Tata Indicom no. [protected]...
I bought HTC Desire VC mobile phone which had a free internet offer from Tata Indicom for 6 Months. I bought the mobile on 16/09/2012 and my free offer started from 19/09/2012 once I inserted the Tata Indicom sim in it. Offer was to provide 1GB free EVDO data for 6 months. First of all my free offer continued for 5 months only--It lasts till 16 Feb 2013 whereas it had to go till middle of March. Services were stopped on 16/02/2013 whereas if we count 6 months then if should last till March2013. Now the main thing is that instead of a free offer now TATA Indicom has charged me the whole amount and they are showing negative balance in their systems of Rs 1300.00. I told them this was a free offer on my mobile but they are not ready to listen and saying that I have used Internet. My no. is pre-paid and on pre-paid negative balance cannot go. Even if negative balance goes then it can not go till Rs 1300.00. I was normally using the free Internet data services and on the last of offer i.e 16 Feb 2013 I still had 200 MB left. They told me that I was using the interner heavily now the main point is even If I was using the inetenet heavily then why the services were not stopped when my balance was over. I didnot made any data pack recharges from Tata Indicom so why the services started if they were not free. Now whenever i am recharging my phone the balance is cutting and the recharge is not getting done. I want Rs 1300.00 which they levied on me to be written off to Rs 0.00 and provide me the normal services as well as refund my recharges. I recharged for Mobile Internet data package online of Rs 94.00 on 1/03/2013 coz i thought that my free offer has been stopped but my balance got cut and I rcvd a message from Tata Docomo that the recharge was successful but there were no services. Also on 04/03/2013 I recharged a top up of Rs 10.00 online and the same thing happened again. When I visited the Tata Indicom store at Cannaught Place the service representative told me that It is a problem going on with Tata Indicom and we are getting lots of customers with the same issue and nothing can be done on this. What is this it means there is no one rectify the problems. I made 3 complaints with customer service dept. but without any resolution the complaints are getting closed. Plz do something about it.

Tata indicom mobile services — cutting amount from my prepaid mobile account

we have recharge with Rs 100/ and we got Rs 91 and some paisa, after calling 10 to 15 calls it shows Rs 58, when call the customer care, than he said we given you SMS package of Rs 20, and I said we don't want this package, if you see our account from last 3 month we have just Msg 4 or 5, we don't want, please sent our money back in our account, he says its not possible,

I am suffering because your employee has done mistake, by mistaken he has given us a package, may be another customer want package and he has given to us, its not our mistake.
I request you take immediate action, already you have taken 2 days and done nothing.

TATA Indicom — eating up prepaid balances on recharge

since last 6 months tata indicom eating up my pre-paid recharges and balances, in spite of many personal complaints at its service centers no action taken, my latest complaint no for this month is 333957, i request tata indicom to attend my problem and refund my pre paid recharges balances.

Nothing has been done till now. And nobody is doing anything...is this the country where rite person never gets resolution.
my prob is also the same.i recharged my mobile internet data for Rs 15 on 25th may for three days 500mb.I call for custmor care to ask my balace and every day they give me new ways to find my balance. on last day 28th may i was using internet and my talk time balance was cut off.what is this?i think tata company are suffering from losse and are recovering from their customers.
I really dont know what is this going on...i am finally going to complain the appelate and trai

    Tata Indicom - Mobile Services — No Refund of Caution Deposit

    I got tata indicom post paid subscription by march 2008 with a caution deposit of 500. Then i changed the plan to prepaid by 7 october 2008.Representatves in Tata indicom, Peelamedu, Coimbatore told that they will be refunding Rs 500 + balance amount of postpaid scheme in 90 days.I went to tata indom office sevreal time regarding this. Till now i didnt received my money back.

    I am spending a lot for enquiring them by going to tata indicom office.

    TATA TeleServices — Non refund of deposit

    I had paid a refundable deposit of Rs 200/- at the time of taking the Data card, which i closed in Dec 2009. I am yet to get the refund inspite of numorous interactions including the same with Nodal officer.

    TATA Indicom — Non refund of deposit paid

    Dear Sir,
    I had paid a deposit of Rs 200/- towards TATA Indicom Broadband connection( V data plan). I closed the connection in Dec 2009 & paid all dues. I was informed that the refund will come to me in 55 days .I contact the customer care & nodal officer. They all promised me but no refund has happened till date.

