I have made an online recharge to my prepaid mobile no , the money has been deducted from my bank account but the talk time balance has not yet received. It’s one week from now that i have made a transaction.

I have called customer care executives so many times. After listening my complaint they just disconnect my call. And after that for one day my call also not connects to customer care executive.

It is very bad on their service to disconnect the call of the customer.So, many times.

I just want my mobile to have talk time balance which i recharged for or refund the balance to my bank account and also give proper customer care support. To hang up a call is very bad on their service part.

I have details regarding bank transaction POS and Reference No.

Recently I have write code after evey written mail. It is a very time consuming activity and not having usefulness. Thinking to close the account.

TATA — i did not get proper money of recharge

i recharged my account on 13th sep. 2009., of Rs. 125, i should get full talk-time & free 150 sms, but i did not get that, my no. is [protected]

I m using tata indicom since 2 months but on 24th sep 2009 after 3.00pm, my account balance reduced to RS 0.59 from RS 14 and i recieved a message saying that "core balance RS.0.59. please rechrge immediately to continue making outgoing calls- tata indicom from 12527";
after that i m not able to make any call.

I called at customer care of tata indicom and have a conversation with MR. lalit. He said that their computers are not working. I asked him to connect to his supervisor and he refuced by saying that its time of changing shift so he is not available ( around 3.15 pm on 24th sep 2009).

I was feeling restless and called again on customer care and had a conversation with MR.Dinesh. He said that rs.14 have been deducted but the reason for deduction is not mentioned as the data will be updated within 24hs.

Then after some time i called again n then the recorded voice did not let me to reach to customer care exective and asked to mail them on their e-mail id..
since then i m calling but the situation is same .

Then i got to know that a caller tune has been activated automatically without my permission.

Being a student i dont even keep much balance as i m not earning and that too have been deducted for no reason.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK.


i have send this mail to TATA indicome on 24th sep 2009 and got a reply saying they will call within 6h but till now nothing happend.

I m smitha. i have a/c in your hdfc bank.my a/c no is[protected]. 13th oct my accont balance is 9975/-rs. 14th oct i took 200/- again, 2600/- i took. after that i took 500/-, 16th oct i took 5500/-.

so my balance in saving a/c is 1175/-rs. but i got balance in my a/c 200/- what about other money. what reason you people duducted 1000/-rs from my a/c without information. from morning to now i m contact your persons many time. but no one is give correct reason. if we trust and keep our money in your bank. but you people doing like this where is the safety. from 2months period, i m facing lots of problem from your bank.its not good.i need details. i have lots comittments with my family. so kindly get back to me regarding this.

TATA Indicom — Online Recharge

I have tried to rechare online from tata indicom site using my SBI net baking account.They have debited(deducted) money from my account but I won"t got any balace in my indicom.When I tried to speak to Customer care about this they very rudely said that approach to bank we can't do anything for you.

i am manish goel. i was use service of tata indicom. i was complaned to costmer care for dont disterb service but there is no action now they cut my balance witout any reson. when i complain 4 timaand now then they not listen me and noe they not attend my call.

Even I spoke to another time also they are giving the same number,they are telling that there is technical problem,so contact after 19.00 P.M. So,that I contact at 21.00 P.M. Even though the problem is repeating.

The problem is not a money. But How important new i may get from my sister if the rechare is sucessful.so, please look at this.
And please make it necessary action.
