Sir,

It is to put in your notice that I bought a Maruti Swift 5 months back. The bumper (Back & Front) both are coming out every time i take it out for long drive. I felt that the the bumps are the only reason for that. But whatevr the reason the bumper must not come out automatically due to these bumps on road evertime.
By this complaint I like the maruti engineers to find a solution of bumpers other than the current lock system they are using. They must use something on all four corner of the bumpers. Which can be a autolock, clips (male+female) or some screw system from under the body.
What I feel is the only locking system is not enough to hold the bumper at place.

    I have purchased Suzuki access 125 on July 23 2010.It was promised by company(broshure and booklet) and dealer that it will give the average of atleast 50-55 kms/ltr.I purchased it from Ganesh Suzuki Showroom,Latur-Maharashtra And I also have a Complain about the Dealer,I am Not Satisfied about the Services of the Showroom,No one Listen to my Complains and the Workshop(Mechenic)Staff is also not Present.

      I had my car DL-4C-AA-9055 serviced at Pratham Motors, authorized service dealers for Maruti. I had paid extra for Upholstery cleaning. Despite of paying them it was not done properly, and upon delivery there was no feedback form given. Upon asking for the feedback some lame excuse was given. When I had asked same thing to the supervisor looking after service of my car, he told me not to worry on this as he will get his people and clean it. Despite of asking him and the other executive who called me for feedback, no one has turned up yet. Today after almost 2-3 weeks when I spoke to same supervisor he was again on the same track that he will get it cleaned in a day or two.

      When ever I told them that I'm going to Maruti for complaint, they were scared and tried to convince me that I should not do it and they will take care of it. However till date no resolution.

      This is 3rd time in row that I'm required to follow-up with them after every service for pending jobs, especially for cleaning. Last two service also the same issue, that the car was not cleaned and I had to waste another day taking my car and fighting with them to first agree that the car is not cleaned at all, and then make them clean as if they are doing charity to me. I don't understand why still consumer is not empowered to get what he's paying for.

      The service of the cars are not done in a proper way in Bokaro Steel City's dealer (HINDUSTAN AUTO AGENCY). All the points are not checked sincerely. As a result, the cars performance is detoriating day by day. The new cars are developing sounds in just three years even after regular servicing at the authorised service centers of MARUTI. Please look into the matter seriously as it really affects the goodwill of the company and the customers are loosing their trust on the company's service.

        RIGHT FROM THE FIRST SERVICE OF OUR WAGON R CAR MODEL 2007, WE ARE COMPLAINING THE MALFUNCTIONING OF THE GEAR. EVERY TIME WHEN WE SERVICE THEY TEMPARARLY SDJUST IT AND DELIVER IT TO US. AFTER 1 OR 2 MONTHS THE SAME PROBLEM ARISES. THIS, OUR DEALER ACER MOTORS TRIMULGHERY, SECUNDRABAD A.P.(I PRESUME THAT UNDER THE INSTRUCTION FROM MUL) THESE DEALER DRAG LIKE THIS AND AS SOON AS OUR WARRENTY PERIOD OVER THEY DECLARED THAT OUR CAR GEAR-BOX WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AND WE HAVE TO CHANGE MANY PARTS IN THE GEAR BOX FOR SMOOTH OPERATION. THE ESTIMATES WAS AROUND Rs.5000/ - AS TOLD BY THE DEALER. I ASKED THEM WHEN THIS PROBLEM WAS FROM THE BEGINNING WHY YOU HAVE NOT CHANGED THE PARTS IN THE BEGGENING ITSELF. FOR THIS THEY DONOT HAVE ANY ANSWER. THEY WERE VERY ADAMENT AND ASK ME TO PAY Rs.5000/- TO WHICH I DECLINED. THEY HAVE NOT RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND IT IS STILL IN MY CAR. I AM SURPRISED SUCH A BIG MULTINATIONAL COMPANY, HOPW THEY PLAY WITH THE CUSTOMER AND AVOID TO TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF REPALACING THE BAD PARTS. MUL AVOID BY HOOK OR CRROK, TILL ONE'S WARRENTY PERIOD EXPIRES. THIS IS THEIR STRATEGY.
        BUT THIS STRATEGY WILL NOT WORK FOR LONGER TIME. I HOPE MUL WILL MEND THEIR STRATEGY AND GET THE CONFIDENCE OF THE CUSTOMER. I LOST THE CONFIDENCE IN MUL NOW.

