Dear Sir, i am karthick. I have a Tata indicom broadband connection since 2009. from August 23rd onwards the internet is not working.after 4 days the problem get solved. Now i facing the same problem since September 8th onwards. and there is no response from your local office. only the security gave the mobile no of the service engineers. But no one is picking the calls. and still the problem is not yet solved. i totally fedup with this and I planned to surrender the TATA indicom broadband connection and i need the e-mail ID. Kindly advise what are the procedures.

    My name Rangan - I am Tata Indicom long standing customer - with my mobile no. [protected]- While taking this connection I paid Rs.500-/ refundable deposit. Later, due to certain personal reasons, I requested for change of mobile no., and I was given - [protected]- again I paid Rs.500- refundable deposit-total Rs.1000/-; recently I shifted my residence fom BTM Layout II stage to Akshynagar(Begur post); in this area signal is very weak. I complained to the customer care; but they were help less. Finally I switched my service provide to Vodafone. I received a call from customer care, why I switched to Vodafone, and I explained; I have requested for refund, after adjusting my final bill of Rs.383/-; I sent two mails also; no rely - no refund. Please adjust my final bill and refund the balance amount. On hearing from you, I will furnish the required details. I was a very prompt payer of my bills, which you can verify. Thanks. I complained in customer care but they not refund my money and also they are not stop the flash services on my number.         Billing Issue and Refund

        Hello CustomerCare, I am M.Janardhan, once a WI_Max broadband Internet subscriber in 2008.Since there is no feasibility or tower access to anew place where I moved, I withdraw my subscription in 2008/09 and suppose to get a refund of 2000/- that time but still was getting bills.         Tata Indicom Broadband Service Request no.[protected] Unable to access internet since beginning of Aug 2014 1. When I tried to register the complaint about not being able to browse internet between 1st Aug 2014 to 8th Aug 2014, customer service gave a purposefully evasive reason that Server in my area is down and refused to note down the complaint. Finally on 8th Aug, they noted the complaint (referred above). 2. Details of Issue: I have not been able to browse internet since the beginning of this month. The network status shows connected, but I only get the Tata Indicom Broadband log in page, when trying to browse. No other site is accessible. 3. Bad Customer Service/Causing financial loss to customer - (a to g, below): a. Customer Care failed to note the complaint when first informed. Reason provided was that server in the area is down. This seems a patent response usually provided to slow down the issue resolution process. b. Customer Care does not provide any explanation of what the issue is, nor does it have a good understanding of the technicalities. c. Customer Care maintains false service updates. I was told that customer care tried to contact me on multiple occasions to understand my issue, but failed because I was not available. Truth is that they never tried to call me. I do not have a single missed call from them. d. Customer Care provides false information about my account. They are telling me that issue lies with my static IP. In reality, I do not have a static IP. I would have been able to see the static IP in MyAccount on Tata Indicom Broadband site under Value Added Services, if it was provided. e. Customer Care provides false account of communication between Customer Care executive and customer. Every time that I call, I am surprised to know that some time-line that has not elapsed by the time of my call, was provided for resolution of the issue. f. Every time that I ask about the explanation for not acting on my request, I am told that the request is being worked upon, but never is an update given about who the issue is pending with and when I can expect a resolution. g. When I visited the Tata Indicom Broadband head office in Shivajinagar, Pune, on 16th Aug, 11 am., I was given treatment like a criminal - made to stand at the security gate and not admitted into the office. The Complaints Officer spoke to me on a line at the security gate and told that she would provide an update by 1 pm, the same day. I have yet to receive any update as of 18th Aug, 2014. 4. Service Credit: Monthly rental is collected by Tata Indicom in advance. I was told by Customer Care that I will again have to raise a request for Service credit, when infact the company should provide it suo moto, since it knows that the service was discontinued for more than 72 hours! 5. Closure of Service Requests without resolution of issue without first confirming with the customer if the issue is resolved. I have experienced this a number of times before. I am most disappointed with the service and bad attitude of the staff. Non provision of service credit would amount to financial fraud. Would recommend that people not avail of Tata Indicom service if they have another viable option. PS - The Tatas have long been hailed as the best and most ethical businessmen in the country, but Tata Indicom Broadband shows a different picture altogether. Is it time for a reality check?         Tata Indicom Broadband is a most inferior grade service provider. The issue is not yet resolved. Here is my experience:

