MY SELF JEEVESH DUTT SHARMA. I HAVE TAKEN A POLICY FROM TATA AIG IN THE MONTH OF JULY IN MY MOTHER NAME i.e SMT. UMA SHARMA BUT STILL I HAVE NOT GET MY POLICY. PAYMENT DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD ON 15.7-2008.I HAVE TRIED NUMBER OF TIMES BY CALLING N TOLL FREE NUMBER BUT OF NO AVAIL. MY PH NO.[protected] PLS PAY ATTENTION ON MY REQUEST AND RAISE THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    I recd a call fm MS Sonia on 17Sep'08fm ctc no: 32109964 / [protected] rgd a zero rental scheme which has been introduced thru Airtel.

    She sent her representative to TATA AIG on 19th Sep'08. I was told I would have to pay Rs.1800/- for activation of 03 Airtel Numbers for which I handedover the amount to the person. I was also given an Subscriber Enrolment Form serial no: B574367 and was told it would be activated within 03 to 04hrs.

    Even after the whole day when the numbers were not activated I called on the numbers throught which they had called, but received no reply.

    I have tried my best to get in touch but unable to get thru anyperson.

    Could you pls check as to who has being misusing the Airtel brand and been cheating so many people.

    Have also given a complain no: 18470767.

    If I do not get a reply asap I will have no choice but to go to the consumer court for further actions.

      To rectify mistake of additional premium for issuance of policy number MRP[protected] in my HSBC credit card account no.[protected]

      The second debit has been done against policy number MRP[protected] in the name of Mr.A Lakshman whom i did not authorise for deduction. E mails already sent to [protected]@TATA-AIG.com in this regard from December 18th 2007 to till date without any result. A letter sent to HSBC Credit card division in the month of April 2008.

        I had received a call from the TATA AIG when I received a new HSBC Credit card saying that they have a tie up with HSBC credit cards. On receiving numerous annoying calls from TATA AIG, I fell prey to their calls.
        They even charged me Rs. 100/- for sending me the policy documents.
        On not showing interest to take the policy, TATA AIG said that they would be offering me a free checkup, diagnosis for my parents if I take the policy.
        I showed interest and took the policy. So they blocked Rs. 9134/- annually. I paid the installment of Rs.760/- per month.
        I took the TATA AIG Maharaksha policy from TATA AIG and for next 2 months they even didnt turn up with the free checkup, diagnosis bonds for my parents.
        I had to call them up again and remind them of the bonds they had promised. then after 2 weeks I receieved the bonds.

        the TATA AIG in the month of March without my knowledge withdrew Rs. 4566.98 from HSBC credit Card.
        Due to this HSBC Credit card closed my account without my knowledge.
        Now I am afraid that I may turn defaulter with HSBC due to nonsense of TATA AIG.

        Over and all, I would suggest do not do any business with TATA AIG.

        Tata AIG maharaksha policy — Repayment of the cancelled policy

        TATA AIG / Maharaksha Policy — Not Received the Document

        My Selves B S Raghunandan Singh writing from Bangalore. Even my case is almost similar to Rajesh Macchal, who has complained against Tata AIG Health Insurance. Even i do have HSBC Credit Card. One of the Marketing Executive has given a call to me from Pune regarding the policy for HSBC Cutomers. They told me that document will be dispatched with in 7 working days on the token of acceptance through IVR. They said that we can review the Policy terms, then if we are interested we can go ahead with that. Its almost 11th month running so far I havent received any document from them since after that.

        Most of the times i called up to their Call Center regarding my Policy document, they said they are not charging and even the policy is not activated, but when i checked with my HSBC Credit Card Statement, its clearly reflecting the charges being made for the Policy.

        Instead they call me to go for yet another policy which i clearly declined to to accept. My income Tax filing days are nearing, so far i haven't received any document which is a proof of saving. I have raised a request to with them a month back, even after that the situation is the same.

        Then what will be the best meaasure to tackle these kind of menace.
        I have canceled 2 policies and i got SMS from tata-aig for money return, but tat amount has not beed credited in my account. Please consider and let me know.

        TATA -AIG — Cancellation of Policy

        I have been issued TATA AIG policy one month before cancellation of earlier policy ie in Feb 09.I have been approaching TATA AIG to cancel my new policy but no sincere follow up from the company. I Have mailed atleast 30 mails so far but no effect. These guys they call you every day to get a new policy but no one to follow up if you want to cancel.

        Absolutely right. Tata Aig in association with HSBC Credit Card is cheating.

        I have taken tata-aig maharaksha policy last year with a annual premium of about rs 15000 which expired on 3/4 th March. I got a call from tata-aig regarding renewal of the policy which I did not want at all, so told him not to renew. His executive told me that just renew your policy and get it canceled within 14 days, we will refund all the amount we charge from your hsbc credit card and for cancellation of the policy you just have to sms with your policy number to 58888 and we will refund entire amount to your credit card.
        So they have renewed my policy with annual premium of rs 30000 this time.

        I have sent him sms 4 times on different days within 14 days but they did not cancel my policy.
        Then I contact with tata-aig customer care who says I can cancel your policy after deducting 25% (why? - even I contacted customer care within 14 days - they says there is no lookup period for renewal of policy).

        I have contacted hsbc bank customer care regarding same, but they are even not ready to listen my problem, They says just talk to tata-aig, if tata-aig refunds it will automatically reflected into your credit card a/c.

        This is not the end of story, HSBC bank has automatically converted this policy premium amount of rs 30000 into emi without my consent, A step ahead of Tata-aig in the process of cheating.

        Overall, Its my suggestion that never take any policy from TATA-AIG using your HSBC bank Credit Card as both are very good business partner and never miss a chance to cheat you and beware of his cheating.

        Tata aig may return your refund amount after deduction huge amount (say 25% to even 90% of your policy amount) in comming months without any fixed time period.

        TATA AIG — Irritating calls

        TATA Aig keeps making irritating calls even when i am registered on the Do Not Disturb REGISTRY
        I keep Getting minimum 5 calls everyday from the Telemarketing Department of TATA AIG Life Insurance Company for selling one of their stupid plans.

        I hope there is some action taken against this as I DONT THINK I BUY A CELL PHONE TO ENTERTAIN STUPID CALLS FROM THESE .

        Tata AIG maharaksha policy — did not cancel the policy,when informed in free look period to cancel

        On 1st march 2008,i received call from mumbai to get a maharakha policy.i was not interested,but then caller said that you got 14 days freelook period,if within this period you inform us to cancel the policy,we will cancel and you will charged for just Rs. 99 for this freelook period. Accordingly when i received the offer document,and i was not interested,i informed on 13 march 2008 to tata aig toll free number to cancel the policy.they replied --ok sir,it will be cancelled.
        but afterward they started calling me to change the policy.
        the ASTONISHING FACT IS--- POLICY NOT CANCELLED.THEY KEPT ON WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM HSBC CREDIT CARD.
        NOW MY CARD IS BARRED.

