Tata indicom mobile services — cutting amount from my prepaid mobile account
we have recharge with Rs 100/ and we got Rs 91 and some paisa, after calling 10 to 15 calls it shows Rs 58, when call the customer care, than he said we given you SMS package of Rs 20, and I said we don't want this package, if you see our account from last 3 month we have just Msg 4 or 5, we don't want, please sent our money back in our account, he says its not possible,I am suffering because your employee has done mistake, by mistaken he has given us a package, may be another customer want package and he has given to us, its not our mistake.
I request you take immediate action, already you have taken 2 days and done nothing.