    Nodal officer refuses to take the call & her assistant speaks. Even when we visit the office we are not allowed to meet the Nodal officer.

    Hello Sir,

    This is to inform that I have been receiving emails from TATA INDICOM for payment of bills of mobile no.[protected] (Uttar Pradesh) A/c no.[protected].
    Also I stay at Mumbai and dont have used any services from TATA neither have registered my email address (rana.[protected]@gmail.com) for any bills whatsoever.

    Kind request to check whether who have authenticated my email for unknown bills.

    i have paid my mobile ([protected]) bill in the month of Jan 10 to the Tataindicom through the service provider agent and same was not reflected in my bill. i have approached regional manager of tataindicom with the receipt but the complaint still not yet solved.     My complaint against telephone refundable security. My booth connection no. was:-[protected]. I was purchased a new tataindicom public telephone booth connection and i use the public telephone booth. After some time i was disconnect the public telephone booth connection. Now Dealer could not refund our refundable security.When I was disconnect the booth conn. then dealer give receipt and say that your security will be refundable after 3 months.     Hi Sir/Madam,
    My name is Raghavendra.B.,mob no. [protected],tata docomo prepaid customer.
    I had a special recharge of Rs.160 on 11.04.2011 where i got an amount Rs.210 and validity one month(but not shown and only show i[censored] message to 121).I went to Maharashtra on 18.042011 for personal work there the special recharge didnt worked, i checked out my balnce then it shows old balnce Rs.9 and the special recharge balance as Rs.174. On 20.04.2011 ,i had an other recharge of Rs.150.After returning to my home town on 30.04.2011 and had outgoing calls the amount got deducted from main balance in which the special recharge balance was not showing.I called so many times to customer care people where i could not get the proper response.when i called the customer care they hold my call and after sometime they will disconnet.so kindly help me in this but have to take action against custome care executives and also on Tata Docomo .

      I am writing in this forum, because TATA INDICOM Customer's complaint link very comfortably does not accept the complaints. I needed to deactivate a prepaid plan for my number because TATA INDICOM suddenly decided to increase the daily as well as call tariffs. When I spoke to the customer care person and requested him for deactivating this plan, the call was instantly disconnected. And after that for 3 consecutive days the customer care number has only one message that “all the customer care representatives are busy now” and the call is then disconnected by them. I tried registering on to “My account” online, which again gave me a system error and does not allow me to create and account. And to top it all, when I try to register an online complaint on their web page, they ask you to Login to register your complaint, without an account you cannot even register a complaint.

          This is regarding a photon connection for which I have received a call today from Delhi all of a sudden. The number I received a call was from +91-[protected] threatening to take me to court.

          The person who called me up asked me to do a payment for number [protected] which I have not been using for many years. This number was provided to me by my company some years ago where I no longer work. As I understand that even after making final settlement my number was not discontinued.

          Therefore, I am considering that the concerned person from Tata Indicom, City Center 1, Salt Lake, Kolkata did not update the same in the system.

          Tata Indicom is charging money even after you stop using their number.

            but from 30.4.13 to tata indicome company has changed my plan in 8 minute call local in RS. 1.50
            without informing me and how can they change my plan i had activate the my real plan in amount approximately Rs 300. i need my previous/ real plan back and refund my money witch has been extra charged by tata indicome.
            when i called in costumer care center and told them my problem and said to launch my complaint but they denied directly and did not launch my complaint.

            I have purchased tataindicom mobile before two years with 0123 plan & validty has over. I have recharged my connection for Rs 300 with two year validity & Rs 10/- talk value. but call rate is charged 1.50 per minute to any mobile. Please suggest me. Can i low my call charges.

              Subject : Installation of cell phone tower on the roof of our beside house causing lot of disturbances. ( Request for removal of cell phone tower)

              I am Neelima resident of Nizamabad district, Kamareddy mandal wants to bring to your notice that the cell phone tower which as been installed on the roof of beside house causing lot of noise pollution during power cut the generators will be turned on and the noise caused from those generators creates lot of disturbance to our sleep as well as the sound is so loud which causes headache. Atleast 6 hours there will be power cut at our location so it is unbearable to listen to that noise for 6 hours.

              Placing a cell phone tower on roof is like a radiation hazard.

              So, my kind request to higher authorities to take safety measures at the earliest and immediate action to be taken to control that noise and check the radiation signals which causes many health hazards.