        1. I called Customer Care multiple times, but there is a standard response that they are working on the issue. When I ask them, who is working on the issue, they are not able to explain. Secondly, they ask me to go to their regional office to get the issue resolved. Like I explained before, the treatment to customers at Tata's regional office in Pune is most hateful - the customer is made to stand outside the gate and security provide evasive responses. The customer complaints officer is then connected via a line in the Security cabin, where she assures that the complaint will be resolved, but later there is no update at all. The same episode has to be repeated again.

        2. I sent an email to Customer Care (email id: [protected]@tatacommunications.com) using my registered email id for discontinuation of services, but there was no response at all. Customer Care told me that I can expect a response within 48 hours of sending an email. I had sent the email at 10:10 am IST, Aug 22, 2014. I quoted my user id and Account number as well. But, as of now 12:40 pm, Aug 24, 2014, there has been no response. Customer Care executives are again asking me to send follow up emails and then wait for another 24-48 hours. They do not provide any explanation for lack of response. Also, I was told that they do not have any way of ensuring that the back end team to respond to my email.

        I asked them if they are at all accountable for any delay and they said no. This is most disappointing.

        I explained the customer care executive that if my request for discontinuation is not acted upon immediately, I will get another bill from Tata even though my connectivity issue has not been resolved yet. The Customer Care executive advised me to withhold payment - this is shocking as it amounts to misguiding the customer - consequences would be a legal battle with Tata.

        If Tata Indicom Broadband has any shame left, they should discontinue my plan and provide me refund on account of service credit for August.

          My name is Yatin Girish Joshi and my mobile number that I am experiencing problems with is [protected]. I have lost my hand set and requested to block my services however I was not in town hence did not activate my number, I placed a request for activation of my services on 11th Aug 2014 and while I am in the process to draft this message still not working. The Tata store that is located in Thane has some technical problems and due to which the request cannot be placed. There was no sim card avaliable hence the manager at the store asked me to visit at the location in Mulund. There are multiple request that are placed on my account and I am able to check for the status of the request on My Account tab online hence all the[protected] Restored my services however they are not working fine, hence I tried to contact you support on 121 and was guided to go the store and they will be in a better position to get it resolved for you, this is an option and not a resolution. I went to the store and guess what...! The Store that is located in Thane has no service or the server is down hence cannot process my request, they guided me to Mulund Store that is located near Nirmal Life Style, I went there to activate my services and they where not accountable with the process and never placed a request for simcard activation. I called voice support for Tata to get this issue resolved. They raised a request which is still open SR number:[protected] in this process I spoke to multiple person and they guided me with different troubleshooting steps. That was of no use however one of the manager on the floor named Pratik Parekh said that the simcard that you are using is not provisioned on the account hence guided me to visit store again for the activation of services and when I walked in to the store that is located in Thane they did mentioned as usual that the server at this location is down and we are unable to process this request. After a conversation with the manger in the store spoke to the person at the store location in Mulund. Now he told me that the request for my sim card activation is not placed hence placed SR number:[protected] which is closed after it was placed in the next couple of hours. Still my services are not active. I have tried all the means of support that might resolve the issue however rather providing resolution they provide with an option. Please improve the customer experience. Worst service and never refer this to any of your friends or relatives. Please activate my services so that I can port my number and leave you guys asap. Thanking you in anticipation for the service that are good for nothing.

            We have Tata Indicom's broadband service installed at our flat. We have submitted one complaint to Tata Indicom broadband services that our Internet is not working. The complaint was registered on 6th August 2014. From that day onwards whenever we call the customer care they promise that problem will be solved in next 24 hours but no one comes to our place and problem still persists. We are unable to do many things because o[censored]navailability of Internet. Please take proper action against them as its almost 7 days and they did not provide a solution to our problems.

