NO.5, JAGADHARI ROAD, AMBALA CANTT.,
The Booking Date is[protected]. He says G.M. Mr. Gill & Manager Miss Ruchi the care was delived on 1 & 1½ months. They are not delivery car.
and He says no conforem the delivery of car.

The Booking name is :- Mr. Jagdish Kharbanda
# 52, Jaggi colony Phase-2 Ambala City.
the car is swift Dzire is Azura Gray. VDI Model In Desel.
Booking time payment pay to 50,000.00 & My bank loan was sension to State Bank of Patiala on date of[protected]. And please Soul my problem.

I have booked 3 swift Dzire with Bimal whitefield in the name of naven and somushaker and the sales executive told me that he will give me the car in 30 days and he as not given and ones I went to the showroom he told me maruti as not sent any cars so I don’t have cars to give you and he is rude and shouts at me where I need to do that and then he put me to his manager and there the executive accepted that he as committed 30 days and now I don’t have any replay and I need the car let me know if at lease maruti can help me

    Respected sir,
    My son Mr B. kiran kumar Rayagada purchased a Maruti van from M/s LOHIYA MOTORS PVT LTD BERHAMPUR, who is the authorised dealer of Maruti udyog ltd during JAN 2001 with your finance/ ASSISTANCE. The total amounts were paid regularly withaccount payee checks only.The complaint was made last 2 1/2 years back vide this office l. no nil dated 25 / 03 / 2008. The branch manager Bhubaneswar asked the detailed data over phone at that time but no action is being taken by the authority. Now I want to sale the old van and purchase the another maruti car with exchange. So it requires the N O C from your office with duplicate K eyes. Why the concered is not taking suitablre steps fpor issuing noc 's after clearing loan amounts. Requesting for early action .

      I have given my new SWIFT VDI having wiring problem on 19 sept 2010.I was promised that this problem will be resolved in two days.I was called again on 22 sept that my car problem has been resolved and i was charged Rs 1595 but while checking it was found that AC ,horn was not working.

      This is state of affairs and consumers are beefooled.Please do not give your car at Jeevan Motors othervise you will only run after them.

        Good Day Niteen,

        Complain : Swift – MH 02 BJ 6554 = No of kms 12000 approx

        Further to our discussion with Nitin as well Prashant today, here are my details….

        Swift was purchased from Vitesse Andheri in April 2009. The car is been driven by undersigned & used to & fro to office at Powai.
        Feb 2010 we had faced CLUTCH problem which was resolved & got the same replaced from Maruti service centre. However with 6 months the same problem occurred in last week & the car could not take pick up in 1st gear also.

        With this regards here I strongly oppose to take it as driving fault & looks like manufacturing defeat. Agree & consider that these are not covered under warranty as they are wear & tear parts. Please note that I am using/driving a maruti ZEN for nearly 9 yrs almost & very glad to say that we did NOT face any such problem till date. THEN WHY SWIFT……..???????????

        Following points to consider this case as strong & would like MARUTI to prove the services & how much customer care is being taken.

         One person drive – handled by one person.
         ONLY 12000 approx kms run
         Handled NOT by NEW LEARNER.
         Having agreed driving fault etc……in FEB 10 when the entire clutch was changed why it has been repeated with 6 months ?
         The person driving the care has an exp of driving for 10 yrs in Mumbai traffic.

        At present the Swift is safely parked at our residence at Santacruz west. Appreciate the service & the response given by Prashant & expect MARUTI also to look at this problem from different angle instead of not saying the usual defensive answers as we always till now have given priority to MARUTI fly - vehicle & want the similar justification to look ahead also.

        Prashant (ric) : Kindly have a word with Nitin & let me know when the car can be tow to your workshop. ( agree the towing charges will be paid by us).

        At the time of Last service done the warranty also was extended to 3 yrs as specified by your technician Mr. Yellop & one service /labour was agreed to be free of cost.

        Expecting a favourable reply soon if not then I don’t mind going ahead to take up the matter to your seniors – Maruti & even to maruti customer forum to make all aware of the problem so that at least this won’t be reoccurring problem.

        AFTER THIS COMPLAINT MARUTI reginol office at BANDRA did not bother to take positive step but we had top replace the same with new one finally paying form out pocket.

          I renewed insurance for my Wagon R VXI BS 3 (DL-2C-AK-6219) in the month of July 2010 with the executive of Competetent Automobiles (B.S Nagar). The cheque was also cleared between 13-15th July 2010.