        It is absolutely correct that TATA AIF with the convenice of HSBC chating the peoples. Same thing happen with me also.
        I am having policy with TATA AIG for last thre years. Now that asked me to give new policies as i am old customers. They have given me four policies vide tansaction Nos. 002912, 002944, 002960 & 002977 which I accepted with the conditions that ealier policies with monthly premium of Rs.323/- and Rs.516-91 paid vide HSBC Crad No.[protected] cancllled which representatice Mr. Abhishek agreed. But to my surprised the latest statement shows the preimum of all the 6 policies i.e. two earlier and four nesw. I also contated TollFree No. of TATA AIG [protected] but no result. Now if dont pay the preimum of earlier policies than HSBC will charge interest. But if I ask HSBC people they said you may take up with TATA AIG.This is way of cheating. Not only this HSBC is also cheating with PLAT 5 Rs.6500/-
        I also have a very bad experience and posting a copy of the letter which I sent to them describing the unethical behaviour of the company. Never take policies from TATA AIG.

        It is regarding issuance of four Maharaksha policies in my name i.e. Akhilesh Agrawal and my wife Mrs. Rashmi Agrawal, my two sons Mr. Mayank and Mr. Kanu. I want to narrate the sequence of events leading to issuance of these policies. First of all I wnt to state that I along with all my aforementioned family members are holding a health insurance policy from Tata AIG only. Sometime between 15th and 20th of April 2010, I received a call from someone stating to be speaking from Tata AIG offering this Maharaksha Policy. He was also knowing about my holding the health insurance policy. He made me understand that this is a new policy in lieu of the Health Insurance Policy which had better benefits as compared to my old policy. He also explained to me that if I switch over to this policy I can withdraw from the old plan and the amount of the balance period shall be refunded to me on pro rata basis. Naturally I thought this is some new product of health insurance policy and consented for the same and also got my credit card no. verfied. On second day when someone from Tata AIG again asked me to verify the credt card, I asked few questions on which he replied and I could come to know that the policy being offered to me is not a health insurance plan. I immediately refused to give verification details asking them not to issue me this new policy. However to my surprise and shock, the policies were sent to me some time around 29th April April 2010. Imeediately after receiving the policies within 15 minutes I made a call to your Toll free number where I explained all the circumstances as above. The lady attending the call said please don't worry we shall cancel the policies immediately. On asking as what I have to do she said you are not required to do anything. However the policies were never cancelled. Let me explain you that I work for Asian Development Bank and my job involves lot of travelling. During last one and a half month I have received not less than 20 calls from Tata AIG asking me to continue with the policies and even offering me some policies free of cost. To each of these calls I have responded that I have been put to great distress by this forceful dispatch of policies to me and that i have refused to take these policies on the first opportunity prior to dispatch as soon as I came to understand that these are not health insurance policies.

        I had not expected such misrepresentation and unethical behaviour from a TATA GROUP Company. I once again request to you to kindly cancel all the above policies without any financial loss to me. I believe you record all your calls and whatever has been narrated above may be verified from your call records. Kindly note that in case a favourable decision is not taken I shall be at liberty to take necessary legal measures. Apart from that I shall also not like to continue with your health insurance policies also.

        Two days back I saw an ad regarding Maharaksha Policy. Since it was from Tata AiG, I wanted to know more and send a request. The next day somebody called me from [protected]/61133400 and started explaining about the features of the policy. As per his request I started writing the features one after the other. He said the yearly coverage is Rs.38 lakhs and gave the breakdown for various risks (hospitalisation, non hospitalisation, accident, disability and so on). The annual premium was only 13, 818.00, which could be payable on monthly basis. I could hardly believe this as I was already paying almost the same amount for Rs.2 lakh coverage from another national insurance company.

        I told the caller that I am interested and asked to send me an e-mail with full details of the policy. But he was cleverly dodging my request and went on repeating about the advantages. Then he asked me my full address, my date of birth and the 16 digit number of my credit card. What for my credit card number even without entering into a formal contract, I asked, to which he was giving some inrrelevant reply. For about 15 minutes he was on the phone. It was so annoying and I myself cut short the talk stating I was not interested in the business.

        I am still at a loss to understand if it was from a TATA group with whom I have lot of admiration and respect. The dealing was totally unethical and irritating. Does the TATA know about this?!
        Yes I am also fully agree with given comments.
        Just now 1/2 hour before I got call from same number. I also refused to give my credit card number. He started discussion with Rs.6909 premium and ended with just give me Rs.1224 premium for policy. From start of discussion only I was not confident about the scheme, since not a single company will do not do loss making business.
        I just searched for [protected] on google where I got so much stories as above.
        Thanks to all above who saved me from TATA AIG's fraud.
        I think this number may not be offical number of Tata AIG. Some fraudulent people are using co's name for personal benefit.
        Somebody should file a case against such people.
        yes exactly... i received a call from the Tata AIG personnel and he was not ready to even listen to my queries and kept on talking about the advantages of the policy... I somehow understood that this is some kind of fooling around when I asked him to send me the details of the policy on my mail id, he didnt respond to that, instead again started talking about the rubbish advantages and was forcing me to give the bank credit card number and insure with the policy. Also this polcy of Tata AIG is not displayed on website nor do the customer care tell the details about the nearest branch of tata aig.

        Everybody must register on line consumer complaints.Within 3 working days they will answer.
        I was looking for Health insurance policy for my family and In laws and found web site of TATA AIG and submit the request. I got call from [protected] on[protected] and so much discussion about all policy and benifits and forced us to take Individual accident and sickness hospitalization cash plan and instruct us to pay policy premium by verification. Paid anual premium of RS.12868/- through SBI credit card on Ref ID 029729 dated[protected].

        and again i got call from [protected] for my in laws insurance policy, taken premium amount of Rs 4152/- through credit card. with refe ID Ref 033020 on dated[protected]

        They said within seven days policy will come to me if you are not interested we will return your amount back to credit card.

        Now i came to know its kind of fraud after checking all other comments. by god grace if i get back my money is really good. we are area all strugle to live. and this kind of insurance complanies are cheating people. or i wanted to know whether service from TATA AIG is good to continue :)
        I got a call today a few hrs back from[protected] number as i had submitted my details in policy bazaar. She patiently explained all the details for my mother's policy and said that i will get a 3Lakh cashless facility and 3 lakh critical illness cover totaling of 6L for a premium of 18, 498Rs. But they were not keen on sending me any details on email and wanted me to make the payment through credit card.
        When i asked for their local office, they said they deal only online. After sometime Mr Vicky Pandey came online and tried to convince me..

