Dear Sir/Madam, I have bought two T24 SIM cards from Big Bazar, Mysore on 17th Oct 2015. It is not activated yet. I have been following up with the customer care and the Big Bazar, Mysore for past 2 weeks and they are saying it will be activated in 24 hours every time; but it is not activated yet! I have raised the complaint via email, phone calls etc. and there is no positive response yet! I have spent my valuable time for follow-ups and spent money by making calls; almost more than dozen calls made already! Hi,

As requested via call, I went to Bigbazar today to get the new SIM. As assured over the call, they did not give me the same number which I took earlier. So, I denied to take a different SIM. They did not pay much attention to my concern and made me wait for an hour to say that they can not give me the same mobile number. After assuring me that they will provide me the same number, they just asked me to visit there wasting my time.

I am going to take this issue seriously. Please do the needful to activate the same number ASAP. I do not want a different number.

Please note that I have already wasted lot of my time and money following up this matter. Also, lot of inconvenience has been caused by t24 team in Mysore Bigbazar making me visit there unnecessarily and requesting the provided information again and again. Also, the customer care was providing false information that my SIM will be activate in 24HRS after the verification.

I never seen such an irresponsible customer care anywhere.

I want to make one thing clear that I need the same mobile numbers which I paid for. I am not ready for any other alternative numbers!

I got call from Bigbazar, Mysore to surrender the SIM to give new SIM! Do not understand why this is required. Though I provided my alternate number, they are requesting the same details again!

    Dear Sir, I am T24 customer from past 5 years. My no is [protected].I have replaced my SIM at BIG BAZAR Kothrud, PUNE ON 27.10 2015, as THE old sim was not fitted to new MOBILE Hand Set recently purchased . The representative after collecting the docements and photo issued the SIM Card and advised that the message would be received within 24 hours on the alternate Mobile No which I had provided .When I have called customer care today about non receipt of any message, their response was not only evasive but without any specific advise and shrinking the responsibility.When I personaly approched at BIG bazar today in the evening he told me that he has alreay forwarded the message to the concerned person to activate the duplicate SIM AND HIS RESPONSIBILITY IS OVER. When called, the customer representative was not ready to understand the fact. . It is more than 24 hours the SiM is not activated. Hope, you look into this matter and resolve it asap.

      Last Saturday the 17th October2015 I got a t24 sim with 55 rupees free talk time @ big bazar Mysore.I have been continuously calling the customer care no 52121 everyday.Thy said t would b credited within 24 hours from past 4-5 days.On 22nd October i nearly spoke for 45 minutes to the person @ customer care they took all details regarding the bill number, cashier name etc.But till date I haven't been credited with my balance.I don't get a proper response from your customer care.I have even mailed to [protected]@t24mobile.com but even then i haven't got any response.       I had even recharged for 180 rupees, but i got only 140 rupees.When asked about that they told they have deducted for service tax etc.The person @ big Bazar told that it would be valid for 6 months.But the validity is being shown as 23/01/2016.Please give clear details about validity and talktime of both free balance as well as the recharge for 180 rupees.

The T24 authority also taken Rs. 80/- more from me to extend talktime for Rs.110/- and they have also told me that the SIM will be activated on Sunday, the 4th in the evening.           I called to t24/ tata docomo coustomer care and told them about my problem with their network flicking. in first call the gave me options to correct it and when i tried, there were no option like that, then i called second time the i told the coustomer care executive about my first call and asked him to help me, he didn't even listen what i was saying, and started ignoring me and keep on saying u got no problem, then he misbehaved with me and hung up line and blocked my coustomer care calls. i need to make urgent calls but now i am helpless.. I have no network...

              There is unwanted deduction of Rs 173 from my main balance of mobile number +91-[protected] on 11th september, 2015. I spoke to customer care. They said it was deducted for internet browsing inspite of having data balance. Now, they are not entertaining it properly.

                We got two numbers from Big Bazar Puttenehalli JP Nagar Bangalore on 31st August. We were asked to pay 80 rupees for each connection and were told that some more money will be added for our big bazar purchases. The numbers we were given were [protected]. And. [protected].                         Sir, I had to travel to US so my number [protected] had been roaming since then, but I plan to return to India soon. So I don't want my sim to be deactivated. Pls do the necessary process so as to regain my sim. It's now saying its temporarily deactivated..

                        As per our team, we would like to inform you that your T24 number is already active in the records.

