TATA Indicom Prepaid — receiving calls after DND activation

my cell number is [protected] i have been receiving promotional calls after sever complaints in the company as i have activated DND on my number since January 2008 last promotional call which i received was on 30/07/2008 from[protected] regarding caller tunes. my last complaint number in Tata Customer care was. NTP 07947205 on 18/07/2008 after which i was told that i will not have same problem again. please help me out as its my private number and not a advertisement portal thru which the company is earning and our personal database is been provided to sever other comp. regards jai Was this information helpful? i have been receiving promotional calls after sever complaints in the company as i have activated DND on my number 6 months back ...i still get promotional calls from [protected]...despite intimating customer care couple of times no action has been taken on this issue...
