My name is vikas mob [protected] and my complain is about online tata indicom recharge of my brother mobileno.[protected] .which is i done from internate banking of my sbi acc. with acc.no.[protected] with rs 50 on 7th jan. but i did not get my mobile balance till now after complaining many time to tata custmer care.

    I am residing at Rajendra Nagar Street No. 03, Dist. Satna (Madhay Pradessh ). Just in the back of my house is TATA INDICOM MOBILE TOWER. The tower has not taken any electricity connection is run by generator. The Generator produces sound and smoke. It is very difficult to reside here. It is located in very densed populated area. The tower also radiates harmfuly raise.

    Kindly lookinto the matter and suggest what remedy is available to me.

    please any one suggest me to whom to contect to stop build up the mobile tower near my house.
    Is there is any procedure to stop this.
    we do not want that tower near our house at shivpuri, raghvendra nagar. owner and Tata Indicomm, take NOC also and even they never ask the people who stay there.

    To live in noise and smoke polluted area where Electro Magnetic Radiation is already there is having slow poison only. Prior to installation of mobile towers with electric generators owners of Telecom Companies, their executive officers and Govt. Officers who grant permission to install them in residential areas should get the experience to live in such atmosphere with their family, children and old parents atleast for one years so that they may know the consequences of living in radiation area. Electro magnetic radiation may cause death, tumor, allergy, cancer, DNA loss, skin cancer, death to pregnant ladies and their unborn child.

    Instead of installing these towers in residential areas Govt. should instruct them to share with BSNL towers only. They should be instructed to use batteries or solar system in place of generators.

    Respected Sir,

    I am resident of New Ashok nagar, delhi- 110 096, on behalf of all resident of new ashok nagar, i request you to solve our problem.
    There is a Steel mobile Network Tower of Tata Indicom Mobile Company on the roof of A-81 New Ashok Nagar,House honour is Mr. J.P. Singh in our Locality. it was erected around 3 years before. Now it has creating a mental hazard & Physically illness of local resident as well. We have Complaint several times to concerned person, but there is no activity from there side. since our childrens and elders are suffering from mental illness (as medical reports and doctors stated). Now it is our rights to inform the higher authorities about this. as some of the greedy persons do not want to remove this structure. because they are gaining a huge amount from the company.
    so the wellness of local area citizens, I request you to take some necessarily/active action. so that we can proud our delhi govt. and its responsible authorities.

    I request you to please look into this matter as soon as possible because we are afraid after hearing this fact of hazards to us. I hope an urgent and positive response from your side.

      ALTHOUGH THERE IS CORE BALANCE OF RS 374, I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS INTERNET, AND RECIEVING ERROR 721 REMOTE COMPUTER NOT RESPONDING.MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO NODAL OFFICER SUKHPAL BUT NO RESPONSE.
      KINDLY SORT OUT. TATA INDICOM IS GIVING THE WORST SERVICES NO BODY LISTENS.

      I have started usb modem internet connection from 15-01-08. its downloading speeding is not at all exceptable, customer service just thing that users are illetrate, They do not know how to operate the system. data transfering speed is promised on your modem pack 153 kbps where as speed is never better then 7-15 kbps. please mention the fact while selling your product to customer. Do not cheet like this.
      Do some thing to improve the downloading speed of modem. Operating in Lohegaon area in pune.

      tata USB data card — worst service -- tata indicom USB

      We have give the tataindicom usb data card for serice 15th march, after giving to service center at Andheri -- Adonis customer relation center, they ask us to come after one week. After one week they said 15 day after that they said one month. Finally after one and a half month they asked us to collect it. While collecteting they are saying tata indicom is not suppiling the spare part and they cant able to serice the usb and they returned the usb without servicing after one and a half month.
      There is no exclation of the call. if there is any please reply..

      This hind of worst service happen any where else???

      I thought your present usb moden is more accessible & more relible. In really it is just opposite in nature.

