I did purchase a TATA PHOTON + MODEM from your Outlet :--MIRA ROAD GALLERY, GANESH DHAM BUILDING , MIRA BHAYNDER LINK ROAD , OPP. OLD PETROL PUMP , MIRA ROAD EAST -401107
On dated 13-Sep-2010 . Just after the tenure of 2 months Device was not detecting then it was advised to me that I will have to go to service station and as Directed I did the same at Borivali Service station on dated 12-No-10… Then I moved down to your Meera raod gallery again and there I met to person named Mr. Kavindra [protected] and it was the phase from where my problem begins.
I was bearing Prepaid Photon number [protected] and I want that number on My New Modem, But initially every one was forcing me to Buy Post paid Number but when I denied then Mr. kavindra put his step forward to resolve my problem …But I am really sorry to say that even after the tenure of 8 days I am getting only one reply … That your service will resume shortly but fail to get the problem Resolved

TATA Indicom — Harrasment for payment of bill even after cancellation of connection

I had purchased an Internet service from Tata Indicom (USB Internet connection). During purchase I was told if you buy this product by paying Rs. 2999/- you will get 5 months unlimited download service. Billing will start after 5 months.
Accordingly I purchased the product.
My purchase details are:-
Invoice No. 1441, Invoice series: 2010-11, Invoice date 15-05-10, CAF No.
MHROM 170282, Del No. [protected]
So from date of purchase i.e. from 15-05-10 the 5 months are completed on 15-10-10 & connected started on 16 / 17th May 2010.
My disconnection / cancellation mail was send on 06-10-10 which is 10 days prior to completion of 5 months. Their customer care also contacted & did asked for additional details I provided the same after cancellation on 07/10/10. I had clarified in my first mail it self that i am cancelling the connection prior to date of completion of 5 months so i will not be paying the bill if continued in any case due to your mistake. They said nothing & said your cancellation is confirmed on phone.
Suddenly I received the bill dated 07/11/10 & that to without use. For period 05/10/2010 to 04/11/2010. Without any usage (Pl verify the same in bill zero usage pg no. 2).
I told them I will not pay the bill as I have cancelled it & clarified that same during cancellation. After regular mails & also telling them that I will register the matter in consumer court they are calling me regularly & mailing me for payment of bill. I have been troubled by this. I had written to them about the harassment by billing operators & warned them I will report the issue to consumer court also pl. let me know what help you require from my side (Also mailed all previous communications). I got the reply since bill date is 05/10/2010 you will have to pay the bill amount. All my other questions are unanswered.
Pl. take necessary actions & do the needful.

TATA Indicom — unauthorised deduction
Hello,I am a photon plus (pre-paid) consumer. I ha ve recharged Rs. 200/- on 18.11.2010. On 08.12.2010, the company automatically deducted 30 MB fraudulently, illegally from my account without any surfing, downloading, even did not connect to internet. On asking, the service centre did not give me a proper reply for why deduct my extra 30 MB from my account. I am enclosing all SMS details below in support of my statements and allegation against the company.
This is not a matter of 30 MB, it’s matter of bonafide business activities, all the promises and assurance given to us by the company. DO NOT DEDUCT 30 MB, DEDUCT 200 MB, MAKE MY ACOUNT EMPTY, BUT PLEASE GIVE A ACCEPTABLE REASON.

TATA Indicom — Installation delay and non-returning the originals
I had Tata indicom Landline broadband and it was ok..some times modem used to behave crazy and sometime server used to down for 2-3 days. Being out of station I disconnect connection.in Decemeber I was back and being better easily available in our area and society, I again asked for Broadband connection.Amazingly my past Account number as exist in Tata Indicom Database.They could have relive it but i was again asked to submitt the documents (support personel (grp-A) came and collect originals for Xerox).
I was told I will get connection installed in 72-96 hrs(4 working days).
The background verification was done on 3rd day.
On installation one group support people(grp-A) discover some technical problem from their side and they said they will do it later.
Now another group(Grp-B) support person from inform that the person who had collected papers from me is not authorised to provide/install connection in my society. As per grp-B only they are authorised to install in my area so they asked to resubmitt the documents at grp-B.
My Pain:
1. Now Being grp-B and grp-A from TataIndicom Why should I submitt two sets of documents at same supplier.
2. Its almost a Week, grp-A haven't installed the Connection.
3. My original living address document is still at grp-A personel.
