I recharged my Mob. [protected] from my ICICI Bank A/c. for Rs.100/- on 8th October with transaction ID:[protected], but still no credit is been passed on to my Account.
Dear sir,

I am a prepaid customer for the last one year. My no is [protected]. I used to recharge my mobile with the special card offer of RS 30 for mobile to mobile 49paise tata to tata 10 pasie.
One retailer said that there is one scheme of RS 251 for life time special offer for mobile to mobile 49paise and tata to tata 10paise. we need not put Rs 30 for every month. it is life time offer. So i have recharged for RS 251 on 8 th october. he recharged through the ECS option. On that day evening i just confirm with the Customer care officer . he also told that u r in special offer for life time. But today 9th october i just make a call for only 2 mts. But the charge for that two minutes is 75 paise for a minute. so i have called the customer care and thay said that ur plan has changed from 49 paiset o 75 paise valid for 6 months only. kindly help me to get back the money or change the scheme.

Please guide me what procedure do i have to follow to get it recharge, & kindly provide the address in gurgaon if i've to go to any outlet & get it recharge.
N please tell me the procedure of online payment as well.

i got a message from tata indicom that if i recharge with a minimum of rs.25 then they will give me an extra 100 local minutes on all networks and i recharged my mobile with the given amount but i have not got any intimation from tata indicom that they have given it to me or not

    Hi,
    I had taken WiMax broadband connection of TataIndicom in August. My area of service is GurappanPalya, Bangalore. The service is so pathetic that I'm unable to get the service continuiously. It's so intermittent that I need to wait for hours together once I boot my system to access the internet. I've done so many complaints to Customer Care but they always try to do some troubleshooting as their standard practice. Again when I reboot my system, the problem persists. The service engineer also visited the place but of no help. I'm running short of patience and have no clue of next step. TataIndicom has also taken 4 months money in advance. I feel cheated now. I gave the advance on the trust of the TATA brand but now I feel It was a grave mistake.

    I am facing serious internet connection problem these days. This is the second time that the connection broken this month. Earlier, the connection was good and fast.

    Please investigate and fix this problem asap.

      Have been Complaining to Tata Indicom Broadband for No Connectivity since last 12 days and and have mailed all senior people Including Nodal Officer Ashwini, Mr Devendra Bane who is the technical head but these people seem the least bothered and ignorant or maybe they are being paid for doing nothing as per thier attitude .Inspite of 15 mails and more than 100 calls to all of them from the technical head to the Onfield Executives i have just realised that they are the worst service providers in the country. In fact even other network providers are hundred times better than them atleast they have the courtesy to revert back on every compliant but here in Tata they just seem to ignore the problem very conveniently. A request to all people who are thinking of going in for Tata PLs pls pls for your own health and wealth sake pls dont ever take a Tata Connection unless you wish to cause heartaches and torture to yourself mentally .

        I have registered the above mentioned telephone connection in my Father's name.
        The primary purpose of buying this phone was for internet, as TATA has a good tariff plans for internet usage (or else I would have easily settled for Reliance).
        When I took this connection, I was informed that a data cable is required for this phone, which TATA don't supply. I have to procure the data cable from the market.
        I couldn't get the data cable in market untill last week, as it was out of stock (as informed by the dealer/distributor).

        Somehow, I managed to get the data cable on 12/08/2008. I tried using the installation CD. The CD was corrupt.
        I had to go back to the dealer/distributor to replace the CD. I got the CD replaced.
        I completed the installation, however, I was not able to connect to the internet, as a new error would pop up everytime I use internet.
        I called up the customer care on 16/08/2008 complaining about the same.
        A complaint was registered and I was informed that an engineer would come and visit my place within next 12 hours. i got a call from the engineer informing he will visit in the evening. That evening no one turned up.
        I called up next day at customer care, I was informed that the technical team does not work on Sundays and I will have to wait till Monday.
        From that day onwards, I have been calling atleast thrice everyday to TATA Indicom Customer Care.
        I was promised a call back many a times by the engineers and Team Leaders, but many a times this promise was not fullfilled.