        When i checked online on Tata AIG the policy shows cover of only 3L for this premium... This is very suspecious and i would rather go through an office agent.

          I have purchased the policy ( healthcare plus ) from TATA AIG. The executive tell nme that the money will be deducted from the credit card immediately and to convert the same in EMI's . I have to call ICICI custemer care and TATA AIG has a tie up with them for conversion in EMI, s. After calling ICICI I realise that no such facility of the conversion in EMI's is available and TATA AIG has no such tie up with the ICICI.
          After I communicated to TATA AIG thy are now unable to locate my Policies and the matter uis pending since more than one month. I am not getting sactisfactory reply frpm the TATA AIG.
          I am cheated by the Bombay based TATA AIG executive Mr. Alam Khan.

          Please look into the matter.

          The same thing happened to me as well. They charged my credit card without my knowledge. As I had given them my credit card details but i was told that I would be charged only once i give them the confirmation of enrollment. I tried reaching TATA AIG numerous times but their number always seems to be busy ([protected]), I even send them the e-mail but yet no response form their side. I have no idea as how to reach them. I'm very upset about all these but can't do anything...
          Yes, TATA AIG seems to be at fault here... but how can you trust anyone with your credit card number without reviewing/receiving any of the documentation. Ultimately you yourself are responsible for the laziness you are demonstrating. You see the bottom line of companies is to make profit for its shareholders but you have to be aware of what you are buying into before you go around handing out your credit card numbers. By that way, what are doing with a Credit card if you cannot affort a less that 4000/- payment. Do you really need a credit card? Credit cards are a convenience but also need to be used responsibly and doesn't look like you should have a credit card.

          TATA AIG — THREATENING

          PEOPLE CALLING FROM CALL CENTER AND BOOKING APPOINTMENT. HE CALLING AGAIN RASHLY AND ASKING WHY YOU ARE NOT ATTEND THE CALL. I DONT KNOW WHETHER PEOPLE MUST TO HAVE INVESET AND ANY LAW AVAILABLE IN INDIA ONE SHOULD INVEST COMPULSORY.
          HE THREATING IN HIS OWN NO ALSO.

          Tata Aig Health Care plus — Cheted by Tata AIG

          One day I got a call on my mobile from TATA AIG and offered helth insurance plan for me and my family including my wife, daughter and son. Some man was talking, I dont ask him his name. He told me some plans and ask me to take that plan but as I am already having medicle insurance I did not not take intrest at bigining. At that time he told plans with around 11000/ per year premium. When I told my inability to afford such high primium he again called me and offered me another plan with around 7000/year premium. I again told my inability to afford even 7000/annum then he told me that he has one more plan in which total premium for the year will be Rs 3877/- and that to will be recovered in three instalments and that too interst free. Finally I agree with this plan but put condition that I will pay in 3 instalments as Iwas not having budget . Then he took all relevent details from me & told me that I will recive one confirmation call from their office and request me to attend that call. After that I got another call from one lady on 30/05/2008 and she also conformed all information and ask me to give my credit card no. I told her to first send me all the documents but she told that Iam sending documents but we will have to take credit card detailds before sending them you can deside after getting those papers that you wwant to take this policy or not. Finally I gave her my credit card no then she asked for cvv no which I refused to give then she told ok you dial your cvv yourself from my telephone. I dialed it from my phone. I told her that I want to do payment in 3 instalments she agrees to that but I got shocked when I got from my bank that your account has been debited by Rs 3877 on 30/05/08. They charged total primium in a single instalment where ever on first day when I show my in ability to give primium inone go they told me that you can give premium in three instalments ant that to intrest free. Then I again called at given nos of TATA AIG and talk to the given no abut chrging total premium in one instalment but that day also I have been told that you dont worry abut message you will find 1/3 rd amount in your credit card statment that shows total amount but 1/3rd amount will be debited to you in your statment. But when I got my credit card statment I was again shocked when I saw total premium was debited to me. Then I again called TATA AIG but I did not get any satisfactory reply. Then I again called TATA AIG ON 28/06/08 that time I note down name of the lady she told her name as Pratiksha I again put my grvance against her but she also did not give me any reply and told me that somebody from her office will talk to me on Monday i.e on 30/06/06 but no body called me. I again talked to Mr. John on 2/07/08 regading same thing but in vain. Now problem is I could not be able to give my dues of credit card due to total premium charged in one go and paying intrest on balance amount. Who will be responsible for this. TATA AIG alone is responsible for telling lie to the customer and cheet me. When I first get call they told me that we will send policy documents to you and charge you when you give approval for the policy, you talk to your doctors and then let us know then we will charge you premium but actually they cahrged from me before delivering documents to me. This is clear violation of trust. Please let me know shall I get my charged amount back? I do not want to keep policy of sucha insurance company who is not trnsperant and commited to the customer.

          I think nobody should ever disclose his Credit Card no. to anybody at whatsoever the circumstances may be. These things are supposed to be kept at the user end only. It is completely your discretion to choose the mode of payment you feel comfortable with. Even if, you ever requires to make the payment of your premium thru Credit Card the safe way is to make it online in PC yourself.

          The laws relating to frauds against credit card are very stringent for the common folk so you yourself requires to be cautious in such cases.

            I Utpal Thapa had deal with TATA AIG HOME FINANCE INDIA LTD to purchase new flat at Ahmedabad and and They ask me for Processing FeesRs 3000/- after Four Month They reject my file and refuse to return my procesing fees and told me this is our rule, This is not a matter of money but this is one type of
            cheat with consumer. Sir If you feel that I am not wrong so take

            i have taken home loan from weizman homes (now its AIGhome finance) from your Trivandrum branch. recently i got an advocate letter mentioning that there an outstanding amount. i checked with your bank. the dues is for[protected] financial year.[protected] financial year also i didn't get a notice for this dues. suddently they asking somuch of amount i can't pay in one time. they forcely taken cheques from me. it is bounsed. i got some amount and asked them for payment. but trivandrum brach collection manger refused to take the partial amount. yours is an well known banking instituion so i surprised that what is going on. my loan account is tvm-365. i think you will give me suggection regarding this.

Last year they send the transaction details in that they made a wrong entry i.e, instead of crediting the amount they credited in someothers account, they are not rectifying the statement for the past one year. Even contacting there was no response for the past 10 months. They are not allowing to speak with the manager in their branch office in chennai. What to do kindly help us
            Sir i have taken a purchasing loan in 2005 from WEIZMANN . Due to some problems i was unable to pay monthly instalments . Now am in situation to refund the amount and interested in closing the loan . In the process of onetime settlement i would like to pay by 10th of December 2009 .Please try to reduce the amount to least, so can pay by date.

