hello team of t24, i am mr. tej n pancholi, who purchase T24 simcard aprox 15-20 days ago from bigbazar, ameerpat, secanderabad. my sim no: [protected] this sim not activate because local reference not answering call, but even i dont know about local reference given by mr. sachin (bigbazar) even i dont know name of local reference. its all process done by your staff in big bazar. i only submitted my identification prof. now i many time call mr. sachin and personally mite as well but he talking about like its not our fault, i cant do any thing, ... i purchase sim with lots of hope but staff of bigbazar try to fool many of customer because its not only who went many time for this complaint, i saw many people came around for same kind of trouble. so, i aspect i get ASAP replay with postie manner and i get money back or my sim activated soon No other possible processes i need to do in short time.

i am still waiting for my complaint resolve...

on that duration i by simcard of AIRCELL and it really good, i no need to wait for fake attention to retailer like your mr. sachin( who always make me full, big bazar, ameerpet ) to acivete my sim card.

i suppose that your are with me and carry on my query to resolve with T24

      I am a T24 customer ( No-[protected]) for last two years and use voice calls and data services. There was a talk time balance of Rs 70 (approx.) and data balance of 100MB in my account till today 7 PM. But all of a sudden, I found at around 9PM that my entire talk time balance and data balance has become zero. On contacting your customer care, I was given a ridiculous reply that I had used some 1.93GB of data within an hour. I think there is something wrong in your system or it is a simple way to cheat customers. I hope, after going through my complaint, my talk time balance and data balance will be returned back to my account as soon as possible.       T24 is cheating definitely, they deducted 180 rs from main balance.

      SIM ACTIVATION NOT DONE

          I have been using my T24 sim [protected] for over two years. It was disconnected by T24 without any reason two weeks back. I have over Rs200 credit in my account. On contacting T24 outlet in BigBazaar, Trivandrum, Kerala state, I was asked to buy another sim for Rs49 and resubmit my photo and proof of address, which I did. I was told that my no. would be reactivated within 24 hours and that I would get all my credit back. However, till 18 June 2014, it has not been reactivated and on contacting BigBazaar I was told that I have lost the no. and credit in my account because a disconnected no. cannot be reactivated. This is outright cheating. What T24 is trying to do is make millions by disconnecting active no.s and thereby take advantage of the remaining credit. I don't understand why a big group has to stoop so low to make money. I have been using my BSNL no. for over 5 years and never ever have they asked me to resubmit my documents. So this is not a requirement by TRA. T24 knows that nobody will take the trouble to resubmit documents and they have the right to disconnect no.s. This is daylight robbery. T24 offer this Sim free of charge from BigBazaar. I am going to advice everyone to never ever accept it because they cheat.

          Finally the T24 executive called. Sorry, Sir, we cannot reactivate your no. So, I have lost my no. and my Rs300/- balance in my account. Well done T24! You guys will definitely make millions this way. Keep on requesting re submission of documents and keep on deactivating no.s A bitter experience. Stay away from these cheaters and do not shop at BigBazaar, otherwise, they will give you a T24 sim free. Then you are doomed.

          I keep calling T24 customer care, everyday, and they assure me my sim will be reactivated within 24 hours. How many days is 24 hours in T24? Today, I kept calling Customer Care and they kept disconnecting my line. Finally when I called from a different no. I got through and the lady said please do not call again, just wait indefinitely for our supervisor to get in touch with you. If you guys cannot reactivate my Sim, which I have been using for over two years, why did you ask me to resubmit my documents. In the first place, why do I have to resubmit my documents. I had done so two years back when I got the Sim. It is your fault if you have lost it. If you are helpless, give my money back and consider that you have lost a good customer of your group. Please help. I requested T24 staff to ask me other things to verify identity, but they are not agreeing. They say, sim can't be deactivated, if address, I tell is not matching to their system address, even if their own staff made wrong entry of my address. Help pls.

            Sorry, but I tried and still it's ringing. Not yet de-activated. Also, please let me know, how to get a new SIM with the same number. Your Central Mall, bellandur, Bangalore help desk told, he can't issue duplicate SIM.

                Dear Concerned, Today I have recharged my number [protected] with 251 from online website freecharg.in order id FCVW[protected]. I got recharge confirmation massage from docomo that my number has been recharged with talktime Rs223 and 1GB data and the tranc ID was [protected]. but in evening I check my balance I found that my data balance is 84mb. I called customer care. they told me that online company reverse that data. But when I checked in online website, it shows that they have already made the payment to t24.                   First of all they didn't gave proper information about isd packs. Secondly, when I again called to get information and to know why wasn't the pack working the disconnected the call and worst part after that till now I am unable to contact with customer care. I am really very very disappointed with the service provided by T24.

