[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Tata indicom is worst Internet sevice provider

I have taken Tata Indicom Broad band Internet connection about 2 months ago and I am sorry to say that Tata Indicom is failed to provide me a service 10% of that Airtel connection that I am using before. I have given 4 moths payment as advance and if you trace the Internet usage you will come to know that in the periop of two months i was able to recieve internet connection less then 1 month. After I got the internet connectivity the connection was gone within one week and after 15 days when i fed up with your customer care i rush to your nodal office at GK1. Now After that it was good till 19 sept. After that I haven't recived any ineternet connectivity. I called custemer care and they have given me Complaint ID-3690984. but no action at all. Now its nearly two week and I havent use your Inernet. I have Even the no of your Technician of my area Mr. Avinash. I talk to him also but still no progress. What should I do.

Totally agree. they are worst. No one should take Tata Indicom connection.
Prompt action must be taken on the complaint. Otherwise it will be an apt example of big names ringing hollow from inside!

Its very good connection with 2 Mbps download speed. I advice everyone to take it. For any inquiry, pls. contact 60607070.
I m using tataindicom since 4-5 month.they are not supporting me at any way when i say something they used to say yes i m coming but after that they don't take any action and for solving minor problem also they take 1-2 month which work can be done within max 20-30 min.they have wasted time and money of mine now they don't allow me to dicharge their connection and don't also help to me.So i request u people not again come for tataindicom connection.
I am also using connection of TataIndicom, But I fell that it was the wastage of my time and money, I am always good with AirTel connection. When I talk to customer care they said We will short out your problem as soon as possible, but I got connectivity after 15 or 20 days and after using 5 or 10 days it again disconnected , I doesn't know abt the problem but most of the I face this problem.
I totally agree with the fact that this is very same full that company like TATA is giving Such a pathatic service not in internet but also in other area's of telecommuntication they must take some serius steps towards the employees that are working for them. and in my opinion they must shutdown thier telecom sector.

wanted to use all bad word to praise these peolply.
unfit to do this bussiness.i am having connection from past 2 years,max i have used connection for ony one month.
worst customer care service.but one thing they will do very promptly is sending the bill without fail.
if customer has made one day delay payment will disconnect connection.on september 29th i had raised compliant
still they hav nt solved the problem.complaint id : 3920720.

we have to kick all big peoples in tata indicom broadband and wake up them.
It has been very very painful experience taking tata indicom mobile connecion.Before expiry of one year guarantee period the set(INDICOM STAR) was not running well,bettery was becoming hot and no incoming and outgoing callls were not connected.There is no service centre available where I am staying,so I deposited my set at the nearest collection centre well before expiry of the guarantee period.But the service centre at Raipur refused to repair the set free of cost on the ground that the same has been them after expiry of the guarantee period.The issue was taken up with the local Tata sales Representative from time to time without any positive result.

I have also raised the issue with tata mumbai office but no result has come out.
I have taken BSNL connection with which I am quite satisfied.
I am frustrated too with their so called "BAZING SPEED" ON THE PLUG TO SURF CDMA DEVICE,
Iwas promised 144Kbps what I actually get is6-8 Kbps, usually much less. The web pages simply refuse to open and when they do its real pace.

I am sorryyyy that I was "Kajoled into buying this. A sheer waste of money.

I agree tata internet is pathetic, i have lost my clients due to their poor service ...i m not writing much on this coz i cant express my fustration with using foul language dont want to waste any of my energy over tata people ...pathetic service!!!
I completely agree with the Service which "TataIndicom" provides to the customers. Previously, i had a Pre-Paid Broadband connection. Enquiry and installation was swift, but most of the times the link would down.Once in a blue moon you would get a chance to connect to internet. After getting a connection form them, you job would be to call Customer Care to book multiple complaints and talk to Area Manager to explain them and try to get the issue resolved. But, they are too smart in making all false promises. Be aware, the technicians would happily close the complaints if they extends beyond 24 hours by just updating some bull reasons. And in my case, the Area Manager would pick the very first call during which he would promise to fix the issue ASAP and will also promise to provide a status update within a hour or so. As-usual you won't be getting any callback as promised.If you call him again, he would happily ignore you by telling he was/is busy in meeting !!! Doubt what these fit for nothing bull discuss in the meetings.

Bottomline: Worst service & Completely Unprofessional. Never ever think of taking a Broadband connection from them. It has been 4 months, since i disconnected their service, still i am feeling the pain, the frustration which i had experienced.

My fone bills are shooting up by calling these people plus connecting fone to internet..
I had taken Tata Indicom Wi Max connection on 4/11/2008, 256 Kbps Unlimited, and for this I had already paid around 3700 INR,
But from the first day itself I am not getting connectivity, and ocasionally it connects, since then I logged almost 5-6 complaints, but no one visited to fix this problem. And when I ask for the status of the complaint they simply says that they have already closed the complaint as they saw usage from my side. I already told them that yes ocasionally connects, but my question is do they log how many times hours and days customer had attemped to get this connectivity.
Everyday I return from office and spends almost an hour and two hour to get the connectivity.

Finally I decided to cancel this connection, then these shameless people says that I won't get my remaining 3 months money back.

If anyone is listening then can you please advise me what to do now? I tried everything which was possible, now my last hope is this site, Please help me. Money is not the matter but I am feeling fooled and cheated, this is realling hurting me and still these people are flourishing. I want to stop these people to cheat others. Please help me.

Currently I have got a wi fi connection having user id somnath_sarkar75. The connection was installed on 26.10.2008 and I was promised a free laser printer with the connection by the girl in the customer care whom I was requesting for the connection. The cheque for the payment was collected by your executive Mr. Bipin Baliyan (Tel no. [protected]) and Tata receipt number for the same was 1614097. Since the forms that I was filling up did not have the mention of the offer he had himself written at the back of the receipt "Free HP Laser Printer After Installation" and put his signature on the same.

I had once checked with Tata customer care a month into the connection and was assured that I will be delivered the printer once my connection was a month old.

Today (24.01.2009) as was enquiring about the connection and the offer, Tata customer care executive (Mr. Sudhir) had informed that I am not entitled to any free printer and that the offer was not valid at the time of installation in Ghaziabad.

This is to formally register complaint against fradulent methods undertaken by the company to add new customers.

I would take the matter to media and to consumer cell in case the grievance is not redressed at your level.

Pathetic attitude towards solving problems, they never solve it and just raise docket numbers assuirng you that they will solve. But never solves. I think their IT systems across functions are not synchronized. Billing gives you one info while account management gives you another info. A big flop.

uim card blocked

MY Tata indicom prepaid CDMA mobile-HUAWEI C2607 has been blocked and showing Uim card is Blocked.. Pls tell me how can i getrid off this problem or how to solve it????
