Dear Sir,
I goat call from Tata indicom call Centre and they told me that my pree Paid conection will convert into post paid. 14/03/2008 one Executive cme in my office and taken Rs.1200/- and give me 2 SIM card one four free paid to post paid ( Same Number ) other one is fress connection. I have Receipt of (455. Balaji Enterpises) Address Is F-612, Kuajuri Khas, Bhajanpura, Delhi-53
Company No. Is [protected] &[protected], name of Executive is Ravi Kumar His Number is [protected] & [protected]. After few days my Number active in diffrent Number and after few days that number is also diactivated.. I call to customer care and allready sent mail to tata indicom customer care they not Rply me. I made complain on Call center Complain no is[protected]. they told me pree paid to post paid is not posibale. Then I ask o active my number they told me Fax me some Document 2 time i faxed. But my number is not activated.

I have two SIM Number.

Dear Sir/ Madam,



I took a corporate landline postpaid connection of TATA INDICOM on the month of Feb’ 08 (033 –[protected]. The executive of TATA INDICOM asked me to give a cancel cheque to facilitate ECS system and I gave him a cancel cheque but later I have found that neither TATA INDICOM sent me not even a single bill since last three months nor any monthly bill is auto debited from my bank account. I have spoken to TATA INDICOM customer care several times regarding this issue and each and every time the customer care executives asked me to pay the bill by cash or cheque because as per their version the ECS system has not activated due to non submission of the ECS activation form. I have requested them several times to send a collection executive to collect my bill but they told me that it is not possible for them to collect any bill which is less that Rs. 1000. In the mean time I was very shocked that TATA INDICOM has deactivated my outgoing call facility without any prior notice. Then surprisingly one lady of collection department of TATA INDICOM called me up and asked me to pay the bill by cash or cheque. She also told me that she is ready to send a collection executive to collect my bill. I told her that my outstanding bill is only 297/- not 1000/- and then she told me that no problem madam. I have also informed that lady that I shall not going to pay any late payment charges of Rs. 50 as because I have never received any monthly bill from TATA INDICOM. Then the lady told me to pay Rs. 297 – Rs. 50 = Rs. 247. At the very next day I have cleared my all outstanding bills to one collection executive whose name is Mr. Dilip Bhattacharya and I have also received a sms from TATA INDICOM in my landline that they have received the payment of Rs. 247.



Surprisingly I have received a monthly outstanding bill of Rs. 594 on 28-4-08 which includes my previous dues of 297 which I have already paid plus current outstanding. At the very next day I am very shocked to see that Rs. 594 is already auto debited from my bank account. I called up that collection lady who told me that the ECS system is not at all activated and who insist me to pay the above mentioned amount but still my issue is not yet resolved by them.



This is the actual fact that why I am going to close the ESC system.



Please look into the matter and do the needful otherwise I shall take necessary action against you people and further if this amount is not credited immediately in my account then I shall going to stop all the payments of TATA INDICOM.



And also I want a written explanation / apology from you guys regarding this issue.

i received a call from tata indicom customer care(postpaid department).they told me to purchase a postpaid connection as they were provide a cheap plan.so i agreed.their agent came to me, i filled the form and gave them 600 rs and he gave me a connection.but afer that they did not activate my no.and now they are not going to refund my money also.i am calling them again and again but the contact person tells me that they will not refund my money, and also using abusing language.

So many times after meat with her my Varification is over on 20th Jan, 2009 by Mr. Abhijit one of your executive. Im a press reporter (TV), I have an urgancy, till I did nt get any result frm your side. Pls convert my connection frm pre to Post Ph. [protected] (Plan Rs.150pm),
After giving all documents and money, why shall I suffer this? If You unable to do this pls confairm me and give one appionment at Kolkata I want to take one Intrrviw in frnt of my TV camera, that what is our fault aftar taking money and produce all tha documents why shall we suffer every day.

i found that tataindicom is the most worst and cheater telecom company in india. i have submitted all the documents for change of ownership from my brother name to by name. after paying 1000 also they did not change my ownership. i request you all not take tataindicom connection. the tataindicom customercare will give you only pain and sufferings.

Tata has worst Customer care, They sell their cards, numbers, handsets & then no resposibility..
No bosy will attend u, u cannot ask anyone, no refunds, they are the worst service provider..

Actially TRAI is also doing partiality, why dont a person can migrate to any other service provider till now although TRAI has ordered that anyone can migrate to any service provider .

Tata is having good schemes but worst network and customercare..