            There are many cases in Mangalore Weizmann that one defacto manager called shivaprasad rai acted for the manager rashmi shetty and both made crores of money by taking 5% of the loan amount. There was 1% processing fees . But these people said it is 2% but never issed any receipts. They used the money of Vijaya home loans for their business of crusher to the tune of 25 lakhs. AIG home finance Limited whether knows this fact or not. Only God knows. Shivaprasad Rai was a manger in Vijaya home loans noo way connected with AIG Home Loans. He made people to believe that he is the General Manager of AIG Home Loans. he has to pay money to many people around mangalore. He is having assets

              I had purchased a Swift ZXi car and taken delivery on 2007 jan 4th from RNS Motors Bangalore using loan from HDFC Bangalore.
              After a severe accident happened on[protected] in vellore, on the way to Chennai, i had given my car in maruti service center vellore
              operated by GANESH CARS. My RC Book and driving license of driver was burned partially in the accident.

              Communication problems between Ganesh Cars and TATA AIG Insurance surveyor forced us to get the car repaired. Even though the loss was major, tata-aig denied our request for total loss stating that total repair liability does not exceed 75% of the IDV value.
              - IDV value of the car was Rs - 4, 79, 000
              - Total repair cost is Rs 4, 47, 326.00
              - Resale value of our car after repairing is Rs- 2.6 lakhs ( according to maruti pre owned cars - Mandovi Motors Bangalore)

              Car was delivered on[protected] after SEVEN MONTHS and 11 DAYS by GANESH CARS which made a GREAT LOSS to us. Initially we were told that car can be repaired within 2 months time. I had called GANESH CARS very frequently and they were giving false
              updates about the car. According to TATA AIG surveyor work started in swing only november last week. Finally I needed my car for my marriage preparations. So I strictly warned them that I will take my vehicle and repair in bangalore, If they do not deliver the vehicle on 31st Jan. They agreed to deliver on[protected] and they faxed me a letter stating the same after my continuous request. But they failed to deliver on[protected] also.

              After the delivery, we did a checkup for the quality of repair in RNS motors Bangalore. That revealed that there are some rusted components in the car. Chassis has started rusting already because car was kept outside the showroom in extreme weather conditions for long period.

              There is another part to our sad story. Because of communication problems, Tata AIG was not ready to pay for certain parts which were replaced by GANESH CARS. They did not bear the cost of 1 door, 2 wheel rims, and dash board
              panel as they blame Ganesh cars responsible for that. Initially total loss estimate was given by GANESH CARS, but it was not accepted
              by TATA AIG insurance.



              AGAINST TATA-AIG:
              - Tata-aig rejected total damage proposal by Ganesh Cars.
              - Tata-AIG gave me false statement which states that repair liability does not exceed 75% of IDV(Insured Declared Value)
              - Refused to bear the cost of 1 door, 2 wheel rims, and dash board panel as they blame Ganesh cars responsible for that.
              - Above issue costed us paying entire amount from our pocket as insurance refused to pay.
              - Since it is an accident repaired vehicle, resale value of just 1.2 year old car is very less compared to the amount spent for repairing it.


              AGAINST GANESH CARS, VELLORE
              - Car was in maruti service center "GANESH CARS, VELLORE" from[protected] till[protected]
              - Full tank petrol filled by us before accedent was lost. They gave a silly reason saying that petrol got evaporated
              - Given false promises every time I approached ganesh cars for delivery date.
              - Finally GANESH CARS promised me to delever the car on JANUARY 31ST 2008 which did not happen.
              - Post repair check reveals that chassis started rusting and there are other components in the car which are rusted.
              - The trust with the car performance is low because of the quality of repair is low

              Now we have suffered heavy losses because of Ganesh Cars and Tata-AIG insurance. For 7.5 months, we had to simply pay the car loan EMI without enjoying the comfortableness of having car. Now resale value of the car is less than total repair cost. We are seeking justice for our great loss of money and time period and tension and mental torture faced to retrieve our car back.

              Consequences : -The promised time period of repair got extended by more
              than 5 months.

              -For 7.5 months, we had to simply pay the car loan EMI without enjoying
              the comfortableness of having car. Now resale value of the car is less
              than total repair cost.

              -Post repair check reveals that chassis started rusting and there are
              other components in the car which are rusted. In-fact car battery had to
              be replaced with-in 3 months from repair period

              - The trust with the car performance is low because of the quality of
              repair is low

              -Great loss of money and time period and tension and mental torture faced
              to retrieve our car back.
              Hi,
              I am also a victim of the poor customer service provided by Ganesh Cars, Vellore. My vehicle met with an accident on 1st August, 2008 and since then, its lying there. They had promised to deliver the vehicle within two months. However, it has been 5 months now and i have not yet been given a delivery date.
              i am not sure how do i get back my car.

              TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — delaying & denying claim

              Respected Sir,
              I purchased mediclaim policy .my policy no. is HCP[protected] in the name of shashi jadav. on 1st of nove. I was admitted in the hospital. I have claimed for Rs.6800/-. co.my claim no.is00010624 officer issued some querries asking past records of illness. however I submitted concern clarification. but still they asking me past records which I don't have.
              At neither present since last 15 days their customer care lines are working nor they are contacting me.
              every time committement is given that they would be calll back me within 24 hrs.
              Can you please let me know what happened to this complaint. My car too met with an accident and the insurance company surveyor is insisting on a repair though prima facie, it's a total loss.

              same thing happend with me...

              Once when i called the customer care of HSBC credit card they told me about the TATA AIG health policy and my call was transferred to the TATA AIG and the executive explained me benefits of the policy, i did not want to buy but executive requested me too much for the policy so i agreed and bought the policy.

              Now listen how they are cheating customers, i falled ill and i was admitted in the hospital due to P. Vivax Malaria. I called the the TATA AIG customer care and registered for claim. They told me they will send the claim form and i need to attach the discharge card and doctor's report with the form to settle the claim. After 3-4 days instead of claim form i received a letter from TATA AIG that your claim can not be settled. I was shocked, i called up the customer care of TATA AIG and they told me it can not be settled because you did not exceeded 90 days, you are in short of around 15 days so your claim can not be settled. I told them to cancel my policy immediately. I dont know whether it is cancelled or not.

              So TATA AIG can not settle the claims, those people are interested only in taking money but they can not pay when time comes and they have different execuses when you register a claim. So please be aware of TATA AIG health policy and even all the products of TATA. They are cheating innocent customers.

