Specially Agree with Customer Care to not solve Problem and disconnect line in middle

Sir I have a message that Recharge with minimum Rs 50 in next 5 days and get Rs.100 extra T2T. I have COntact many time to Customer Care they says that there has been no message gone to you from Tata indicom but I have recieved message. I Recharge with Rs.100 and I am not get my Rs.100 yet.

I Specially Complainst Against your Customer Care that they talk 10 minute and than disconnect my line again and again.

Renewing the Service is painful

Hi, this is Balaji from Chennai. Tata Indicom Broadband is the worst ISP that I have ever come across. Their customer service/call center is the worst that I have ever spoken to (I should know since I am a Manager in a BPO!). Every time the executives tell you that the problem is being attended to, but nothing happens. When you ask them to transfer the line to their supervisor, they will put you on hold for a few minutes and then come back...

Poor Customer service

Dear sir,
I was using TATA Indicom broadband prepaid connection in Bangalore

I reported the non functioning of my broadband connection on Aug 25th 2008 & the response i got was the termination of the connection. That too after a week's follow up. The people in the customer care network found totally irresponsible. They have nodal officers for issues escalation. Most of the time their nos were switched off....

Broadband usage

Dear Sir,

Tata indicom broadband records indicate that we have done 3.5 GB o[censored]pload during a single day, which is impossible. We have licensed antivirus and all our PCs are virus free.
The usage limit for our account is 20GB, due to mistake in records indicating 3.5GB upload the usage limit exceeds and we have to pay huge amount for additional usage...
This is being repeated for 2nd months. Even after registering...

tata indicom plug to surf

The speed of browsing as well as that of download is dead slow. Moreover, the speed+ software that is recommended to increase the speed doesn't works at all and the speed+ server is either busy or not reachable most of the times. At the time of buying, they told that a varying download speed of 30-40 kbps would be available but it all turned out to be fake... i'm currently getting a download speed of max. 2-3 kbps after using...

receiving calls after DND activation

my cell number is [protected]
i have been receiving promotional calls after sever complaints in the company as i have activated DND on my number since January 2008

last promotional call which i received was on 30/07/2008 from[protected] regarding caller tunes.

my last complaint number in Tata Customer care was. NTP 07947205 on 18/07/2008 after which i was told that i will not have same problem again....

I bought a tata indicom post paid connection through a very eager sales executive (Mr Prabhakar) of Tata Indicom in pune.

I opted for 384kbps line of tataindicom broadband connection prepaid in advance rental scheme.My daily usage is hardly 6 hours.and the timing is fixed that is 10.00 am to 4.00pm.after that my office will close and then no need for connection.

Shifting my connection

I have moved to a new home last month and hence wanted to move my connection. But it was told to me that the area is not feasible and also they cannot refund my amount paid for the prepaid connection. Have complained to the nodal officer but all in vain.