You have a very cheap service center in Bikaner I have a problem in my cdma haier mobile Model No.D1200 Blue FC. In this set when I insert a new tata sim then my hand set not working. When I call on any mobile then after some time I receive a message call failed. I try on every type connection TATA, Airtel, BSNL and Reliance etc. Then I go to solve my problem then the tell me that We think this problem creat due to software so we update your mobile software but we donot take any risk if you mobile dead in this process then its your responsibilty we donot take any risk. Then they update my mobile software but my mobile is safe but I have same problem then tell me very cheap word that please you forget this handset and because we cannot solve your mobile problem. whenever in this same mobile I use some time before my tata sim in very good condition.

Please guide what can I do so I solve my mobile problem. I am student and I buy tata mobile because I hear good response of you company service.

I received a call form TATA TELE SERVISE LTD. He suggested me a post paid plan for 300/Rs. per month. I am already TATA costumer for prepaid. He told me I have paid a 500/Rs. advance for security and pain card photocopy & Ration card photocopy. I gave him 500/RS check & all documents on Sunday Date[protected].     Dear Sir:

    I took a wireless Internet connection (USB modem) from your company some months ago at Delhi. My account number is[protected].

    For the last ten days, I am being harrassed daily by a lady who calls every day to enquire if I have deposited the bill. There is nothing pending in my account and I have paid everything. In fact, there is a credit balance in my account.

    Still the call comes everyday on my mobile phone number and when I start speaking the phone is slammed down by the lady immediately. The next day again the same thing gets repeated. After four or five calls, I became tired of explaining that I have already paid the bills and told her to first check up the customer's account before calling to enquire if the bill has been paid.

    Now she calls up everyday, asks "Sir, have you paid your bill?" and the moment I start speaking she slams the phone down. Next day, she calls up again and the same thing continues.

    What kind of behaviour is this, and what kind of louts have you hired? What kind of training do you give to your staff? Do you actually record the conversations your customer staff is having with the customers (like other companies do) or is it a free for all, with nobody having any idea what is going on?

    I am tired of harrasment by this lady and please do something about it, otherwise I will surrender the connection and take Airtel's where the customer service is way beyond what you people offer. I will also record the conversation and sue your company for harrasment and provide the recordings to TV channels (this kind of news will make their day). I have been a journalist all my life and run a popular blog. I will also write a story about this on it to make the whole world know.

    I remember in HP and other companies, the managers keep eavesdropping in the conversations randomly that the support staff has with customers, to keep them on their toes and ensure that this kind of harrrasment does not happen.

    For the record, today too I got the call on my phone from number[protected] at exactly 2 pm. The same thing happened and the lady slammed the phone down the moment I started speaking.

    Could you kindly look into the matter and tell her to stop this behaviour.

      I am Tejash Shah. I have applied Tata Indicom broadband connection and land line connection on 28-Mar-2008.

      Initially I got problem with not getting verification from Tata Indicom. Finally I got verification on 5-Apr-2008 which is positive.
      I called sales guy Mr. Ram And Mr. Sachin on 7-Apr-2008 and they told me that I will get line next day. Next day afternoon my wife called Mr. Ram he told her, he will come in the evening for installation. No body come in the evening. Next day (9-Apr-2008) again my wife called Mr. Ram as well as Mr. Sachin they told her that today they will defiantly install. But nothing happened no body came for installation. Till 12-Apr-2008 my wife keep calling them and just got the same answer like this.

      On 12-Mar-2008, I asked Mr. Sachin and Mr. Ram for Tata Indicom head office contact details or new connection help line number they provided me none of them. Finally managed to get tata indicom new connection help line number I called over there, the executive over there is also not ready to register my complaint. She just told me that I have forwarded the request on hight priority and it will be installed on Monday(14-Apr-2008) and not given me any complaint no or request no.

      Today (14-Apr-2008) also nobody came to install broadband and land line connection at my home. When I called Mr. Sachin, he told me that there is problem with another building's chairman not allowing him to enter to get access to Tata indicom instrument.

      These way I am facing lot of problem with getting broadband and landline connection from tata indicom.

      Please help me out to get broadband and landline connection from tata indicom.

      Its always i am faceing the problem. go for BSNL which is good service you get but need to go to BSNL customer care office as they do not have sales person comming to your home.

