Customer service not available

I am writing in this forum, because TATA INDICOM Customer's complaint link very comfortably does not accept the complaints. I needed to deactivate a prepaid plan for my number because TATA INDICOM suddenly decided to increase the daily as well as call tariffs. Money charged even after full settlement and surrender of number

call rate hike without information

retrieve lost number

Not able to access internet
