Please be informed that your PUK code is 77540481. After entering the code, it will ask for PIN number. It would either be 0000 OR 1234 by default. You have to give the same PIN number two times and whenever you switch off the mobile, it will ask for the PIN.You have to enter the same PIN which you entered earlier, otherwise your SIM will get blocked. I hope that you are satisfied with the assistance.

    I recharged my T24 SIM for Rs.149 of 1 GB valid for 28 days. I recieved a confirmation message also from TATA DOCOMO of STV recharge being successful.But when i open my internet it shows low balance alert and doesn't connect to internet. I mailed the complaint to T24 customer service but they dont seem to resolve it.

      Dear Sir, I had generated a request for my mobile no [protected] which was taken in Surat for NMNP from Gujrat circle to to Durgapur, West Bengal. For this I submitted all the related proofs & documents to Big Bazar, at City Center, Durgapur to Mr. Satish upto his satisfaction along with Rs. 70, during end of November 2015. But to my utter surprise today when I enquired I found out that my request was closed due to Time Out. The T24 service desk told me that no documents were submitted.           Internet and main mobile balance wrongly deducted from my no. [protected].
          Hi this is ritvik kumar roy from nagpur i have been user of t24 mobile no user from last 2 year and i satisfied with there service but from last 2 months they deducted my main balance and net balance wrongly and cheated me. When i called to customer service representative mr. Rakesh they are giving me wrong information that i have used twitter and net service but i dint have twitter account. Rs.200/- deducted from my no wrongly also deducted my 1000 mb data. So i decided not to use there service. But this is my kind request to t24 management please don’t do this otherwise you will lost your valuable customer. T24 no from which balance deducted +91 [protected] thanks.
          Ps: don’t use t24 net work service very 420 company.

            I purchased one sim no.[protected]/mobile no/[protected] from your T24 counter of Big Bazar Baner Branch Pune Maharastra during last week of Oct 2015 by providing them copy of my address proof, pan card copy, one photo with subscription money. Inspite of my repeated reminder my SIM is not activated and after a months time they asked me to provide one more address proof to them. I provided them one more address proof immediatly I am.sorry to inform that even after a months time and my repeated request my SIM no. is not activated till today. Now I am afraid that you may be/ are misusing my documents for some other activities. I request you to look into the matter and reply me within one weeks time to my mail ID (shetty.[protected]@gmail.com) if not i will be compelled to take police help for safeguarding self. By mistake recharged to mobile Number [protected] for Rs.150 instead of recharging for t24 mobile number [protected].                 I have recharged my t24 no. [protected] on 8th dec for rs 200 getting 220 main balance. On 14 dec, i got the same number recharged by rs. 16 for 200mb data with validity of 3 days. My balance on Dec 15 was approx. Rs. 175 but today on Dec. 16 it is just Rs 7. I want to know why my balance has been deducted, as i have not used 200Mb data balance in these 2 days. My data usage is about 48.28Mb in these two days. Herein attached screen shot of the messages i have received on 8th december and 14th December. I want the amount deducted back. Please see through the issue in earliest of your convenience.

                    There was a promotional message from T24 mobile on 10th of Dec' 2015 on the registered mobile numbers that Rs. 500 free shopping advantage in future groups' Big Bazar would be added to loyal T24 customers. A code would be given in the T24 mobile SIM and that code could be shown at counter of Big Bazar for redemption during shopping from 11th of Dec' 2015 to 13th of Dec' 2015. Alas, no code was received till evening of 13th of December. As the time was running out, we contacted T24 office at Big Bazar, Patia. The local T24 staff also tried by contacting Customer Care and sending e-mails. But, there was no response. Around 50 calls were made to Customer Care of T24 from my wife's T24 mobile No. [protected]. After executing all the computerized instructions, the computer would answer "Our Customer Care Representative' would contact you, soon". But, no further response or communication was done till now. Like us, more than 50 dissatisfied customers of T24 mobile were also queuing up at local T24 office with their complaints. Why is T24 mobile doing the 'HOAX' Act?                       Even after receiving mobile no. of Mr Ajay provided by Ms Priya, I called on that no. of and he told that he will message me the code after giving him miscall from my no but i still haven't got the code. Now when I was calling his no. it was coming busy constantly. Today that no is switched off. Even On Custome care no. 52121, which i am trying to get connected since last 3 days and i have tried more tha 50 times, I am not getting any response. u people are really awesome. What a disappointment from Future group after being such a reputed group. Now i think u people are fooling us by giving discount message and not providing any code.. Such a shameful strategy.!!                             The company has deducted the core balance on my number without informing me or letting me know the charges. On inquiring, the have said false charges. On researching further they have not mentioned of these charges anywhere in their guide booklet, online site, or any other place. On 1st Dec. 2015 through 2nd Dec. 2015. I had the Internet data available for my number but they still deducuted my core balance showing false charges around Rs.100 I hope you look forward to this matter and help the consumer get its rights retained.                               A guy in t24 @ koramangala big bazaar Collected amount said ur no. Will be recharged in 15 min. As I was in hurry I said ok. Waited for 45 min But recharge not done went to store to recheck with him but store was closed & i was not let to go in. ... Is this is ur team service . As Customer first generally you guys say but. What's the matter if you are a doctor & a patient comes for checkup... Will you treat after he is dead...!!!

I got a message and i was also shown in paytm app that with recharge of Rs 126, get 50% extra Data i.e1.5 GB of 2G data for 28 days instead of 1GB will be given if recharged in 'SPECIAL MODE', and i recharged it with Rs.126, In 'SPECIAL MODE' on 13/11/2015, but i got only 1 GB 2G data for 28 days.I waited for 48 hours expecting additional 500MB to be added.But there is no addition.I have consulted paytm costumer service before and they asked me to mail you, and i mailed you [protected]@ no response. I called customer care but the guy said he was inefficient and can't help, and asking me to travel 100 kms and visit bigbazar and complain, so that i might stand a chance to WIN my 500mb.This is pathetic.He was very rude.Do your job and Resolve my isuue.

                                    To officer in charge customer care Hi this is rajiv & i am using a number ([protected]) service provider is tata (T24). My complain is i had a balance of Rs. 312 approx, which is not showing in my account since last 5 days . spoke to a customer care person regarding this and he said that it must be a free balance and must have expired. But my point is i have been using this number quite a long back and this is the first time my balance has been lapsed. A customer/consumer keeps on adding his account by shopping at future group in order to enjoy that talk time.so there is no point of a time limit for using that talk time. In my case i had been using that number as my main number so i always try to shop and get some balance apart from my regular recharge. I have not been intimated by sms or any ph call from ur end regarding the validity . Therefore i would like to get back my talk time balance with extended time . (on basics of regular user, and regular purchaser on future group and off course loyalty towards T24 ).

                                      on 07/11/2015 i have rechargeed rs. 100 online against my t24 number [protected], the amount has been debited from my bank account but it has not been credited to my t24 account till today for the reason unknownto me . The amount may be refunded immediately.

                                        Hi, I have registered a complaint with title "T24 Mobile — T24 SIM not activated after 3 weeks!" in this site. It has been almost 4 weeks now. I got the reference ID as 1327. I have not received any serious followups related to this so far. One day they requested my to submit the SIM to bigbazar to replace the older SIM and again asked my alternate number which I have provided already in email. I do not understand why T24 customer care is making me run behind them to activate the SIMs which I paid already around Rs.500/-. I can not always go behind to activate the SIM. Else, I need to seek legal advice and service for this negligence from T24. Please consider this matter seriously. Else, only option in front of me is go legally. Regards, Jerin