      The TATA INDICOM plug to surf (SXC-1080) has a proclaimed speed of 234 kbps...
      kbps is kilo bits per second...
      8 bits will give you one byte...
      soooo 230/8 will be almost 28 kBps...thats kilo byte per second...
      SO...I do get a surfing speed of almost 23kBps...
      its our money's worth...
      And talkin about ERROR 721...
      you first need to recharge your card with a definite rate plan before you can use the balance of the card...
      just for example...you'll have to recharge your card with rs.201...which will get you the charge of 0.80 rs per mb...THEN you will be able to use the balance of your card according to this rate...
      error 721 is an external server error when the tata's remote host fails to evaluate your rate plan even after validating your card...

      I am using tata indocm usb modem. When i start up the "tata indoicom dialar", it does not show the modem no. Instead of that it shows 0?????????. It is very impt because without this i can not refer my data card.

      I used tata indicom epi-vally internet services (my a/c No.[protected]) for few months at starting it was not at all a bad service so continued to use the service,in between i got 2 bills for a single month and i visited to office they told our billing date start from 13 of a month to next 12 which was never informed me and i respectfully paid my billed amount which cost me a lose of Rs.500.
      And after that internet service become too much bad from their service thus speed of surfing became very low,
      so i called the customer care further assistance but they could not sort it.Even calling for assistance for several times i did not get problem out,so i told the problem at tata indicom office( which is at Telechery kannur district,kerala,India) they too could not help me for the same so i requested them discontinuing the service.And after that month i got bill from tata Rs.656 for the month which i did not get their service.

      Now the problem is that i got an advocate notice from Adv.Aniyan.p ,Advocate high court of Kerala, on arbitration & consilation act 1996 sec62 failing of bill payment
      It says i need to pay amount of rupees 1406 for compromising of this case,

      Is there any consumer legal right for me an Indian to go against this case 'or' do i have pay the amount even with out getting any service from the company, I need your legal help

        I need to bring to your attention that I am frequently harassed by the fact that the Cheques (for payment of my TATA Indicom Land Line phone) are being lost. The details of my account are as follows:

        For the Bill received for the month of November08, which was payable by the 8th of Dec08, I had made the following payment at the Tata Indicom Outlet:

        Cheque Number: 432266
        Bank: Syndicate Bank, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi
        Cheque Amount: Rs. 953/-
        Date of Cheque: 8/12/2008
        Drop Box where cheque was dropped: TATA Indicom Centre, Madhu Vihar, Patparganj, Delhi-92.


        Despite dropping the cheque in time, the above cheque has been misplaced by TATA Indicom and my phone line has been disconnected. This is the SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED THIS YEAR. It is highly irregular on the part of TATA Indicom to misplace cheque and inconvenience the customers. I think Airtel and Reliance do a better job with their billing system, and I have a mind to surrender this TATA Indicom connection and take a similar connection from Airtel or Reliance

          Sir this is Abhishek Kumar from Ranchi, Jharkhand. The atrocity of Telecom Company compelled me to drop a to complain you.
          Sir I have purchased a recharge voucher of Rs. 50 from True value Shoppe of Tata Indicom. The sales personnel told me that you get Rs 150 talk time, which can be, used for calling local Tata Indicom numbers and the same scheme is printed on recharge voucher. I bought two-recharge voucher and when I recharge my account with that RCV then my account is credited with 150 minutes talk time for calling local Tata Indicom numbers instead of Rs. 150 worth 1500minutes.
          When I enquire about this from customer care executive he told me that the scheme is over. I agree that the scheme is over but I would like to know if scheme is over then why the True value Shoppe of Tata Indicom selling that RCV and why they have not provided me update information about the scheme.
          The second thing is that on RCV it is printed in clear words recharge with this voucher and get Rs.150 for calling local Tata Indicom numbers and the validity of that voucher is up to 2010. Then what is the meaning of validity?
          This is the example absolute atrocity of Telecom Company.
          It is not only me a no of my friends having the same complain.
          So please look into the matter and provide us a justified solution of our grievance.