        Still my problem remains unresolved.

        Sub: Complaint regarding service at Phone No:[protected] or is it[protected]?



        Dear Sir,



        We had purchased a GCC Walky connection. The relevant Invoice No is 12008-09/[protected] dated[protected] for Rs. 899 and another one 12008-09/[protected] dated for Rs. 100/= . The material description given in Invoices are[protected]NIU LG LSP 350T and[protected]GCC Walky7 Coimbatore-(TN).



        Mr.E.Murugesh- Team Leader-Sales whose CDMA Mobile No is[protected] whose office address is given as N014. Puliakulam Road, Coimbatore came to Activate the Phone. It did not work. No proper receipt for Rs.1500 cash given by us has been given so far.



        As the Phone set did not work, it was taken back by him. He said that he will get a new Phone Instrument with in one day. After that we had contacted his office (Phone No:[protected] and his Cell Phone No many times. So far no new replacement has been given to us.



        He is not responding. No body in the above office where this Phone is situated is answering in a responsible manner. Evasive commitments are given and they are not kept up at all.



        Meanwhile we got the Phone no as[protected]. We asked for a different number similar to our BSNL Phone and were told that new Phone number allotted is[protected]. We have also received a Bill no[protected] dated[protected] – Account no[protected] dated[protected] for Rs15/=



        We sent one of our People to the Pulakulam Office twice, one on 5th and second time on 7th Jan. He was not allowed to meet the Manager in-charge, even after he specifically asked for a meeting.



        The situation is that we do not have any Tata Phone with us at present. It is over 3 weeks now. We are dismayed at the cavalier treatment meted out by your people.



        We also want to make a point that any Billing and rental should be charged only after a proper activation of the Phone. We should not be asked to pay the above Bill or any period from[protected] until new instrument is installed properly.



        We expect proper response or demand that the amount of Rs.1500 given should be returned immediately on receipt this letter, failing which we would be forced to seek proper legal remedy.

        This was a prepaid phone and was using for a long time. But suddenly my phone has been disconnected.
        I am asking a request for reactivating this phone. I have also other Tata phones and I am proud to be its cutomer. So will Uplease reactivate my Tata Indicom Walky so that I can continue getting its good services

          respected madam,
          As i am responsible citizen of india, i came to know that in your call center one man name shymashish m shrivastava is working . he is not at all a good man.he is rapist.he was in jail also.and he had showed 12th marksheet which is fake.he made it from bihar. as he is not passed 10th exam .i[censored] want to crosscheck than from indira gandhi school pimpri batch no.86 check it.he is admmited in d.y.patil mental hospital for 2 month.in 1986.he talks nicely but when his temper will rise nobody can imagin.due to him his father also died.he tried to stabbed his father with knife.this all i am telling, i don't want any lady suffer from him.he is very violent person i have seen in my life.
          he was working in my hotel then he was involved with many wrong thing.which i can, t write.due to him only one man name harsh is suffering with AIDS
          i[censored] will not take any action against him than i have to tell police about his fake marksheet.then i have to copied all this to police of pimpri.

            Dear Sir,

            From last two years I am using Tata Indicom Sim (Mobile No:- [protected]), but now a days company is charging me unnecessary for welcome tune, for which I have not made any request. Form last month they are charging me 1Rs for every day.

            After activating welcome tune from company itself, even without any request from my side, they have replied me with a SMS, which is saying that "Due to your balance, you have been subscribed to welcome tunes for 15 days. You have been charged Rs. 15 for it." Which in itself is a proof that company is charging me meaninglessly.

            After every 15 days, company is renewing welcome tunes and deducting 15 Rs for that.I have all SMS which i received from company regarding welcome tunes.

            After taking several efforts to contact their poor call center which full of inefficiency, they said we will not refund your money. Now After my request they have deactivated welcome tunes.