        Hi Team,

        I am a wi-max user and have taken this connection on 23rd of Jan 2008. I am sorry to say that till date I have not been able to connect to internet. I am a prepaid user and hence the validity of my wi-max connection will end of April 23rd, without me using the internet service and also been charged for the same. I have always received pathetic customer service from the customer care end.
        - My connection was blocked after taking a Cheque paid by me was bounced, in spite of me asking them to present the cheque only on 2nd of Feb 2008 (That’s when my salary for the month would be credited and this was agreed by the sales team from Tata Indicom who came home to take all the required documents. Instead the Cheque was presented before the date. I had to call several times to customer care and no one would listen to me. Then I asked them to cancel my connection and then they agreed to unblock my account.)

        - I have never been able to go on line ever since they had unblocked my connection. I had called the customer care troubleshoot for long time to fix and they decided to send an engineer from Tata Indicom to my home to fix the issue. Till date several engineers have come home and they could not resolve the issue. Finally they agreed to the fact that the Area where they had connected the antenna could not receive any signal for me to connect to internet. They Changed antenna and still the same fault. Finally they had to connect the antenna in my balcony and they had little reception. They were able to get to the Tata Indicom main login page, But again my user account was blocked. When I contacted the customer care they told me that they had blocked the connection because I did not pay. I told them that I had paid the amount and provided the required reference number and the cheque details. They denied to have received any cheque from my account. Finally I had to send them a scan copy of the my account and the required cheque details to the sales Manager Mr. Fayaz Ahmed who helped me in getting my connection unblocked ( At this point of time It has been two months without any connection). I have attached the mail that was sent to Mr. Fayaz Ahmed regarding the same. This is absolutely unacceptable not to believe you customers. None of the Customer care executives I spoke to had any previous reference of my call or had any details of my account and was willing to believe that I had paid the amount. This shows the level of customer service and the customer experience that is been focused in Tata Indicom Customer care department.

        - The account was now unblocked But I was still not able to connect to internet as the original technical problem reoccurred. The Engineers from Tata Indicom have now agreed that the Antenna could not receive any good signal for me to connect to internet. I did not worry much because I was about to shift my house. Hence I was asked to contact the customer care and request for change of address and I was told that Engineers would come in 48 hrs to shift the equipment and fix it to my new house. But when I called customer care I was asked to log in to Tata Indicom website and raise a request for change of address. In Spite of informing them that I cannot log in to raise they would not agree to do anything and was urging me to log in first and raise a request myself. I have been hung upon couple of times by the few customer service agents as well. After a long argument with one of the customer care executive he agreed to raise a request for me from his end but I was asked to pay Rs 500 for the service. When I had taken the connection I had specifically asked the Sales person if I would be charged for any change of address and I was told no extra money would be charged apart from renewal of the account after every three months. The Customer care executive agreed on this and agreed to send an engineer in 48 Hrs to have my connection fixed. Honestly I have never heard from any engineers till date. It’s going to be 3 months now and the validity for my connection is almost coming to an end. I have sent a mail to Mr Fayaz regarding the same, after which I received a call from Tata Indicom asking me to send a mail to customer service. Hence I am writing this mail to you.

        Honestly it’s been a nightmare having a Tata Indicom connection. My only request now is to please cancel my connection and refund my amount that I had paid for this connection. I do not wish to continue with this connection. My User Account is ( [protected]@vsnl.net ). Request a real help in this case.

        Tata Indicom Walky — regarding internet excess charges

        Sir,

        Im having the telephone no.[protected] in the name of BIMLA DEVI, R/o N-16, Udai vihar part II, Nilothi Extn., Nangloi, Delhi-41.
        Inspite of my repeeted request to rectify the internet charges nothing is been done. My internet is free from 10p.m. to 6 A.M., i donot start my internet before 10.30P.M..
        During the month of Nov.2007, I was chargedRs. 1286.80 as internet charges and when i complent about the excess charges to your customer care, the explanation given was that i have started my internet 5 or 10 minutes earlear than 10p.M. So in the month of Dec.2007 I very particularly started my internet after 10P.M.. Again the same excess charges and the same explaination and I was asked to give tata indicom one more chance in the month of Jan.2008, in the bill received today for Jan.2008, the same thing has happned again. When I complaint in the customer care I was rudly told by the lady officer to get my watches repaired.
        In view of the above circumstances i can't ready to continue with your phone. Hence disconnect my phone immediately, and refund my initial security deposit of Rs.1122/- at the time of taking the connection.