                  Subject: FRAUD: TATA TELESERVICES DO NOT DISCONTINUE THEIR SERVICES EVEN IF YOU SEND REQUEST FOR CLOSING THE BROADBAND/ TELEPHONE ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY WILL KEEP ON SENDING BILLS FOR THE CLOSED ACCOUNT AND TRY TO DO ILLEGAL RECOVERY.

                  I am Devanshu Srivastava, an ex-consumer of TATA Teleservices (TATA Photon). I am being repeatedly cheated by TATA Teleservices and want to file a complain against them.
                  My TATA Photon was in safe custody mode and I didn't wanted the services of TATA again. TATA called me on 10 August, 2012 when the safe custody period was over to restart the services and I told them that I don't need their services and asked them to discontinue their services soon and I will pay the safe custody charges till date. To this, TATA customer care executive who called me said that my current plan is of Rs. 950/- per months (unlimited 5GB plan) and they can give good discount on the plan and revise the same plan to Rs. 650/- and requested me not to discontinue their services. I was in no need of a TATA Photon but keeping in mind that they are giving good discount I agreed to it. However, TATA Teleservices cheated me and this was a fake/fraud commitment from them. I still received the bill for Rs. 950/- per month for the next two months (September and October, 2012).

                  I was shocked to see the fraud by TATA Teleservices and called their customer support multiple times and even talked to their supervisors who said that there is no plan of Rs. 650/- and they cannot revise the plan to Rs 650/- or help me anymore. I was frustrated with this fraud by TATA and asked them to immediately stop my services and raised a request for discontinuation of services. However, to my utmost surprise TATA Teleservices did not discontinue my services even then kept on sending bills. They revised my plan to Rs. 650/- in the new bills that they generated. I did not want to avail their services and told them multiple times to the customer support executives to stop the services. They directed me to another department and it kept on going and going but they never stopped their services and bills were still generated every month.

                  I was totally frustrated with this fraud and decided not to pay the bills that they were sending. I was not using TATA Photon anymore. I asked the customer support to tell the contact number of their Nodal Officer but the executives said that the Nodal Officer don't have any contact number and you can write to Appellate Authority and provided their email ID after asking multiple times. Then I wrote many emails to the Appellate Authority of TATA Teleservices warning them to stop their services and book an appointment with me so that I can discuss my problem face-to-face. However, as expected from the fraud TATA Teleservices company, their Appellate Authority said that they only listen to the escalations and routed me to the customer care again. I again told them that this is an escalation only and they need to listen to my complain because TATA has cheated me. However, the Appellate Authority never responded and forwarded my email to their customer care department again. Then I again asked the customer care executives to stop the services but they retorted at me saying that the TATA Photon usage is showing in their system. I was not using TATA Photon from a long time so I said it's not possible but they said that in their system usage is showing and they cannot help me.

                  I was not using TATA Photon but they falsely claimed that and after that in March, 2013 they started taking illegal action against me. I received a call from the information department of the Delhi Tees Hazari court and they told me that a company named as Delhi Legal Services which works for TATA Teleservices is going to file a law suit against me for non-payment of their bills and asked me to talk to Govt. Advocate R.K. Sharma (Ph. [protected]) who is going to handle the case. I spoke to Adv. R.K. Sharma and told him the entire story and he suggested me to pay the billed amount to stop the case from being filed now and said that later I can go to the consumer court or write to TRAI about this fraud. He asked me to make the payment of Rs. 2397 and said that otherwise if the case is filed, I will have to run here and there and may have to pay upto Rs. 8000/- To avoid being in trouble, I paid the outstanding amount of Rs. 2397 to TATA Teleservices and got the case stopped against me. After that I called TATA Photon customer care and asked them to immediately stop my services, they said that they have received the payment but asked me to hand over the device to any of my friends and not to stop the services. I was very frustrated and told them that I will go to the consumer court and to this they said that they will stop the services of TATA Photon in 3-4 days.
                  However, they still did not stop their services and pushed the date of my complain to a 18th March, 2013. Now, still they are saying that it will take 3-4 days to get the services stopped and sent me another bill of Rs. 112/-

                  I am repeatedly asking TATA Teleservices from the past 6 months, since October 2012, to stop my services and wrote to their customer support, Appellate Authority but got no help and they are trying to take illegal actions against the consumer who wants to stop their services.