          This no. was never activated and In spite of regular follow ups with Tata indicom Executive Sunil Kumar ( Mob No- [protected] ) and got an assurance that it will be activated soon. I got a bill[protected] of Rs bill of Rs 1105/ ( 05/09/09 ) and one more bill of Rs 5254/ dated 05/01/09 to 04.02/09.

          Finally Tata Indicom executive came to meet me and agreed upon the mistake which Tata Indicom did. The number mentioned behind the sim card was A000000AF2604D which was physically handed over to me by Tata indicom executive and in Tata indicom records it was A000000AF2605D ( in my name)which was phisically given to some other person who was using tata indicom was adressed to me. All bills in other person's name was adressed to me.

          This mistake was accepted by Tata indicon executive. Finally I have deactivated that sim card
          Finally I got a call from Patila House cort against this problem.
          I had made complaint to all regional heads /legal heads regarding this problem. I spoke to

          both are Tata indicom employees
          I called them at least 10 times and every time got assurance of closing my case. But till date nothing has happened. Again I am getting call from Patila court against this .

          This is Madhu Sudhan Rao.M, Assistant Professor of English. My mobile No. is [protected]. I recharged an voucher for Rs.75 this afternoon (i.e.[protected]. My transaction Id was[protected]. However I didn’t receive the amount.
          To my astonishment, when I called the customer care executive, he gave me an improper reply and said there‘s nothing in his hands(conclusion of the talk).
          He said,
          • That voucher was for night talk time
          • It’s not a top up voucher
          • He was helpless
          I received an sms before I recharged. It is as follows:
          Recharge minimum with Rs.75in next 5days & get 25min extra local T2T talk time & 25 local SMS free for 15 days within 5days. Not valid for pay per call users.
          So, tell me why my amount was retained? That executive cut the phone line. When I called back again some other came into phone line. This time the executive turned out very smart. He cleverly cheated me. He said that amount was added to my number. I believed him but in vain.
          When I again tried the phone line at 9pm the option for talking to executive was blocked.
          This is how Tata Indicom (you) are cheating the customers. This is a great humiliation. I need my top up amount. If not I’ll proceed further

            A few days after recharging the prepaid connection for Tata indicom broadband at my residence, the modem stopped connecting to the internet. A technical complaint was registered on November 23, 2008. The problem remained unsolved for several days, after which repeated calls to customer care were made. During the 14 calls, we were kept on hold for several minutes and transfered to one person or the other each BPO executive only repeating the taught standard comments like " I request you to be kindly online' and after 15 minutes, "thankyou for being online Maam" "We will take this up with top priority and try to solve this within two days this time" and so on. Written complaints to the chennai nodal officer also served no purpose. After a month and half, we shifted our residence, and when I sent a mail informing this, hoping some response since that service requires further payment of money, YES, they replied, called me immediately, but said that there will be no compromise on the remaining INR 1056.00 balance & the 3 month recharge amount of INR 600.00 to adjust on the number of missing connection days and as priority special case they can give a validity extension of 8 days. :) I denied this offer as it would be another era of bad service from Tata Indicom & Now, I'm at a loss of INR 1656.00 + the Landline calls to a non toll free number while trying to solve the problem.

              Sir I have got a call from tata indicom, in the call they tell me the postpaid plan to my prepaid no. I like the plan so I confirm them to convert my no. to postpaid from prepaid. but due to documents probelm the no. could not be activated, now it has been two month, but they are not returning my security amount (600Rs) and ignore me, I have complaint it in tata indicom nodal officer but result are same, I have the receipt of all that.
              Please take the necessary action on this fraud of tata indicom.

              I, have taken a postpaid connection on[protected] when one of representative visited our office on[protected]. I am hjolding a mobile with airtel connection and he convinced me togo for tata connection. An amount of 600/_ has been paid as per the details told by the representative. New sim was handed over to me on[protected]. On[protected] morning when i asked the representative about the activation, then the rep has informed me my sim was activated.when again asked about sim activation on afternoon, then the representative telling that your mobile is a GSM make and it wont suits the sim as it is CDMA technology.Actually i am not aware of this and tata representative ha s also not informed me. How the representative knowingly cheated me for going for the connection. He would have told me before I was opting for the postpaid tata connection without mobile phone.

              hey Mr., i think u r a fool man...In these education and technology days u dont know which is CDMA and GSM connection...This is shame o[censored] only, dont post this type of complaints in the forum..

