TATA Indicom — No incoming or outgoing calls from my tata indicom mobile since 2pm today.

TATA Indicom — without my permission my balance was deducted
My num is [protected]. i received a call on 12th july 2010 at 11.13am regarding a scheme that tata is providing. after listening to the scheme i said i dnt need tht. but as soon as i disconncted my phone i recieved a message saying 111 rs has been dedcuted from my balance account for enabling the scheme but it was not requested by me.i have been folloeing up with tata service providers since the abpve mentioned date but there is no convincing answer received yet.
TATA Indicom — faulty data card
sir,i had purchased a data card provided by tata photon plus in the month of april with a month sbuscription on free usage basis. right afetr first recharge they asked us to change certain setings with the instrument and after that continuously the instrument fails to connect properly . it shows variety of errors and when contacted with customer care centre they ask to do certain trouble shoots and then again after a short period same problems reappear. unlimited complaints have been made from our end but no action has been taken. infact all the complaint no have been automatically closed.
plight of our tolerance they have blocked the photon plus services in july during 9 july-12 july saying that they cannot trace back our documents so the services have been blocked.later they accepted that due to defect of their system the data cards which were activated or recharged on 9 th july have suffered a data loss. so we were left to bear the loss due to faliure of connectivity.
since than it fails to get connected on tata photon plus signals and if rarely gets connected it connects to photon whiz with a very low spreed .continuously since than i am after them getting assurance that within 48 hours the device would be replaced but it is just like banging my head with walls.
you can see the list of complaint no available as rest have been deleted with the data loss.

TATA Indicom — very bad service
TATA INDICOM SXC 1080 its so slow. sometimes disconnects automatically. cant download big files, even 5 mb song. show message always " server not found". sometime modem does not get connected. SO MANY PROBLEMS. pls dont believe in their Advertisement it is to TEMPT Customers.