                  Please help me and direct me to what I can do to get rid of TATA Teleservices. They have wasted a lot of my time, money, energy and peace of mind.

                  TATA Indicom — Unlawful stoppage of services

                  I have a Tata Indicom post paid connection[protected]. I have been paying all my bills regularly. Last time also I have given the payment to the Tata representative who came for collecting the cheque.

                  After few days suddenly I found that all my out going calls have been stopped. First I thought it to be a temporary problem as it happened earlier also and got rectified automatically. But this time it continued so I contacted the customer care no 121 on 29th morning at 9:50 am. From there I came to know the reason that I have written 2008 on the cheque instead of 2007. I asked the lady (Seema) that

                  (a) why have you not informed me before disconnecting the service
                  (b) why you are not putting the responsibility on the person who came to collect the cheque
                  (c ) how would get my cheque back so that I can issue a new cheque

                  She could not answer any of my questions, then I asked her to connect me to some senior person, she asked me to hold the line and vanished. I waited for 15 minutes and disconnected the line. After that I am trying 121 continuously but now even that is barred.

                  I purchased Plug 2 Surf Whiz (Sungil).

                  I couldn't Access the net.

                  08/01/22 09:26:28 CreateFile FAIL : ModemPort=.SIT_1x_usbmodem ERR:32 ERRMSG:The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

                  I launched complaint with customer service and they sent service guy immediately. But he couldn't do nothing. He asked me to change the Win OS.
                  Since I bought my laptop in US. He said imported laptop will not detect their USB. Its weird. I donno what could be difference with imported and exported OS.
                  And why should change OS and install my plenty of softwares again.

                  Very poor technology device and advice and from tata indicom.

                  TATA Indicom — Fraud,Harassment,Cheating with Customer

                  I am permanant customer of Reliance and having tata indicom prepaid mobile since last three month. on of tata indicom representative offered me a plan, and told me that the tata indicom services as well as updated now. this is the much cheeper & besr technology provider.

                  so i make a plan to move from reliance to TATA Mobile and give all the necessery doc. & Rs.600 for new post paid connection on day of 21st feb 2008 and cheque debited in my a/c on 23.02.08

                  but stil i could not make any call. still it is not activated.
                  Several time i called up Customer care & concerned office
                  but there is no result.

                  there is no dout the tata indicom is also good that their representative represent it in totaly different way.
                  Wihout any reson they tell alie, give wrong commitment to customers, totaly mean mind. ?????????????

After one hour they will call back and simply says that it is beyond their policies and feeling sorry.

                  TATA TeleServices — undue charges and harrasment

                  i had three connections of TATA mobile( [protected];[protected];[protected]). in june last year i gave a written application for disconnection of 2 of the mobiles([protected];[protected]), but iwas covinced that i should get these numbers suspended instead of getting them disconnected. I was told that in case i get it suspended them i will be charged rs 75 permonth but in case i didnot get it reconnected them these charges( rs225 each) for 3 months will be waives off and my numbers will be disconnected. BUt instead of this after three months the numbers were reconnectd without my permission and i was charged rental for 4 months( RS1200). this was despite the fact that i didn't even used the phones at all.
                  same problem with me to, since one year i am useing Tata Handy phone, we never received phone bill and there is no is there to collect the cheque. Last month we paid access bill becuase of our phone service continue. My Tata phone number is[protected] its name of Endeavour Infotech Pvt. Ltd. since one week your cheque is ready and my phone service is stop. Please do something and collect the payment and start my phone

                  there is a very simple solution to your problem. you are facing this problem because of the TATA Indicom Dialer. just create a new connection manually from "Network connections". then go to the properties of the new connection that you have manually created (when the data card is connected). under the general tab option for selection of modems will be given. make sure that you select the SIT_1x modem and not anyother modem. then click ok. Now it should work properly.

                  Behaviour of tata indicom employees is worst and untolerable in bareilly

                  They sell a plug 2 surf on hp offer of tata indicom, but they lock the device in betwwen 2 days so i have got it started from tata indicom office of aligarh after paying some extra charges and after that I inform in bareilly at Tata office. At the inform him he immediatly blocked the device and started misbehaving with me and said "give our device back we don't want to sell it".

                  so its my suggestion to all the people that buy your things from any company except Tata Indicom. They cheat the people and thinks that all the costumers are fools.