              My brother had purchased resae INNOVA, as per KILOMETER reading it was just 40000, so he purchased the car, now after 1 month when car went for servicing in TOYOTA SHOWROOM they had cars previous history which stated the exact Kilometer & it was almost double thats 80000, Now we want to know can I logged a complaint against dealer/Owner/seeler of the car

              i was purchased maruthi swift last week in ganesh cars thiruvannamalai...the service is very very worst.they are not keep the commitment and the reprasantative especially the MANAGER cannot give any respect to the costomers. in the delivery time they put 1 ltr diesel in my car

                TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — they're not ready to cancel my policy

                Recently TATA-AIG executive spoke to me for renewal of my policy. I refused to renew it, he finally took my credit card details. without my confirmatin these people debited the amount from my credit card.
                when i ask them to cancel the policy, they are not ready to cancel it.
                they simply robbing & behaving irresponsible with the customers.
                I called and written to cancel my tata aig general insurance policy no:[protected], but they are just not ready to cancel it. I am so frustrated right now coz just nw I had spoken with the representative and he was of no help. In every email they write that they will contact me in 2 days time but they never do so.

                I request you to kindly look into the matter.

                its a total rip off. last yr they kept deducting the instalment inspite of my cancellation requests. this yr again a fresh mediclaim/health policy was forced on me and same dilemma i am facing. the repeated requests are falling on deaf ears. i hve now instructed my bank to stop making any payments to them or else i shall hold the bank also responsible for this fraudulent behaviour. a request of cancellation was made on nov22 and dec 12 2009 vide complaint no.7212030

                  We have given our consent about 15 days back to renew our car Insurance policy( through CAN CARD- Credit card).
                  We were also informed by your executive stating that the insurance is renewed and the policy would be sent within 8 working days.
                  The following are the particulars Name Allika Indira Devi ( my daughter)
                  Client ID 518155 Motor policy number [protected]
                  Vehicle number MH12 CY 982.
                  Registration city Pune
                  Till date the whereabouts of our renewed policy is not known. When we enquired with your Pune office they informed us that the policy is despatched through the courrier ( they could not give the courrier particulars like name of the courrier and the docket number etc.),
                  Please let us know why the courrier has not reached us till date if it is really sent to us.
                  Why do you choose such useless courrier if it is sent ( as informed by you).
                  Why do you create this type of mental tension to the customers of your institution.?

                  If the courrier has not delivered and returned back to you, is it not your duty to inform us since our telephone number is with you.

                    Sub: Issue on Policy # U[protected] Forged Signature by Tata Employee

                    Sir,
                    This is to inform you that I had applied for a policy with TATA AIG exactly a month back on the 22nd July 08 through a sales call which I got on my mobile phone. I invited a person named Santosh to my office wherein he explained the policy features & we agreed to do a policy on the following conditions:
                    1. Term -20 years
                    2. Amount of Insurance – Rs 12, 00, 000/
                    3. Premium – Rs 10, 000/ P.M paid on a quarterly basis as he told me that monthly would not be possible.
                    4. Mode – Quarterly
                    5. Paid – Through ECS on a quarterly basis
                    I have been following up with him for the policy document for over 2 weeks as the check cleared my bank on the 30th July. However, he was unable to assist me on the same. Any ways, I got the policy today via courier with the envelope absolutely open & half torn. When I opened the envelope & looked at the documents I was shocked to see that the form which was filled in front of me had some key features been changed:
                    1. A lot of papers have my signatures which I never even signed at all… someone has forged my signatures.
                    2. Amount of Insurance changed to – Rs 6, 00, 000/
                    3. Premium changed to – Rs 5, 000/ P.M
                    4. Mode – Semi-annual
                    5. General Amendment form had stuff written which I have not written & signed for at all
                    6. Application date on the form is 31st July 08
                    i. Please look at step 6 in the form – it is clearly mentioned that I signed the form on the 22nd July 08 & if you follow up on my check of Rs 30, 000/ it cleared my account on the 30th July 08 so why would the application form be signed on the 31st July 08.
                    ii. Please check Step 4 & Step 5 of my application wherein you would notice that it has cutting at critical places which the agent has done it post my filling up the form or else I would have signed against them.
                    7. Why is the policy active as on 13th Aug & not active from the date the check of Rs 30, 000/ cleared my HDFC bank account.
                    8. My application form is dated the 31st July so how can the check which I submitted clear my account on the 30th July  Check # 294480 dated the 22nd July 08 & cleared my HDFC account on the 30th July 08

                    I want to understand what is going on & why has the policy changed. Why does someone at TATA AIG have to forge customer’s signatures to get a wrong policy issued? When I received the policy via courier today afternoon I immediately escalated this issue at the customer care & spoke with an executive named Ms Neeru & supervisor named Ms Reshma who have assured me that this issue would be addressed on high priority & action taken against the culprits.

                    I would expect an immediate escalation of my issue & need immediate resolution of the following issues:
                    1. The policy needs to be changed & a new policy be issued with correct details on high priority with the following things which I had requested at the beginning:
                    • Policy should be active from the date the money has cleared the bank account i.e. 30th July 08 & not 13th Aug 08
                    • Term -20 years
                    • Amount of Insurance – Rs 12, 00, 000/
                    • Premium – Rs 10, 000/ P.M paid on a quarterly basis as he told me that monthly would not be possible.
                    • Mode – Quarterly
                    • Paid – Through ECS on a quarterly basis
                    • General Amendment form has stuff which I never signed for hence it should be changed
                    At this point in time I am not thinking of approaching to other means of resolving this issue like consumer court or the press but get the issue resolved with dialogue/communication.
                    I urge the management to take this very seriously & I need a reply/resolution to this within the next 24 hours.

                      Sir, I have taken a policy of home insurance from TATA AIG General insurance on 03 Feb 08. Within 15 days of receipt of policy documents I have applied for cancellation of policy. But my policy was not cancelled despite repeated reminders through e-mail/phone. I want to cancel the policy since i want to take the personal injury policy.i am trying to call since last five days but i have no response from there.i am totlly frustrated. i am not able to understand what can i do for it.i called him daily, but they tell me why you want to cancel that and after i was tell him i want to cancel that bcoz i not much satisfy with that, and suddenly he put that call. but i am trying my best to cancel it and i want to help from you, please contact me regarding that case for cancellation.please hurry...!!!

                            As, I recd a call from TATA AIG to review accidental policy for 2 months on the cost of Rs.10/-, but when after 2 months, I called up for the cancellation they insist me to continue with lesser premium amount, even my lot of request he not cancelled my policy and keep it continue with a lesser premium, even after I am calling him for cancellation and a representative told me that he is taken the request and with in 2-3 days it will cancelled and further I am not charged any amount.
                            At that time, I am satisfied but when I checked my Credit Card statement I am surprised that bank is charging the same amount from Oct-2007.
                            It is completely harassment by TATA AIG and unnecessary charge the premium amount even I am not having any policy documents.
                            Please help me and write me the right person to whom I contact for the refund of my money and cancellation of policy.