          I Purchased a Maruti SX4 Last year in August. My usage is very Low till now my car has been drien less than 300 Kms.

          I am facing a problem with the interiors. First there was a rattling noise in the car from front left door. I took it to the service station and the guy there just banged it with his hands and the noise stopped.

          Today my rear left door's Internal Panel Separated from the external panel. God knows why it was all fine till yesterday. This door is used only by my 5 yr old daughter and she was stuck ... I had to force the internal plastic back on the external Panel to get the door open. I am sure eI will have to pay for this to be fixed as plastics are not coered in the extended warranty.

          So I will have to pay for keeping my car in a good condition

          This is totally unacceptanble for a car of this price.

          maruti sx4 — Bad service

          Hi,
          I bought Maruti SX4 vxi model from Pune. Since then the experience with Maruti customer care was not at all encouraging.

          1) Light on a roof was not functioning correctly. Maruti dealer (Sai Service, Pune) accepted that the part needs to be replaced. This was during first servicing in month of August 07. Since then the part is not available with Maruti. And due care was taken to inform me about the same.

          2) Maruti started giving inbuilt CD player with newer vxi models. I received a call from Maruti Delhi office that as a courtesy old buyers will get coupons for the same. Now even after almost 4 months. I did not receive the coupons. Maruti is claiming that they were delivered to my home. But no one has used them. I told them repeatedly that I never received anything. But it seems that no one is interested in resolving the problem.

          Looking at such a service going for another Maruti car or recommending the dealer to anyone is absolutely out of question.

          Maruti Suzuki SX4 — Bad Quality of Service and Even Denial of service in most of the times

          I own a Maruti Suzuki SX4 having the registration number KA 17 M7372, my hometown is a place called Davanagere in Karnataka. Whenever i visit the Maruti Service Station here I fell like i am in a service station which does not belongs to Maruti Suzuki Ltd. The quality of service provided is not satisfactory and also the staff many times deny to service the car, quoting the reason that already many vehicles are in a queue for getting serviced. The Verdict is that once you buy a car from Maruti Suzuki there is nothing called as Customer Care its something called Customer you take care. If you mention something in particular say about engine oil change , they will not do it and once i got billed for engine oil change and upon seeing it , I asked them to show the engine oil can and then the service person went inside and brought a can and i am sure that the can was lying in the store for ages. This is the fate of most of the Service stations of Maruti Suzuki.
          @Sachin Janorkar Maruti follows the ideology of serving the customers better and in a fair way . Your problem is passed on to Maruti team. Need details on your issue.. do drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com...

          Suzuki SX car — poor customer care

          I own a Suzuki SX IV vehicle NO.TN01AD9111. The vehicle was sent to Maruthi service Masters, chennai for regular service after fixing appointment. I was assured that the vehicle will be picked up, serviced and returned in the same evening. The vehicle was picked up at the appointed time. Howeve er, they called me in the evening around 4-30 to say that they have received the vehicle and what work they should carry out. This was inspite of my briefing the Customer care Manager and also a written letter to him confirming what we had discusssed. Finally I was told the vehicle will be returned only the next day eveining and if I want the work to be carried out I can leave it or it will be returned. This amount to cheating a customer. They knew how many vehilce they can handle in a day and accoringly they should have made the bookings. I am put into lot of inconvenience. This happened last time too and they did not deliver on time.

          Maruti Suzuki SX4 — heating problem....

          Dear sir/ madam.
          I mr.asif abba jumma model no.maruti suzuki SX4.
          There is a very big problem of heating.suddenly car stop
          for 3 hours....and start getting heats...so request u pls take action
          or else send engg asap....