              TATA Indicom — Applied for a postpaid connection,but the fee has not been refunded by them yet.

              Some of you might find it little bit amazing from a group like TATA, this could happen.
              Well let me inform you that I applied for a postpaid connection of Tata Indicom.I recently shifted to Hyderabad from Kolkata.
              The agent who collected my form collected a sum of Rs.600(refundable) for application also and when I said that I dont have any address proof here, he asked for Rs.100 more by which he will make an agreement and will offer me the connection, I negotiated that amount to Rs.50 and as per his commitment I will be receiving the connection within 2 days.This dates back to the 22nd of August probably .
              After this the agent disappeared with no intimation at all about the status and I was trying to catch the guy like crazy over the phone and his pretences were

              Month end is going on
              I was in a training
              I am out of station
              And finally his wife said he left his mobile at home.

              Any way this is the story and I dont want to pull it more.

              By this time I managed to get a TATA INDICOM post paid connection through some other agent and even started receiving the bills also at the same address.

              Finally I talked to the customer care guys who said that the cheque has been issued to me to refund the amount at my address but it bounced back saying that nobody stays there by this name.

              So you can realize the difference cheques do not comes to the address but the bills do.

              I made complaint to the nodal officer via email but to receive only false commitments and finally the person stopped replying to my mails even.

              They told me to visit there KLK office on Saturday and I did the same to collect the cheque, after reaching there one lady told me to come on Monday before 9pm, as their Finance people dont come on Saturdays and even more interesting is, the cheque which has been prepared for me was actually bearing my missplet name.
              So the lady asked me to come on Monday with an address proof to request for reissue of the cheque.

              I visited there office on Monday at 8 pm and surprised to see that nobody was there forget about the finance guys not even the customer care representatives were present there.

              So this is quiet clear by now that how much is the coordination among them who are working in the same company and department.

              So finally I visited there office on 27th of Oct and requested for a reissue of cheque.And now it will take 10 working days to prepare the cheque on my properly spelt name.

              Please be careful from these agents of Tata Indicom.

              This is to inform you that, authorized representative of TATA INDICOM; Mr. Shekhar (Mr. Shahil and Ms. Deepika) had given me fake information about the plan. and they activate wrong postpaid plan to my number.

              Actually i have got a call from tata indicomm, okhla office from deepika and she told me about the plan 275 in which local and STD calls both are 50ps. and she told me if i will take add-on of rs25 then i can call STD on one number in 25ps/min. i have asked that this is valid on any number in india or only tata. then she told that any number means other then tata will also work. after that they send one representative for the application form. and then i talk to Mr. Shekhar, who again tell me the same things. then finally i fill the form and gave 600rs to the executive. on the next day i got a call from Mr. Shahil, and he confirm me about the documents which i have submitted. then again i asked about the 25rs add-on and he told me that yes i can call any one number other than tata in india in 25ps. One more thing that i have asked for last 4 digit number of my choice in my mobile number than they said definetly i will get. when finally i get a call from verification department then i know that they all were given me fake information. there is no such sceme in which i can call one particular number in 25ps. and on next day when my number is activated the number is of not of my choice and the plan which is activated is not 275. which plan they have activated is 224 in which std is 2.65 ps/min.

              The problem is, I have asked one single question to everyone but they given me the same answer. Just because of selling the postpaid connection they are doing such type of cheap things. and giving wrong information to the customers.
              I am shocked to know that all the commitments and assurances given by the representative have failed.

              Tataindicom, Mobile Post paid connection — Sold the connection with wrong information

              I went to TataIndicom shop, and asked about the unlimited plan of Tata to Tata,
              then the Tataindicom executive told me that, There is plan called "Honest 450",
              in which you will be able to call all India TATA to TATA indicom phone unlimited times.