                            I was gone for TATA AIG policy. After some days they again called up
                            And take new policy ok cancel my previous and take new. Again after some days again they called and for new policy, then I asked a quarry for that they send 2 more polices, they are telling that with in 14 days i[censored] don’t want you can cancel, then I said ok

                            I was approached by HSBC Credit card sales staff for applying for their credit card. Once I purchased the card I had never used it. After 1 yr i got a call from HSBC collection department that some 8000 rs outstanding is showing in my name which I should pay back. When i asked them what it is about as i had never used their card.I got a reply that the money was deducted for TATA AIG insurance policy for which their person has taken my approval over phone. i asked them immediately to cancel my card and show me the policy as till date i never received any such policy nor any one informed me about it. There was no reply again from their end. After follow ups with their call centers they told me that the policy has been cancelled and i need not pay any money. Now again after some time their collection agents are calling me and asking me now to pay towards the same policy as interest charges, Where in i have never approached TATA AIG to buy any policy nor i ever swiped my credit card. The policy was purchased by bank with out taking my signatures. Presently I have received a mail from hsbc which mention a fake signature of myself I have very feared for this type of cheating they have misused my credit card number and personal details to raise a false policy in my name and want to extract money.

                            I have just a single request. Please waive of these unwanted charges & send me a statement with the Zero amount due for the payment

                            I send the request to TATA-AIG Insurance to cancel my policy which I am not interested at all.
                            The customer service of HSBC is canvassing for TATA-AIG but when I request HSBC to cancel my policy the told me to contact TATA-AIG Insurance. Is this correct????
                            If this problem is not solved soon HSBC will lose many credit card customers soon...

                              Dear team,

                              I got a call from your telemarketing team and was sold an insurance plan which i found suitable for my family.

                              The guys name was Gaurav and i confirmed number of times about the credit card EMI plan which he told me would be for 0% for 12 months and i just need to give the ref number
                              173478 to the credit card department to change that transaction to 12 montsh emi with 0%.

                              I contacted HSBC credit card depertment and i got a mail which says that cant do it.

                              That means whatever he told me was all lie and was just to make sales and thats it. I have number of insurance and investments with Tata Aig and i have faced the problem earlier also.

                              Now i would not encourage this mistake done by you and want serious action to be taken by you or else i would not take moments to send this findings to HSBC group office in Mumbai and other competetitors in the market. And trust me, within 24 hours this would be there in nespapers all around.

                              This is not just a matter of 5000 rs but its all about the principle wherein i would give 0 in there.

                              Please make a note of the policy number IRHC[protected].

                              hope i will get some solution for this.

                                  Sub : Unethical methods employed by your representative for renewal of policy and authorization on credit card
                                  For the MahaRaksha policy I was holding for last two years and the premium amount gets charged to my HSBC credit card. This policy expired in Jan 2008.
                                  For the last two annual renewals, your representative contacted me from Mumbai and took approval for renewal. I also authorized TATA-AIG to charge the premium to my HSBC credit card.
                                  After the elapse of the policy in Jan 2008, no one contacted me for renewal. I was also not interested in renewing the policy.
                                  Last month I got a cover with a covering letter stating that the policy is renewed and the premium amount will be charged to my credit card. I was surprised by this and the attached policy belongs to Mr. Mahesh Sharma (Policy no. #MRP[protected]). I have not received my policy till date.
                                  I sent a mail to your customer support to cancel this policy, as this was renewed without my approval.
                                  I was surprised to see the amount getting charged to my HSBC credit card without my authorization.
                                  I advised HSBC to cancel the charged amount and get the policy also cancelled.
                                  Today I got a call from Mr.Javad Hasan and he introduced himself as your representative. He said he has proof of my approval for renewal and also authorization for charging on my HSBC credit card. He also said the policy will be cancelled as desired by me and Rs.99 will be charged towards administrative charges. I said since I have not approved the renewal, the administrative charges are not agreeable to me.
                                  After 3 hours again I got a call from Mr.Javad Hasan and he played a recorded version of the approval for renewal.
                                  I want you to listen to the recorded version of the policy renewal and also the authorization to charge my credit card for the premium amount.
                                  The interesting part of the conversation is the unethical approach employed by your representative :
                                  1. I am the proposer of the policy, my wife and mother are the beneficiaries. Only the proposer has the legal right to renew the policy. There should not be any doubt on this. I was very much available on my mobile, I am not sure why your representative approached my wife for renewal
                                  2. The credit card number read out in the conversation by your representative is in my name. How can your representative ask my wife to authorize the charging of the premium to my card? Even if the sales slip is signed by my wife no bank will accept that.
                                  3. Early Jan ’08 one of your representative talked about a different policy to me,which I turned down. Fearing that I will not approve the renewal of the MahaRaksha policy your representative has approached my wife. This is my reading of what has happened.
                                  4. Please listen to today’s conversation with Mr.Javad Hasan. He needs to be told, how he should talk to a customer. What he played to me as recorded conversation is clear demonstration o[censored]nethical approach employed by your representative. This is equally criminal offence and amounts to cheating.
                                  5. I still have a great regard for TATA group for ethical practices and the value they offer to customers. Above Representatives of yours, spoil your reputation and tarnish the image of your company.
                                  I am also marking a copy of this letter to General Manager Credit Cards –HSBC.
                                  Please arrange for cancellation of the policy and also arrange for 100% reversal of the charges with no administrative charges to my account.
                                  More than deficiency in service to a customer, you have also caused so much of mental agony. I am seriously considering legal means for claiming damages, if the issue is not settled to my satisfaction within one week of receipt of this letter.

                                    As I have got the vehicle insured from TATA AIG vide policy No[protected] as it was expired on 15th January 08 and due to miscommunication Iwas not able to renew it ,though it was no claim policy hence On 13th feburaray 08 I contacted the TATA AIG insurance agent he sent the request for inspection to the agency named MISL from whom I got a call at 10.56 Am by no[protected] on 14th Feb 08 that our surveyor will be visiting to inspect your vehicle and surveyor called me from his mob no [protected] at 1.05 Pm and asked to bring the keys Isaid Ok as car is standing behind kalkaji Mandir which will take around 10to 15 min walking from my office in nehru place so Iwill reach there by 1:30 Pm he start talking rudely why at 1:30 Pm as Iam in Nehru Place and Ican't wait so long and all conversation was recorded

                                    As when employee of any company misbehave he is punished for his act ,in case of misbehave by any survey agency ,is anyone going to take action or TATA AIG is satisfied by loosing bussiness with attitute problem of surveyors

                                    I have just today recieved my Tata AIG Health care plus policy number IRHC[protected].