            Please help me out to get my money back and learn a lesson to company for their poor services and malpractices.

              respected sir,
              I beg to state that i am a loyal tata customer from two years but there is a problem with me from last 15 days that i am haunted by company hello tunes activation thay activate automaticly on my two conections these two conections are in prepaid plan of five year tata to tata outgoing free from this activation i automaticlly get started lossing my balance to pay in welcome tunes which is not needed by me this all sms comes in late night and if i wont ansawer them they activate in later six hours.
              this gives me financial loss and i got some mental herresment also. I taken these conections for my facility but now thay r giving me mental torchers . I also requested to ur local authority but he says that ull have to face this sms and we are not able to help u. After facing a long problem i thought to mail u and i expect that as per guideline of supreme court order not to heress any customer by giving him unwanted call and sms by the companyif not need them u will help me and provide me the actual facility for this i will be waitng for your reply.

              MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]. I DON'T WANT CALL ME TUNES WHICH WAS WRONGLY WRING WHEN MY NUMBER DIALED. I SEND SMS TO TATA INDICOM SERVICE NUMBER 03 DAYS AGO TO STOP CALL ME TUNE. BUT STILL IT WRINGING.

                The cited speed is 230 kbps. but my connection is nowhere near it. even my friends having dial up are have faster access to the net. although i sacrifice the picture quality to attain high speeds, it doesn't make any damn difference. I think we are being cheated. I paid 2800 bucks on this thing & i cant even have an above avg. service.
                I've been using this USB Modem from last 8 months. First 1 and half month, it was working good but after that...I am not agree with the terms of Tata Indicom, as they were saying that speed will be above 153.6 k.b.p.s.. Speed reality is 44 k.b.p.s..

                One day it was coming 776 Bytes, shameful speed.

                Day Speed: Not more than 30 K.b.p.s. to 68 K.b.p.s.
                Night Speed: Not more than 88 K.b.p.s. to 102 K.b.p.s.

                DAMN...! Customer Care is unable to solve this problem.
                They are saying that it is depend on area.

                I will urge to those who are thinking about purchasing this stupid product or who have recently purchased, leave this facility and forget this product.

                  i m really really unhappy to take connection of walkytalky from tataindicom. i bring the handset on 2nd of june and it deactivate on 3rd june i call customer care i speak with zonal manager and general manager they we will resolved your problem untill today there is no response...;ha ha ha tata

                  i hope atleast you help to get out of this thing..
                  not only diagree if there some word to tell i will go for that i hate tata indicom executives ...
                  since my old tata indicom mobile has been not working beacuse of software base no. i went to the tataondicom centre shop in kalkaji
                  before three days at around 6:00 PM to take my new sim of same no. they that today sim are finise so please come tommorow then i went next day same time 6:30 PM kalkaji tataindicom outlet then they said new sim will be issue from their outlet lajpat nagar A 78.
                  After that on third day i went to tataindicom outlet at lajpat nagar A 78 same time 6:30 PM they also said me that sim are finised so please come tommorow at 12:00 noon .i want to complaint that they waisting my time and not prforming their work honestly.so please help me out[protected], [protected]

                  I have purchased new tata indicom sim for rs. 200 with Rs.100 talktime from retailer 2 days back but when i insert my sim on my old cdma mobile (SCH S109) . This is asking for "enter a valid sim" . Immediately i went to tata indicom outlet but to my surprise they told "new sim will not work on old mobile" . In fact, they are not ready to take back my new sim .Now what should i do with my new sim if this is not working on old tata cdma mobile ? . I could have not purchased that sim if they had informed me before . Not understand, What for they are changing the software in the sim ? They may come up after 2 yrs "saying all new sims will not work in old mobiles" Hence we need to throw our old cdma phone and again need to purchase new cdma mobiles after 2 yrs . This is really REDICULOUS!!! . I belive this is one type of marketing they are doing for selling their mobiles which is VERY BAD!!!

                    dear sir/ma'am
                    i had bought a samsung mobile on 22 april 2008 and it is not working properly since the day i bought it hangs all the time. and i was sent to service centre by tata main shop. i got it mended but problem remains the same. and now they are asking me to leave my mobile to the service centre for few days.

                    and when i bought the mobile and filed the complaint, they were saying if yr problem is not solved then they will give me another mobile but now they are refusing.

