I cheated by Tata indicom Prepaid.

Dear i recharge with Rs 48 for 1.5 GB Data pack in Evening 20:18. I got a message of activation of 1.5 GB data pack in my phone.

After this i visited some of website & uses of internet.

Then i saw that my main balance is debited by Rs 46 above.

What we can do ?

I also called CC But he told that i have been downloaded something.but i did not downloaded anything.

    i am using androyed phone and due to some advertisment my ballance was deducting 30 rs and 50 rs.
    i was trying to customer care executive to return my money but they are not giving response to me and my call also disconected without my permisone and after thatl i am not able to call there customer care excutive hole day.

      This is a letter of complaint against wrongful deduction of balance by Tata Indicom.Yesterday,I had called Tata Customer Care at 12524(I was charged 50p for that call) to know the latest offers of recharge and I was told about the Rs33(power pack) and Rs 12(sms pack) and accordingly I got my mobile-balance recharged with Rs.110(Trans Id-[protected]),Rs33(Trans Id-[protected]) and Rs12 successively.Today , when I made a call I was charged as usual 0.11p for a call of 9 seconds instead of 4paise as I was told.Later,when I called the Customer Care again(again a chargeable call) they told me that as I had recharged Rs 12 after Rs33 my power pack has been cancelled !!!But I was not told about this earlier neither by the CC executive nor at the True Value shop nor from where I got it recharged !!!Why should I suffer for their laxity in work? I have been using Tata for the last many years now, I request you to look into the matter immediately. I don’t want the money back instead I want both the power-packs to be activated in my mobile with immediate effect.If it is not possible then please reimburse Rs 33 in my mobile-balance.

                I am Gopal Verma and I am using the TATA indicom Prepaid number is [protected]. Actually I got a call from customer care on 5th feb,2013 for activate the welcome tune but I told him that I am not interested for welcome tune then disconnect the phone but after some time I got a message that "your welcome tune has been activated successfully through AGENCY and deducted RS.50.
                But, I had not given the permission to activate this service. Also customer care service has been barred .

                I humble request to you please refund my balance and stop this services for future.

                TATA Indicom — Wrongly/without intimation BALANCE deduction

                I have two Tata indicom no. [protected],[protected].Both r life time nos.Today recharged my 2nd no.i.e [protected], after 30 minutes of recharge whole the balance deducted and on contating the 12524 customercare , they saying that some valueadded services r active on the phone.while i never said for any such type of activation.So pl.look into the matter and satisfy me earliestly, Otherwise i will sea it a type of fraud being done to all the customers and that is why Indicom gradually coming downward.

                Tata Indicom pre-paid — automatic balance deduction and poor service

                Tata indicom is really a topmost cheaters for subscribers.They send SMS Directly of subscription without asking or any request(like Romance pack,SMS pack of festivals, caller tunes).i[censored] call to customer care ,the never reply ,after five or six trials
                they pick up the phone(hackneyed procedure of pressing 1...6.....9 and they put off).they understand that money with customer is easy money to cut off his pocket.if u tell them for remedy to this problem then they will tell u to send sms STOP to 155223 and doing that nothing is stoped and again after two days SMS(Automatcally comes )that u have subscribed this pack(every time come with new pack or same)though we haven't .SET DND(set do not disturb falacy given by Customer care)never works and always gives INVALID REQUEST error when u send this SMS to Them.My NO IS :[protected].i m going to copy this to consumer court.

                TATA Indicom — automatic subscription

                This is to inform you that my balance is being deducted automatically without my permission for a service. Last month on 7th or 8th March Rs. 30 were deducted from my account and the message which I got mentioned that I had subscribed to some Chalisa subscription about which I wasn't even aware of. Moreover I am not a Hindu that I would subscribe to this service. When I `complained your company refunded back my money i.e. my account got refilled with Rs. 30 and I was told that the service has been deactivated. My complaint no. was 256350.

                But again on 7th or 8th April, 2011 , Rs. 5 were deducted from my account again due to Chalisa subscription. My account had Rs.5.19 balance in it and then Rs.5 got deducted and I was left with Rs.0.19. Again here I would like to mention that I didn't subscribe to this subscription and automatically how can your company subscribe to any service on my behalf without my permission. This time too I complained and my complaint no. is 271008 and service request no. is BAL[protected]. But customer care guys told me that Chalisa service was very much activated and it didn't get deactivated.So they can only deactivate it but can't refund back my balance.Till date my complaint is not resolved. I called the customer care on 9th April for the first and then written complaint on 12th April.