              But after taking the connection, I just called the customercare to check these things,
              then they have told that no it's not unlimited, it's limited to 2000 minutes.
              and where as after selling the phone even these plan was not activated,
              I have not been informed by the dealer or anyother TATA executive.

              and after that I have called manytimes to TataIndicom executives and customercare.
              They are telling that they need writtend proof. and the dealer said that they will not give a single proof to the
              customer.

              and they are suggesting that better to Pay the bil and close the services.


              This is the answer from the dealer.

              I'm really become speechless after hearing. I asked, the mistake I have not done,
              why am I suppose to pay for that. They have told you don;t have option
              otherthan simply paying.

              In the month of May, 2008 I completed all formalities for the disconnection of the phone service.I have reciept with me. I made so many round to the company's office for enquiring about the refund of security amount but all in vain.

              I have brought a new number last month. it was written on the envelope of number that nothing will be debited on daily basis on this number. I got it recharched with Rs.325 which is tata to tata free recharge secheme. After 1-2 days i came to know that by balance in phone is reducing even if i was calling on only tata numbers which was free in that plan. I called custmer care and explained that even if i am calling only on tata phones which is freewhy they are charging. they imfomed me that one scheme is automatically activated on my mobilein which they charge Rs1daily.i told them that i dont want this scheme change it. they told me that if i want to change i have to payRs 52 more then i asked them what about my recharge they told me that u will get that. t got it rechared again with Rs52 on 13/12/2009. today i came to know that they are charging me even for tcalls which i have done on tata mobiles. I called them that i have rechared it fir Rs325 on 03/12/2009 in which tata to tata calls was free for one month why they are charging,they told me that you have changed ur plan that why but i told them that i have changed only base plan how can they cancel my recharge by changing base plan without imforming me.But they dont want to listen to me. they cheated me two time please help me in getting justice and stop companies cheateing their customers by giving them wrong imformation please help me as soon as posible.

              TATA Indicom — Regarding Balance & Giving Wrong Info.

              Dear Sir,

              I got a msg.on 14/03/2011 that If recharge your phone with a amount of Rs. 199/- ,you will get Rs. 260/- talk time & get call charges on other no. in India at rate of 1ps./sec. i recharge my phone yesterday morning but still i could not get all above stated scheme. I tried many times at customer care centre but still could not get satisfied ans.
              I awaited for a hopeful reply soon from your end.(Otherwise i complaint in ConsumerCourt.)

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                  I purchased a Tata Indicom true value connection ([protected]) through their stall put in IIT Bombay between 21-24 dec. 2008. I have submitted all my documents and have done other formalities. I told them clearly that it will not be possible for me to visit their offices in case I need to submit any other document, so plz check everything before giving the connection. They asked for a copy of passport and my I-Card and signatures on some papers which I gave instantly. Just after 3 days they have disabled my connection and when i talked with the costumer care personal she told me that their office didn’t receive my documents yet and advised me to visit the nearest office which in no way near to my place (powai) its located somewhere in Thane district . Now if I want to continue with tata I need to spent atleast 2-3 hours (in travel) and money and u never know they will ask u to come again with something else !!!
                  Doesn’t it look like cheating just to sell one connection. I know neither TATA can be richer by earning few thousand rupees from me nor I will be poorer. Its not a matter of money its a matter to trust, its a matter of consumer rights. I am sure i will always avoid tata services in future and will suggest all the readers to be careful while dealing with TATA.

                    I had applied for a Tata Indicom 'Walky' phone connection in March 2006. I also paid a deposit amount of Rs. 1500 which was refundable. Later on after 4-5 months I have cancelled the connection and return the instrument to the Tata Indicom office. There I was told that I will be getting my refund with a months time. But I didnt receive from the company. When I further enquire about the refund I was told that my connection was converted to lifetime plan and refund amount was utilised for that. Though this was done without my consent since I never applied for life time plan. Inspite of several complains there is no response from the company. Now I am approaching CNBC so that I could get justice to my case.