            This is to bring to your notice that I have purchased a Zen Estilo VXi on 10.07.2010 from Dewar's Garage, 4 Council House Street. Kolkata - 700001. From the very date of purchase I have faced the following problems in the car -

            1) Engine knocking.
            2) Steering tremor at 90 Kmph
            3) Under body vibration while taking left turn
            4) Tremors are also felt on clutch paddle, accelerator paddle at lower speeds between 10-30 Kmph
            5) Tremors are also felt during sharp acceleration from 0-30 Kmph.

            However the car was under inspection at Dewar's Garage workshop and Machino Techno Sales Workshop for more than 5 times.
            The clutch assembly, engine mounting, 3 wheel rims has been replaced; as a result of which the engine knocking has been reduced to a large extent.

            In the present scenario problem 3, 4 & 5 still persists.

            It is very frustrating to use such a defective “new” vehicle and I am being mentally harassed since the date of purchase.

            I personally feel that I have cheated by Maruti.
            We all are aware of the so called best in services by maruti; lets find it out in this testing situation.

            I would sincerely urge Maruti to replace me this defective vehicle, else provide me compensation for the same.

            Maruti — Maruti Estilo

            I booked Maruti Estilo Vxi Silver Metalic on 29-Oct-2009.

            now its 23-Nov-2009 Dealer is saying car is very shortage in production factory

            can any one tell me how much i have to wait for this car

            Buddy, trust you got the car by now. you need to daily followup with the dealer as they commit like they can deliver the car very next day you book it, but that never happens, after receiving the payment they will tell you now you need to wait, that happened in my case too recently in december, so beware of such dealers and be strong and bold enough to fight with the car dealer.
            Now its 75 days car is not yet delivered.

            Maruti Suzuki Zen Estilo — service center not response for new car

            new car 3nd service done but proalem till not solved & they r not getting any response regarding manufacturing fault for this car. C.care till not give feedback against any complain. So i want solution immediately or replace my faulty car.

              I am forced to write this letter of complaint which talks about the standard of service offered by your reputed Service center at Swargate, Pune.

              My client was treated as a dog at your swargate service center and insted of helping my client to rectify the problem and get it resolved my client was insulted in front of other customers.

              I would be more than happy to know what action you have taken on Mr.Kiran (Store manager) Mr. William and Mr. Sunny. who have caused my client considerable inconvenience and embarrassment.

              I trust that you will give this matter your urgent attention and will see that we are put to no further inconvenience and embracement.

              I look forward to receive your written response to this criticism in next two working days from the time you receive this mail.

              I trust that you will give this matter your urgent attention. If I do not receive your mail in next two working days I shall be forced to file a case against you in consumer court for treating my client Mr Baldota as a dog.

              We had purchased Suzuki Access 125 from you on 03/07/2010 Yours company staff is very bad they used never talk properly to us when every we got problem they uses to tel that bring your bike in show room or we will send mackanic as soon as possbile this line they uses to tell in rude manner so next time we had to think should we talk or not to them

              your company service center is in Swargate in Pune

              and on Saterday(18/9/2010) i was driveing my bike in middle of road Gear box got stuck and i cant move my bike here & there

              I had call in morning to your office ( Swargate branch ) they same thing tels us in a rude manner so u think that we had buy the bike of your company that we had done the big mistake and this only 3 Mounth had been over we are geting this problem
              after repairing just now (21/9/10) oil leak problem
              thats means ur sraff not working proparly

              so what abt the future



              please reply us what should be do now

                I am pramodkumar.k from kerala and ihave booked swift dizare vdi on july'7' 2010 through popular vehicles and services ltd pattanamtitta ,the dealar promised me oraly to give the vehicle with in one month. The written agreement was that the vehicle will be delivered with in two months.now it crosses two months,now they are saying that it may take four or five months to deliver the vehicle. Ialready paid Rs 50000-/- as advance

                  Dear Sir,

                  Problem: 1. Window panel (back side) got rusted with in one year time
                  2. No anti rust seal provided on both side back window panel

                  Misguidance from Authorized Service centre: After the complaints, they have refused rectify the same stating that black colour got removed as there is no seal or felt provided.
                  But on en-query I found the sealing are already provided on the panel for the same model with my colleagues who purchased car one/two months later..