                Its not a question of Rs. 5. The thing is that this thing has been going on repeatedly. Next time it would be some other service and I would be subscribed of something about which I wouldn't be aware of. Please look into the matter and refund back my balance.
                Yes I did talk to the customer care executives but my balance has not been refunded till date. Kindly do the needful!!!

                TATA Indicom — deduction of services

                On my tata indicom mobile number [protected],I had recharged with Rs.2008 which provided me with Rs.2008 talktime and unlimited free calls to all other tata mobiles.But now they are charging me for even calls made on tata mobiles.This happened few months ago also,but when I logged a complaint they started giving me 600 minutes of tata to tata calls and now they have stopped even that.Even the cosumer care representatives are not listening and saying that "you can again log a complaint."
                I hope that you will help me again.Looking for a positive and fast action.

                TATA Indicom — deduct balance every time

                Hi.
                I am Shashi Roushan. I have a prepaid Tata Indicom Mobile connection of number [protected]. whenever i recharge my mobile they deduct my all balance or large amount of balance. whenever i talk to customer care they told me his net service is not working or give some other excuses. i am very tense. How i know the mini-statement of my mobile number and get my balance revert back.
                Other issue is they add a caller tune with my mobile number without my permission.
                Please help me. I am very tense. I can not call any one because of my zero balance.

                TATA Indicom — Deducting Balance Non-stop

                I,Gholam Afzal,bearing mobile no.[protected],complained on[protected] regarding the deduction in balance.In reply Tata Indicom gave me the complain no.BAL[protected].Once a customer care executive called me on[protected],while I was on the way to my office.I told him to call me after 10 minutes and I briefly told that my problem is not solved yet to which he told that I will get back the deducted amount.He never called me since then.I again recharged on[protected],and as expected the next morning my balance was deducted by Rs.5.I do not know what is the problem with the service provider.Are there software not developed to satisfy the customer or is it there nature ?I further want to say that on the last occasion I did not asked for the deducted balance refund, but now I want all the wrongfully deducted balance,deducted for the last one month or so.
                Hoping this is my last complain.

                      Hi,

                      I took a tata photon plus post paid connection on 4th Feb 2013, local verification request was raised on 6th Feb 2013. The company claims that it takes 48 hrs. Today its been 5 days and the verification is not completed. I have been calling customer service every day and all they say is they will raise a request to complete the verification on priority but nothing happens. I am loosing my business and money because of this delay. Also they send me a mail stating that photon is now active but when i call customer service they say its not active.

                      I want to raise this issue to the highest level in TATA indicom.

                      Customers dont deserve this.

                        THIS IS THE COMPLAINT REGARDING A THREAT CALL RECEIVED BY ME ON[protected] FROM THE NUMBER [protected]. THE PERSON CLAIMED THAT HE WAS SPEAKING FROM TIS HAZARI COURT INFORMATION CELL. HE TOLD ME THAT A CASE HAS BEEN FILED BY LAWYER NAMED ROOPCHAND GAUTAM, [protected], AND THAT I HAVE TO SPEAK TO HIM TO GET CASE DETAILS. WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM HE TOLD ME THAT THERE AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF RS.1904 AGAINST MY DISCONNECTED NUMBER [protected], AND IF I DON'T SUBMIT THE SAME WITHIN ONE HOUR HE WILL GO AHEAD WITH THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
                        I GOT TENSED AND MADE THE PAYMENT AFTER CONFIRMING THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER OF TATA INDOCOM. AND CONFIRMED THE SAME WITH LAWYER. LATER ON OUT ON ANXIETY WHEN I CALLED BACK THE PERSON FROM TIS HAZAARI COURT, TO MY SURPRISE THE PERSON TOLD THAT HE NEVER SAID HE WAS FROM TIS HAZAARI COURT. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE LAWYER TO CHECK HIS REGISTRATION NUMBER, HE SPOKE BAD LANGUAGE AND TO SEE ME IN COURT.
                        WHEN I CHECKED THE CASE NUMBER 201/13 ON TIS HAZAARI WEBSITE, THERE WAS NONE.