                        You can also follow the below mentioned steps:

                        1. Insert the SIM again,
                        2. Go to Main Menu > Settings > Network Settings, A. Automatic B. Manual
                        3. Select Automatic
                        4. Save it
                        5. Come out from Main Menu
                        6. Switch off the mobile
                        7. Switch it on again

                        You will get the network name as T24 Or you can check the Same Sim in different handset . If you still are facing the problem we would request you to visit T24 kiosk for Sim swap.

                          Hi, My mobile no. is [protected] (UP West) T24. I recharged with Rs 17 unlimited whats app pack as written on their website. There is nowhere written that its only for text messages. Today around Rupees 102.5 was deducted from my main balance against whats app use. This is absolute fraud. When I am using unlimited whats app data pack..why my 102.5 rs was deducted from my main balance. I didnt surf anything else besides whatsapp on my mobile for sure. This is not tolerable. Please refund my money or I will suggest everyone to not to use T24 in future. Kindly do the needful and process my refund. Thanks

                            I called up T24 customer service compaints only number i.e, 198 on 12th July 2015 at morning 10.15 am, Customer executive was not able to resolve my query, she forwarded it to her senior Mr.Pathan Mehran, one of the hopeless executive I have every come across, such people are senior in your organization, I am not sure what will be future of your company. The person said this is incorrect number to call up and ask for help. I told him your executive transferred the call to you. Check with executive and not me, why I should call up 10 times despite of paying for my service. The person denied to help. I am going to ensure that correct lessons are taught to such person and I ll quit T24, I don't want to be part of such useless telecom service.

                              I have purchased the number [protected] in the month of April 2015 from a Bigbazar T24 outlet ( Wood Square mall), Narendrapur, Kolkata 700103. But after some period ( arround 22.05.2015) the number has deactivated without any reason. I tried to lodge a complaint to T24 help line but but failed to lodge the complaint due to their unwillingness to registered the complaint & asked me to contact with the T24 outlet from where it was purchased. Accordingly I approach them also but they failed to activate the mobile number [protected].Please note that I have submitted my GOVT PSU I card ( photo proof & address proof) at the time of purchase of the SIM card & photograph was taken directly by the out let & subsequently I have submitted by Voter Identity Card also. But till date the SIM remains in inactive state.
                              In this connection I request to you kindly to look into the matter so that the SIM can get activated immediately.

                                My T24 mobile number is [protected]. On 5th June, I called Punjab BSNL number using my T24 number while at Shimla. I was charged around Rs. 25 for 2 mins call. Can you please check and refund the amount? Following is the response that I received from T24 customer care: Dear Sir, This is in reference of your email for mobile number [protected]. We would like to inform you that you have been charged Rs.25/- for ILD call made on 05th Jun’15. However, the charges has been charged you correctly for the voice call. Hence, we unable to process the request for waiver of it. Looking forward to a rewarding & long lasting association with you. Warm Regards T24 Mobile Team Customer Service After that I sent a lot of mails to them to mention how can a call to Punjab BSNL number be an ILD call but nobody is bothered to respond. I escalated it to 'appellate.[protected]@T24mobile.com' as well but even they belong to the same category and never replied even after sending a lot of reminders.

But to my disappointment even at this movement of 15.27PM on dt.01.07.15 my above number is not activated. I have given my other mobile No.[protected] for your code for connection and for your contact. But I am disappointed at the service from a 'TATA' group which I adore a lot.                                     I have applied and submitted all my documents on June 8, 2015 at Big Bazaar, Ameerpet Branch. Even after 4 days my SIM is not activated and when I called up the concerned person on June 10, 2015 I was told that it would get activated by end of June 10, 2015 and even till date/ now it is yet to be activated. I think that this is some kind of fake service that is being provided by this company. I had to waste my time and money to apply for the SIM and yet I feel that I am being cheated thoroughly by this company.                                       [protected]. i m unable to connect the customer care. network issue while travelling in the bangalore city. if i use gps location services to book a taxi through wifi. the service is automatically getting connecting to data usage thereby getting deducting the money from my prepaid mobile account. kindly take the note of this issue.

                                        Hi this is Niladry Dey from Dum Dum i have been user of t24 no user from last 2 year and i satisfied with there service but from last 2 days they are deducted my balance wrongly and cheated me.When i called to customer service they are giving me wrong information that i have used twitter service but i d, nt have twitter account.Rs.175 deducted from my no wrongly also deducted my 500 mb data . So i decided not to use there service .But this is my kind request to t24 management please d, nt do this otherwise you will lost your valuable customer.