An amount of 550/_ has been paid as per the details told by the representative. when i asked the representative about the activation, then the representative has informed me that my sim was activated on[protected] .Again asked about sim activation after twodays, then the representative telling that your mobile activated with 1hour. Then whenever i called him he replayes same. Allready 1month is over, i received first month bill (Bill no:67901134 with due date[protected]n[protected] without connection.I am asking them to refund my money back but they are not responcing.Actually i am not aware of this and tata representative has also not informed me about refud money. How the representative knowingly cheated me for going for the connection.

                    Tata Indicom Walky — Reminder regarding: Connectivity problem and Hand-Set problem and after 02 months all of a sudden disconnection of Phone

                    This complaint is addressed to Tata Teleservices Ltd.
                    Dear Sir,

                    My complaint regarding connectivity and problem with the set has been pending for more than 02 Months.

                    No concrete corrective action was taken on my complaints. And This is further to my earlier complaints.

                    On 06th Sep and again on 08th Sep, Ms. Uma and Ms. Komal from your office Tel Nos.[protected] requested me not to get the phone disconnected promising that they will rectify the connectivity problem and will also replace the telephone set with a new set and this will be done in 03 days.



                    Ms. Komal Tel[protected] on 08 Sep at aroumd 1500 hrs called me up saying not to get the phone disconnected promising that they will rectify the connectivity problem and replace the phone set with a new one.



                    Accordingly I said ok and told them not to disconnect the phone (This was on 08 Sep at around 1500 hrs.



                    After this your office had again called up giving a new complaint no. and confirming that the phone will not be disconnected and the corrective action will be taken.



                    On 11th Sep Mr. Rajesh(Raju) from your office came to my place with an alternate old set, which I refused to accept, as I was promised a brand new set. Same was conveyed to your office by Mr. Rajesh and me also. Then several times we tried your no.[protected] and tried to speak to either Ms. Uma and Ms. Komal, but they did not come to the line. This is breach of trust and highly unacceptable. Neither the connectivity problem has been sorted out nor the Phone set has not been replaced so far.


                    Instead of rectifying the connectivity problem or replacing the set You have disconnected my phone without informing me.

                    You have taken action on a comlpaint of 05 Sep and did not taken any corrective action on

                    the later developments which happened on 08 Sep when your office had confirmed, that they are not disconnecting the phone.



                    Hope you will realise your mistake and take corrective action.

                    I cancelled landline connection with Tata Indicomm long back. Then we received calls from call centre regarding returning the handset to get the money back(what we had paid when we had taken the phone. Thier agent comes, collects the handset, gives receipt(7/12/09). But after that never heard from the company nor got any kind of refund.

                    Self had taken a broadband connection dated 27-Aug-11 for my office located at 20,Shree Vijay Appt,Nr.Reliance Web World,Vijay Cross Road,Navrangpura,Amd-9 and paid an amount of rs.4000/- in cheque for 4 months advance payment.Connection had been done but after week we have decided to close the office permanently.Therefore I had requested for diconnection and refund of balance amount but i had recd reply from customer care that we cannot refund the amount.Same has been not intimated by Tata Indicom officials at the time of taking connection.After that i had requested for shifting the connection to home based at Bhatt,Gandhinagar.Some lad had called my and said that we dont have feasibilty at your site and we cannot the refund amount.Again their representatives had called and said we have feasibility and it will be connected within day or two.But 20 days pass ,still no one had turned up and single one called me.Again i sent mail to customer care and requested for refund the amount otherwise i will lodge complain in consumer court but no positive response recd.Request you to kindly let me know what i have to do or please suggest ways so that i will get my balance amount.I had hardly use the connection for week.that is also very service.

                        I am really unhappy with the services provided by TATA INDICOM. I don’t receive incoming SMS regularly. Whenever I lodge a complaint it is rectified after 24 or 48 hours. I have already called up customer care many times; also spoken to managers, but every time they assure me that it will be rectified. But, IT IS NOT DONE. Moreover, whenever I ask for the Manager or Supervisor, they tell that no supervisors are available right now, or they have gone for lunch, or they say that they themselves are supervisors!!
                        Is this the service Tata Indicom gives to a customer? I am their customer from a long time. The worst part is: once I speak to an agent and speak to him for a long time, they disconnect the line. Also, they disable the OPTION “9” to speak to customer service executive. THIS IS REALLY HOORIBLE AND DISGUSTING!!
                        I have already spoken to the TATA TRUE VALUE HUB and also the SERVICING DEPARTMENT. They have checked my phone, it is perfectly alright!
                        Please can Tata INDICOM explain me why I am able to receive the SMS? I start receiving it once I lodge a complaint.
                        I wonder if they take this complaint of mine seriously and provide a solution.