                    Hi Sir, I did a recharge of Rs 8 from nearest retailer (19th Cross Kaggadasapura which is near friends bakery on 15th April noon and that time I had RS200+ balance in my account) since he told that T24 is Tata Docomo and I would get 3G data for 1 day. Post recharge when I didn't get 3G services, I called T24 cust care they informed me that T24 doesn't support 3G, I don't understand why it was not informed to retailer? who misguided me (and could be others like me). Secondly I had T24 GPRS pack of STV251 which is valid until 24 April. Since Tuesday midnight Rs 8 recharge got expired however the STV251 GPRS pack which is still vaild until 24 April was disregarded due to Rs 8 recharge and that way I lost all my balance. Ideally GPRS services shuld have been back on STV251 GPRS pack but T24 doesn't have that programmed in their system which caused by entire balance to be consumed (Rs200).                       Dear Sir, I am a consumer of T24 of Maharashtra circle from Nagpur. My mobile No. is [protected]. In the month of March 2014, I recharged my no. for Rs. 251/- and the service provider provided with Rs. 231 Talk time and 2 GB data free. On 6th April 2014 I received MSG from service provider that my pack is going to expire on 7th of April and I was again offered the same pack of Rs. 231 talk time and 2 GB data free with recharge of Rs. 251. on 9th I made a recharge of Rs. 251/-. But I was given only 1GB data free and talk time of Rs. 231. When i contacted customer care for the same, I was asked by the supervisor not to lodge any complaint with TRAI and I will be credited with 2 GD data within 2 working days. But till date nothing has been done in my case and when I contacted customer care today, they straight away refused and said to lodge complaint with TRAI. Sir at TCCMS site, for T24 consumer, there is no option available, that's why I am writing to you. Requested to kindly look into matter and take necessary steps against the service provider.                         I have raised a ticket regarding slow browsing of internet due to poor network having complaint no PNR[protected] dated 30-03-14. The team assured me that my issue would be resolved within 2-04-14. On 01-03-14 evening I received a call from T24 and was informed to change y setting as per a messege they have sent which I have been using since the 1st day.But it did not work, so i requested to resolve it and I was assured to receive a call from T24 in the next 24 hr. But till 02-04-14 night I did not receive a call. I again call T24 to know my complaint status, but the representative named Mustaque behaved manerlesly and told that system is not working. He is not the 1st one who is behaving like this but maximum time the same update is received from T24 representatives that the system is down and to call after some time. Its a matter of regret that that "sometime" wont ends ever. The technical team members are not providing any updates nor resolving the issue.

I am a ex combatant member of indian air force. Presently i am staying at ichapur(Arunodaya aptt), flat no - f, 2nd floor, po - nawabganj, dist - 24 pgs(North), pin - 743 144(West bengal). I have purchased a t24 sim from bigbazar sealdah number is [protected] on 02nd october 2013. Accidently i have lost that sim at kanthadhar of ichhapur, po - nawabganj, dist - north 24 pgs on 27 oct 2013 around 10 am. On the same day i loddged a lost gde(Gde no - 2017 dated 27 oct 2013) at noapara police station. I have also rangged up to your customer care to block the sim(Imsi - [protected] cc representative was minal kumar). Even though some body had ranged to mr x from the above mentioned sim and uses some abuse languges which was unparlamentry. Now mr x on 28 oct ranged up to your customer care to know the owener of the sim, your customer care executive disclose my identity, which he can not disclose somebody's identity only with the sim number. Now mr x caught me and absued roughly in front of others and try to defame me in my locality not only that but also mr x inform the same thing to our local club. Now club member are behind me and my family member's. Presently our life is at risk and they asking for donation for the club.
                            In view of the above you are requested to inform me with full address of the customer care executive/representative who had disclosed my identity. So i can able to take the legal action against him. From your department what action will be taken against victim i may please be informed. And let me know who will pay the donation to the club?

NOW MR X ON 28 OCT RANGED UP TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TO KNOW THE OWENER OF THE SIM, YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE DISCLOSE MY IDENTITY, WHICH HE CAN NOT DISCLOSE SOMEBODY'S IDENTITY ONLY WITH THE SIM NUMBER. NOW MR X CAUGHT ME AND ABSUED ROUGHLY IN FRONT OF OTHERS AND TRY TO DEFAME ME IN MY LOCALITY NOT ONLY THAT BUT ALSO MR X INFORM THE SAME THING TO OUR LOCAL CLUB. NOW CLUB MEMBER ARE BEHIND ME AND MY FAMILY MEMBER'S. PRESENTLY OUR LIFE IS AT RISK AND THEY ASKING FOR DONATION FOR THE CLUB.

                            My out going calls barred before one and half month (approximate) and i contacted T24 help desk at Big Bazar, Hassan. three, four times complainted there but till not cleared. kindly take necessary action immediately.

                              Dear Team, I bought T24 SIM in Big Bazzar Hyd, they took photo and collected all the ID proof and got 50 rs, now it is almost 3 weeks, If i call customer care they are not even responding properly, they ask me to call after 12 or after 3 so that I can speak to TL, Please do the need full.

                                  My t24 mobile phone number is [protected] (GSM number). I have paid Rs. 99 for 1GB data (internet). First of all the internet speed is very slow. And, out of 1GB (1000MB), only about 529MB is used. I downloaded a few apps. I wanted to download some more but when it was around 80 or 90 per cent downloaded, the internet connection was lost. This has happened about 5 or 6 times. Now I cannot even download any app, or watch movies, videos, play games, etc. I hope this problem is soon solved. I am really disappointed with the service.

                                    I cannot access whatsapp or viber but i am able to use google maps and browse the net using dolphin browser. I am on android. The customer service on the phone was not helpful when i called them and now i am not able to call them at all. Looks like they have blocked me from customer service after i called them only once regarding this problem. I need to use whatsapp and viber.