          Its been almost 2 months, I have not received my original policy document. I tried reaching their executive several times but he never responded to my calls.

          I also called up the showroom several times but they always said that they would convey my message to B.S Nagar and he would call me back..Its been 2 months now and the message still seems to be un-conveyed as I have not receieved any call from him.

          I would request people to beware of this showroom and avoid insurance renewals with them.

            HARRASMENT IN CASHLESS CLAIM
            Sir,

            I own a maruti wagonR U P 80 AL5558 and got the insurance policy renewed by Maruti Insurance (National Insurance) in Feb 2010 with cashless advantage.

            I met with an accident on 16/09/10 and went to the dealer(M/S Prime Motors, Agra) on 17/09/10. I did all the formalities of the claim procedure.

            By evening I recieved a phone call from the surveyor which really made me felt that i have done a big mistake by opting for maruti insurance for my vechile. I was really embarrassed to have maruti insurance as my policy.

            It seemed as if I have to know before the accident how much my car wil get damaged. When I asked him about the W/S Glass damage he told me about all the leaglities of the insurance companies and made sure that i should never ever opt again for this insurance poilcy and told me that it cannot be done whereas it was damaged in the accident. I was remembering the face of the guy who had done my policy and had made various claims of hassleless and ease in case of claims settlement.
            I was feeling cheated.

            It was never expected such a erratic behaviour from a reputed and no.1 company of cars i.e. Maruti in india. I had faith on maruti which was shattered by this behaviour.

            Is there anyone to listen to our complaints .????

            suzuki company is best company in the world. maruti is on of the fraud company inthe world. maruti suzuki swift is a good car.but maruti swift is a local car maruti suzuki swift has suzuki engine. maruti swift has local engine. there are two types of swift car. first is maruti suzuki swift that is original car . this swift car has suzukiengine. there is inprint suzuki name on the engine. buy second is maruti swift, that is local car. this car has no suzuki engine. that is local or fake engine.there is no inprint suzuki name on the engine. if you have any dought please check your car engine.if your car engine suzuki, that is original. you ask your dealer they also tell above said. maruti suzuki swift engine is import from japan. maruti swift engine is make from scrap material. maruti collect the scrap material from other car company like tata, fiat and they are making local engine. so dear friends don, t buy maruti swift. please buy maruti suzuki swift. please chech car engine is it suzuki engine or local or fake engine.

                Hi,
                I had given my car WB 02X 3043 for service and repairs at Maruti's Authorised Service Station named "Auto Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd" located at 34A,C.N.Roy Road, Kolkata- 700039, ph:[protected]/02 and was given an invoice for Rs. 3000/- ( approx)

                It was a paid service request for normal 30,000 kms routine and specially for solving a whirling sound during reversing of the car and also the same sound emits during braking. They were told to check the problem which could be due to the braking system. This issue was noticed few months after purchasing the car ( 19th feb 2007) and from then we have been pursuing this particular service center even during the free service period, but in vain. We could not avail service from other service center then as this station was alloted due to my location.

                I am terribly disappointed with the service that was provided for the chronic problem which was not done and I got lame excuses for the same. Moreover, they state that the problem cannot be solved being an authorized service station !!!!!!!

                It is alarming to note how Maruti authorises their service centers when they are incapable of handling the responsibility. I, for one, am very disappinted and dis-illusioned with the response I got and am also very sure that the next car I buy shall not be a Maruti Suzuki. I feel Maruti Suzuki are not training there authorized personnels or they are employing monkeys by paying peanuts.

                  I HAVE GIVEN LIST OF COMPLAINS WITH SPECIFIC COMPLAINS.RECEIVED SMS FM S.STATION TO COLLECT CAR AT 4.30.....WASHED CAR NOT WASHED FROM FRONT,NOT CLEANED FROM INSIDE,DIRTY GARRAGE,OWNER MOVING ARROUND WITH I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE,COMPLAIN LIST WHICH I HAVE GIVEN THEM LOST SOMEWHERE,ONLY CHARGEBLE JOB THEY HAVE ATTENDED BUT NOT COMPLETED..I PAID 1257, BY CASHMEMO.

                  WHY MARUTI KEEP SUCH SERVICESTATION ? PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM BOARD LIKE AUTHORISED SERVICE STATION.THIS S.STATION HAVE ONLY CHEATING SERVICE.