                        THESE MEANS OF EXTORTION ARE HIGHLY UNETHICAL. PAYMENT OF RS.1904 DID NOT HURT ME THAT MUCH, AS MUCH AS THE EXTORTION CALL. I AM A PATIENT OF HIGH BP AND SOMETHING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME THEN WHO WOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR MY SUFFERINGS. I HAVE THE VOICE RECORDINGS OF ABOVE EVENT, AND SAME CAN BE ASKED FOR AT MY EMAIL ADDRESS: MR.[protected]@GMAIL.COM.

                        I REQUEST THE COURT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION IN THIS REGARD, SO THAT THESE MALPRACTICES DONOT TAKE PLACE AGAIN.

                        Else it may be understood that TATA DOCOMO is afraid of any consequences that may fall upon it after i formally go to court.
                        I Have also received the same kind of call, and this time there is no details just they said my name and address and said that, she names as roopa[protected] is calling from Delhi high court and says, she holds a case, and the advocate name is Mr. Katri. [protected], When I tried to reach this numbers its giving incoming bared on this numbers. that they can call only.

                        Its illegal and if you are receiving calls from this numbers lodge a criminal complaint, and possible record the calls and and send then behind the bars, this can't be tolarated any more.
                        I also get the same kind of call at 23 Jan 2014 12.30pm from Registrar Office, Delhi court - Priyanka Sharma. [protected].
                        Told that there is one complaint against me and i should present at Delhi on tomorrow morning.
                        She also provided the no of Adv. Roopchand Gautam : [protected]
                        Complaint file no : 901/12DC.

                        This kind of fraud calling is continuously going on from these people.

                        Please don't afraid of these calls.

                          I enquired TATA INDICOM Customer Care & subscribed an Internet Pack as per their recommendation of Rs 95.After that I used to call them more than thrice a day to know the procedure if checking the DATA BAL but everytime they given the wrong info & harassed me.Now today what they have done that deducted RS91 from my account & when i made my call to them they informed me that I have been deducted Rs550 for High Speed Internet Browsing from my account,High Speed now whats that? & my current balance is Rs-480.yes its -480.They have done it before as well I used to subscribe Internet pack of Rs5 at that time they deducted Rs134 & now again I they have done the same. My point is that its not about solely money but they are doing it again & again after give wrong info this is fraud.None of the mobile Operators do anything like this. Feeling helpless they are not even taking my complaint.What do I do now tell me ?

The Customer Exe have change my plan from Photon Plus Unlimited [protected]@950 to DL-Photon [protected]@250. But I get bill of more than Rs2000. on Sep I have paid of Rs 2077 and now Rs. 2600. First of all they have cheated me by changing the plan and sending of limited with more bill. This plan to completely cheat the client. Kindly is there any way to stop this fraud.

                            I have a Tata Indicom broadband connection , which never works . Since the first day I've had numerous problems and I speak to the customer care peoplwe almost daily .

                            And all they do is give me a complaint no. and fake empathy .

                            The only reason I went for this service was the Tata brand name but it seems to me that the Tata brand name no longer means excellent service , in fact it means a very pathetic service , as of now .

                            I have an airtel connection at my office and I have never had any problems with that .

                            So I request you to refund my money so that I can go for some other ISP . As I have already undergone a lot of mental agony and loss of time and money .

                            I intend to pursue this matter till it reaches its logical conclusion .

                            TATA Indicom — Disconnection

                            I had disconnected the broad band connection on 20/07/2009. I was billed upto 28/07/09. They have charged excess. When their collection agent was asked to give a pro rata bill since i had already disconnected the connection, he preferred to behave rudely and give bad words.

