I just landed in india for my vacation and in one of the shop t24 was giving free sim cards and since i was not having local number i paid 90 rupees for recharge and 45 rupees talk time and 45 rupees worth internet was provided in the sim.

However, the network was very slow and call is not getting routed to any other networks. After 3 or 4 times of calling the call gets connected and i was able to talk. The same was complained in customer care but they responded irresponsibly. I have never seen a customer care executives who doesnt know proper english and how to behave to customers.

In india noone is ready to ask these things and we customers have to shout and keep the phone and go to other network.

Even i tried to change the same number to vodafone since it was having good network which my friends were using. But t24 service provider has rejected the number portability to other network saying reason as the number has to be in use atleast for 90 days.

Such a bs system these people are having.

    Hi T24 i"m using T24 no long back i bought new cell which required nano sim in it i hav the micro T24 sim card but i want the nano sim card i'm having the balance of Rs.115 currently in it which is not been used so i want the balance to be transferred in nano sim card with the same number [protected] where should i go for this i reside in Malad where is T24 gallery pls rply me asap ... its vry urgent

    You have to provide the sim issuance charge as Rs. 25/-, ID and Address proof documents again.

    I have the same issue. I reside in salt lake, Kolkata. I went to the nearest big Bazaar and they directly told me that we aren't issuing new nano sims anymore. "Please port your number to some other service provider". This is what they told me exactly. Please help me

      I am using t24 mobile no. from last 12 days. As company sellers told me abouts activation of INTERNET connectivity I am trying for INTERNET but found no connectivity .         As my old sim got locked, i purchased a new sim wrt my no [protected] by paying rs 25/- and also by submitting fresh address proof on 3rd oct 2016 at big bazaar malleshwaram bangalore. They advised sim will be activated within 48 hrs. After six days on9th oct 16 when i contacted the t24 front desk at bigbazar malleshwaram bangalore they gave me fresh date of10th oct 16 it will be activated. But still they have not activated the sim. Do the need full. What a service by t24 company. My contact [protected]@yahoo.com

          After entering the code, it will ask for PIN number.

          It would either be 0000 OR 1234 by default. You have to give the same PIN number two times and whenever you switch off the mobile, it will ask for the PIN.You have to enter the same PIN which you entered earlier, otherwise your SIM will get blocked.             As per Gujarat T24 schemes, we get 300 local minutes free for 28days on recharge of Rs.98.. Once i received offer sms of the same almost 2 weeks before. I did the recharge online. But instead of 300 minutes i received talktime of 82. I thought maybe i didnt select the special recharge mode then. But on 19/9/16 i again did the recharge, selecting the special recharge mode, very sure about it. Still got cheated. And when i called the Custome Care, the executive told me that the system showing that i selected top-up mode.. and then she started inquiring more, asking from which wallet i did the recharge. I told her from the SBI app. Then she told the scheme is only applicable on paytm and freecharge. I asked her they should mention it before. Then she told she would transfer my call to the senior executive and kept me waiting for 15minutes.. After 15minutes, i hung up the call because of no response.. I dialled the customer care number again. And this time also same respone i received. My point here is that customers are not fool or they are not having any memory loss. Its not the matter of Rs.98 or 10 or 1000. Its about being fooled. When they are taking the time and pain to call the customer care.. and complain about being cheated then they are truly being cheated. And while sending offers it would be better if its in detail. Describe it. Not every person maybe accustomed with the modes or where and how its applicable. Or else better not to introduce such offers. And i do feel not only me but many must be cheated in this way!!

              I entered my t24 number in pay ATM for a data recharge ..the provider by default pulled up with Tata Docomo.. So enterd the amount for 149 rupees but I get msg... " Incoming Calls on TD/ Aircel/ Rel/ Voda Tranc ID [protected].Thank You - Tata DocomoHi! STV Recharge Successful .MRP Rs.149, Validity:28 days, All Local @80p /min ..'' I did another recharge on for 80rupees fun talk time but it showed up only for 67.42 rupees... I don't understand what's going on... I need my recharge for the money I paid for...               I got a call as soon as placed the complain... But it dint resolve my issue... But trying to make it worst... He stated that it was not T24's problem or my problem... It's an issues with PAYTM he stated they didnt updated with the correct information... I told him that was not my look out...they were supposed to be updating it with them... So he said that he may refund the money in a weeks time as there was issues with HDFC for now.. He wanted me to provide him another account number.. ..when I told him I don't have he was asking me for my debit card details to refund the amount... That was so ridiculous..he told me that there was a 2g 1gb connection for 145rupees so asked him to give me the as I already made a 149.00 rupees.. He refused... I wondered why he was calling up.. I told him that I was going to be posting this info on all social networks but I guess he was 😎 about it.. No reaction was shown ..he hungup on me...

