Intermittent Service

Hi,
I had taken WiMax broadband connection of TataIndicom in August. My area of service is GurappanPalya, Bangalore. The service is so pathetic that I'm unable to get the service continuiously. It's so intermittent that I need to wait for hours together once I boot my system to access the internet. I've done so many complaints to Customer Care but they always try to do some troubleshooting as their standard practice....

No Connection since 14 days

TATA Indicom Walky

I have registered the above mentioned telephone connection in my Father's name.
The primary purpose of buying this phone was for internet, as TATA has a good tariff plans for internet usage (or else I would have easily settled for Reliance).
When I took this connection, I was informed that a data cable is required for this phone, which TATA don't supply. I have to procure the data cable from the market.

As i am responsible citizen of india, i came to know that in your call center one man name shymashish m shrivastava is working . he is not at all a good man.he is rapist.he was in jail also.and he had showed 12th marksheet which is fake.he made it from bihar. as he is not passed 10th exam .i[censored] want to crosscheck than from indira gandhi school pimpri batch no.86 check it.he is admmited in d.y.patil mental hospital...

Unnecessary Welcome Tune From Service Provider

Dear Sir,

From last two years I am using Tata Indicom Sim (Mobile No:- [protected]), but now a days company is charging me unnecessary for welcome tune, for which I have not made any request. Form last month they are charging me 1Rs for every day.

very slow speeds.

The cited speed is 230 kbps. but my connection is nowhere near it. even my friends having dial up are have faster access to the net. although i sacrifice the picture quality to attain high speeds, it doesn't make any damn difference. I think we are being cheated. I paid 2800 bucks on this thing & i cant even have an above avg. service....

i m really really unhappy to take connection of walkytalky from tataindicom. i bring the handset on 2nd of june and it deactivate on 3rd june i call customer care i speak with zonal manager and general manager they we will resolved your problem untill today there is no response...;ha ha ha tata

dear sir/ma'am
i had bought a samsung mobile on 22 april 2008 and it is not working properly since the day i bought it hangs all the time. and i was sent to service centre by tata main shop. i got it mended but problem remains the same. and now they are asking me to leave my mobile to the service centre for few days.

Incomplete Information Given - Wrong Bill Generated

I got a HSIA - High Speed Internet USB Modem from Tata Indicom on 20 Aug 08. The boys who came to install the device took INR 3360/- and took a couple of signatures on a form which they said they will fill up for me and left.

Before leaving they told me that I can do upto 3 GB download for free each month for the first 2 months. (1 GB as per plan + 2 GB for the first 2 months as a promotional offer.)

Connection Transfer

I had a connection with TataIndicom Broadband which I requested to move to my new address ( from Mulund to Powai, in Mumbai) in May-08. I placed the request after referring to their website, which indicated that Mulund-East ( Pin Code 400081 ) was a feasible area. i have installed a Tata Indicom coin box at my nursing home - M.G.Sarawgi Seva Niketan, Near Petrol Pump, Kanke Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
After many reminders to Mr. Sushil Kedia the local distributor for the product he has still not recharged my box. I have informed him to recharge my box 10 days back and after that he has been reminded twice but still he has not get it done.
