Again in this communication, I would like to draw focus of all concerned departments and officials to the serious matter.
It seems TATA/VSNL believes that customer has got no right to his Money, Time and Respect
I have already provided all my communication with TATA/VSNL in the form of written Call Report, Screen-shots (Performance of Internet) and Server Log generated from TATA/VSNL Server at www.tataindicombroadband.com.
I think this is sufficient to proof that:
1. TATA/VSNL is not capable of providing Internet Services(Supporting Documents Server Log/ Screen Shots)
2. To various Call reports there is no Action(Rather Complaints got closed without any confirmation from client)-All Call Reports during this period clearly mentions that all of them were left open/Pending
3. TATA/VSNL believe that by giving threatening Calls to customer at odd times will make customer scared and then customer will pay the money to you, Then TATA/VSNL must understand that, this is INDIA, where every individual of this country is independent.(if this kind of attitude followed by TATA/VSNL in future, than make sure I will file Legal Suite against you people rather giving replies to your Telephonic calls or mails)
4. For Router, I have already communicated to your Tele-Callers/Customer Care Department/Any other official of TATA/VSNL relating to this matter(who called me on my mobile), that you come with Rs. 2, 124.00 Cheque and take back router and its accessories.(I Think the replies to the Telephonic conversation was not sufficient, that is why the mail has been dropped by TATA/VSNL to further harass common man)
5. The complete communication held so far with TATA/VSNL clearly reflects the intension of TATA/VSNL, The Internet service which they claim they are the No.1 I.S.P., when they were unable to provide these services to their customer, how we can trust on TATA/VSNL ?, when we will surrender Router we will receive our Refund. The way TATA/VSNL closed all complaints regarding internet services; TATA/VSNL will close future complaints relating to Refunds.
6. In my previous communication,
• Point No. 4, clearly mentions that the connection was suspended by TATA/VSNL and not by my self
• Point No. 5, where I clearly stated that I have not received any hard copy of Bill till date, then how can I pay.
7. TATA/VSNL feel they are still right at their part and has got the right to harass common man more badly/unlawfully.
8. Now at this stage, I would prefer to suggest to the subscriber to take Internet Services other than TATA/VSNL, as they cheat subscriber intentionally and harass common man with their power(they are big concern and do anything), can demand money for service for which they failed to provide.

Till date all the communication of mail was treated as spam in yahoo, so please make necessary changes in your system so that to whom you address can receive your communication straight away.
In last I expect a positive, healthy, lawful and polite response from TATA/VSNL and Cheque of Rs. 2, 124.00 back in my account.

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I took a corporate landline postpaid connection of TATA INDICOM on the month of Feb’ 08 (033 –[protected]. The executive of TATA INDICOM asked me to give a cancel cheque to facilitate ECS system and I gave him a cancel cheque but later I have found that neither TATA INDICOM sent me not even a single bill since last three months nor any monthly bill is auto debited from my bank account. I have spoken to TATA INDICOM customer care several times regarding this issue and each and every time the customer care executives asked me to pay the bill by cash or cheque because as per their version the ECS system has not activated due to non submission of the ECS activation form. I have requested them several times to send a collection executive to collect my bill but they told me that it is not possible for them to collect any bill which is less that Rs. 1000. In the mean time I was very shocked that TATA INDICOM has deactivated my outgoing call facility without any prior notice. Then surprisingly one lady of collection department of TATA INDICOM called me up and asked me to pay the bill by cash or cheque. She also told me that she is ready to send a collection executive to collect my bill. I told her that my outstanding bill is only 297/- not 1000/- and then she told me that no problem madam. I have also informed that lady that I shall not going to pay any late payment charges of Rs. 50 as because I have never received any monthly bill from TATA INDICOM. Then the lady told me to pay Rs. 297 – Rs. 50 = Rs. 247. At the very next day I have cleared my all outstanding bills to one collection executive whose name is Mr. Dilip Bhattacharya and I have also received a sms from TATA INDICOM in my landline that they have received the payment of Rs. 247.
Surprisingly I have received a monthly outstanding bill of Rs. 594 on 28-4-08 which includes my previous dues of 297 which I have already paid plus current outstanding. At the very next day I am very shocked to see that Rs. 594 is already auto debited from my bank account. I called up that collection lady who told me that the ECS system is not at all activated and who insist me to pay the above mentioned amount but still my issue is not yet resolved by them.
This is the actual fact that why I am going to close the ESC system.
Please look into the matter and do the needful otherwise I shall take necessary action against you people and further if this amount is not credited immediately in my account then I shall going to stop all the payments of TATA INDICOM.
And also I want a written explanation / apology from you guys regarding this issue.