                            tata indicom, internet service — fraud in photon plus, internet data card

                            This is pradeep kumar reddy, from hyderabad.
                            I am using tata photon plus(latest version) which i have bought on 3rd, August, 2010 by paying Rs.2400/-
                            1. When i am trying to install is drivers was not working, when i asked them there was no response.
                            i shouted on the executives where i bought, then they raised a complaint.
                            i asked them to replace the device or refund my money back, they dint even listening my words and
                            saying me back that once sold cant be taken back.
                            2. They are saying that max speed of 3.1 mpbs and may be around 1.8mbps of transfer(upload/download) speed, but i am getting 24kbps speed in the night times at 11:00pm & 36 kbps in the morning times.
                            3. In this link "http://www.tataphoton.com/customer-charter-1.aspx" they mentioned that if connection disconnects they will refund the amount in bill of Some Percentage, i should wait for the response.

                            So people please think twice to buy like such type of devices....

                              Connection not working
                              I took a new connection and handset from Tata indicom office on 27 JAN 2013 I have submitted all my documents for connection verification twice to the dealer(Tata indicom Vikas puri outlet ) but still the services are blocked on my phone. Whenever I go to the office they say that your services will be activated by evening or late night.
                              Noboody responds properly at the office and it is extremely irresponsible attitude. They are more after minting money then caring and helping the customer.
                              When I contacted the customer care of tata indicom they are saying it will take another 7days to reactivate the phone since the documents are not received yet. I am facing lot of problem because of this plz help me out in this regard.
                              I have seen similar cases with other people also. (this no([protected]) sim card is not working, i cant do any outgoing calls from this sim, , plz call me this no [protected]...plz

                              TataIndicom — bad behaviour of repairing service provider & too much phone for address verification

                              10 to 15 days before i had visited tata service centre in chembur balaji to get my mobile repair as my mobile ringer and fm radio is not working properly. the attender ask us to come back in 20 minutes but after purchasing some food and nearly after 1 hours when wwe visited their he has not attended our mobile and and told us to come after two days. i visited their after three days but he has not attended my phone and the person who is reception is telling me that he is checking on his computer what happen about my mobile after some hot exchange of words he ask his technicians to get my mobile repair but i can see till that period he had not attended my mobile. and infront of me he open the mobile and repair with in five minute in between this the person who is on reception is asking me i[censored] had purchase tata mobile u have to wait here. he get my mobile repair for ringer but not for fm radio. that period only i complaint on 12524 to one of tata attender mr. prakash nagve as per him he had given me this name and told me i will know what action has taken on my complaint but he is not ready to give me any token number for my compliant. same thing happen today as i recomplaint and ask for token number some one in name of mangla as attend me and told me that they havew no such formet about giving token number for the complaint field by consumer and she told me that she is attending the complaint from pune branch. the real problem arise after the
                              complaint filed by the with 5 days i had received 25 calls for my address verification as i had submiteed my passport xerox for verification then why they are harressing me may be because i had filed one of their authorised serv ice provider.pls answer for this problem on my mobile number [protected] /[protected]/[protected]any of this number.

                              I am tata indiacom customer and having tata indicom mobile since last one year i never use to call customer care because, the line of tata customer service is always getting busy cannot contact to any customer executive.

                              I got sms from tata welcome ring tone I was interested to apply for welcome tunes, and as per the instruction the said to me select I already select. After some time i got sms for activation of caller tune but it was not from Don Special which was another old song and deducted charges. Then I send them sms to change my caller tune but they send me sms the said tune is not match for my cell phone and again they deducted charges and deduct sms charges. I got very angry and tried to call Tata customer servicethis companies service is too bad,because they always deducted our charges ,already they deducted charges wastely.If these procedures are continued iam not interested.please kindly verify this

                              Due to a very bad service, I disconnected the TATA Indicom line I had. It has been almost two months after I surrendered my equipment (Last week of October 2007), but I did not get my deposit (Rs 3000.00) so far. I don't know as to what right does TATA INDICOM has to keep my deposit money for two months after surrendering the equipment. I think this is a kind of scam wherein they keep customer's money in their bank and earn interest for free. Even BSNL won't do such things. They should be ashamed of this.

                              TATA is most cheater Telecom service provider in India.It is black spot on TATA Empire.Customer care executive are so rood and not focussed towards customer.They take customer for granted.Currently i am receiving outstanding letter from TATA Telecom at My Address.Rohan Salvi booked phones on my address. I don't know this guy who is Roha Salvi, how he successfull in getting TATA Indicom Connection at my Address.My Residence address belongs to me.Here TATA Indicom committed BIG CRIME and require to sue in COURT.I request DOT to Cancel TATA Indicom License and ask them to shut there Business.This crime might lead to other benefits to fraudster.I think TATA employee and outsource people might have connection with such known fraudster.Otherwise it is not possible to avail connection on anaybody address.