        Those who think of going for any Tataindicom connections or services...PLEASE DONT. They are not prompt in ANY. Be it Services, Billing or their Customer care. Everything is horrible. Even for a single simple service request they take months together to respond and at the end they wont solve the issue you are stuck with.

          i bought a tata indicom connection on my wife's name no-[protected]. while taking the connection i was told that my tarriff would be ONE INDIA plan according to which the bill would be very low and i would always get the bill on time. Since then i get my bill only after the due date has crossed and i'm asked to pay the bill along with the fine. i asked the customer care executives to disconnect my number but dont do so and i've to pay the rental each month. the executives do not give the docket number as well.so if you could pls take any action against them.

          FYI - i'm not going to pay the rental for the last month and this month...

          I am very much disappointed with your tata indicom executives and your CCE's. On 25 of this month I got a call from a tata indicom executive named VIKRAM. He told me mam your bill is 2300 smething I cn help u out n waveir up ur amount you just have to pay 1500 rs I said is it true or u doing just a fraud he said mam trust us. I said ok he came on 27 of july at ma place. I juzz gave him 1500 n in return he gave me a recipt. N he told me your photon will be started in next half n hour n damm aftr that he is giving me excuses its being three days nw I called up your customer care next day he told me don't wrry mam I will do. He has given me a Ref No. 39144 n till nw my photon is nt wrking. I m very much feeling bad on ma self why I opt for tata photon. You have a bad service. I juz only cn req you kindly check your CCE's they all are frauds. Now what that executive is going calling me from different no. n giving me threats... and sending me some nonsense messages. Don't force me that i should take some kind of action against your deptt. So kindly see to my req and reply me as soon as possible.

            Myself Duggu.Kiran Kumar, a frustrated customer with Tata Teleservices for 6yrs never had any problem and we own 6 phones overall that are being used by my family. Off late I have booked a WALKY through a representative – who has given the misleading information about the scheme and promised that I can book a fone for just 561/- while it was for 1122/- after consulting his manager a dealer on Rolls of TATA INDICOM Mr.Jaipal with telephone number : [protected].

            I would recommend the Senior Management of TATA INDICOM to go through Complaints with an immediate effect before there is a spike in Cancellations.

              the company, officials, their sceniors are all branded cheats... they actually say 'tata' after selling the products.. they gave me a defective usb modem for rs/3000, and later kept it with them for 2 months (new) and gave it back, unrepaired, saying they are not into repairs...no warranty, we only sell..
              we should tell kajol and ajay devgun not to promote such dirty customer oriented people. simple cheats.
              I do agree with this gentleman's complain. Our indian big brands are very good in selling commitments, but when you look at the other face of the coin, it becomes nightmare for u.

              I suggest, you should lodge a file of complain in consumer forum, no matter wether they provided warranty in written or not. Keep all ur proofs ready. These people need to be dragged to the court everry time they try to cheat public.

                I am enjoying the services of Tata Indicom for the past three years and happy about it.

                But of late, I feel that the executives who come to promote new schemes dont give us proper information and we are cheated, in fact. Also there is no printed literatures available to make sure. kindly do something.

                  Dear Sir,

                  We had disconnected the tata indicom phone. Also we have surrendered the phone long back in December after paying all the dues
                  Also the TATA indicom person had assured us that the pending deposit will be paid and now the connection is invalid.
                  However there was nothing in writing except for the reciept.
                  Now on 20th Feb 2008 they are sending us a bill for the period of January for Rs.718/-. On writing mail to thier collection.[protected]@tatatel.co.in
                  there is noone paying heed and they are again sending reminders harrassing us to pay the bill.
                  This is purely due to lack of thier system for tracking customer information.

                  I agree 100% to this. I too had this experience.. after cancelling the connection, they still send the bills. They do not proper systems...

                  TATA Indicom — disconnection for a long time

                  my phone is disconnected from 6th april 2011 due to re verification of documents.
                  and i have submitted the document on the same day and at nearest TATA INDICOM service station. and assured that the line will be connected as soon as possible by customer care.

                  but till now i am not allowed to make outgoing calls. the customer care officers are also behaving strange. I am very much disappointed with TATA INDICOM'S service. As it is usually selling its CDMA hand set. It better knows that customer's can't change the service easily. So it is neglecting customers as much as possible.

