Non-Receipt of internet bill and my net was disconnected on[protected]at consumer no,[protected]

TATA Indicom — TATA Grabbing Money / Money Eater
I recharged my mobile with Coupon Rs. 53 for life time validity and convert call plan to per second pulse. I confirmed this from tata customer care. Then I recharged my mobile for talk time value 2 times. Suddenly my plan changed to 50 paisa per minute flat not per second call rate. TATA grabbed all my talk time. Its my appeal to everyone Please don't ever take TATA services. They are only to to eat your money eagerly. TATA Indicom is Money Eating Service Provider in India.Unfortunately my no. is [protected]. Isse bada durbhagya aur kisi ka nahi ho sakta.

sir,i closed my tataindicom post paid no.[protected], in jan.2010 with all balance payment paid. but my sd Rs.500/- not returned to me till date. i am very sad to tataindicom aamapara retail outlet and his representatives attitude,many times i visit to his ro. but no any responce to me, i mail his bhopal office last month but no responce to me. please release my sd. earlier.

TATA Indicom — unable to make calls
I have not been able to make outgoing calls. I am not able even call the customer care number.I did a recharge online, for which they displayed the status as successful but i have not got a confirmation sms. I am not able to check my balance, call customer care or for that matter anybody.
I have been using my tata indicom number for the past 2 year.
Nobody spoke to me and my balance is still 0. What resolution given, tell me here.

TATA Indicom — taking money for non saleable products, and activation of account of their own choice taking KYC for a ride
I had applied for four Tata Walky FWT connection on 18th Sept 2010, the sales person who visited us said that the cost of FWT is RS 1000/- per handset and hence took a cheque in the name of the dealer which got encashed on 22nd Sept. I was delivered 4 no of refurbished handsets duely box packed which had tag written on it that the "UNIT IS PROPERTY OF TATA INDIACOM" AND "NOT FOR SALE". Same day i received a Welcome letter which wrongly states that i had applied for a Zero rental Plan instead of 99 plan. Still now one phone is not programmed hence we will charged of rental even though we would not be able to utilize the same. All my local tata to tata call rates increases by 0.20P, Tata to other local calls increases by 0.10. Which will increase the bill to a great extent. apart from my 1500 local mins free per set. TATA Indicom — deactivated my call voucher
i have recharged my tata indicom prepaid number by rs 599 on 27 october 2010 ,which has been deactivatedon[protected] without any reason. I have contacted thier customer care thrice , visited tata indicom
centre, all they are saying is that they dont have any record of my recharge. This is causing a great pain to
me as i am unable to make my important calls .
I have complained about this earlier after which tata officials made a call to me and said taht i have to complain
this somewhere , they didnt mentioned it where.
this all thing has become a mess for me and i am unable to get out of it.I am feeling that i have been constantly harrassed
meentally without any reason by tata indicom .
I hope that my problem will be solved .

TATA Indicom — rude behaviour of executive shekhar n excess n overcharged bill
mr shekhar was very rude in his conversation with me.i want a strict action to be taken aganist him. i m very much of the opiion that it is due to this type of exec. that brings a bad name to tataindicom.i m with tataindom since one n half year but hav never got any issues n was very much satisfied with indicom but in my oct. bill i very much felt that i m being charged ruppees 200 over instead of hearing my comp. he was just imposing me to accept he is only correct .when i asked him that i m not satisfied with him let me talk to some senior person he confronted n avoided me .at my several requst he said u can view from u r bill the nodalofficer number. isaid i m not able to trace it he refused to giv the address. t wnt to take the neccessary actin agnst him. if can be possible plse be let me know what action has been taken. kindly also adjust my bill i m being overchargedTATA Indicom — Commit not fulfill
Hello,Please help me and let me know the solution of the matter below,
I took the connection from tata center okhla from Ms Kiran in the month of April 2010, she called me no.of times for new number and give me commitment for following point
1) give me, number of my choice 9212_,_9212, same two number in between the number mention
2) TATA to TATA unlimited call without any extra payment
3) 1000 local sms free ,
4) Ur security deposit of Rs 500 will be refunded back in 40 days
And none of above commitment happen, She collect Rs 600 from me, then there is no call from her to me,
When i called okhla center for the number, i always get feedback she is on leave. Before taking number i receive numbers of call from her, now after the payment, no call from there side,
Then after a week i came to know my number [protected]..get activated without informing me and when I called customer care of tata, came to know no offer can be given to you.
After that I launch the complaint in there with the referenece no.151945 but didnt get proper response but my number get change to [protected], then again I send the mail to TATA and request them to return my money and take ur connection back, else i will not responsible for number any more, again not getting any positive feedback,
I got really fedup, with all this, and decide not to pay bill for the same,
After that I received the bill of Rs 1,243.00 from them which i havnt paid.My number get disconnected after that.
But from few days I got the Threatening calls from TATA just pay your bill else we will do really will file complaint against me in court, you will get arrested and so and so.
But yesterday One person call me, and told me, he is calling from Police station, there is arrest warrant against me , just pay your bill else we will arrest you.
Please help me and suggest me what to do to get rid from it,

TATA Indicom — Faulty billing and poor service
I had one Tata Indicom internet service account, which I upgraded to a new fast account by closing the fist account. Although I signed all the relevant paperwork, the company continued to keep billing me on the old account even though I had surrendered the wireless modem. In spite of my sending several emails asking for the error to be corrected the same was continued. When I refused to pay, my service on the new account was suspended, but the billing was continued on both accounts. Now I sent my secretary to settle and close both accounts. Last month their service center asked for some settlement payments and told us that both accounts were closed, only to send me another bill - extracts of which is given below.I find the company most customer unfriendly and deliberately set up to extract maximum payment from customers with out proving service. Its shocking coming from a Tata group company. I plan to go to consumer court to seek compensation.

TATA Indicom — disturbing incoming advertisements and unwanted voice chat activation
Dear Sir,On my Tata indicom pre-paid mobile no. [protected], I have been receiving too many advertisements that are unsolicited. These ads are very disturbing. I have many times asked Tata helpline but to no avail.
Further, TAYA INDICOM has forcibly added voice chat facility which I have objected to many times and also requested to discontinue but NO action has been taken by them.I wonder how can TATA INDICOM behave like this. No additional service is required on my above number.
May i request you to look into above complaints and STOP SENDING UNWANTED CALLS AND ADVERTISEMENTS and also DISCONTINUE VOICE CHAT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.