                  PLEAE DO NOT KEEP SUCH PEOPLE & SERVICE STATION.IN OUR FAMILY WE HAVE 7 CAR OF MARUTI ONLY.FIRST BAD EXPERINCE FROM WRONG PEOPLE DUE TO WRONG SELECTATION.

                    chavan automobile service center is taking too much time for servicing & repairs of my own esteem car number is MH-04 AC 3450 . I have given my car for servicing repairs on 6.9.10 and it is not yet completed. The behaviour towards customer and their service is very bad.

                      I have to rgeister complaint against Ratan Motors-Chembur for not giving me Test ride for Swift VDI with my Enquiry pending since last 4 months.
                      Every 4th day person calls & asks me for my decision for buying Swift, when I have not been offerred a Test Ride Yet.
                      This is really pathetic when the Test Ride is not given to the End Consumer & Expect to buy the product.

                      I want to file a complaint again Maruti Suzuki ARENA (Excell Autovista, Navi Mumbai, Kharghar). I have booked Ertiga on May 19, 2021. Since then I have been not given any confirmation on when will the car be alloted. I have been approached to buy spare parts, take loan and share advance amount in order to get the car on early basis as there is high booking. However chasis no. is still not alloted

                        Sir,

                        It is to put in your notice that I bought a Maruti Swift 5 months back. The bumper (Back & Front) both are coming out every time i take it out for long drive. I felt that the the bumps are the only reason for that. But whatevr the reason the bumper must not come out automatically due to these bumps on road evertime.
                        By this complaint I like the maruti engineers to find a solution of bumpers other than the current lock system they are using. They must use something on all four corner of the bumpers. Which can be a autolock, clips (male+female) or some screw system from under the body.
                        What I feel is the only locking system is not enough to hold the bumper at place.

                          I have purchased Suzuki access 125 on July 23 2010.It was promised by company(broshure and booklet) and dealer that it will give the average of atleast 50-55 kms/ltr.I purchased it from Ganesh Suzuki Showroom,Latur-Maharashtra And I also have a Complain about the Dealer,I am Not Satisfied about the Services of the Showroom,No one Listen to my Complains and the Workshop(Mechenic)Staff is also not Present.

                            I had my car DL-4C-AA-9055 serviced at Pratham Motors, authorized service dealers for Maruti. I had paid extra for Upholstery cleaning. Despite of paying them it was not done properly, and upon delivery there was no feedback form given. Upon asking for the feedback some lame excuse was given. When I had asked same thing to the supervisor looking after service of my car, he told me not to worry on this as he will get his people and clean it. Despite of asking him and the other executive who called me for feedback, no one has turned up yet. Today after almost 2-3 weeks when I spoke to same supervisor he was again on the same track that he will get it cleaned in a day or two.

                            When ever I told them that I'm going to Maruti for complaint, they were scared and tried to convince me that I should not do it and they will take care of it. However till date no resolution.

                            This is 3rd time in row that I'm required to follow-up with them after every service for pending jobs, especially for cleaning. Last two service also the same issue, that the car was not cleaned and I had to waste another day taking my car and fighting with them to first agree that the car is not cleaned at all, and then make them clean as if they are doing charity to me. I don't understand why still consumer is not empowered to get what he's paying for.

                            The service of the cars are not done in a proper way in Bokaro Steel City's dealer (HINDUSTAN AUTO AGENCY). All the points are not checked sincerely. As a result, the cars performance is detoriating day by day. The new cars are developing sounds in just three years even after regular servicing at the authorised service centers of MARUTI. Please look into the matter seriously as it really affects the goodwill of the company and the customers are loosing their trust on the company's service.