                      Dear sir,
                      I was using a WLL & Sim both post paid of Tata indicom, Since last year i am tring to disconect both the connections despite givein them application in writing & duly stamped by them for disconection but till now it has not been disconnected .And see their courage they are sending the bill
                      I think they dosen't know about consumer forum, I am seriously going to take them in consumer froum, Then only they will understand what happens if they cheat costomers .
                      I think Tata has forgotten what happens in Singur(W.B).

                        Dear Tata Indicom Team,

                        This is to very regretfully inform you that inspite of the few mails sent a few months back the standards of your service have dropped even further down in the past couple of weeks.

                        Now I am unable to even access sites like Gmail, or Google, as stated earlier pages take several minutes to load and session gets disrupted number of times. To add to the woes of a customer, your telephone helplines are always busy or not reachable. Kindly take some time to answer my below queries:

                        Why does your esteemed company advertise a network speed of 256 KBPS when it cannot deliver the same in a city like mumbai?

                        Despite repeated mails from highly unsatisfied customers why hasnt something been done to resolve this issue and if something has been done then why arent there any results?

                        Please let me know what are the minimum service standards (if any) that have been committed by your company for Plug to sur[censored]sers.

                        Also the so called 'Speed Plus' Software which is supposed to increase the network speed actually worsens the performance. Some of your representatives said that it is not compatible with Windows since it is disrupted by windows firewall. Please let mek know why does your company recommend the use of a product which is incompatible with the most commonly used Operating system in India.

                        I would really appreciate if I can get a satsfactory answer to my questions as well as a resolution to my problem.

                        Dear Team TATA is a very reputed Indian brand and we as a loyal customer do expect certain value for our hard earned money. So kindly do whatever possible to provide the service that is expected from your esteemed brand.

                        the connection is always dropped in intervals of 10, 20, 30 minutes. the speed is very poor most of the time and the download speed is alsovery low. my modem no is [protected]. please get my problem solved.
                        this is ksrmurty having used the usb modem form wo years . Know it is very slow in connectiety and also not showing the signals at the window TX.

                        I find that here if a fesility to up date the technology to this connection.

                        I request you to advise, please arrange the usb modem to up-date technology on net when we connect to net.
                        It is also advised the antivirus technology to remove the virus form usb modem will be provided to get fast .

                        some times it is automatically shut downs automatically may please be rectified.
                        Very very poor connectivity. Does not connect at all, in places like central kanpur, Moti Bagh New Delhi, Nerul Navi Mumbai, Jodhpur etc etc. Tatas should wake up to to survive.

                          I got a HSIA - High Speed Internet USB Modem from Tata Indicom on 20 Aug 08. The boys who came to install the device took INR 3360/- and took a couple of signatures on a form which they said they will fill up for me and left.

                          Before leaving they told me that I can do upto 3 GB download for free each month for the first 2 months. (1 GB as per plan + 2 GB for the first 2 months as a promotional offer.)

                          This is all they told me.

                          I had asked them to enroll me for the INR Rs. 800 plan which offered the above specifications.

                          On 29th out of my own interest I called them. They told me that for the 9 days o[censored]sage they have billed me INR 5800/- after giving me a discount of INR 1900/-. So ineffect they have billed me about about INR 7000/-.

                          I have only downloaded 2.6 GB in these 9 days. My bill should have been INR 800/- or less.

                          All this information was given to me by a supervisor Ramya. She put me on to Kiran from the billing department.

                          Was told by kiran that she will take care of the situation and I will be charged only 250 to 300. was advised to call tata and get the bill amount.

                          Called TATA on Sep 3. Santhosh .. told me that bill was 5000+. requested for Kiran. she took senthils number and said that she will have the bill reworked. gave the docket number ..[protected] ..[protected]



                          I have done total 2600 to 2700 mb of downloads.

                          Around 5th or 6th naveena called and said that the sales team had given me correct information. i told her that i am not complaining that there was any wrong information. I told her that incomplete information was given because of which wrong bill has been generated. she said that someone will call back in a day. no one did.

