THIS IS THE COMPLAINT REGARDING A THREAT CALL RECEIVED BY ME ON[protected] FROM THE NUMBER [protected]. THE PERSON CLAIMED THAT HE WAS SPEAKING FROM TIS HAZARI COURT INFORMATION CELL. HE TOLD ME THAT A CASE HAS BEEN FILED BY LAWYER NAMED ROOPCHAND GAUTAM, [protected], AND THAT I HAVE TO SPEAK TO HIM TO GET CASE DETAILS. WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM HE TOLD ME THAT THERE AN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT OF RS.1904 AGAINST MY DISCONNECTED NUMBER [protected], AND IF I DON'T SUBMIT THE SAME WITHIN ONE HOUR HE WILL GO AHEAD WITH THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS.
I GOT TENSED AND MADE THE PAYMENT AFTER CONFIRMING THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER OF TATA INDOCOM. AND CONFIRMED THE SAME WITH LAWYER. LATER ON OUT ON ANXIETY WHEN I CALLED BACK THE PERSON FROM TIS HAZAARI COURT, TO MY SURPRISE THE PERSON TOLD THAT HE NEVER SAID HE WAS FROM TIS HAZAARI COURT. WHEN I CALLED BACK THE LAWYER TO CHECK HIS REGISTRATION NUMBER, HE SPOKE BAD LANGUAGE AND TO SEE ME IN COURT.
WHEN I CHECKED THE CASE NUMBER 201/13 ON TIS HAZAARI WEBSITE, THERE WAS NONE.
THESE MEANS OF EXTORTION ARE HIGHLY UNETHICAL. PAYMENT OF RS.1904 DID NOT HURT ME THAT MUCH, AS MUCH AS THE EXTORTION CALL. I AM A PATIENT OF HIGH BP AND SOMETHING WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME THEN WHO WOULD HAVE BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR MY SUFFERINGS. I HAVE THE VOICE RECORDINGS OF ABOVE EVENT, AND SAME CAN BE ASKED FOR AT MY EMAIL ADDRESS: MR.[protected]@GMAIL.COM.
I REQUEST THE COURT TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION IN THIS REGARD, SO THAT THESE MALPRACTICES DONOT TAKE PLACE AGAIN.