                          Hi all,

                          I had disconnected my Tata Indicom Post Paid WLL Internet Connection in May2008 through calling customer care on telephone. They told me they will do it. But they kept calling me now and then asking for the reason for dis-connection. I told i was unhappy with service and low-speed, and I have taken BSNL broadband. But they kept on sending me bills even after disconnection. I just thought it is an gimmick. But, today they have sent me a leagal notice for paying pending bills in 7 days else they will pursue legal action. I am afraid. Anybody face such problems/ harassment, please guide me.

                            I have a tata indicom no. i cannot send or receive messages properly with this no. I have to workout most of the deals with my rock band on messages and this problem is troubling me alot. Even if I get the delivery report the message takes atleast 4-5 hours to be delivered. And sometimes it even takes a day or two.
                            I called customer care many times to register a complaint but everytime I got the same reply that the problem is with the other network not ours. and when I asked 'are all the networks faulty except yours?' they disconnected the phone .
                            I really do not understand what I shall do ?

                                  I activated DND (Do not Disturb) on my mobile. But after 3-4 months I got promotional message. I called up customer care and made a complaint and they assured me it will not happen again. But two days later another message came. So I called them up and complained again. They say they'll call but they don't. So I decided to follow the complain but then I found out these guys are Intensionally not picking up my calls.

                                  Now its been a month or so but still I not getting any customer support. I am already looking to change the service provider but if after this complaint nothing happens. Then I will be forced to take legal action against Tata Indicom.

                                  As being a consumer I know what my rights are and I am not at all happy with the way Tata Indicom is handling customers.

                                  I have purchase a tata indicom mobile manufacture by 'Haier' in november 2008. but mobile having a problem which is dead, when i goes to tata indicom service center in ahmednagar ( maharashtra). there is nobuddy in that office till 11.00. I have wait for 1 hour then service man came there and open a shop. I told him about my problem but he said ' no serial number on pcb ' thats why they refused warranty, they do not repair mobile. it is hope less service from tata indicom, i think it is third class service.. I suggest to all of you do not purchase TATA INDICOM MOBILE for inconvience.

                                  I purchased a Tata Indicom mobile (C2206) manufactured by 'Huawei ' in May 2009.In August 2009 it became dead. I went to a service center in Barakpore, Kolkata.They have taken it and told they will return it back with in a week. But it’s around one month passed and I didn’t get my mobile back. I am following up with them. They are saying that they don’t have any spare to repair it. When that spare will come they will repair and inform me.

                                  Now my question is:

                                  1.Is this the procedure to serve the customer by Tata Indicom.
                                  2.How they can harsh the customers once selling it to them.

                                  On a Brief: PLEASE DON’T BUY ANY TATA INDICOM MOBILE
                                  Ya I agree with you guys..Tata Indicom has worst service among other mobile service provider. I bought new connection of tata indicom and in few days they blocked my no. I gave copies of driving license and PAN card and local address proof (the essestial all documents) TWICE .Still they have not activated my no.If I try to call I hear a voice message that 'speak to customer care' .But what a service even I cant connect customer care also !

                                    hello,
                                    I live in bangalore.I have been using a tataindicom Wimax since nov 7, 2008, on nov 28 i registrerd a request for shift of location, and started calling costomer care from nxt day to know the progress..they will say it is under processing with high priority..after a week i called nodel officer ..he said the same thing and he told me to forword all the mails receved from costmer care..i did so and waited for his responce..i shifted to my new house by 30th of novembr..but still my connection is not reinstalled..it is more than 17 days now ..i dont knw what to do ..i am using postpaid connection, and i paid 4 months rent in advance..they offer a hp colour printer also when i took the connection.but that also i din get yet..my login id is [protected]@vsnl.net please help me if anyone can...