                          11 sep .. recd the bill with 5539/-. called tata. vinod said that naveena closed the case. asked him to reopen the case and escalate this ..

                          kannan gave me new docket number ..[protected]. told him to please copy all the info from old ticket to the new one. told him to tell me that they cant help me if they are going to close the case.

                          Sent an email to the Board of directors. no response from them.
                          The internet is full of similar complaints about Tata Indicom.
                          Today also Michael a customer support guy called and said that the bill is correct. He was not even aware of my plan.

                          Please help.

                              I am attaching my conversation with tata indicom executives, that will explain the quality of service provided by tata Indicom.
                              Hi,

                              Either tataindicom executives thought that consumers are fool or tataindicom executives are trying to be smart enough.As usual this is happening to me second time that i received a call from tataindicom executive and could not have words with him about the issue then received a mail from tataindicom customer care that we had a conversation with you and your are happy with the solution Bla...Bla...

                              Yes i received a call from Tataindicom executive(Tel no:[protected])but i was busy in another call so requested him to give me a call after half an hour and he accepted that then i disconnected the call.So there was nothing that we had any conversation on any of my issue.

                              Below a mail again shows the service quality provided by the Tataindicom.

                              And this time its enough now i cannot have guts to avail such kind of worst services. so you are requested to please disconnect my connection form the next month.

                              Is there anybody who can help me out to escalate these issue further to some one else because None of the Nodal officer(regional Or HQ)have ear to listen their customers; else i have to escalate this somewhere else.

                              Today i received a call from tataindicom customer care regarding down time credit.And i have been conveyed that its not possible in this case because my account is showing data download during down time.

                              i conveyed that i was unable to browse my internet for approx 3 weeks.As far as download is concerned, In previous month i have added some links in my download manager and that was the reason of data download.And yes rediff mail was also working during that period.
                              On this issue i had words with the regional nodal officer but it seems that all tataindicom officers has pre-decided mind not to get into the issue properly(during his conversation with CC executive he was continuously confirming to him that he will not consider the down time).

                              I could not find any reason to pay my downtime rent.If you want to take any action against this you can disconnect my connection.
                              Or i have to do that because there is no fun of having a such kind of worst internet connection where consumer has to log 4-5 complains every month and have to pay complete month rent when actual working days are not more then 20 and this time it would be nearly 15.

                              I am using tataindicom from more then 7 months and continuously having issues with my connectivity.

                              But this time I am really sorry to say that i am not happy with your services and rally wanna to get rid off this.

                              Tata Indicom Broad Band — Worst kind of Service Quality

                              I am attaching my conversation with tataindicom executives which explain the quality of service provided by tataindicom.
                              Hi,

                              Either tataindicom executives thought that consumers are fool or tataindicom executives are trying to be smart enough.As usual this is happening to me second time that i received a call from tataindicom executive and could not have words with him about the issue then received a mail from tataindicom customer care that we had a conversation with you and your are happy with the solution Bla...Bla...

                              Yes i received a call from Tataindicom executive(Tel no:[protected])but i was busy in another call so requested him to give me a call after half an hour and he accepted that then i disconnected the call.So there was nothing that we had any conversation on any of my issue.

                              Below a mail again shows the service quality provided by the Tataindicom.

                              And this time its enough now i cannot have guts to avail such kind of worst services. so you are requested to please disconnect my connection form the next month.

                              Is there anybody who can help me out to escalate these issue further to some one else because None of the Nodal officer(regional Or HQ)have ear to listen their customers; else i have to escalate this somewhere else.

                              Today i received a call from tataindicom customer care regarding down time credit.And i have been conveyed that its not possible in this case because my account is showing data download during down time.

                              i conveyed that i was unable to browse my internet for approx 3 weeks.As far as download is concerned, In previous month i have added some links in my download manager and that was the reason of data download.And yes rediff mail was also working during that period.
                              On this issue i had words with the regional nodal officer but it seems that all tataindicom officers has pre-decided mind not to get into the issue properly(during his conversation with CC executive he was continuously confirming to him that he will not consider the down time).