                I brought one t24 sim form big bazaar Bangalore and waited for 24 hours i did not receive any sms but i received a call from office for verification. Then i inserted the sim in the mobile and i started calling to 59059 but it is saying not registered on network again i tried for 52121 but same response. I am confused whether my sim got registered or not i am not able to make calls and i even cannot try calling to customer care.please solve my problem and help me to use this sim furthur.

                The PUK code is 99566956. After entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default. Two times you have to give the same PIN no.                     I have a couple of issues here. This needs to be urgently looked into please

                    First, i’ve been charged 145 but recharge hasn’t taken place for 1 gb 2g data for 28 days. It showed as "payment confirmation awaited" screenshot as attached, i looking forward to have my refund.


                    Second issues: i recharged again but instead of 1gb data, i’ve received talk time of rs126. Please do the need at the earliest.

                      I bought a t24 sim from big bazaar in kochi on 13 august 16. Till now my sim is not activate. I spent my more than hundred rupees to call your representatives but all the waste time and money. I feel that i have done the big mistake to take this sim.

                      Many time i ask your reps to give me the number of your head office, but i was told that we have not number only we talk wit email.

I have talked to all concerned people and every time there is an assurance that the sim will be activated immediately but that time has not yet come.

                              ​This is with reference to unsuccessful recharge. I have made recharge of 38/- On 2nd August 2016 through Paytm. I received the confirmation that the benefits will be added in 48 hours. However the benefits have not been added in account yet.
                              Now customer care is refusing to give money/benefits back.

                              Dear T 24 team.

                              I have purchased On 16 DEc 2017 from big bazar shopping Rs 1448.53 (Tax Invoice No [protected] and Cash Memo No 0423955. and Rs 1400.00 from FBB (Tax Invoice No [protected] and Cash Memo No 0003275.

                              But as on date I have not received the talk time value to my T 24 Mob No [protected].

                              Please do needful action and confirm by mail.

                                I purchased a new T24 SIM with no:[protected] 3 weeks ago at BigBazar located at Mangalore, but still it's not activated and i didn't get any call or message regarding this. I have enquired with them where i bought SIM regarding not activated. But they told the status as LR negative and from their customer support they will call again for verification after that SIM will be activated. Eventhough one month older from the date of SIM purchased still I didn't get any from their customer support. I want them to contact me and clear my issues.

                                Hi,

                                This is to inform services of your number has been stopped temporarily. Post barring of the out calling, please visit the Future Group store and take the new sim on the same number by telling them that you have lost your sim. You have to provide the sim issuance charge as Rs. 25/-, ID and Address proof documents again.

                                As soon as you get the new sim, please ask the T24 kiosk member to call the customer care and provide the new sim details for unblocking your out calling on the same number.

                                      I got dnd registered. still i get frequent unsolicated calls/sms from various agencies. recently (today 13th july '16) 12:32pm), i received such a sms from dr. batra for appointment of hair fall problems.. etc. for hair treatment.

                                      Above massage sent by 'im-batras'and asked call dr. batra at [protected].
                                      Similar massages are sent by them after few weeks intervals (previous massages deleted from my set but are stored at your server).

                                      Let me know actions taken for dnd registered connection

                                        I recharged my mobile no with my mobile balance. Recharge showed that in 124rs i will get 100 talktime and 750mb data for 90 days. But later i got only 250 data for every month for 3 months. And the talktime was only on first recharge but it was not mentioned while recharging. When i talked to customer care executive of t24 company they simply said sorry we can't give you rs 100talktime. I am having all details of my case including screen shots and call recording