                  Very very urgent, i am mr rohit ruke residnig at charni road mumbai my tata ac no is[protected] and i am facing lots of problems from tata docomo services.A long time back i was approached by a tata representative name hari om at my home saying that you would get the connection done at a low price scheme and if you are not satisfied with the connection inside 15 days it would be removed and you will not have to pay any charges for that i wasnt satisfied with the speed of the net as i also got a cdma phone with that too i asked hari om to remove the connection he told that it would be done in few days time, then i got a bill regarding the connection and i was not happy and contacted that hari om ( tata representative) he said sir dont pay the bill i will adjust that but still i got another bill next month i was surprised. Then again i contacted hari om and asked him abuot this he told it was a mistake by the bill dept next time when he came to my house he said everything has been solved and your connection is discontinued so he took out the net connection wire and also took away the cdma phone. but still bills were comming regularly, i went to the fort outlet and told them about this person hari om who is misguiding me and also made a complaint against him, unfortunately i had to pay the bills for that things which i havn't used. just few days or a month ago i settled the final bill and was asked to call to the call centre after making the final payment i did so and was relaxed after that i confirmed this with the call centre representativ he said sir now you will not get any bill in future but now again i have got a bill from you with a notice from advocate saying your bill is pending please please help me out of this as i am a middle class person and i am not able to pay this ammount of money again and again for that which i havent used.please contact me on this no [protected]. as soon as possible

                    Duplicate sim card

                    I have lost my old sim based motorola handset with tata connections. After losing my set I contacted to the Tata True Value Hub at City Centre, Durgapur, West Bengal for locking the sim. They adviced me to lodge a FIR. The police station denied to make any FIR without the cash memo of the set. Unfortunately the cash memo also misplaced somewhere. Then again I contacted to Hub, they call me to their Hub with id proof. I went with my voter...

                    Hi,

                    This is with reference to the Ph No :[protected].



                    As i have requested long back to cancel the subscription for the above mentioned no, till date no one has turned up to take responsibility to take the instrument and cancel my subscription.

                    Also they keep sending monthly bills, i was able to use this phone only for 7days. I request you to make the charges for the days which i recieved the service which is about 7days after which i was never been able to use the services again.



                    Initially, i had both out going and incoming, then after a week i decieded to get the internet connection, so i picked up a lan cable from the TATA franchise.

                    But the modem in the phone was bad (as said by the technician who tried to resolve the issue) THe technician conviniently changed the instrument after which both the incoming and out going was not working. i waited for about 3days so that the technician can resolved the issue, but the technitian turned up only on the 3rd day. I decline to co-operate with the technitian stating i am returning the phone.

                    Then alternate day i went to the Richmond Rd branch to cancel the subscription. They convinced me to keep the connection so that they can fix the issue in 30mins, but later they said it will be done by evening, then it went to the next day. This went on.

                    Finally i gave up and on the 2nd day, when the technician who came to my door steps to replace to the instrument, i said i dont want this phone, i wanna return it. The techician promised me it will followup and cancel the connection, but he never turned up.

                    Then i got few calls from TATA for bill inquires, i also sent an email to the customer care to cancel the subscription and provide the refund for the deposit i paid. But no once turned up.

                    Finally i got the bill which says i need to pay a bill of Rs 300 plus which was funny . I have never seen a bad service like this.

                    This would be my last email. Please cancel the connection, deduct the 1st 7days c all charges and provide rest of the refund .
                    Else i will be forced to look for an alternative.

                    Approximately i expect to get about Rs 400 plus of refund. If any issue please feel free to contact me.

                    My company name is Vishaal International.We are into manufacturing and exports of incense sticks and spices.We are using tata indicom land line and we have three landline numbers.The numbers are1.[protected].[protected]. 65056830. The number 66750914 is a fax number as well as international number.Our office timing is from morning 10.30 to evening 6.00.Recently we asked tata indicom for the itemized billing statement for our numbers and when we got the itemized bill we were shocked to see that there had been unlimited calls made from our international number 66750914 when our office is closed. The numbers on which the calls were made are from Bihar, UP and Patna.We launched an official police complaint as well as a complaint was given to the tata indicom vigilance department which is in turbe navi mumbai.The vigilance officer Mr Baby Jones assured us that he will look after the matter.There has been more than 1 month but they are not responding? It is really a shameful thing for such a big company.Now i dont have any choice but to sue tata indicom.I really dont want to do this thing but i dont have any choice left.It is a case of fraud, cheating and misuse of my phoneline by a tata indicom employee.

                      Dear Sir / Madam,



                      This is withregard to the despatch of credit card. Barclays has despatched the credit card twice to me thro Bluedart. But till now I haven't received the same. Whenever I enquire with bluedart. I get a response that the address is incorrect. Inspite I have given a call to Bluedart and confirmed my address and have given my personal mobile no to contact and was awaiting for the delivery person on Saturday(15th March 2008) from 8PM to 10PM as confirmed prior with Bluedart.