                              I could not find any reason to pay my downtime rent.If you want to take any action against this you can disconnect my connection.
                              Or i have to do that because there is no fun of having a such kind of worst internet connection where consumer has to log 4-5 complains every month and have to pay complete month rent when actual working days are not more then 20 and this time it would be nearly 15.

                              I am using tataindicom from more then 7 months and continuously having issues with my connectivity.

                              But this time I am really sorry to say that i am not happy with your services and rally wanna to get rid off this.

                              Please refer the above cited letters. The same complaint is still pending and nobody was attended for the rectification of the fault till date. Your dead instrument is kept in my office as a showcase material of TATA Memorial momentum. Please note, I am clearly specify in my above cited letters, that if you are unable/not knowing to the rectification of the fault of system please return my money and take back your useless instrument immediately.

                              I lodged the complaint on 27/08/2008 vide doket No:[protected]. 43 Days are over are over, the complaint still persist. If you are unable to rectify the faults in time what is the use of name brand as TATA. This is a type of cheat for collecting money from the poor customers like me. Is this way TATA made money and perform a noble businessman. In my experience you are No. 1 cheating company in the world. At the installation of the above parsec point, your sales manger given assurance that, another parsec point will be issued at a of minimum distance one kilometer. Now, another one more point you issued at a distance of minimum 500 mtrs distance from my office. Your parsec point is a huge loss for me. But I am waiting for adding of new services which may minimize these losses. Without supporting me, you are taken interest for giving a new parsec telephone to near my office which is having a minimum distance of 500 Mtrs, the instrument is clearly working also. Your service personals purposely made defective to my parsec point and giving full support to the other agency who is working nearby. After the installation of your parsec point I am not got any services what you are assured at the supply/installation time. If you are verifying my bank account you can clearly know the facts. It is suspected that the instrument is not matching with the software recently installed by you. Hence you are once again request you to rectify the fault or replacement or return of my deposit of the material ( ie., Instrument, UPS and Printer) on or before three days, I will take legal action against you to consumer court for my loss and mental torture.

If you are verifying your complaint dockets, you will get all the details of the complaints which are still persisting. Recently one of your men came to the shop and upgraded the Parsec machine with new software. After that, I cannot dial any telephone no or your complaint number for registering the complaints. After the up gradation of the instrument the following defects are newly generated. Several times, I lodged several complaints regarding its working, performance, and delay in getting of your customer supports. But till date nobdy turns up for a remedy for these complaints. For attending of fault level as compare with other telecom companies, which is very very poor? I am taken your parsec connection because of the TATA name. Because he was a great man and he only the man to spend all his efforts to make the company as No:1 in India. But the people like you, which will spoil very easily that which he develops his entire life. So I strongly insist you, if you are unable to rectify the defects on or before 7 Days, you are requested to take back your showcase material and reimburse my money immediately.

                              My younger brother 17 years old got a call from the number provided and told by the lady that we are offering you a new scheme where you will get a camera as a gift and a new connection in which your all outgoing tata to tata calls are free for life time and you need to pay Rs 1200 to avail this offer.
                              The very next day the executive came to my brother with a local camera, which cost is not more than 200 Rs. and took the 1200 rupees payment he also provided a new sim to him. There was no mobile number mentioned anywhere Either on the receipt o or on the SIM. He left by taking neccessary documents and promising that your number will start after 2 hours.
                              I am following with the provided numbers regularly but not getting any satisfactory reply regarding activation, the only thing I got is mobile number which is [protected]. (still not activated)
                              The executives are not picking up the phone now. I asked them to tell me the address of the DSA where they are sitting but nothing has been provided the only thing I know is that they are sitting in Rohini.
                              Please let me know what I do now as a customer about the said problem. I m going to consumer court if I did not get any satisfactory reply from you as my brother is also not mature. I will logged the case by my brother only who is Minor.
                              this is very bad to provide us a very poor network connection which is giving a very meagre speed of around 2 to 23kbps as you have promised to give us very good network speed as we have taken 256kbps speed.The airtel and bsnl services are far better at a very meagre price they are providing a good service.so i'm opting to shift to that network.

