Dear Sir/Madam., I completed my all documentation with your company representative Mr.Akshay at brandfactory shop at Gokul road, on 28th.May.2015.Your representative promised to get my mobile No.Activated by afternoon, 29th.May.2015. But to my disappointment even at this movement of 6.43PM on 31.5.15 my above number is not activated. I have given my other mobile No.[protected] for your code for connection and for your contact.     I was using t24 internet during roaming when I disable mobile data from my account Rs30-40 has reduced though I had data balance of 70mb So I request you to refund my deduced balance as soon as possible I hope that you will not disappoint me and solve my problem.. Whenever I am trying to call 52121 it says the number not exists. Please solve the problem...

            Hi, I have taken new sim card from t24 BigBazaar-Jayanagar on 21-Feb-2015 I paid 140/- Rs. where they told me I will get 100 Rs. talktime. After few days when my sim was not activated, I called customer care and they asked me to check with same T24 shop at BigBazaar where I purchased this sim. When I checked there, they told your local reference is pending. We didn't get even single call on the number I have given for local reference verification. After following up may be more than 25 times, even after talking with Deepak ([protected], he might be circle manager) I didn't get proper solution. I was following up with below two person: Vijay - [protected] (got number from T24 shop at BigBazaar-Jayanagar) Deepak - [protected] (got this number from Vijay. Vijay told me he is circle manager) I talked with Deepak last on 26-Mar-2015 and he told me he will get back soon. Till today, I didn't received any details from him or anybody from T24. I have even escalated to karnataka Appellate Officer via email (appellate.[protected]@T24mobile.com) but still no response. Worst experience.

                Recently I visited Bigbazaar in bangalore along with my brother. In the cash counter we were told that there is an offer where if we get a prepaid sim then there will be an discount. Since I often keep visiting Bangalore I wanted a SIM so opted for the same. We have very detail chat with the sales person over there with regard to the proofs and address of my brother. The sales person asked us to fill the forms and after checking the documents for proof gave us the SIM. We paid 250 or 240 rupees and was told that we would get equivalent amount of talk time. But even after a week the SIM was not activated. When called up the customer care, they were too rude and cut the call saying that TRAI has rejected our application...??? I tried calling them again and asked for details, but they refused to provide any details and when I questioned about the refund I was told that as per policy they dont refund if the application gets rejected. What is going on?? I never wanted to go for T24, but the sales person insisted and hence we opted for it. The documents were verified and ok'd by the representative at the stall.

                  Hi, This is the 2nd time between two months T24 mobile service deduct my Amount 270 for Internet using but i never using net in my mobile & i never recharge net pack also, when i am complaint to customer helpline no they said that for data using charges deduct & its not refunded, Last month also they doing same thing they deducted my above 260 Rs something .                     Hi, My Number [protected] is activated around two year back and today when I tried to call one of my friend, I got the response that the services of my connection are deactivated and the reason I was told is the verification of the account is negative. I wonder how you can bar the services of the customer without informing him and you are not able to resolve the concern despite of all the efforts made to help me. This is the pathetic services experience I ever had and I want to let you in the notice that you customer care people has told me that they wont be able to do anything as they are even not aware about who has deactivated my services. How shameful it is for an organization of yours to do such blunders and the customers are not aware about it. The guys sitting in the customer care don't know even the email ids and contact numbers of Nodal officers, how pathetic. I request you to activate the services of my connection as soon as you can within 24 hours.                       I shopped at big bazaar and one of the representative came forward to me and asked me that I would get 2 simcards each having a balance of rs. 100/- later on activation of the sim I got rs. 53 on one and 65 on other. On contacting the customer care they guys refused to lodge a complaint against the representative! I also noticed that they didn't even ask for my attestation signature anywhere while registering the documents. To achieve their sales target they deceive customers with wrong information and later refuse to lodge complain against the same. Its not about merely the less amount assured since that was complimentary but please..don't deceive the consumer. And also note that your representative dodo represent the company so plz take full responsibility of the same as in what they tell to the consumer rather than refusing to lodge the complains against your employees..                         I have taken new sim([protected]) from big bazar Calicut of Rs. 140/- on 8th of march but as I am from outside kerala I had given local reference but the referee didnt get any call but according to customer care they gave call on 10th and 11th march. So I went to big bazar Calicut again on 15th march and gave another referee no. and also I gave another alternate reference no. over phone to customer care. It seems they gave call yesterday that is on 18th march to alternate referee but alternate referee didnt get any call. Till today the sim is still inactive. My contact no is +91-[protected]