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is to inform you that i have applied to change my phone connection from pre paid to post paid.
                  But it has not been done till date. I got a call from a number ([protected]) that my number can be changed to post paid. I told them to do this, then a person named Rajat came up to my house to collect the doccuments and Rs.600 and a filled form having the no.[protected] and gave me the receipt. He told that. it will get activate in 90 hrs. After 3 days nothing has happened. I called up the no. give by the person i have not got any response for another 3 days.
                  Then, i went to Tataindicom office at Sahara Mall Gurgaon to lodge a complaint, they looked in to the matter and told that it will be traced and u get ur money back. I went there 4 times, i was told again and again that they are tracing the no. and let me know but nothing has happened till date.

                  I can't aspect such type of misconduct and froad from such a big company. Its very bad for the reputation of a company, if some people have made it a profession.

                  I want my money back, it all has disturbed me a lot..

                  I am SAMIT MAYUR GANDHI.I am using tata indicom broadband service(wired service) since more than 3yrs.

                  I want to bring to your notice that I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service you'll provide.

                  Its the most pathetic customer service that I have experienced in my life.

                  The reason for this is very simple.

                  I face connectivity issues every week.Normally, every saturday and sunday the net is not working.

                  It shows media disconnected,server not found and such errors.

                  I complain to your call center every week.

                  But,I never complained untill now, the reason being I was cheated.

                  I filed a complaint regarding no connectivity on the 15th of this month i.e yesterday.

                  I spoke to Lavanya the floor manager on that very day in the morning.

                  She assured me that the case will get solved by 4:00pm and she will call me and confirm.

                  At 5pm on the very same day when I call the call center again I come to know that there is no case anymore and it has been closed.

                  I was like speechless.I feel cheated and degraded.

                  Someone from the backhand had closed the case without even fixing the problem and without even the customer's consent.

                  This is a fraudulent case from your team and I plan to go to the consumer court regarding this.

                  I spoke to chitra some other floor manager on 15th in evening and she told me that the problem will get fixed.

                  It did not.

                  How can I trust you'll again.

                  I waited which I always have to do with tata services.

                  Today on the 16th in the morning I called again for the termination of the service and redemption of my money.

                  Your customer service department is pathetic.

                  They told me that you can't get redemption.So, I asked them you'll are not fixing the problem,nor giving me redemption so in this case what do I do.

                  The answer was wait...It means please waste another couple of days and hope for a miracle.

                  Horrible people.

                  I am going to address this issues in the consumer court forum as well so that at least someone understands what I am going through after paying a heavy sum for the connection which doesn't connect ever.

                  I am Rajan Chugh a resident of Whispering Palms Kandivali (E), Mumbai. I have taken the TATA INDICOM broadband connection in Jan’2010, paid initial amount of Rs1000 towards connection charges and signed up for plan of Rs 700/ mth for limited use (a/c[protected]. To my surprise end of month I receive a invoice for INR 3600. The service was abruptly disconnected. Since then I have sent mails and phone calls and they not corrected the billing. When asked im told that I have been billed for over usage, higher than even credit limit for this account. I fail to understand how can I use over credit limit when the service was not working for two weeks in the given month. When asked I am told credit limit is just indicative. Instead I have been sent legal notice threatening legal action. I regret making change from my earlier service provider, thinking TATA name will bring better reliability and service, Big Mistake ! When i called BROAD BAND customer care number they have told to write a mail to [protected]@tatatelecommunications.com.                   Myself Govind from Delhi. I also faced similar probelm with tata indicom boradband (wi-max). my plan was Rs.1000+taxes, but, the bills for the months from Sep '09 to Feb '10 were never this much. First month, it was Rs5200+, next 3600+, and last was Rs.1900+. They were of the stand that, i had opted for static IP, which i have never done. Finally, after long phone calls and e-mails, i had terminated my connection at a loss of around Rs. 2000/- as per my estimates.

                  Even, i too took this connection with high expectations. But, all i got was over-rated bills and mental agony. But, U know, even after 84 days of my termination date (21st April), i'm yet to receive the security amount (Rs.1000).