                                    I was sold this policy on the 8th of April 2008 and was told that the whole conversation was recorded. I was sold the policy with a cover of 27 Lakh and 25 thousand for Rs. 13107 for myself, my wife and my 3 and half year old son. The benifits that I was offered are as below:

                                    In-hospital Indemnity for accident Rs. 10000/day (max 180 days)
                                    In-hospital Indemnity for sickness Rs. 5000/day (max 180 days)
                                    Accident Medical Expence Reimbursement Rs. 25000/ year max

                                    Today when I receive the policy the benifits have changed completely... the policy benifits state as:

                                    In-hospital Indemnity for accident Rs. 6000/day (max 180 days)
                                    In-hospital Indemnity for sickness Rs. 3000/day (max 180 days)
                                    Accident Medical Expence Reimbursement Rs. 20000/ year max

                                    Today I feel as if I have been CHEATED by TATA AIG.

                                    I would like to listen to my conversation as all the transactions were made on phone and I was told that the same was recorded.

                                    I would request TATA AIG to give me a call and relsolve this issue at the earliest (please record the conversation), if not I would have no option but to move to court for justice.

                                    whatever it is in this case, cheating or not cheating, if insurance companies and banks or any other companies which take money from people in exchange of "promises" and some printed (wtih tiny letters) papers, cheat or ignore clients, they should be dealt with with heavy hands.                                     TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — Cheating and forgery

                                    I availed three policies from TATA AIG General Insurance in the month of MAY '08. The executive over the phone was as usual boasted about the uniqueness of their product, Health Care Plus, which sadly turned out to be another run of the mill product. If you go to any nationalised insurer you may get it for far less than what i paid.

                                    However this is not a concern as both TATA and AIG are trusted names in the their fields, and anyone would like to belevive their genuinity. The executive at the time of purchase informed me that the total amount Rs 8463.00 would be deducted on an EMI basis, which was one of factors that led me to buy it from TATA AIG.

                                    A credit card transaction was to be done and you would be insured...voila...not all things come so easy. I was happy as i purchased it for myself and my parents. The main issue arose when the credit card statement came. The Insurance company had charged the entire amount of Rs 8463 in the first month itself against its claims of deducting through an EMI.

                                    I was naturally shocked as I am a salaried employee and have no other sources of income. The EMI seemed to be a decent option as I could manage it on a month on month basis. I followed up with the bank for checking for any errors if any was done from their side, which turned out to be negative. I was told to contact the insurer.

                                    Now this is an intereting part. The customer care assured me on 24/06/08 that they would convert the transactions to EMI as stated during the sales call and provided a reference no for the same. I was also supposed to receive a call back from the company which never happened. My due dates for payment is approaching so I decided to contact them once more.
                                    To my dismay and surprise the customer care executives say that they cannot convert the transactions into EMI and I need to pay the entire amount or get the policy cancelled.
                                    This time to they said the entire amount would be refunded which i strongly doubt (reference the first experience).

                                    Few questions and learning I would like to share with the fourm.

                                    1) How can a company like TATA AIG employ cheats like those(sales and customer care)?
                                    2) Why the customer care people are so clueless? Give them some training about the working of the company.

                                    Suggestion to the company:

                                    Pls check out for such people who are out in the market to tarnish the image which TATA and AIG has built over centuries. Its nice to be aggressive but at the same time should guard the interests of the customers on whose trust companies are built.

                                    For anyone reading this and is looking for an insurance plan for your family, pls do your homework well in advance, or get cheated like me.

                                    This is getting too frustrating and obnoxioulsy disturbing to be harrased by these companies EVEN AFTER REGISTERING on their DND network.

                                    On receiving a repeated calls from Tata-Aig customer care for Health Care plus policy last month, i have paid the money through my credit card on 2nd of this month.It was told by customer care representative that i would be receiving the policy in a week time, but till date i have not received the policy. I have faced similar problem with Tata Aig when i have insured my 4 wheeler last year August, i have paid amount in the month of august where as i have received policy after making repeated calls to customer care in the month of september last week.
                                    This shows the negligance and improper service by Tata Aig.

I keep on calling them but the answer is always same either they will call back or their system is out of service.

                                    TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE — Non Receipt of Policy after paying the policy Fee

                                    I have booked my policy on 20th of August 2008 and the amount has been debited in my credit card account on the same day. It means that the essential process has been done from your end. I have contacted you people on 12th of September (After 20 days) and registered a complaint about my policy status and the reference no give to me was[protected].

                                    Against my complaint, I got a reply from you on 16th of September that you people will need time to resolve my query. It shows that you people were not really serious about my problem and you are not interested to serve you clients properly.

                                    Please let me know one think, how will you debit in my credit card account without issuing the policy? I have been confirmed through telephone that the policy will be activated immediately and I will get the document within 15 days. I am wondering the way of your working style (Tata Group). I have talked with your Customer care representative Ms.Spurti three times but no any proper actions from your end. Yesterday again I recd a mail from your end that “Your request has forwarded to concern department and we need time to solve this”

                                    What is this? I don’t know really. The way you are working is really pathetic.

                                    I had the same problem while renewing my car insurance policy, next time insured with Oriental.

                                    Regarding Tata AIG Health care plus i suspected the way the tele caller told me, i asked for some kind of literature or brochure sent to my maild id. They could not send me one. Beware of Tata AIG and tele callers as well.
                                    We have very recently purchsed a new Honda Civic, in addition to our more than 27 vehicles in our office. The dealer got the insurance from TATA AIG.

                                    We normaly do Insurances from TATA AIG, but unfortunately, it is surprised to note the premium amount of Rs.41, 288/- whereas we have quote from other Insurance compay as Rs.31, 282/- (after discounn) for the same vehicle. When we asked some other agent of TATA AIG, we were offered 30% discount on the premium value.

                                    Kindly clarify how TATA Aig charged us Rs.41, 288/ on a sum insured amount of Rs.12, 21, 700.

                                    Kindly expedite your reply, so that we can stop the payment accordingly.

                                    I was offered a life insurance policy through HSBC credit card.i opted for it and gave the verbal acceptance to auto debit the premium from my credit card.
                                    recently i broke up the relationship with HSBC so i called up to discontinue the policy from Tata AIG but they suggest me that i can pay the premium through any other credit card so i gave them the details of my other credit card from CITI bank.in this process to my surprise i came to know that TATA AIG is charging me for a policy which i never took from them as it was for Some Mr. Vasoya and premium was going from my credit card. i did not notice that because Tata AIG offered me another polict in addition to my base policy, so i thought that payment was for the additional policy.but acctually the payment done till date of Rs:104610 was for some Mr. Vasoya which is unknown for me.
                                    i have logged a complain and the complain number is :6418423 and the disputed policy number is :BTM[protected]., premium was paid on monthaly basis from Sept 2008.
                                    Now i want the amount and intrest paid for the amount as it was a case of 420 with me.
                                    please suggest and let me know the legal steps.

