T24 Mobile — Sim Card lost-Deactivation

i lost my sim card with number [protected] & mobile on[protected] in the evening 7:00 clock at Tekdi Ganesh Mandir,Nagpur.please deactivate the service..AND ALSO ISSUE US ANOTHER CARD

Post barring of the outcalling, please visit the Future Group store and take the new sim on the same number by telling them that you have lost your sim. You have to provide the sim issuance charge as Rs. 25/-, ID and Address proof documents again.

As soon as you get the new sim, please ask the T24 kiosk member to call the customer care and provide the new sim details for unblocking your outcalling on the same number.

I lost my SIM [protected]
That number was issued by my freind when I first came to bangalore I lost it yesterday around 12.30 pm while travelling from TTD temple to mantri mall. so i want to issue the same number again with my documents is it possible to change the details and re issue the same number again

I lost T24 sim card, called customer care but my # details doesn't match with the records.
Requested them to block the sim but they denied on call and asked me to visit store.

I cannot visit the store, please advice the possibilities to block the sim.