                  Please support me regarding the solution of the problem and guide them for a good customer support.

                  Your authorized Service centre at Raigarh is not co operating. You are requested to please look into the matter and resolve the problem immediately.

                    I regret to inform you that i had purchased Maruti Suzuki wagnor around a month back from Kataria automobiles AHMEDABAD,but the day it was delivered glass tray was broken, horn not working,problem in meter,as well as engine vibrating. i complained them very next day but they answered that i will have to use till first service. But now even after service i am not satisfied at all. Since the very first day i am facing problem..Even the wheels are vibrating.. i am really dissatsfied with this. I dont expect such service from a reputed company like MARUTI..I kindly request you to change the piece.The product is totally defective.
                    Please look into the matter and change the piece as soon as possible..Its not only important for me but you too.. I expect a reply soon without any delay.

                      # I had bookeb a car Swift Dzire VDI on Dt.19/07/2010 with Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd. and paid booking amount of Rs. 10,000/- vide receipt No. 929 dated[protected].

                      # This vehicle of me has been financed with State Bank of Patiala and the State Bank of Patiala had issued a Demand Draft bearing No. 784523 amounting to Rs. 6,42,164/- payable at SBOP New Delhi in favour .

                      # That at that time your Dealer COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO. LTD., GF-12 & GF-16, OMAXE PLAZA, Sohna Road, Gurgaon-122001 (Haryana) had charged Rs.12,000/- excess amount from me till today.

                      # (Maruti Sweft Dzire-VDI) bearing Engine No. D13A-1455121, Chassis No. MA3FSEBISOO 289633, Model-2010, to me above note sale invoice No. [protected]SRSA dated[protected] Competent Automobiles Co. Ltd. .