                      I have taken tata indicom 3 months ago. last one month i have faced problem while am going to call and also receive, after inspection indicom technitian suggest me to take tata 10 as walky is not catching network as the location is border of purulia and asansol so it caches purulia though phone belongs to asansol region. from hydrabad (thir corporate office) also called me several times and all the time they insist me to take tata 10 and for that i have to contact the tata hub and have to pay rs 500/- as migration charge , they are not at all hear that the fault is completely their and for that why shuould i pay?? after repeated conversation they are not at all interested to provide me the service and taking monthly charges with out giving the proper service. during the time of installation also they are not saying anything about that. please suggest what can i do to solve this problem.

                          I am the user of the Tata CDMA and I am using Samsung Galaxy POP handset. I am not able to access Internet through my handset. For this issue I changed my Sim twice in a week. I regularly visited Connaught Place and Krishna Nagar Outlet but they were not able to resolve my issue. Every time they said to me that we raise a complaint and your issue is resolve in next 24 hours I even contacted to customer care they said there is nothing from their side and you need to visit tata store.

                          For the precautionary side, I even visited Samsung service center and they were able to access Internet through their SIM in my handset.                           Sir,

                          I am a customer of the net service provider TataIndicom, which is unable to find a simple solution to my i mac computer.
                          I have a simple problem, I am not able to surf the net as it is very slow or sometimes disconnected completely. I made complaint to the customer care and got amazing service.

                          I made a call to the customer care no. 67908000 at 3 pm on 20 nov 08 in the afternoon where I had a conversation with a female operator who too had nothing much to explain instead she insisted me to call my Apple engineer to fix the problem. This means that my i mac has a problem when you and your engineers are dumb.

                          Its pitty on the organisation which claims to be the topmost software company and Internet service provider to the country.

                          The engineer who visited yesterday said this is the first time he came across an i mac, then he made a call to his colleague or to his office with whom he consulted and came up with a simple solution that I must install windows in my mac because they are unaware of macintosh platform. The other solution or excuse he stated that he can bring a laptop and show me that net is well connected with the laptop. 
                          Sir this means that Tata is not equipped with the latest operating system such as Machintosh or Apple computers which is already running successfully in Mumbai and across India.

                            We are being un-necessarily harassed by Tata Teleservices even when they have not provided proper services and caused mental trauma to us.
                            We had subscribed for their WiFi hub (no. [protected]) at a charge of Rs. 6000 + connection charges on the promises that the connection and speed are excellent in Delhi NCR and we would be getting good speeds and reliable services. However the device never performed and we were always struggling to get proper connection speeds even to do basic email and internet browsing. We finally decided to discontinue the services and this is when the next level of trauma started. whenever we called up the call center to discontinue the connection they asked us to call a different number and whenever we tried the numbers given the operators said that they do not have nay information on this as this falls under 3G connection. Whenever we tried the 3G helpline number we were given a response that our number is not registered under 3G and we could not provide any help to you. SO essentially whenever we called we were told that the customer service cannot help you as either your number is not registered with us OR your number is 3G connection OR please call 3G services (which again never went through as the number was not registered). This went on for 2 months and with no help coming through we went to their Lajpat Nagar center ( we had to take time off from my office and already I had wasted a lot of time on phone in the last months). The request was taken there by saying that it will be forwarded.

                            During all this time the services were not proper, we were mentally harassed and at the end we received a bill of 1842 rupees for the duration even after we mentioned to them during our calls that we do not want the connection and we will nto be paying any further.

                            Now we are getting calls from their recovery agents and day before yesterday we received a letter from Sanjjev Sabharwal & Co. mentioning that it is a legal notice to pay up or as we are defaulters. Can anybody advice me on what to do as clearly these guys are the defaulters and we are being asked to pay up for insufficient services, mental trauma to us, bad customer service...

                            TATA Indicom — harassment

                            I took an internet connection from tata executive on date 28 feb 2010 my tata photon number is [protected].
                            but suddenly from 2 march 2010 the services was stopped i visited the klk estate several times but no response since 6 months they are harresseing me and they not evon refund my money.

                            TATA Indicom — Getting insufficient internet speed

                            I have Photon plus data card from TATAINDICOM COMPANY. The company claims internet speed of 3 mbps but I get inly about 200 kbps. Though several times complaints was given no improvement is evident. But I am paying the money everymonth whether I get the speed or not. Please help me to resolve the issue.