                      Please do the needful to deliver the same or Cancel my application and send me back all the proofs submitted, whichever possible at the earliest.



                      NB : If a Govt Postman or other courier service can find out the address and deliver consignments, why can't Bluedart alone cant deliver ?

                      Their service is worst. I am also suffiring.

                      I am vintoh kumar currently the costumer of TATA INDICOM (1Re coin service).Since we come accross repair in our telephone set we handel over the telephone to Vission communication and service chengalpet for the serivce(repair) of my telephone before 20 days. But still we dint get any feedback from them. we feel your authorised survies provider spoiling TATA INDICOM repute.I request you to take proper action as soon as possible.
                      I am from Bangalore.
                      I am also suffering by taking a TATA wimax connection. They are not able to disbale the scrap login page which comes every time when i want to connect to the internet.
                      Every time i call them, i get the following standard answer...

                      1. "Sir, the system is not responding, system is under upgradation. Please call us after some time."

                      They dont even tell me what is that "after some time" is it 20 mins, or 1 hr or 1 day I dont know.

                      2. "Sir, our NMS team is very busy in other calls. Please call tomorrow"
                      But i forced him to connect me to NMS team by explaining him about story of sorrow."

                      The higher level officials of the company need to look into the matter and see if the complaints are resolved properly and within time and the service is not spoiling the company's image in people.
                      Yes, Tata indicom customer care is worst ever i saw. The irresponsible nodal officer (surbhi sharma) unable to take any decision on customer complaint. Dont have curtesy to attend complaints. They will hesitate to give their correct contact number. We are also struggling with them from last 1 and half month to resolve our billing issue.

                      We have been faciong a problem with Tata indicom walky talky since 18th June and we have raised so many complaints to the customer care - either someone attends and the call gets closed without resolution or they keep us on hold. We will approach the consumer court if the problem persists and if the solution is not provided - we would also disconnet obtaining services if similar actions continue. We do not have any other mobile services apart from this and we would be totally disconnected if this continues. Tata indicom can be happy atleast not by serving us.                       Yes, I agree. The tata indicom service is worst i have ever encountered. My problems statred when I did not received my actual mobile bill first of July 2009. It is very interesting that I am receiving somebody else's bill on my address since then, till yet, month after month.

                      Even the nodal officer is a toothless tiger and completly powerless. I happened to deal with three of them Mr. Anupam Gupta, Mr. Rohit Gupta, and Mr. Ashish Sharma. They all made wrong promises and false assurances.

                      We are Tata Indicom Broadband Wi-MAX customer from 27th August, 2009 on the plan Power Flash 1.5Mbps. The installation done by your people had not satisfied us, so that we have not signed the Installation Form still now, but we are using your line from the date of installation with Slow Browsing Speed (60-280Kbps) issue.

                      We raised many more complaints regarding this issue on customer care[protected], but all the complaints closed by your back end technical team as resolved simply checking remotely thru Wi-MAX without confirming us. This is a stupid action from your technical team. Please ensure that it will not happen in future.

                      We confirmed with all the confirmation call from your customer care centre as the issues was not resolved and we face the same issue. Below the list of complaint numbers for you reference.

                      This is Rakesh Kr Gupta Resident of L-109 Shastri Nagar, Meerut, U.P. Mobile Number [protected], I am using this number from long time, suddenly my cell number out going get stopped, after visiting TATA outlet I come to know it get disconnected on dated October 23, 2011 with out prior information to me.

                      Now TATA executive require my document to reconnect my cell, WHAT IS BULL ALL THIS? After disconnecting my number, now they are asking my resident proof, id proof and all.

                      OK I appreciate his working and submitted my all proof which they require, still my cell number not working, now TATA executive have missed my document and again asking for my document. I again appreciate his working and again submit my all document on dated October 25, 2011 to TATA outlet.

                      Finally my number get connect on dated November 02, 2011 and ready for use, now my balance gets wipe off, which was Rs. 129.30 while they were disconnected with out my permission. I have proof of my balance, after each and every call I receive a SMS, which shows my call charges and current balance.

                      BOSS.. I want my balance back with immediate effects, other wise I’ll not use TATA cell number nor recommend to any buddy, although Rs. 129.30 is not a big deal for me but it is really disappointed to me, organization like TATA is doing business like that, these days every business is customer oriented business and TATA people always try to make fool to his customer, this is really not done, so be the part of TATA group, kindly do need full towards my balance.