                          Illicit deduction of my T24 prepaid balance in name of data services. T24 Mobile Number: [protected] Since 6 months my account is getting deducted in name of data services which I have requested many time by speaking to customer care but did not get deactivated. Every time customer care told me that a message will be received with in 4 hrs of this call & your data services will be deactivated. Yesterday 11th March, 2015, 70 Rs has been deducted in a 4hrs duration in name of data services which I have not used & as per my knowledge it has been deactivated. I was shocked at the casual attitude of customer care when I asked this services should have been deactivated long back to which got the reply that sometimes due to technical issues deactivation request may not have processed. Are you want to say customer has to suffer due to your technical issues, moreover have not used a single byte of internet then how can I be charged for the thing which I have not used & requested for deactivation long time ago. This is clear case of cheating. Now as well I am not able to get this services deactivated, When I am trying to port my number it is also not working, I am not getting the sms code for porting. God save from this kind of fraud companies, think twice before going for this t24 services.

                            My wife has t24 prepaid cconnection for almost 3 years. What weobserved from last 2 months the account balance becomes to zero from 200+rupees. Checked with customer service guy but he mentioned that it is becauseof the net usage but there is no usage from the mobile from 2 days. There issome scam going on and this is really 2nd time we faced this issue

                              This is to inform you that while doing a special recharge for Rs 251 for mobile no [protected], by mistake it was typed as [protected] today on 01.03.2015 at around 12.35 PM. I want that this transaction should be reversed and feedback should be given to me on [protected] immediately. I tried to contact T24 Customer care and got advised to talk on 52277. On contacting on this number the representative told me that server is not working therefore talk after half an hour. From 1.00 PM onwards i am continuously trying more than 15 times but line is getting disconnected. Please help immediately.

                                number not working and also not recharged

                                I have T-24 number from Kolkata [protected] and I am in Delhi but this number not working last 4-5 days neither recharged.

                                PUK Blocked, SIM Rejected

                                my mobile no. is [protected]. I could not make call because message showing on mobile is SIM Rejected. PUK blocked. Please guide me.

                                  Hi, I bought a T24 sim on 19th Jan 2015 from a T24 outlet in Big Bazaar, Varanasi. I submitted a copy of my PAN card and driving license as required documents. The details of the sim are as follows RSN : [protected] MDN : [protected] IMSI : [protected] I was assured that the sim would be activated in 48hrs. However 9 days have passed by and after numerous requests and reminders regarding activation, my SIM is still not active.The attitude of the staff employed at t24 counter is not encouraging either. I mailed a complaint to [protected]@t24mobile.com 3 days back, however they too were lethargic in even acknowledging the complaint and providing me with a complaint docket No. I am seriously disappointed for opting T24 sim taking in to account that its a Tata teleservices product.                                     I have taken new T24 sim card from Central Mall J P Nagar Bangalore on 15.01.2015. . I had not got activation sms till today, so I called customer care and came to know the photo submitted is not clear.. However I would like to inform that the photo was taken by the executive present at T24 counter through his mobile & he had told then that it is fine...I could not go again and again to Central Mall for submission and the customer care executive is not helping out...The person at counter has also taken 100 Rs for activation...At this point I am feeling taking the Sim card as waste of my time and money...please help me out SIM No Already sent in mail sent to [protected]@t24mobile.com on 21.01.2015 by shobhitbathla.[protected]@gmail.com What is more disheartening is that I have not got any acknowledgement as of today also of my complaint Regards Shobhit

                                      Respected Sir, I am from Pune from the last two week i am not getting the WDCMA rage ( H+). When i select WDCMA mode the range get invisible, dont knw why this is happening, i have complaint lots of time still i my problem is not get solve.

                                        Went to shop at Big Bazaar Amnora on 25 Dec 2013. After big shopping the shopping assistant suggested to take buy a sim card to use Rs90 worth of talktime. I took the suggestion & thought I would give the simcard to my driver. After almost 30 minutes of paperwork & process & paying Rs50/ I got my simcard. I was advised that I would get a call for verification in the next 24.48 hours, which never happened. Phoned the apallingly pathetic customer service on 27 Dec, who didn't have a freaking clue. They advised that the number is due for verification & would happen on 29th Dec. Nothing happened. Phoned again on 31 Dec. Again the promise was made of 2 Jan. Phoned today on 8 Jan, upon raising questions, they would put me on hold & some different would ask me the same thing over & over. Spoke to 4 different sods who didn't have a clue what they were saying. One of them suggested to call some number from the new connection to get the verification, but then you have to have the damn network to make the phone call! The last sod gave me the brilliant advise of visiting the BIG BAZAAR to speak to the same sales person. At last I gave up & here I am typing my frustration down, hoping that this gets escalated to someone sensible in the relevant department & that person takes the initiative of activating [protected]. If not then here is a free advise for Docomo/ Big Bazaar. You are in India & Indians are very generous when it comes to helping someone. So if you are in need, please ask for money openly.