                      # That after the purchasing the above noted vehicle when I reached at my house and seen my vehicle then I found that your dealer COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO. LTD., GF-12 & GF-16, OMAXE PLAZA, Sohna Road, Gurgaon-122001 (Haryana) handed over me a defected, old and used Car because the Sale invoice has been issued by you on dated 14.08.2010 while me purchased the said vehicle (Car) on 16.08.2010 but this car had sold on your maruti record on 20.08.2010 which is clearly shows that the Car in question is defective, used and old one. You had already sold the said vehicle in previously and due to defect you further sold the same to me, thus your COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO. LTD., GF-12 & GF-16, OMAXE PLAZA, Sohna Road, Gurgaon-122001 (Haryana) cheated me and extort money by playing fraud.
                      # That thereafter I reached at your workshop/Service Station of your addressee APRA AUTO (INDIA) PVT. LTD., Mangal House, Near Old Chungi, Bawal Road, Rewari-12340, for First Free Service of his above noted vehicle and made complaint to the officials of your addressee that there is a Starting problem has been arisen in the vehicle and a loud sound in the Engine of vehicle in question has been also arisen. Then They had done the service of the vehicle in question but I had feel a great surprise when your addressee had illegally charged Rs. 5600/- including labour charges of Rs. 2514/- from me. while according to the company instruction the service was free. It is further a great regretful thing to me that the problem arisen in this vehicle i.e. starting problem and sound in engine had not corrected by you addressee .
                      # That on dated[protected] a yellow coloured light had been flashed in the Techno meter of the vehicle (Car) By me.Then I had telephonically contacted to the Service Station and talk with Service Advisor Mr. Sandeep Mahlawat on his mobile No.[protected] at about 10:00 A.M. regarding the problem in the Car and on the advise of Service Advisor reached at the workshop/service Station of you addressee along with vehicle in question and the workers/Mechanics of you addressee without preparing job card entered the vehicle in their workshop and after 30 minutes handed over the Car to the client o[censored]ndersigned stating that now the Car is O.K. condition. At the time of taking the vehicle from the worker/Mechanics, I had asked them that me and my family members wants to go at Ajmer, please make sure in between the way of Ajmer the vehicle could not create problem to me and my family.
                      # Thereafter Me and my family started our journey from Rewari to Ajmer and when we reached at Shahpura near Jaipur the suddenly Vehicle (Car) had been stopped due to technical fault, on that time I make telephonically call on Maruti on road Service Center Numbers 18004200 then the person who attend the call assured to me that provide service within one hours. I had waited up to 2 hours on that place but nobody appeared there, thereafter I arranged a Crane and toe the Car at nearest Maruti Authorized Service Centre namely PREM MOTORS PVT. LTD., E-101, Road No. 8, V.K.I. Area, Sikar road, Jaipur (Raj.) about 5:30 P.M. The staff of your addressee had told me that tomorrow i.e. 28.08.2010 at about 11:00 A.M. we will handed over the vehicle to you. Due to this unexpected problem, My family members and Me stayed at Jaipur in a Hotel and suffered a heavy mental, physical and economical pain and harassment and thereafter at about 6:00P.M. I reached at the workshop of you addressee then your addressee had told me that if you will pay Rs. 60,000/- to us then they will repair the Car in question because the fuel injector of the vehicle has been defective from the very beginning i.e. it is a manufacturing defect, if you purchased the vehicle from our Agency/shop then we will repair your Car without any cost during the guarantee period. On that I had contacted to Mr. Vinay who is the work Manager of APRA AUTO (INDIA) PVT. LTD., Mangal House, Near Old Chungi, Bawal Road, Rewari-123401 on his mobile No. [protected] and told all the situation and mishappaning due to the Car in question then he told to bring the vehicle on the workshop of addressee and assured to repair the vehicle without cost because of manufacturing defect. Then I had told to the official of your addressee namely Devender Bhardwaj works maneger PREM MOTORS PVT. LTD., E-101, Road No. 8, V.K.I. Area, Sikar Road, Jaipur (Raj.), for not paying any amount because the vehicle is falls within the guarantee period and asked to return the vehicle on that the official of your addressee had started misbehaving with me and my family members and abusing with them and told why vest my time and forceably charged Rs. 2656/- from me and told we have replace 15 Ltrs diesel in the vehicle, hence you will pay the same and further illegally and wrongly charged Vat on the Diesel.

On dated 01.09.2010 Mr. Vinay, who is the official of your addressee had telephonically told to me that this vehicle had not sold by us, if you want to repair the vehicle from our workshop/Service centre then you will pay 50% of the cost of fuel injector amount i.e. Rs. 30,000/-. If you had purchased the vehicle from our showroom/Agency then we will repair/replace the said part of your vehicle without any cost. On that time I talk to Mr. Amarnath Bansal (G.M) COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO. LTD. GF-12 & GF-16, OMAXE PLAZA, Sohna Road, Gurgaon-122001 (Haryana) on telephonically then he told me that we know regarding the defective fuel injector of the vehicle from the very inception, if you bring the vehicle at our workshop at Gurgaon then we will replace the fuel injector without cost. On the assurance of your addressee. Then I had toe the vehicle by Crane and reached at COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES CO. LTD. ,A-25, Sector-34, Infocity, Gurgaon, (Haryana) the workshop/Service Station of your addressee at about 6:20 P.M. on dated 01.09.2010 and handed over the vehicle to your addressee for replacement of the vehicle with a new vehicle.
                      # That the due to the wrongful and illegal act and conduct on the part of your addressee had me suffered a heavy mental, physical and economical pain and harassment. .

                      Through this returned the amount which was illegally charged from me the vehicle as mentioned in above paras.
                      Your addressee is called upon to handed over/replace the Car me with a new Car because of you had sold a defective, used and old Car to me and thereby cheated me and extort money and also liable to returned Rs. 12,000/- which was illegally charged from me at the time of purchasing the said Vehicle.

                      Competent Automobile — Poor service provided by service centre

                      I would like to share the poor experience I had with Competent Automobile.