                              RIGHT FROM THE FIRST SERVICE OF OUR WAGON R CAR MODEL 2007, WE ARE COMPLAINING THE MALFUNCTIONING OF THE GEAR. EVERY TIME WHEN WE SERVICE THEY TEMPARARLY SDJUST IT AND DELIVER IT TO US. AFTER 1 OR 2 MONTHS THE SAME PROBLEM ARISES. THIS, OUR DEALER ACER MOTORS TRIMULGHERY, SECUNDRABAD A.P.(I PRESUME THAT UNDER THE INSTRUCTION FROM MUL) THESE DEALER DRAG LIKE THIS AND AS SOON AS OUR WARRENTY PERIOD OVER THEY DECLARED THAT OUR CAR GEAR-BOX WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND WE HAVE TO CHANGE MANY PARTS IN THE GEAR BOX FOR SMOOTH OPERATION. THE ESTIMATES WAS AROUND Rs.5000/ - AS TOLD BY THE DEALER. I ASKED THEM WHEN THIS PROBLEM WAS FROM THE BEGINNING WHY YOU HAVE NOT CHANGED THE PARTS IN THE BEGGENING ITSELF. FOR THIS THEY DONOT HAVE ANY ANSWER. THEY WERE VERY ADAMENT AND ASK ME TO PAY Rs.5000/- TO WHICH I DECLINED. THEY HAVE NOT RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND IT IS STILL IN MY CAR. I AM SURPRISED SUCH A BIG MULTINATIONAL COMPANY, HOPW THEY PLAY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND AVOID TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF REPALACING THE BAD PARTS. MUL AVOID BY HOOK OR CRROK, TILL ONE'S WARRENTY PERIOD EXPIRES. THIS IS THEIR STRATEGY.
                              BUT THIS STRATEGY WILL NOT WORK FOR LONGER TIME. I HOPE MUL WILL MEND THEIR STRATEGY AND GET THE CONFIDENCE OF THE CUSTOMER. I LOST THE CONFIDENCE IN MUL NOW.

                                I Purchased a Maruti SX4 Last year in August. My usage is very Low till now my car has been drien less than 300 Kms.

                                I am facing a problem with the interiors. First there was a rattling noise in the car from front left door. I took it to the service station and the guy there just banged it with his hands and the noise stopped.

                                Today my rear left door's Internal Panel Separated from the external panel. God knows why it was all fine till yesterday. This door is used only by my 5 yr old daughter and she was stuck ... I had to force the internal plastic back on the external Panel to get the door open. I am sure eI will have to pay for this to be fixed as plastics are not coered in the extended warranty.

                                So I will have to pay for keeping my car in a good condition

                                This is totally unacceptanble for a car of this price.

                                maruti sx4 — Bad service

                                Hi,
                                I bought Maruti SX4 vxi model from Pune. Since then the experience with Maruti customer care was not at all encouraging.

                                1) Light on a roof was not functioning correctly. Maruti dealer (Sai Service, Pune) accepted that the part needs to be replaced. This was during first servicing in month of August 07. Since then the part is not available with Maruti. And due care was taken to inform me about the same.

                                2) Maruti started giving inbuilt CD player with newer vxi models. I received a call from Maruti Delhi office that as a courtesy old buyers will get coupons for the same. Now even after almost 4 months. I did not receive the coupons. Maruti is claiming that they were delivered to my home. But no one has used them. I told them repeatedly that I never received anything. But it seems that no one is interested in resolving the problem.

                                Looking at such a service going for another Maruti car or recommending the dealer to anyone is absolutely out of question.

                                Maruti Suzuki SX4 — Bad Quality of Service and Even Denial of service in most of the times

                                I own a Maruti Suzuki SX4 having the registration number KA 17 M7372, my hometown is a place called Davanagere in Karnataka. Whenever i visit the Maruti Service Station here I fell like i am in a service station which does not belongs to Maruti Suzuki Ltd. The quality of service provided is not satisfactory and also the staff many times deny to service the car, quoting the reason that already many vehicles are in a queue for getting serviced. The Verdict is that once you buy a car from Maruti Suzuki there is nothing called as Customer Care its something called Customer you take care. If you mention something in particular say about engine oil change , they will not do it and once i got billed for engine oil change and upon seeing it , I asked them to show the engine oil can and then the service person went inside and brought a can and i am sure that the can was lying in the store for ages. This is the fate of most of the Service stations of Maruti Suzuki.

                                Suzuki SX car — poor customer care

                                I own a Suzuki SX IV vehicle NO.TN01AD9111. The vehicle was sent to Maruthi service Masters, chennai for regular service after fixing appointment. I was assured that the vehicle will be picked up, serviced and returned in the same evening. The vehicle was picked up at the appointed time. Howeve er, they called me in the evening around 4-30 to say that they have received the vehicle and what work they should carry out. This was inspite of my briefing the Customer care Manager and also a written letter to him confirming what we had discusssed. Finally I was told the vehicle will be returned only the next day eveining and if I want the work to be carried out I can leave it or it will be returned. This amount to cheating a customer. They knew how many vehilce they can handle in a day and accoringly they should have made the bookings. I am put into lot of inconvenience. This happened last time too and they did not deliver on time.

                                Maruti Suzuki SX4 — heating problem....