                                      To start from first, I had a plan of buying a second hand used Ford IKON ( bearing Registration Number : KA 25 MC 311) from a car dealer in R.T. Nagar, Bangalore and in the process to get the finance approval and for this the vehicle should have first party insurance, this was told to me from a dealer. Hence I paid the premium amount to the car dealer and he got this policy cover note through your agent Mr. Prathip, wide Policy Number :[protected], from TATA AIG General Insurance Company Ltd., wide a cover note dated 05.11.2007.
                                      Since there were some holidays because of Diwali festival I didn't even get the approval from financing banks and I also didn't take the delivery of the car from the customer, who was selling the car.
                                      In the mean while I changed my mind and I went ahead taking a new car, Hyundai i10 and immediately I visited your TATA AIG office in Millers Road, Bangalore and informed the same to Mr. Guruprasad, a staff working in your organization. He asked me to give in writing to the manager requesting to cancel the policy number[protected] and he also acknowledge the acceptance of the request to cancel, with seal and signature dated 13th November 2007 and also told me that, I will receive the refund of the money directly from Mumbai, head office through courier with in 15 days.
                                      I wish to say, the behavior of Mr. Guruprasad was too good and I liked the TATA AIG Insurance a lot and hence even I took my new car Hyundai i10 policy also from your insurance company only.
                                      After this I was waiting in a though that, I will receive the refund amount cheque today and tomorrow, but till 17th December 2007, I didn't receive the same. Hence I called Mr. Guruprasad on 17.12.2007 and asked the status about the same and he informed me that he will call me by 18th December 2007 and update me the status, but I didn't receive the call on 18.12.2007.
                                      Hence I called today to know the status of the same and I received the information from an other staff of your by name Mr. Sriram, saying that he is on leave today and also he checked in his system, by taking the policy number from me and he informed me that, still the policy has not been cancelled and it was a shock to me.
                                      Hence I wrote many mails to customer support and spoke to them over telephone also, asking for the early response, but only pre-system generated reply mails were received by me and there is no proper response from the customer support of Tata - AIG General Insurance requesting for to resolve this issue and help me to get the refund at the earliest.
                                      Hence I request any person or organisation to help me in getting the refund and also to get an penaulty from TATA AIG Insurance company for the pressure, mental tension, money spent by me in calling them to follow up the same and also for visiting TATA - AIg Insurance office many times to get the refund.
                                      I have a acknowledgement given by the TATA-AIG General office, with seal and signature of the person, who received the request from me in November 2007.

                                      On 5th April 08, I took my car No. DL 3C AG 9550 Maruti Alto LXI at Rohan Motors c-11 Sector- 1 Noida for repair, as my car met with an accident on 4th April 08 at Noida Express Way.

                                      Since it was my first claim, i was simply following the directives, what so ever were told by the Maruti Service station representative and Mr. Yatharth sharma Tata AIG Surveyar and informed about the complete damage in the car.

                                      Later on i got a call from Tata AIG customer care that my partly claim has been approved, but it is not cash less becasue, date of accident is not right and 2ndly side doors claim we can't give as you did not mentioned the same in claim form. Hence, we are sending you a letter, for your attention and sutaible reply.

                                      This is really unexpectable that, when i am informing each every details then & their and surveyor is not confirming any thing at that time, and after words when i left my car at service center for repair, i got a rubbish / useless call from customer care (TATA AIG) that your claim is not fully settled and also it is not cash less.

                                      Pls look in to the matter and sort it out immediately as my car is available at service center, and needs urgent attention from your end. Pls feel free to call me now for more information on my cell No.[protected].

                                      Motor & Health Insurance — No response from the customer care

                                      I have booked a complain wide reference no. 440544 and 444315 in your customer care centre.
                                      Ref No. - 440544 - In this, I have booked a complain on May 22, 2008 in which I request them to renew my mother's health insurance policy which was expired on May 21, 2008. They told me that policy can be renewed within 7 days of expiry and they promised me that they will send the executive in 1 or 2 days but the executive comes on June 03, 2008 and he collects all the documents but after seven days he replies me that policy will not be renewed and a new policy will be issued for the same.
                                      Ref No. 444315 - I have purchased a Santro Car from Ludhiana in Nov 2007, the insurance of the same has been done by Reliance General Insurance Co., Ludhiana Branch. In March 2008, I have opt for the CNG kit, for which I have requested your customer care centre wide Ref No. 444315 to sen the executive for the endorsement of the same. Mr. Jasbir singh, surveyor from Auto risk Management services pvt ltd., Rajendra Place Branch came on May 27, 2008, he dne the survey (receipt no. 63654). Till yet I haven't got thr reply for the insurance of the same and when I called Mr. Jasbir singh he replied me in a rude way that please contact to the Ludhiana Branch for the same and I have no contact number of the Ludhiana Branch.

                                      In this span of time, I have talked to the customer care centres incharge like Urjita, Daryll, etc all these people promises me that they will resolve the same but till now no response has been received from thei side. Infact I spoke to your customer care on July 05, 2008 to speak to Mr. Daryll (shift incharge) but he was not there and your executive told me that Mr. Daryll will give a call to me on July 07, 2008 but no call has been received till yet.
                                      Kindly look into the matter and reply me.

                                      I took a Health Insurance Policy of TATA-AIG on phone in Aug I was promised that I will get the policy within a month. My verification was done by the accounts dept but I never got the policy. The Transaction number I was given was fake. When I contacted TATA-AIG they did not have any policy in my name and the transaction number had no relevance. In fact last time also when I took home secure policy from TATA-AIG they did not issue me a policy though the money was promptly deducted from my credit card account. I had to show my credit card statement to get a policy. This time its the same story. Money is being deducted from my credit card account without any policy.
                                      When I wrote to customer service dept. I am getting a standerd answer since more than a month that 'please give more time'.
                                      I have written more than 4 times but same reply. On the other hand money is being deducted from my credit card account every month. TATA-AIG is a fraud company.

                                      I really appreciate someone to call me and chek on this. If this is the attitude then i would not prefer doing business with TATA AIG.

                                      My simple question was last year i paid around 4400 as my premium, and why is my premium higher this year. I think there is no body to check on this from your end so God Help.

                                      Me being with AIG for so long and if this is waht AIG has to give me i am sorry to say i would not like to do business with AIG. This is a competetive world if i get a better deal for the same Comprehensive Coverage bad luck AIG .

                                      Request to AIG : Don't turn your work place as a Gov't office attitude.