                      It has always been a nightmare to get my vehicle service either at Competent (Gazipur or Gurgaon), right from 1st Service.

                      It has always been a painful to get my vehicle services from them, I had to send multiple emails and make multiple calls so that they could fix the problems mentioned to them when the vehicle was given to them.

                      The service centre has negative attittue and I have seen this accross all service station of Competent Automobile.

                      Following had been the problems I had faced with them in past 2.5yrs of association:

                      They provided me the purchase invoice after 1.5yrs after multiple visits.

                      All Problems were not resolved when the vehicle was delivered to me.


                      They had tempered my internal and external wiriing after an accident and didn't accepted it.

                      The was never ready when I had down for taking the delivery.

                      Even after mixing the time with them to either giving the vehicle or taking delivery the min waiting time is 1hr to 4hrs.

                      They would misguide you when you meet with accident and would try to fool you.

                      They had been unable to analysise and fix some of the problem which had been from day one. Even Maruti has no answers to it.

                      I had also spoken to Mr Kamal Kumar CEO, but there had been no response, no body case to looked into my complaint.

                      There representative are very rude to you.

                      They would damage your vehicle if you complain about them to Maruti.

                      Now, I have moved to Bagga Link and it has better service then them, but I would still not recommend anyone to buy a MARUTI Product.

                      I purchased my car under the Maruti Suzuki Gift a car -NRI program in November 2009. I really liked your program and gifted Maruti-SWIFT to my parents so that they can comfortably use it but since then there are many problems with the car. Every week or so you have to take the car to the Maruti service center to repair this part or the other. The attitude of the manager and the working people is horrifying, they don't even think that we have paid 5lk for the car and we at least need a good service for our car. You complaint for some problem and they will fix something else and tell you that this is only what you wanted...I do not want to write down the whole story and how much we have suffered because of the poor service quality and bad behavior of the service center people here on this post as it will take hours.
                      I do not know if you give the old cars or some defective cars in this NRI gift car program. We are away from home and cant not ask dad to take the car to the service center every time. Its really annoying and you need to make sure that the service stations provide best service that's what maruti is known for.

                      Maruti stands for best quality and service. I hope you understand our problem and request you take some action and save us from all those bad experiences.

                        I have purchased New Zen Estillo in sept-2009. The engine of my car got seized in aug2010. As per the dealers investigation there was some hitting of stone in the sump of the engine due to which the engine got seized. I want to know that the new K series engine of your new car so delicate that with the mere hitting of the stone impact, the sump gets damaged? Due to this my car had to be under repair since last 20 days. Your dealer has told me that in this case they are helpless & I had to get the vehicle attended on my own which I have done. What precaution has been taken to safe guard the engine from getting damaged on Indian conditions? From the day I purchased this new car (against the exchange offer) I had been facing the problem of pickup, average fuel consumption for which I had not received any suitable response from your dealer (M/S Shubh Motors)

                        Sir, I am a customer of Maruti suzuki from last eight years. This type of problem I had not faced with may maruti 800 car.

                        Sir as your firm is an international ISO organization, this type of the engine problems brings black spots on your organization. I had got attached to your products seeing your International status & reliability & preferred your products against the other similar products (cars).

                        MarutiSuzuki — Manufacturing defect in Engine

                        My car purchased 11 months back which has done 4012 kilometers only is having manufacturing defect in the engine and is lying in the Jamkash vehicleades workshop for the past three days. The problem has not been fixed so far. The vehicle needs replacement of ENGINE.

                          Yup u r absolutely right. I owned GS 150R recently, before service the bike was comfort in riding except a sound coming from front Drum. After first service did by low quality technicians made the bike a damn thing. I don know what these peoples are doing, are they called technicians?

BR10000546 Date[protected]. i am not satisfied from their services because the fitting of the doors are not proper. when i complaint them they told me that this is because of defaulted doors supplied by maruti udyog ltd.
                            i visted the service station two time for said problem but non of the staff members attend me through proper way.
                            i also meet manager for my complaint with no result.