                                    Dude, i had the same problem for over 2 months. I terminated my account. Today i got a legal notice for paying up my bills for the time i didnt use it.

                                    So you see...i think you know what is best for you.

                                      I am Shikha Kumari, using the Services of tata indicom from past 2years without failure. My friends & family members are also using the same. Recently i applied from tata's postpaid connection. I paid the amounts of Rs.600.00 on 04/12/2008. I was been ensured by the Sales Department that my connection would be activated within 24 hours, but today is 15/12/2008 and no Action has been taken so far.As i am a working woman, i am facing difficulties because of this.
                                      I am continuously in touch with the Customer Care Department, but nothing has changed. They are continuously telling me that the server is down these days.
                                      Kindly take some action as it comes on the reputation of the Company.
                                      Looking forward for a positive feedback at your end.

                                      These sales guys may be the frauds & cheaters but ultimately it comes to the reputation of the company they represent.
                                      Actually, some serious actions should be taken by the Company itself as they have to face the customers with their problems.

                                      A tata indicom photon-plug and surf whiz modem (sr.no.[protected] & MDN No.[protected]) was purchased a fornight back by me through a nearby dealer at Nanganallur, Chennai. The application no.[protected] was also submitted through the same dealer yesterday. However, till now the service has not been activitated. Please inform the reason and the remedy for the same. Further, if the delay was in the operation side kindly activate the same immediately and reply me please.

                                      TATA Indicom — False Feedback

                                      My mobile no. is [protected].In response to my complaint dated 23/08/2011 (Complain No.BAL[protected])& 27/08/2011.The servive provider replied:

                                      "We would like to inform you that, our concern team verified all the records and found that sudden deduction has been done, the amount has been credited to your account."

                                      This is totally a white lie.My balance is never credited till now.At the same time Rs.3.00 has been debited from my account.I do not know what kind of information desk the service provider has.Will ever be my problem solved or I have to switch over to other servicer provider.

                                        Hello I am Ajay from Vishakhapatnam, I took Tata Indicom Broadband for 6 moths plan which included 7.5 GB download for Rs. 3100.
                                        It worked fine for 3 months and the total usage was 4 GB. I went out of city for one week and when returned and tried to connect i failed to do so.
                                        When i called to customer care, they updated that download limit is exceeded (7.5 GB). When i asked the date/time of downloading these data, surprisingly they updated that it is between last two days 24 hours connected. But at that time MY PC was turned off and nobody was present in home.
                                        I feel they are making fool the people by showing wrong data.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I would like to bring to your notice for facing very Bad Customer Experience from Tata Broadband Connenction.

                                        Its pending from October and still not resolved. I took the connection from Sales Rep Riyaz(Ph#[protected]) upon one condition of no Deposit and no Installation as mentioned by Sales Rep.

                                        I gave the first month bill(including Tax) in advance through Cheque as mentioned by the rep. But that amount is being used for Installation instead of Bill without my notice.

                                        My first visit on November 13th it was confirmed by Sandhya Public Office that it will be resolved in 2 days. Sandhya also sent a testing mail which thanked by replying for providing quick resolution.

                                        Till Date it is not resolved. I have provided the Sales Reps Riyaz (Ph#[protected]) Information.

                                        I also got two complaint numbers in this regard 11434578 & 11187246.

                                        I have provided all the required information and still this is due..

                                        I discussed this issue with Sandhya, Seema from Help desk Public Office who got the confirmation from Sales Head C Rajesh.

                                        During 4 Visits to Tata Braodband office, everytime I got the response as this will be resolved in 2 Days. But those two days are not over yet!!!

                                        Also I discussed with Devidas from Collection Department ([protected]) explained the issue in Detail.

                                        It’s really bad Customer Experience and I still don’t see any response.
                                        These people are misleading the customers for addtional connections and a serious action should be taken in this regard.