                                I had a connection with TataIndicom Broadband which I requested to move to my new address ( from Mulund to Powai, in Mumbai) in May-08. I placed the request after referring to their website, which indicated that Mulund-East ( Pin Code 400081 ) was a feasible area. For the same reason I got my account renewed with a 3-month package thinking it will be moved in 1-2 weeks and I can start using it again. This renewal made my outstanding balance reach a figure of 6000/-, and that's why I don't plan to move to a new ISP/connection.

                                I riased several request from their portal, but everytime the CustCare/nodal-Officer will get back to me saying that the "Area is not feasible". I contacted their senior manager on the same issue, but no response from him too.

                                The "Area Sales Representative" for TataIndicom and local Service Provider have asked me to apply for a new connection which I will get in a day or two. He even supplied me the forms. When I informed NodalOffice and CustCare about this, they still gave me the same reply.

                                I have the complete email-thread with me, let me know if you can help me in this case.

                                I have been off the Net for a week now, from last Thursday, 11th December, 2008. After giving in complaints the only information we get is that there is cable fault and the work is being carried out. It is really not acceptable that a broadband connection can be non-fuctional for mre than a week now.

                                  We are the users of TATA Indicom USB internet modem. I just would like to know that what could be internet surfing charges, after we have used up our 1800 free min/month. If we have not used our 1800min, is there will be any charge despite of monthly rental charges.

                                  hello sir i have a post paid connection my no is [protected] i have to take this connection on the month jully but due to ranging miss use my phone by clonning i have a problem of network and services but i am shocked when i come to know that i have to paid 3500 bill i have to take the 150 plane or before the month i have recieved this bill . please disconnected my sim . i never be paid this bill.
                                  I bought Tata indicom Pre-paid Go-data USB modem 3 months before.
                                  It was working fine.I used to recharge often.

                                  After plugging and green light is ON, I click Dial-up icon.
                                  A window pops-up.After clicking "Connect"

                                  Then following message appear on screen one-by-one.
                                  1) Modem initialising
                                  2) Port Opened
                                  3) Authenticating
                                  4) Authenticated

                                  But later on a new window opens with following message:
                                  "Error 721:Remote computer did not respond."
                                  It was showing balance of Rs.170/- and validity upto August 2010.

                                  What could be the problem?

                                    Dear sir,
                                    You caused a lot of inconvenience to me by shifting my mobile prepaid number [protected] rpt [protected] to some unauthorised person on 11th september 2008 evening.
                                    On 11th september evening I found my mobile was not functioning and after one hour I tried to my mobile from another mobile and astonished got the answer from a person at Kakinada who was unauthorisedly allotted my mobile number to him at Kakinada Tataindicom shop rpt Tataindicom shop. I quarrelled with him and he sent the simcard he was provided by Kakinada Tataindicom shop directly to my address, 4.290 godugupeta, Machilipatnam.521001.
                                    I went to the Tataindicom shop at Machilipatnam rpt Tataindicom shop at Machilipatnam and told the story. They simply told that it would be easily solved. They collected Rs. 200/ and an interchange card or like that they tried with the sim i gave them got from Kakinada customer.They told that the problem would be solved within few hours and they put a complaint with customercare centre or like that. After 48 hours passed your customercare centre closed the complaint and again Machilipatnam Tataindicom shop persons again made a complaint and after 24 hours they asked to meet at Vijayavada Samsurg service centre and customer centre Vijayavada Gandhinagar. With tears and grief in my heart I went to Vijayavada service centre gandhinagar on 16th and they told me to go at service centre of samsung service centre vijayavada. Again I went to samsung service centre and they told that could not be recovered because that was the system of that set.
                                    Now your tataindicom put me on the public road and make me to weep so that all journals have to come and record my painful story caused by your Kakinada tatashop and the steps you are not taking any useful to me ...
                                    Cant you settle my serious problem if you have a business attitude with heart rpt a business attitude with heart...