                                Dear sir/ madam.
                                I mr.asif abba jumma model no.maruti suzuki SX4.
                                There is a very big problem of heating.suddenly car stop
                                for 3 hours....and start getting heats...so request u pls take action
                                or else send engg asap....

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a Zen Estilo VXi on 10.07.2010 from Dewar's Garage, 4 Council House Street. Kolkata - 700001. From the very date of purchase I have faced the following problems in the car -

                                  1) Engine knocking.
                                  2) Steering tremor at 90 Kmph
                                  3) Under body vibration while taking left turn
                                  4) Tremors are also felt on clutch paddle, accelerator paddle at lower speeds between 10-30 Kmph
                                  5) Tremors are also felt during sharp acceleration from 0-30 Kmph.

                                  However the car was under inspection at Dewar's Garage workshop and Machino Techno Sales Workshop for more than 5 times.
                                  The clutch assembly, engine mounting, 3 wheel rims has been replaced; as a result of which the engine knocking has been reduced to a large extent.

                                  In the present scenario problem 3, 4 & 5 still persists.

                                  It is very frustrating to use such a defective “new” vehicle and I am being mentally harassed since the date of purchase.

                                  I personally feel that I have cheated by Maruti.
                                  We all are aware of the so called best in services by maruti; lets find it out in this testing situation.

                                  I would sincerely urge Maruti to replace me this defective vehicle, else provide me compensation for the same.

                                  I booked Maruti Estilo Vxi Silver Metalic on 29-Oct-2009.

                                  now its 23-Nov-2009 Dealer is saying car is very shortage in production factory

                                  can any one tell me how much i have to wait for this car

                                  Buddy, trust you got the car by now. you need to daily followup with the dealer as they commit like they can deliver the car very next day you book it, but that never happens, after receiving the payment they will tell you now you need to wait, that happened in my case too recently in december, so beware of such dealers and be strong and bold enough to fight with the car dealer.
                                  Now its 75 days car is not yet delivered.

                                  Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo — service center not response for new car

                                  new car 3nd service done but proalem till not solved & they r not getting any response regarding manufacturing fault for this car. C.care till not give feedback against any complain. So i want solution immediately or replace my faulty car.

                                    I am forced to write this letter of complaint which talks about the standard of service offered by your reputed Service center at Swargate, Pune.

                                    My client was treated as a dog at your swargate service center and insted of helping my client to rectify the problem and get it resolved my client was insulted in front of other customers.

                                    I would be more than happy to know what action you have taken on Mr.Kiran (Store manager) Mr. William and Mr. Sunny. who have caused my client considerable inconvenience and embarrassment.

                                    I trust that you will give this matter your urgent attention and will see that we are put to no further inconvenience and embracement.

                                    I look forward to receive your written response to this criticism in next two working days from the time you receive this mail.

                                    We had purchased Suzuki Access 125 from you on 03/07/2010 Yours company staff is very bad they used never talk properly to us when every we got problem they uses to tel that bring your bike in show room or we will send mackanic as soon as possbile this line they uses to tell in rude manner so next time we had to think should we talk or not to them

                                    your company service center is in Swargate in Pune

                                    and on Saterday(18/9/2010) i was driveing my bike in middle of road Gear box got stuck and i cant move my bike here & there

                                    I had call in morning to your office ( Swargate branch ) they same thing tels us in a rude manner so u think that we had buy the bike of your company that we had done the big mistake and this only 3 Mounth had been over we are geting this problem
                                    after repairing just now (21/9/10) oil leak problem
                                    thats means ur sraff not working proparly

                                      I am pramodkumar.k from kerala and ihave booked swift dizare vdi on july'7' 2010 through popular vehicles and services ltd pattanamtitta ,the dealar promised me oraly to give the vehicle with in one month. The written agreement was that the vehicle will be delivered with in two months.now it crosses two months,now they are saying that it may take four or five months to deliver the vehicle. Ialready paid Rs 50000-/- as advance

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Problem: 1. Window panel (back side) got rusted with in one year time
                                        2. No anti rust seal provided on both side back window panel

                                        Misguidance from Authorized Service centre: After the complaints, they have refused rectify the same stating that black colour got removed as there is no seal or felt provided.
                                        But on en-query I found the sealing are already provided on the panel for the same model with my colleagues who purchased car one/two months later..


                                        Please support me regarding the solution of the problem and guide them for a good customer support.

                                        Your authorized Service centre at Raigarh is not co operating. You are requested to please look into the matter and resolve the problem immediately.
