I was using t24 internet during roaming when I disable mobile data from my account Rs30-40 has reduced though I had data balance of 70mb So I request you to refund my deduced balance as soon as possible I hope that you will not disappoint me and solve my problem.. Hi, I have taken new sim card from t24 BigBazaar-Jayanagar on 21-Feb-2015 I paid 140/- Rs. where they told me I will get 100 Rs. talktime. After few days when my sim was not activated, I called customer care and they asked me to check with same T24 shop at BigBazaar where I purchased this sim. When I checked there, they told your local reference is pending. We didn't get even single call on the number I have given for local reference...

Deactivation of the services

Hi, My Number [protected] is activated around two year back and today when I tried to call one of my friend, I got the response that the services of my connection are deactivated and the reason I was told is the verification of the account is negative. I shopped at big bazaar and one of the representative came forward to me and asked me that I would get 2 simcards each having a balance of rs. 100/- later on activation of the sim I got rs. 53 on one and 65 on other.