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                                      I purchased a new Pre Paid mobile connection. - [protected] from Tata True value Shop Akash Telecom New Panvel. Following documents required for address proof and Id were given to the shop.

                                      Id Proof - Copy of passport
                                      Address proof - copy of electricity bill

                                      On 6th Sept 09 I got a call from Tata Indicom Customer Care That Tata Indicom Representative will be visiting my residence for address verification on 7th Sept 09. However no one visited my place.

                                      On 14th Sept 09 I found that my Prepaid Phone no. - [protected] all incoming as well as outgoing calls have been blocked.

                                      I contacted Customer care however I could only get a big SORRY from them without any help. Customer care executive asked me to visit the Tata True Value Hub at Vashi which is about 26 km from my place and will require one day off from my work. I also spoke to floor managers Mr. Bharat and Mr Zahid and asked to lodge a complained however they did not gave me a complaint number. After much insisting I could get the communication number[protected] and I was informed that Phone will be started within 24 hours. Next day again I contacted and This time I spoke to Floor manager Ms SARLA communication number[protected] and she also informed me that the phone will be started within 24 hours. Today on 17th Sept also the phone did not start. I also contacted Appellate Authority of Tata Indicom at Mumbai and was able to speak to Mr. Nitin. He asked for my contact number and informed me that some one will call me within 1 hour. So far no call has been received from any one from Tata Indicom. For email send to customer care I only received the automated reply without any action.

I recharged this connection nearby 25/12/2007 by amount Rs.2008/- to get the benefits tata to tata free from 2008yr to 2013yr. Now when i am making a call tata to tata then my balance amount is going on decrease. After confirmed through customer care executive he told me that my plan is changed. I just want to know that my plan was in tata to tata free for 2013yr. How dare you to change my plan. This is waring to u that re-change my plan. Otherwise I will take any legal action against the company. U will be responsible for any legal action in case of negative response.

                                        i have installed a Tata Indicom coin box at my nursing home - M.G.Sarawgi Seva Niketan, Near Petrol Pump, Kanke Road, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
                                        After many reminders to Mr. Sushil Kedia the local distributor for the product he has still not recharged my box. I have informed him to recharge my box 10 days back and after that he has been reminded twice but still he has not get it done.
                                        i, would request you to kindly take my coin box back and refund me my security deposit as i am not satisfied with the services here.

                                        On 04/7/2007 I purchased CCB from Shiva Communication
                                        Kosli( Rewari) which was a sub branch of Tata Indicom Rohtak dealer.
                                        CCB No[protected]ESM 9DF 3 CC 4). The saleman was Mr Mohit. He gave me the receipt and took the money. The instrument never worked satisfactorily. So I requested for disconnection. The tata indicom representatve collected the instrument from my house and gave the receipt. I received the security money cheque on the name of Mr. Mangat Ram. I was astonished and I contacted the nodal officer Haryana and appraised him of the problem by speed post.The cheque is with me I could not present to the bank because it is not on my name. The money is with the company. This is the fault of distributor who is a well wisher of the company and both cheated me and keeping my money with them. What should I do to extract my money.

                                        In shop one number of Coin boxes are installed about 2 years back from DRUDGE WORLD, PCO specialist, GOVINDA SHOPING COMPLEX, NEAR AMBARISH HOTEL, Ganeshguri, Guwahati-781006.My PCO no was [protected].After installing the same I recharge Rs.337 regularly but the distributor/collector didn't give any money receipt for every time.After that I request over telephone to recharge Rs.337 for validity but the concerned officer(all telephonic conversion/video footage recorded) delayed more than a week that my available balance about Rs 1900/- vanished from my account.Unfortunately after waiting more than a month the said distributor give me a new number [protected] by taking Rs.2000 and give me receipt of Rs.500.00.After that, after one recharge the officer of the said over telephone against my recharge request answered that they are not responsible to recharge my PCO which is legally attached with them.However the 1st number issued to me i.e. [protected] is not disabled till now.It shows switched off.The recharge service is very poor still now and it takes weeks to rectify the issues.Finally I'm planning to approach the concerned consumer forum as possible as soon.