                        Again in this communication, I would like to draw focus of all concerned departments and officials to the serious matter.

                        It seems TATA/VSNL believes that customer has got no right to his Money, Time and Respect

                        I have already provided all my communication with TATA/VSNL in the form of written Call Report, Screen-shots (Performance of Internet) and Server Log generated from TATA/VSNL Server at www.tataindicombroadband.com.
                        I think this is sufficient to proof that:
                        1. TATA/VSNL is not capable of providing Internet Services(Supporting Documents Server Log/ Screen Shots)
                        2. To various Call reports there is no Action(Rather Complaints got closed without any confirmation from client)-All Call Reports during this period clearly mentions that all of them were left open/Pending
                        3. TATA/VSNL believe that by giving threatening Calls to customer at odd times will make customer scared and then customer will pay the money to you, Then TATA/VSNL must understand that, this is INDIA, where every individual of this country is independent.(if this kind of attitude followed by TATA/VSNL in future, than make sure I will file Legal Suite against you people rather giving replies to your Telephonic calls or mails)
                        4. For Router, I have already communicated to your Tele-Callers/Customer Care Department/Any other official of TATA/VSNL relating to this matter(who called me on my mobile), that you come with Rs. 2, 124.00 Cheque and take back router and its accessories.(I Think the replies to the Telephonic conversation was not sufficient, that is why the mail has been dropped by TATA/VSNL to further harass common man)
                        5. The complete communication held so far with TATA/VSNL clearly reflects the intension of TATA/VSNL, The Internet service which they claim they are the No.1 I.S.P., when they were unable to provide these services to their customer, how we can trust on TATA/VSNL ?, when we will surrender Router we will receive our Refund. The way TATA/VSNL closed all complaints regarding internet services; TATA/VSNL will close future complaints relating to Refunds.
                        6. In my previous communication,
                        • Point No. 4, clearly mentions that the connection was suspended by TATA/VSNL and not by my self
                        • Point No. 5, where I clearly stated that I have not received any hard copy of Bill till date, then how can I pay.
                        7. TATA/VSNL feel they are still right at their part and has got the right to harass common man more badly/unlawfully.
                        8. Now at this stage, I would prefer to suggest to the subscriber to take Internet Services other than TATA/VSNL, as they cheat subscriber intentionally and harass common man with their power(they are big concern and do anything), can demand money for service for which they failed to provide.

                        Till 27th of december 2008 i have worked for tata communications for 1 month and on 24th of december they have terminated me without any information and they havent given us our salarytill now so what should we do. U will give our salary or not.
                        Perfectly right.
                        i was also a user..when i was switch this plan to other..Mr Anil (worker in lucknow chintel house near station road) told me mam i[censored] will return ur router.modem u will get back ur money which u had been submitt here (1359)RS ...but what happen...after six month no reply..when i was visit their office...they told me ...there is no anything like..this..

                          Sir,

                          sub: worst services - no proper response

                          This is in regards to the Internet Broadband Service provided on 19.02.2008 by Tata Indicom Wi-Max Broadband Service.

                          The customer care number[protected] takes 20 - 30 minutes to connect and an executive is contacted after 15 minutes. He asks some questions and passes it to other department. The time required to pass is 20 - 30 minutes. After providing the details again, he checks something and forwards it to the Network department. They asks the details and finally says, there are some fluctuations with the base station, increases and stabilises at the time being for me to connect to the Internet Services and the very next moment I hang the call, the speed decreases from 30Kbps to 8 Kbps.

                          A person cannot call their desk again as the whole process takes atleast 1.30 to 2 hours.

                          Same routine from the past one week. All the complaints are useless.

                          When specifically asked for the ETA for the base station to get repaired, they escape stating 48 - 72 hours. Nothing happened and the same fluctations again and again causing disruption of the services in between.

                          When tried to escalate to the higher departments or managers, they keep the call on hold for 30 minutes and get back stating its taking much time, email the complaint to [protected]@tatacommunications.com, which is waste as they never reply to the mails properly but keep on sending the crap mails.

                          I am unable to perform my work because of the disrupted services.

                          Never they take care of the issues. They keep deducting the amount monthly.

                          I have applied for tata Wimax and installation not yet done even after 10 days although sales executive said it will be installed by 48 hours. Even i have paid four months advance payment of Rs.4000/-.