                              Bad Service

                              This is regarding my car Maruti Suzuki wagonr Regn No. RJ06CA6074 .
                              I purchased the car from LOHIA,AUTOMOBILE BHILDWADA, date of purchase is 4/04/2009. The car met the accident on 05/04/2009 and was repaired free of cost at the bhildwada service station. In that accident, the bumper and the headlight was damaged and components were raplaced.

                              The problem started when the bumper paint peeled off and the brightness of headlight geting dimed in next 15 days. I approached the service canter regarding this problem. They told that it would be done at the time of second servicing. It was rectified by them at the time of second servicing. But the paint peeled of once again in one month.

                              I was transferred to Mathura form bhildwada.Now I got in touch with Mathura service station. But they are not attending to my problem. I consulted the Maruti service customer care for their opinion but, they asked me to go to bhildwada service station, which is not feasible for me.

                              I am totally dissatisfied by the service provided to me. I want my car servicing to be done at Mathura service centre only and the problem should be rectified permanently by any means.

                              WAGON R VXi — bad service

                              Dear Sir
                              My brother-in-law had purchased a Wagon R Vxi from a Maruti authorised dealer by the name of ROHAN MOTORS. There was this offer in the news paper that in case you do your car booking till the 31st Oct'2010 with an amount of Rs 5000 you would get 3 silver coins on the delivery of the car. Now my brother did the same and went to the above mentioned Rohan Motors for the booking this gentleman at the showroom by the name of Mr. Surender Rawat said that the offer was over and when shown the news paper he quoted “aare sir you know that it is never what is printed in the news paper".
                              My brother in law wanted to stop the deal but then Mr. Satish Kambojh a Sales Head assured that on the delivery of the car 3 silver coins would be given . My brother in law went on the 1st Nov'2010 and said that he wanted the car and he was ready to give the complete payment in cash. The showroom people gave him the car BUT NOT the 3 SILVER COINS for this they said these were out of stock and would be delivered in a day to his house. Great no problems.

                              Our bad luck that my brother in law’s car was parked outside his house and some unknown person came and hit the car and ran away. This happened the 2nds day that is on the 2nd Nov'2010 evening.
                              My brother in law called the showroom for some assistance that to whom he should contact for the repair and the reply he got from the sales agent who had sold him the car was sir as if now it is Diwali time so you please sit and talk to us after Diwali.
                              When I came to know about this I called up the showroom and asked for the manager and I would say that My special thanks to Mr. Vikas Goel who guided me correct and gave me the workshops number where the car could be repaired and taken care of.

                              The next day the car was taken to the workshop and again the problem of the insurance and claiming it became an issue . We were told to give a lot of papers and at some point also told to give 1000 Rs because this was the under table amount which Mr. Surender Rawat had to give to the RTO people and what not. Anyways after fooling them enough we were told that you would be given the car after Diwali on the 12th Nov’10. Fine now when my brother in law calls up on the 10th Nov’10 to know the status he gets an answer that no work has been done and we could not even claim the insurance because your registration number has to come first. Now the showroom people get the registration number when they would get the work done this only they know.
                              I called up on the 10th Nov’10 to speak to Mr. Rawat I was told by Ms. Sangeeta Verma he is on leave I said fine please if you could tell me the registration status of this car she tells me to call up after an hour. When I call her up after an hour she asks me to hold and speaks to some one without keeping the hand on the receiver saying that “ aare yaar kya karma hai inka bhai koi yaar dekho mera demak mat kharab karvao” the other gentle man speaks to me and tells me aap kal call karma .

                              Is this what you promise to give before someone hands over the cash to you. MARUTI UDYOG HAS A NAME IN THE MARKET PLS DO NOT EMPLOYE PEOPLE WHO ARE SPOILING YOUR NAME .

                              May I request you to please help me and my borther in law in this matter.