              My account no is: [protected] Tickets:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] Since last month their billing system had not updated my payment and hence my Internet was disconnected without any notice to me. When I called them up, I was told to furnish details of payment. After mailing across the scanned copy, I was asked to hold-on for couple of days to get this reflected and sort the issue out. After a patiently waiting for couple of days, again I called and was told that billing is not an issue, its a technical problem which will get sorted out in next couple of days. After contacting again it was told that billing information is missing so I must resend the details. So I provided it again. For some excuse or other, I was made to wait for next few more days, now its over 31 days and with 6 tickets opened in total, they have not yet resolved the issue. Initially frustrated, I have now started enjoying the whole interaction with their customer care. The poor call center guys tries to sound so genuine and provide following promises: The ticket is escalated to next level now, when I ask how many such levels exists, the phone cuts immediately! Somebody will call me back Technical team will be there in next couple of hours None of these promises are ever kept. I was at least under impression that their social reputation management team will at least be responsive, however after 4 days of tweets exchanges, I stopped kicking that dead dog too.                 I'm using Tata Indicom Broadband prepaid connection I have Lodged a complaint stating my broadband connection is not working on 20th July 2014 My complaint number is no.16144408 but they closed the complaint without my notice on 23rd July 2014 so I called up customer care to escalate the complaint and ensure still not working they took a new complaint for that no. 16148186 on 23rd July 2014 which they closed it again on 27th July 2014 without my notice I called up again on 28th July 2014 they took a new complaint no. 16153738 but again they closed it on 30th July 2014 I escalated the complaint again they took new complaint no.16156012 they are closing complaints within 72 hours so that they need not to extend the validity period for the customer The customer service is not taking any action for my problem I have been told that the service technician will come and visit my site but they didn't when i called to ask whether they will be extending the validity period they said no they don't Kindly take a necessary action

                  I also have the same problem when the tata indicom got shifted to tata docomo... Till today after several calls and email.. no one came to collect the document.. Just to add more to my wound my Internet is having issues... I am not able to connect to Internet from 11th July 2014 and I have raised a complain # 16135658.. But no one seems to be helping and using all abusive language and providing false information.. I have made close to 100 calls and waited more than days together.

                  They are still not sure why I am not able to connect, which is really bad.

                    Hi All,

                    This is just to inform everyone that how TATA is not at all concerned about their customer and how they do not value their customers who are there with them since 5 years.

                    I had an account with TATA vsnl broadband ([protected]@vsnl.net) since 5years and i have been using it regularly however due to renovation and reconstruction of my house i was not able to use the account or recharge it as i knew i will not be able to use it till the renovation is completed. In the mean while i got a call and a letter from Tata informing about the change in companies account that TATA vsnl is taken over by TATA docomo and they want my documents for an update however in spite of me calling the customer service thrice no one from TATA came to my place to collect documents then after a serious call to them after waiting for like 50 days they took an initiative and sent someone to my place and collected the documents now this whole procedure more over my house renovation got completed few days back and i tried to recharge the account online so that i can start using it again, now when i tried logging into my account i couldn't, it was showing that my customer id is not valid. I call customer service for the same and also to know the procedure to recharge and i spoke to Ashish from customer service and he informs me that my account has been terminated because it was suspended from last two months and when i said that i had a reason for suspension( home renovation ) he said they can't help it because they suddenly have this policy to terminate the account if it is suspended from two months. The only reason i am agitated is because i know that tata has been good with its services and i have had no issues with them but this is really not acceptable that tata vsnl terminate my account without my consent without even informing me this is unprofessional, i have not received a single letter or any mail that they will terminate the account and very importantly its an prepaid account why would i recharge it if i know i will not be able to use the account. This is something that brings TATA to a very unprofessional state cause i have paid money when i activated this account and i know that at-least with that installation charges i have a right to keep my account at-least listed in tata communication system, how can tata just terminate my account without informing me this just proves that tata is not at all reliable with their services and i will seriously think about removing all other tata services from my home and also will recommend others not to take tata services of any kind.

