Iam using your three connections of tata cdma phone in Punjab, in one phone i activated voice chat @ 1.5 Rs per min. i was spend 2 hour but not get any positive reaction becouse my calls as transfer to the recorded voice .and that is also using valgure language.ye to lutale wali baat ho gayi. jab aap log koi facitity dehi nahi sakate to kyo logo ke paiso se khelte ho . i disagree with ur voice chat facility. please do the needful.

TATA Indicom — Mobile No is not getting activated
Dear Sir/Madam,My Name is Ghasi Ram Verma. I have take a new sim of TATA INDICOM from Ishika telecom Aya Nagar, New Delhi.

I tried calling to your call center but got frustrated that always your call center busy.

Dear Tata Indicom Customer Care,I am really fade off from your service. I have been using Tata Indicom from last 5 years. I have prepaid NO. Whenever I face any problem then I want to speak with customer care to solve the problem but I unable to contact with Custoemer care. I think it is worst customer care amongst all the mobile companies.

I purchased a post paid number of Tata Indicom from AASHISH, THE CELLNET, 411, 2nd Floor, Masjid Mod, Delhi-110049 on August 08, 2010, with the details given below.

The distributor asked me to select a number from a list of numbers. I selected the number [protected]. The person told me the number will be activated by tomorrow. But my number has not been activated yet.
In this regard, a complain has been already lodged at your costumer care with reference no.[protected] on 31st August. But no action has been taken yet.
Now, the scene is that I started a new business and I had distributed the number [protected], before the connection was activated, and the number is also printed on the bill books, visiting cards and all the other documents. And I am facing a great difficulty by all this.
I tried to contact the person from whom I purchased the number and he said to me all the time, number will be activated today or tomorrow.
Then I contacted Tata Indicom customer care but the executives over there are saying that they are not able to do anything.
Sir please look in to the matter urgently and try to resolve this at your level as soon as possible, because I am facing business loss due to knowingly done mistake.
Please activate the same number that was initially allotted to me( [protected]).
I am sending a copy of this mail to Department of Telecommunication also.
Notice:- If the problem will still persist in the next 24 working hours, then I am bound to sue you.