                          Believe me sales departmetn nor call center - no body has got any proper records not any proper updates. Their system is very pathetic.

                          I have sent them a mail, i just got the humble and please reply with one complained raised and it on and on...just complaint number and no actions - I would rather say instead of pleasing us and raising complaint they should take some actions.

                          Now, god only knows ...when will I get my connection...

                            They dont send the bills. they dont inform either. then they disconnect. if you want to pay on a weekend they are one of the worst call centre where employees just dont know the system. Consumer suffers. my no is [protected] and i have been hassled earlier also and this time also.

                            it is impossible to talk to anyone there in their customer care centre.

                              I got a Tata Indicom Mobile under prepaid plan for Rs.1900 with a validity for one year in last quarter of 2007. Since then the mobile two time have been disconnected. First time was re-activated on production of ID & Residence proof with photo in January after spending a period of fortnight. Now, again have been disconnected since ... till date...

                              Out of 365 days I have already spent 50 days in suspension period of [protected].

                              Please re-activate the same at the earliest to provide me the benefit of the existing scheme.

                                Hi, I am also a victim to TATA TELESERVICES, Chennai. I had a walky connection[protected] and I have handed over the instrument on November 1st 2011. I have cleared all my bills very promptly. I have asked for the refund of the deposit amount. The outlet guy informed that a cheque will be sent to the customer's address. Recently I have received a legal letter from the companies legal advisors stating to remit the rental amount for the three months commencing from November 2011.

                                What is to be done with such a company extending very bad service.

                                I took a new connection at Hyderabad and I am very promptly getting a good service.

                                  I have purchased tata indicom mobile ( handset samsung make CDMA) Mob No-[protected]on 22 october.2005 comprising non stop incoming free validity for two years includes tata indicom to tata indicom calling charges unlimited free for two years.

                                  When the abovesaid two years validity was going to expired i extend it for next one year by sending SMS NSM99 to tata indicom customer care & however validity was extended upto 19 october 2008.Received confirmation from tataindicom with no change in existing call tarrif.Tata indicom customer care informed to topup RCV of Rs.49 or Rs.99 for getting additional balance for call with other phones.Till this everything was OK.



                                  For the same MRP Rs.49 tataindicom has two vouchers. One for powerplan activation & another for NSM balance.

                                  I was used to recharge Rs.49 voucher for NSM balance severltimes succesfully.

                                  On 9 March 08 i have topup/recharge Rs.49 with easy recharge by tataindicom athorised dealer but company considered this recharge as a powerplan activation.

                                  And effect of this is that my tata indicom to tataindicom unlimited free facility stopde by company.



                                  Dealer immidiatly complaint the company about wrong recharge & company returned the recharge amount back to him at same time.After that i registered complaint to return my scheme(tata to tata unlimited free). complaint no.COM[protected].After inquiring many times to customer care dept. of company (No.12524) it comes to know that i will never getback my scheme (tata to tata unlimited free) due to wrong recharge.(But the company retunedback the rechrge amount to dealer).

                                  It affects mental tension, money loss, loss of time while talking with company.



                                  So please do needfull actions to get me justice as soon as possible.And send me guidelines for taking further legal actions.

                                  Tata group is cheating customers like any thing, same thing happen with me & myfriends. Our NSM offers is stopped by tata indicom. Tata Nodal officer & applicate officer are giving reply "Aap se jo ho sake woh kar lena Customer humara kya ukhad lega". TATA have very bad staff in their company due to this kind of behavior to customers. Tata is making losses in every company.

                                  i have an corporate connection with 3 nos.. at the time of booking i was wrongly commited that my security would be compensated in my next bill but after no refund in my bill

                                      i had submitted documents and amout to tata indicom executive on dated 01-march-2008 . they assured me that they will deliver new actived connection and hand set 0n 03-march . on[protected] they called me and said me that your no is [protected] and executive will deliver the sim and hand set in the evening . but till today ie on 06-march-2008 i did not receive the same. i mailed them many time but they are not responding me .

                                      I Have taken connection of tata indicom no:65296154 and hand set is not working from 27th dec and i have a complain and no:[protected] and no action was taken and i visited the gallery and they told me that handset will be replaced with in a week nothing happened and called public grivance office on jan 13th and made a complaint with swathi and complain no:[protected] and she promised me that i will be getting my hand set on 17th jan before 3.00 nothing has happened and when i again called their office and they give a complain no:[protected] and date given by him is 19th jan 3.23 pm,what i have to do,
