before i check the website on t24 mobile i check 100 rs full talk time offer but when i recharged not get the full talk time offer.

Internet pack

On the website it shows for Rs. 42 we'll get 150 MB (3G) for 7 days ..but when I charged Rs. 42, T24 sent a message saying 10MB(2G) for 2 days . This is horrible. I lost rs. 42 my no. [protected]

    I called up T24 Customer care a few times & they gave me the manual settings of

    Name: T24 INTERNET
    APN : T24.INTERNET
    Proxy 10.124.169.58
    Port : 8080
    APN type : Internet

    rest all settings the same were left out as defaults.

    Still it did not work.

    When I call Customer care they kept me on hold for almost 25mins but no reply after that.

    Please train customer care to give a response every 5 mins so that the customer does not have to hold the line forever.

    Next time anyone buys the internet pack please check(Topup with lower denomination) before you buy.

    When I tried to reach the Customer care for the 7th time today I had one agent in T24Customer Care letting me know that the service is not available in Bhubaneshwar.

    I bought the topup at a Big Bazar shop in Bhubaneshwar but they say that it will not work in Bhubaneshwar.

    Unable to comprehend the language the customer care uses to address problems. They always use the easiest mode to get away from the call.

    Yes I agree Customer Service - Call center agent's job is the most difficult when the company does not support or train them properly.

    Recommendation : KINDLY DONOT BUY T24 GPRS PACKS IN BHUBANESHWAR. RELY ON STANDARD COMPANIES LIKE Tata Docomo instead they almost provide the same kind of service.

      complained in call center - they confirmed I will get the balance.....today they called and saying I will not get the balance....

      and they are very rough to provide the solution!....

          Its ok for basic voice calls and SMS but not working for Internet.

              Complain closed successfully,

              But I received only 10/- instead of total 80/- on 23 Feb ,2013

              Then from 5 Weeks, Every Time I called T24, they told that, "Wait for few days, It will absolutely be credited..."

              Today on 30 March ,2013 , they told, that One month is over now,

              And I will not get those talktime for no fault of me...

                My sim had been rejected on wednesday 20th march 2013. I went to the big bazaar in r-city ghatkopar and was requested by the t24 officials to get my sim replaced. On saturday 23rd march 2013 i gave all the necessary documents. I was given a replacement sim which was not yet activated and was said that the sim will get activated by monday evening 25th march 2013. When it ws tuesday evening and still the sim was not activated, i called the customer care and they said that the status of my sim is still not activated and not replaced. Is this is the service which t24, the docomo initiative, gives? It really makes the customer fed up! How many times should the customer remind the officials to do their work?? Its sad to see this condition in our country. I want myself to be helped in such a condition so that my sim gets activated again. It has been really long i have been waiting for my service!

                  I had downloaded a game for my Samsung phone and a certain amount had been deducted from my account balance. A message had been sent to me saying that an unlocking code would be sent within 24 hrs. As I did not get any such message within the next 24 hrs, I contacted Mbiz support centre. From there I had been informed that they are not associated with T24 and that I should talk to the T24 customer care to return the amount deducted from my account balance and ask them on what basis the amount had been deducted. Firstly, it's a pity that the people of customer care could not attend to my problem in English even when I opted for the English option. They seemed least interested to help me out and cancelled my call several times. It is appalling to find such an unexpected behaviour from the customer care service.

                  T24 has given me the worst ever experience! this **** just believes in harassing it's customers! they have blocked my sim for no reason and not even taking up my issue! asking me to buy a new sim, can u believe it?????
                  Time to drag these **** called T24 to consumer court, and give them a lesson for life, which even their coming generations won't forget!!!

After entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default, two times you have to give the same pin no and whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the pin, you have to give the same pin what is enters now if not the sim will get blocked.                           my name is prateek shrivastava , i have purchased a T24 sim card of no
                          --[protected] on 13th feb from big bazar outlet at bharuch throgh mr
                          baval at there at 4 pm and submit document, till today it is 8 days
                          but my sim not activated , i knew before that is i am taking risk of
                          purchasing a non reputed brand sim , but i purchased
                          .
                          again and again when i called T24 customer care they said my document
                          has been submitted please call for verification , i said here is no
                          network in my sim and it shows sim registration failed while i insert
                          sim in mobile, i tried in many cell but same so they said we cant
                          help call the outlet from where you purchase the sim,
                          but the person MR. BAVEL has very casual approach and he always said
                          it will --KAL PADSO ACTIVATEHO JAYEGI and disconnect the call , I call
                          him 4 times with 2 days gapes but he has same answer--KAL PADSO
                          ACTIVATEHO JAYEGI and cut the phone i dont know what his problem i ask
                          him to return sim so he said money will not give u back ,so i want to
                          know what i do with unactivated sim, i stay in kosamba it is not
                          possible for me to go bharuch daily, i went there after 2 days 15th
                          feb 2013 as Mr baval ask me to come.fare of bharuch through and far
                          is 60 rs.
                          also I recharged 3 times my old sim with 50-50-50 rs because mr baval
                          always has casual approach and taking customer very lightly and
                          customer cant do any thing

                          Pleae help if you also can help

                          Please tell what is problem today i again checked but found the same issue and no meaning of contacting yours big bazar robot Mr bhaval now you replied as usual casualy, please note that it is 9 days for purchasing the sim. but it think your department only sell SIM, not activate, really dont know what is problem, please if you are unable to activate please i am not going to wait more and more .
                          Please refund my money because as i am checking in other sites same issue faced by other customer again and again.
                          So please tell me when it activate or not

                          thanks for your valuable comments, but now you began to use mr Bhaval form your big bazar bharuch t24 outlet representative statement but really its frustrating and i am wasting money on calling and time also, today i got surprised when i called mr bhaval and he asked again after a long time for my local reference which i filled on 13th feb 2013 and till now he was using as same your statement, i dont know why you pupil diverting and making fraud to your customers.
                          i talked him he assure for Wednesday i also said if this SIM not activated till Wednesday then give my money back because i dont want that to gift you
                          please assure me that it will not create a scene there or any problem for 51 rs and you will return it.
                          Because its not such big issue that your team working and taking 3 week to activate a sim

                                My T24 mobile no is [protected]. I am using T24 mobile internet with their GPRS pack of Rs. 96. But after the day i have recharged, i am facing a continuous problem that my net connection actives for exactly 40 mins. After 40 mins it stops data transfer or disconnect. With this problem i called the customer care they take a complain and told me that it will solved under 48 hours. But after more than 7 days gone,the problem still happening.

                                They done nothing with my problem.So i just want to ask you,is this your service?

                                  I am T24 constomer, my cell no is [protected]. I am strugling for GPRS activation since last 15 days. So many times talked to coustomer care for sending the GPRS setting. They always says that now they have sent and you might be recieve the same within 20-30 minutes. Still I was not get this setting.
                                  So we called coustomer care and manualy did the setting as per their advise 2-3 times. Still GPRS not working.

                                  On 06-Jan-13, I have talked to Rina at Big Bazar Amanora Township, Pune. Still issue is not resolved.
                                  I have even recharge data plan for 100 Rs for 1GB for two month validity.

                                  So help to resolve mu issue ASAP.

                                    The PUK code is 15754131 after entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default, two times you have to give the same PIN no. And whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the PIN-you have to give the same PIN if not the SIM will get blocked.

                                      Please refer to my complain no registered with t24 customer service PNR[protected] date:23/11/12). It has past one month and no resolution. When I call to customer care I get response your problem would be resolved in 24 hrs. The same promise is given every day. The back end is deaf the appellate officer is deaf they don't respond to emails.

                                      I have not disclosed my cell no as it gets misused by tel-callers

                                      I HAVE APPLIED FOR FREE RECHARGE AGAINST THE THE THREE PURCHASE BILL FROM CENTRAL.
                                      I GOT THE RECHARGE OF ONLY ONE BILL AND BALANCE TWO BILL ARE NOT RECHARGED TILL NOW.
                                      THE CONCERNED STAFF ARE MISS BEHAVING AND CHALLENGING THE COSTUMER.
                                      The switching of network to Aircel which was working till 21/11/2012. Then stopped working. The technical team is not even calling to understand the problem. It seem they know the issue.

                                      If not resolved I would file case in consumer court.
                                      No solution yet. Even complains forwarded to "Appellate T24" is not responding.
