Sudden deduction of talk time balance and data balance

There was a talk time balance of Rs 70 (approx.) and data balance of 100MB in my account till today 7 PM. VERY Poor customer service

Money is getting wasted

gprs and customer service problems

I cannot access whatsapp or viber but i am able to use google maps and browse the net using dolphin browser. I am on android. The customer service on the phone was not helpful when i called them and now i am not able to call them at all. Looks like they have blocked me from customer service after i called them only once regarding this problem. I need to use whatsapp and viber....

Hi i have a problem regarding the net of t24.i have recently recharged with rs 250in which i was provided with 230rs balance n 2gb data pack..