                              TATA INDICOM as per my experience is the worst service provider. I have tried my level best to get a new connection but after struggling for last 2 weeks and submitting the documents twice to a company representative (SACHIN KHARAT) who considers himself as the owner of tata indicom and is misleading us from the first day but no action has been taken against him till now.

                              The company website for launching customer complaints is also fraud. Initially i was informed that my issues will be resolved within 6 hours and the only thing i received a mailer from the company that my issued has been resolved and they are closing the complaints but surprisingly no one has contacted me till now and nothing has changed .Complaint no 199998.

                              I m a customer of tatadocomo, I am taking connnection of tataindicom since 1 year ago for my brother in law in my name. My brother in law default in payment of tata indicom bill. There are some recoveery agents from tata indicom continously approaching me to make the payment as it is my name. They are using wrong language and his behaviour are also too bad. They abuse me on the phone. Due to certain circumstances my brother in law right now not in touch with me, i am continously trying to approach him but unable to get him. iam also not in a position to make the payment. Please do needful in this manner

                              This is to bring into your notice that I Ajay Saini using Tataindicom Mobile No. [protected] in the name of my elder brother Praveen Saini.
                              On Dated 18 of September 2011, I noticed that without prior information and confirmation my out going has been deactivated.
                              I called up your customer care to know about the reason and I was told to submit my documents again.
                              I been at your New Friends Colony Branch on Dated 21.09.2011 to submit my Document again but they refused to give any receiving of the documents.
                              There was a Lady (Name was told me as Shalie ) sitting on Customer Relation Desk who was behaving very rudely with most of the customers. I approached her and narrate my grievance. But she said “आपका नंबर बंद हो गया तो क्या , अब ऐसा ही होता है ”
                              I asked her can you to give me in writing that Tataindicom is authorized to do like this with informing the customer, she said “NO “. Why we should give anything in writing.
                              The people sitting at your branch are representative of the TATAINDICOM and I am a Consumer, Who is going to take the responsibility?
                              I was suggested to talk at Customer care and the lady herself agreed
                              “Customer care वाले तो कुछ भी बोल देते है और झेलना हमे पड़ता है “
                              The way she was talking was very ridicules. I don’t know how the people working at the outlet can tolerate that lady.

                              When I forced them one CSE consulted with his senior sitting at back office and agreed to give me the photocopy of the form which was signed by me and I, myself went out to the market to get the photocopy of the same. CSE signed it and refused to stamp on it.

                              My grievance is, the same number is being used by my wife who is pregnant and the phone is the only contact between me and my wife, she lives alone in a house since I left my house early in the morning and come back at 11 at night. The number is very important because it is circulated to all our relatives and friends.

                              Kindly consider the matter and try to get it activated asap. And also request you to improve your customer relation “Do inform your customer and take in writing before activate and deactivate any schemes on customers Connection.

                                    TATA Indicom — Out Going Calls Barred

                                    Tata Indicom has barred my out going calls stating you have not paid the bill.
                                    Although bill was paid well before due date.


                                    Worse part is, they are not resuming my outgoing calls even after so many calls to their call center. Each time they say it will be done in next 24 hours. Its 20 days already past. I have also visited their bill payment store, there also they said the same thing.

                                    I was not expecting this type of service from Tata. I wont suggest any body to go for tata indcom services .

                                    all my outgoing calls are stopped all of sudden.when i enquired ,call centre said they have not recieved the docs. for new connection.Wiered is ,i was not informed about the same from tata that documents r not recieved and we will deactivate the service.i am not given any information regarding the same from tata,,tata cant barred my calls without intimation.its unacceptable.i should be given some time to go to retailer and check......they really have bad customer care which is not atall consumer caring and they also hang up the call in between , what a 3rd class service tata gives to their users. my suggestion is to abvoid operators like tata.when i requested tata call centre that since am not given any intimation for the same i should had been given some time to go to retailer and fix up the things, my services should not had been deactivated like this...now since i have to make business calls now..i need to get my calls activated.but they cut the phone
