My t24 num [protected], having balance rs.1200+ got deactivated on 26.06.2016 without any information. i contacted customer care, t24 desk in big bazaar, and also mailed them but they r just saying its deactivated by trai due to document problem.

They denied to re-activate the sim and to provide the refund also.

O, pls look in the matter, as t24 is not helping me.

    Dear Sir, I am using t24 number since 4 months and i am facing the problem of sudden cutting of my balance .initial i have purchased it from Big Bazaar and i benefited with certain balance but it is came downs from 180 to 0 balance all of sudden.I have asked at big bazaar but tey said i must contact the customer core.

    Today i have made a recharge of Rs222 which offers me 222 main balance and call cost will be 35/Min. after that i have chosen a net pack of 26 rupees after the recharge made i received a msg that i ma successfully activated the 1p/sec call cost.what is this here am loosing my actual recharge amount with out data benefit and it extra change my call plan to near 100 % more.

    You dont have online recharge facility for which we need to go recharge it now.i have faced problem 3-4 times this same.

    Please look into the matter and do the necessary.

      This is to inform you that my handset has been stolen today 28th may 2016, around 9 pm and my sim card is also gone along with that. please block my sim asap and issue me another sim with the same 10 digit no. -[protected] . I am an enginerring student in SRM University, Modinagar and this incident happened in My hostel . This was my oldest sim i issued from lucknow in 2012. I will be glad if you could issue me back the same sim as all my far off contacts have only this no. Thankyou

        I had recharged for rs. 298 data pack and rs. 64 simultaneously but unfortunately the benefit of rs. 298 which includes 1.5 gb data and rs. 150 tt has not been delivered. When i contacted customer care they tell me that they can do nothing as i recharged for rs. 64 which was 2g data and this has overwritten the previous recharge. Nowhere is it mentioned that we cannot recharge 3g and 2g simultaneously. Is it not a fraud on your part. Now i have lost rs. 298 for no fault of mine.

            I recently went to kochi and I purchased data of 100 mb for 21 INR

            I coud never connect to the internet. you can check i still have 95 mb left over

            You might as well start selling sand and stones to people instead of cheating them by giving nothing

            T24 mobile services is the worst piece of garbage and the customer care is hopeless with the customer care officers being arrogant and rude
            The call drops all the time and sometimes i cannot place the call

              My T24 mobile number is [protected] there was a balance of rs 252 on 5th april as per the last msg received . on change of phone it became zero called on your customer care and people were hopeless they didnot knew anythg and were talking rubbish even after my repeated request to tell me details there is amount has come. firstly the phone was majority times on hold and 1 customer care exceutive piked the said only 80 ruprrees deducted for internet and then said i need to talk to senior transferred call and i had to wait fr 5 min senior she was equally hopeless and told me spend 25 rupees and get your detail. If you keep deducting free balance without any logis what is the use of giving it. My ph number donot have internet access and rest 252 ruppes details is still pending.

                  They have deducted rs.88 approx from my mobile balance. The day on which the deductions have been done, i did neither call anyone nor messaged anyone, and i had data balance also. I mailed ([protected]@t24mobile.com) them regarding the issue on 6th of this month, and kept reminding them the same thing for next two days. On 8th of this month, i sent a mail to appellate.[protected]@t24mobile.com, mentioning the problem. It has been a week, but they did not even care to respond. I have not received a single mail from t-24.

                  It cannot be possible that you tried to contact me but could not do so, as I have given you two mobile numbers. And for you kind information, day before the deductions, I had total of Rs.88 (approx, main balance and free balance together). On the day of deduction, I am confident that I did neither make a call nor have sent any message. And I had data balance also.
                  A screenshot (taken on the same day of deductions) has already been sent to you regarding the data balance. If at all I have used internet, then it was done by sharing the data from my home internet(WLAN) and from the data available in the other mobile number(which I have provided you). Kindly recheck the previous mail. Please, let me know if you need the screen shots again.

                    Please note that i did shopping in big bazaar worth more than 3000 and as a procedure i am suppose to receive a free talk time worth rs 30 but nothing credited. The number was well registered. I tried to call t24 customer care and ask ed me to get store number. The store number is not written on the bill and i need to call big bazaar to get it after waiting and spending 20 rs for the call.
                    Do you think this is correct procedure??
                    Why the store number is not written??
                    Now when i am trying to call t 24 customer care the phone get s intentionally done so that i get fed up and don't take the benefits?? Good way not to give the offer.
                    This is real cheap mentality from big bazaar.

                      I had purchased the T24 Sim card from Big Bazaar, Lake Mall in Kolkata. While purchasing the concerning team charged Rs 80 / - & told that it will be activated within 3 days. I had purchased the SIM on 20/02/2016. I had dropped a mail to [protected]@t24mobile.com with the same concern on 25/02/2016. But didn't receive any support from them.

                      Its really disappointing to put a customer in this kind of distress.

                                  I got a number from Big Bazar JP Nagar Bangalore on December 12th 2015 and We were asked to pay 80 rupees for connection and it didnt work, so they gave me agin another number and were told that some more money will be added for our big bazar purchases. The numbers is [protected]. The seller said we will get connection in two days time but we are still waiting. Please look into the matter and connect us as early as possible. Thank you Teja