                                  Hi this is suman reddy from bangalore, my first experience with tata indicom. i is to have a tata indicom post paid landline connection which was taken for the purpose of internet , since the dial up connection speed is low,as known to everybody ,given request for cancellation,but my request was not processed and all my refundable money charged towards monthly bill, since i didn't have any proof of cancellation. Finally they sent a legal notice also ,and i paid money to tataindicom and finally got cancelled.
                                  Present scenario is ,i had a postpaid connection of tata photon and same was converted to prepaid, i received a confirmation also for that, but after 3 months they started sending monthly bill again,even though it is a prepaid connection , now i am waiting for a legal notice from them,so that i can approach consumer court and teach a lesson to them. If their system is not updated it's not my mistake.
                                  It's my chance to play with them.

                                    Hi I have a TATA DOCOMO broadband connection since one and a half year , they have not provided me a land line instrument since the beginning and i have complained about same in the past , also due to this whenever my usage goes above limit i do not get any intimation of same nd they charge me a very high rate

                                    My bill which has been only 1000 Rs per month for a year and a half, has been shooting up in 3 months - once 3000 , once 4500 and once 12,000 and i have paid all time , except the last one ( have paid only 50%) as i had made many complaints in the past and now will not pay for this anymore as i never get any response ...

                                    Pls advise what can be done and they refuse to give me higher authority number of their exclamation chain

THE EXECUTIVE OF TATA TELESERVICES ATTENDED THE COMPLAINT AND CHECKED THE DEVICE AND INFORMED ME THAT, THE DEVICE HAS GOT SOME TECHNICAL PROBLEM WHICH CAN BE RESOLVED BY OUR TECHNICAL TEAM AND ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL RAISE A COMPLAINT AND THE TECHNICAL GUY WILL VISIT ME PERSONALLY WHEREVER I AM TO CORRECT THE DEVICE, BUT TILL[protected] NOBODY HAS VISITED ME OR CALLED ME TO CORRECT THE DEVICE BUT, I WAS RECEIVING THEIR CALLS ON PAYMENT DUE. SUNDAY ON[protected] i CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AT AROUND 4 PM TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE DOCOMO STORE, THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE INFORMED ME THAT, THE BASAVANAGUDI SHOP WILL BE OPEN AND GUIDED ME TO GO THERE TO GET A NEW DEVICE

                                      I AM A POSTPAID WALKY CONNECTION(2 YEARS RENTAL FREE PLAN) HOLDER SINCE 22ND DECEMBER '07 . AS PER THE ASSURANCE OF CUSTOMAR CARE I HAVE ADDED A ADDITIONAL PACKAGE OF 500MB FREE USAGE OF INTERNET AT THE COST OF RS.350 PER MONTH EVEN THEY HAVE ASSURED ME THAT I CAN CONFIRM MY USAGE STATUS IN MB IF I SEND A SMS TO 121 THAT BILL DATA. BUT UNFORTUNATE LY I AM NOT GETTING THIS INFORMATION . NOW I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT MY UNBILLED USAGE IS RS. 248. I WANT THE THE DETAILS OF MY VOICE CALL AS WELL AS THE DATA USAGE BUT CUSTOMAR CARE ARE MISGUIDING ME .

                                      TATA Indicom — Regarding Misguidance/cheating by Tata Agent.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Tata Indicom agent did fraud with us by saying that "We have an offer for old Tata user for new mobile handset of Rs. 198/- so we have accepted their offer by verifying them properly for any hidden cost of it. They assured us that there is no such hidden cost on it. After few days later, we got our Walky landline telephone bill where we shocked to see mobile handset installments for 11 months included on it. This is pure misguide and fraud by Tata Indicom to their consumer by saying differently and act differently on ground level. We did a lot of complaints in this regard to their Nodal Offices through e-mails but no such action has been made so far so, I am writing to you now for further help against Tata Indicom.

                                      TATA Indicom — Misguidance and Cheating by Customer care.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      1. That i am using Tata indicom nos. [protected] and [protected].

                                      2. That i purchase a special offer scheme 1947 in the month of Aug'09 on 21st or 22nd Aug. in which i was told by the tata customer care that i will get full talk time and also other benefits like my tata to tata call rate will be 00.19 paise and on other network call rate will be 00.47 paise per minute for period of sis months and at the completion of scheme time(six months) my remaining scheme balance will be transferred in the main balance if any i.e if i left with any scheme balance out if 1947/- the balance will move to main balance and will be charged as per normal call rates.

                                      3. That i got it reconfirmed the abovesaid details by tata customer care after purchasing the scheme and they confirmed the same.