Just to add more to my wound my Internet is having issues... I am not able to connect to Internet from 11th July 2014 and I have raised a complain # 16135658.. But no one seems to be helping and using all abusive language and providing false information.. I have made close to 100 calls and waited more than days together.

                      They are still not sure why I am not able to connect, which is really bad.

                        I chanchala gupta actually I AM not able to send sms properly specially group sms and maximum
                        time failed even I talked to that particular no (example [protected] etc and so many no like this
                        ) so personally gone to tata docomo customer care on 29th june 2014.and lodge complain but
                        still I suffering from this problem. So please guide me.it is very painful for me for
                        continuation 8yrs tata indicum connection I have to porting to another co. even I don’t want to

                            Dear Team of tata tele service, "" Death of Loyal Customer "" kindly look into the matter of mishandling the customer by wrong commitment. I have Tata Indicom No.-[protected] since 2010 and at the time of no. allotment i had only paid 600 Rs. out of this 500 was deposit as a security amount. Now the concern was started from last 6 month back when i had contacted Tata person to provide me one more no. in the same series for my home, but i have not received any positive response from Tata Sales team (this was the USP of Tata Tele Service), they had making me fool day by day. After the so many followups i had very upset with the service ( as a normal human being), and the mean time i have visited AirTel and they provided me postpaid no. within 3 days with best customer care which i was never feels in Tata Indicom. Now in last month i had recived a call from Tata Indicom Miss Pooja and Mr. Vivek to pay the outstanding amount, so again i arise my requirement to provide me no. now they committed me they will process the same within 3 days after the payment, and they will only required my documents. After the payment when i asked to active my existing no. then they started again making me fool, and they charged me to pay 3000Rs to activate my no.-[protected], now at this time i have feel cheated and as a customer when i had used this no. since last 4 years, and only becouse of this they taking benefit and forced me to charge a huge amount against my own normal no.                               I am following up with Tata Broadband since 25th Jun 2014 for broadband internet. I was told that the connection will be done in 5 days. Everytime i talk to the sales Person Vinayak either he is not reachable or he disconnects the call. From last Friday (27th Jun 2014) he is just making me fool that the connection will be done today or tomorrow. There is no internet connection yet at my office. Today i called him more that 10 times but there was no response. The Sales person is not even bothered to reply back to my call. This is the worst experience with Tata Broadband. I don't know how other people deal with Tata. The service is worst. If i have to rate Tata i will rate 0 out of 10. If asked i will never recommend Tata to anyone.                               TATA support is good but they are not having any permission to escalate our issue. If they are escalating our issue then there is no one higher authority is available for taking care. They are totally irresponsible and careless higher officials including nodal officer and appellate authorities. Day by day, service of TATA has been becoming more horrible and careless. I am customer of TATA from last 3 years. At first year I raised 4 complaints about internet not working. In second year, I raised around 7 complaints. In this year I raised more than 22 complaints. In first year, issue was resolved within 2 days. In second year issue was resolved within 2-3 days and now this year every issue is taking around 4-7 days for resolving. This is the growth of TATA VSNL broadband. Due to these all reasons, TATA become more popular in my family and they are fearing from this company. When I informed that some of my friends was suggesting TATA photon to me, immediately my family responding "Again TATA". If these kinds of worst scenarios will be performed by TATA's officials then I am sure, they will be ZERO in this market. Don't worry.

                                Hi, My mobile number is [protected], I requested two times to portin to some other operator, but this is the second time I am getting a reply from the other operator that Tata Indicom has rejected the portin request (request is cancelled by Donor).                                       Need to remove the tower located at C5/8- roof top, sector 5, CBD Belapur, Navi mumbai- 400614.There was no approval or intimation taken from the society before installing of the tower. Building occupants are being paid hefty money and surrounding people are feeling the pinch of the same. Problem of needles piercing the skin, irritation and headache are felt all over the families from surrounding building. All the important persons have given the approval after getting the money as well. There have been death as well for healthy old aged person with no proper illness reason given. People are having heath issues but they feel well if they are away from the said area.Please look into it and have it removed.