                                I have purchased Maruti Alto LXI through Maruti scheme "Ham sath sath Hai " in 2007 when I was working with M/s Bharat Forge Ltd Pune.For that M/s Maruti Udyog has given me loan 2.75 lacs.I have paid 16 installments of Rs 4197/- & balance due I have cleared when I have left M/s Bharat Forge Ltd. in 3/2/2009.

                                  I have booked a Swift Dzire LXI, from AUTO HITECH, Kolkata on 6th June 2010. I was told that the Car will be delivered with in 3 months. Accordingly I have sanctioned my car loan from Axis Bank & sold off my earlier Maruti 800.Car . But on 1st September 2010, when I enquired about delivery date, the dealer M/s AUTO HITECH mentioned that there is no surity of delivery & the date can be extended upto end of October,2010. I am very much depressed about such poor commitment from the dealer. I have earlier written a mail to Maruti Booking centre regarding confirmation of booking & delivery, but they have replied that , only the dealer from where the car is booked can confirm the date & allotment of cars are send directly to the dealer.

                                  I will insist Maruti Udyog to take more care to the customers in improve their despatch fill compliance level.

                                  My self sanjeev rai and i had gone to one of the maruti dealer and he told that they can give the swift desire in 6-7 months.apart from that they are also saying that they will take some premium amount i[censored] want some urgent delivery.This is under table and u will not get any bill.Is thsi the process f getting business .Its really worse and we are surprised that now for thsi also we ahve to pay under table.We really losse the faith on Maruti and one time will come when no body will take the car from this company.

                                  We had booked Midnight Black Dzire LXi on June 1'st week, from Faridabad showroom we had got delivery date till 20th August. We just want to know from your side, that when can we expect the date of delivery date from your side.

                                    Engineer NK Goyal working as Sr. Manager Utilities & power plant at a Reputed Textile unit at Neemrana, Alwar, and purchased ZEN ESTILO (RJ13-CA-3375) in September 2009 with MARUTI Insurance from Audi motors Sri ganganagar.
                                    On dated 25/8/2010 I were at jaipur city & at about 8 PM I were driving my car , There was raining before some time & roads were as usual filled of water . Car passed through bumps and got damaged from underside & low oil level came on dash board, as there was full traffic on road so I decided to drive further some distance in search of some safe parking position. I hardly droved 01 KM when car get stopped. I parked the car by manual pushing with the help of my wife &SON to road side. The Next morning I called Maruti Service person from Prem MOTORS jaipur & He informed me that Car engine Has been SEIZED being Its Oil filter got damaged & all the oil got drained through this being oil passes through filter by pump pressure.
                                    Then I Shifted the car with help of Crane to KATARIA AUTO ZONE, JAIPUR. I requested to repair the car under warrantee but they informed this damage did not cover in warrantee. I then contacted to MARUTI Insurance but their Surveyor MR. SUNIL YADAV also denied to give insurance claim.
                                    When I checked my self for ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS & future precautions I surprised to notice that THE LUBE OIL FILTER of this car is situated just in level of engine bottom which is the lowest part of car. Its Level is much lower than bumper bottom & also no safety guard has been provided for filter. When I checked personally in many other cars in my company like Alto , Wagon-R , Hyundai I-10 , Spark , I did not find this type of problem in them.
                                    You are requested to rectify this problem by shifting position of its oil filter & by providing a safety guard for filter being condition of ROADS in India can not be improved.
                                    You are also requested to please compensate my loss being this incident happened because of faulty design (wrong position of oil filter)

                                    I am also facing the same problem of Maruti Suzuki Estilo which i purchased in Feb 2010. (MH31 DC 2033) what you have mentioned. The service given to me by Automotive, Nagpur is very poor. In emergency no one picked up the phone. After 12 hours the car was attended. Also instead of towing the vehicle they took driving it to their workshop which would have damaged the engine once again due to water inside it.

                                    Now they are not able to find the fault since last 8 days and all promises they made about giving me replacement vehilcle for driving and regarding other services had failed. I really had lost faith in Maruti vehicles.

                                    If I come to know & or if you know more complaints likewise we can fight together with Maruti and also move to consumer court.