                                      4. That on 21st Feb'2010 my balance was more than 1200/- and 1000/- in my nos. respectively.

                                      5. That I got shocked when i check my balance on 23rd Feb'2010 when I got to know that I have left with NIL balance in both the abovesaid mobile numbers.

                                      6. That again I call tata customer care on 23rd Feb'2010 and this time I was told that my balance was forfeited by the company as 1947 scheme was of such type in which no balance is carried forward at the completion of the scheme time and also he refused to give phone number of Senior official or transfer the phone line to senior official. Then again when I call customer care after 20 minuets i had a talk with some mr. Mohd. Movin he told who told me that my balance money transfer is under process and the same will be transferred to my account in a day or so but nothing has been done till date.

                                      7. That I bought the same kind of scheme in the Aug'2008 for a year and at that time my remaining scheme balance was transferred in the main balance.

                                      Kindly make tata indicom to return my balance in both my mobile nos. i.e 1200/- approx. in [protected] and 1000/-approx. in [protected] respectively and order tata to pay the exemplary compensation of Rs. 50,000/- each for both the connections separately to me for causing severe mental strain, agony and harassment faced by me because of the acts and deeds of the Tata indicom.

                                        I, Naresh Kumar, a Tata Indicom post paid user from past two years.
                                        The personal details are as under :-

                                        Tariff Plan :- CMO NEW DIET 199 PLAN
                                        I have received a bill for the amount Rs.1,188/- for January 2013, Rs.1,956/- for February, 2013 and Rs.2,781/- for March 2013 during respective billing cycles.
                                        1. In the bill it seems that, I have been charged wrongly for the SMS Pack of Rs.30 (Value Added Services ). As per the additional pack, I get 1Paisa national & local SMS per month but it looks like I have been charged Rs.510/-for January, 2013, Rs.475/- for February, 2013 & Rs.325/-for March, 2013 had been charged extra plus Service Tax. I spoke to customer care of Tata Indicom and the person confirmed the same.

                                        2. Similarly under "CMO Unlimited T2T Local+[protected]@149_Sec Pack Value Added Services", discounts are not provided as per my plan. It seems I have been overcharged Rs.116/- for January, 2013, Rs.106/- for February,2013 & Rs.106/- for March, 2013 had been charged extra plus service Tax. I spoke to customer care of Tata Indicom and the person confirmed the same.

                                        Please help me solve this issue and thereby adjusting the amount unbilled also let me know about further proceedings.

                                        I have a Tata Indicom Post Paid no for a few months no, in the month of September I was on raoming services for college purposes. After I returned and saw the bill for that month I asked for a detail bill in which I found out WRONG CALL CHARGES worth Rs. 400 and when i called the customer care regarding this than they registered wrong complaints TWICE and continously told me to go to a nearby TATA INDICOM office, and when i went there those people simply registered my complaint and said that sir we cannot solve this and only our back office can do it this kept on happening and i visited the office sevaral times with no solution to my problem. One day on Diwali day i got a call from Tata Indicom no. of Chandigarh and had i talk with Mr. Ajay who was one of the team leaders there. HE checked all the details of the detailed bill with me on phone and ALSO AGREED THAT THE BILL WAS WRONG but said that IT WAS A GENUINE HUMAN MISTAKE AND THAT NO WAIVER WOULD BE GIVEN AND THAT I WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY THE BILL. Now Why should I pay the bill. IHAVE ALREADY REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH THE CONSUMER FORUM BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. SO I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO MY MATTER. THANK YOU.

                                        i have put a new sim in my tata indicom mobile. may be it has got activated at something like 2pm and i have got a recharge of 120rs to activate it,and in the eve i have got -(minus)200 and above negative balance. I asked them to the call centre , they told that i have been playing a damn game from afternoon right from the time i activated it but it was completley locked at that time till i did a call in the evening and something which is the perfetly redicule.. and that i have tried to call 12527 for the balance enquiry that whether to know that my account has got activated or not at around 2:40 pm of the same day but i was told it has not been activated yet.("you dont have this serive for your phone") then i thought it hasnt got activated.but when i asked to call center guy he told me that i have been playing that game right from afternoon 2:30pm till 5:00pm which it hasnot yet been activated yet. they by 5pm after i tried to call i got it. i got the network. and in the evening seven i have got -200 balance . thnaking you in anticipation.hope you people would really consider my complaint.My NO.
