Respected sir . My name is ravish and my mobile number is [protected] . Actually yesterday i have deducted balance . I tried so many times but customer care did not give response and again deducted balance 50 paises . Actually sir i recharged yesterday 25 rupees in night around 10 pm that time i got full talk time 22 rupees but suddenly i have gotten another sms who activation service then i checked that balance deducted my account 10 rupees for news service . While yesterday no one called company . Yet deducted balance. . So i humble request to you sir pls pls refund my balance from tata indicom company . And you give resolution my email id . TATA Indicom — The company is deducted my Tata Phone balance wrongly.

This is to inform you that I have took a TaTa connection recently. I took a topup of Rs.325/- where Tata to Tata is free for 30 days on 3rd Dec 09.The company first gave me a wrong plan where everyday one rupee was getting deducted from my balance as I was told that I was on per call plan on enquiry from Tata customer care. After enquiry from Tata Indicom Cutomer Care I was advised for a topup of Rs.52/- so that my call rate gets 50paise per call and no amount(i.e.one rupee) gets deducted everyday. I came to know today i.e.18th Dec,09 that Tata have canceled my Tata to Tata Plan without informing me and started deducting my calls even for Tata to Tata. Kindly take strict action against them as they are harassing the people like this and making a fool of the common man.

TATA Indicom — Wrongly deducted balance

I did not ask for any Welcome Tune service to be added to my mobile phone yet the company or its executives added the services to my mobile phone and levied the charges for it. When i asked them to close the service and reverse the charges they refrained from doing so.

TATA Indicom — Where there is balance there is deduction

My mobile no. is [protected].In response to my complaint dated 23/08/2011 (Complain No.BAL[protected]), 27/08/2011 and[protected].

I partially thank Tata Indicom for crediting Rs.14.70 in my balance,as it is only a part of my deducted balance since the last 40 days or so.I am not begging for the rest deducted amount,but I want to draw the attention of the service provider that within hours of crediting the above balance they again debited Rs.5.00.If the system of debitting can't be controlled through their faulty database/software,I have a suggestion for them.That is, they should credit Rs.5.00 daily in my account.
Also I would like to mention regarding their failure to stop sms's like this "You have 51 FREE downloads left !Get Today's Top Picks:,."Which I am receiving for a long time and last received on[protected] at 10.07 AM.this is somehow connected with balance deduction.Although I didn't receive any such sms on 27th,28th &29th of August'2011.

    Sir i would like to say about tata indicom
    I am user before two month but night at 10:30 have deducted balance in my account . My mobile number is [protected] When i called customer care then nobody gave response to me. Before one week was low balance and 20 jan night recharged 25 rupees , that time came full balance but suddenly 10 rupees deducted balance in my account and came confirmation massage that you have successfully news pack . While i don't know about that . Without my wish desire tata company subscribed service my number . Only i want refund balance 10 rupees . So please you take action and you give feed back tata company and refund balance .

    I have recharged with Rs. 357 voucher on 25 th dec. 2007. In sometime all my balance got disappeared. I lodged the complaint on 27th whereas i was told that in 24 hrs time the problem will get solved. my cmpl. no is - crr 07119802. since the problem was not solved I called back I was again assuers by ur senior team leader that it will take 48 hrs. i.e. by 29 th it will get s0lved when still it is not resolved I m, told that 24 more hrs else I should visit public office by a sen TL Mr Vijay & Miss Sunita.(Mr. Vijay cut the call inbetween & Miss Sunita assured me a call back within 15 minutes which she did not.)
    Tata indicom should understand that their customers have got some meaningful work to do other than calling u people & visiting ur distant offices.! that too because of none of our mistakes.
    this is happening 2nd time with me. last month also I was harrassed with the same problem. One sort continuing for more than 1 month shows lack of proffessionalism on the part component of well known Tata Group.
    I m not able to make calls as there is no balance left in my account. It has affected my work & image. so I expect some reasonable compensation for it.
    I hape my problem will be attended onj priority basis & resolved at the earliest.

    TATA Indicom — balance got deducted

    dear sir
    i recharged with rs 100 on 1469 top up voucher but on that very day balance of rs 90 nearabout deducted from my account, my mobile no is [protected] .
    I called to customer care but they informed me i activated some valuadded services so balance got depleted >
    I am 100 % sure that it is not done by me and it it is 100 % sure that services areactivated by customercare officeres on that day.

    I am Sudheer, I had taken a new connection(Mobile No:[protected]) with Tata Indicom in a Sim-Mobile Bundle offer.The offer is I will get 150 free minutes every month up to 4 months.The problem is Tata Indicom is deducting my free minute saying that "Free local minutes have been withdrawn from your account due to not using offer(SIM & handset) as per bundle offer". But I never removed my sim from my mobile.They are deducting the free minutes every month without my mistake.Please take action on the company for not serving me as per offer.

    we are facing a lot problems from my tata indicom's cdma set which contain number [protected]. we can hear the the voice of caller but our voice does not go their. money are also charged without any communication . i live in wz-384 sri-nagar shakur basti delhi -110034 . I had made complaint to raja park's office but they refused us to support us. please take immidiate action on it.

    TATA INDICOM PHONE — NOT GIVING THE REQUIRED BALANCE

    SIR,

    THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES OF TATA INDICOM IS NOT GIVING ME THE BALANCE OF RS.50 ON MY CELL(CELL NO.[protected])INSPITE OF REPEATED COMPLAINS FROM ME . OUR COMPLAIN HAS BEEN REGISTERED ON 9TH OCTOBER(VIDE NO.PCR[protected] AND I WAS ASSURED TO GET BACK WITH RESOLUTION WITHIN 60 HOURS. BUT MORE THAN 6 DAYS HAVE PASSED AND NO ONE FROM THERE SIDE HAS GOT BACK TO US NEITHER DID THEY TAKE ANY STEP.

    IT WILL BE VERY KIND OF YOU IF YOU KINDLY RESOLVE THE MATTER BECAUSE IT SEEMS THESE GUYS ARE BLUFFING ME.

    Myself Mahesh V.Pore (A/202 Karnik Nagar , Behind WIT college, Solapur) my tata mobile no.is [protected] .today I receive one phone from Tata Indicom from this no.[protected] (16/01/2010 1.18p.m.)about one sheme(Booster Plain). At that time we said that we will inform you about scheme activation affterword and he told that not any deduction in your balance and balance is 173/- but when he is activatied this scheme my balance is deduct 100/-Rs.then i call immediately custermercare (16/01/2010 4.16p.m.) then i told Mr. Mayur this problem and told u deactivate this scheme and refund my balance otherwise i going to cunsumer court but he rudly talking and told me as u wish u go but not refund balance. But they activate that scheme without inform us and with out my permission. and reduce the balance from our account. your custermercare executive are not giving us any proper response. We are requested you to kindly give attention to our complaint because we dont have any idea about (what is booster plan) any scheme and why we activate this paln only 10 days. and thats why we want our previous account as it is and refund my balacne in my account.



    If you are anable to do any measures in our case then we have last option to go in consumer court then follow legal action then your must give us compensation for mentaly harashment and this purpose.If you not given any immediately responce then we will demand for compansation with Advocate fees Rs.3800/-.

    Solve this problem as early as possible. who is basted activate this plan and who is idiate, i given last wronging to your company not any promotional phone me , because today this call i am not attended my father is old he not clearly identify call . refund me balance immediately otherwise going to consumer court

    TATA Indicom — Not giving refund

    Sir,
    Due to bad services we cancelled internet facility of WLL of TATA Indicom & we changed teriff plan from our regular current paln to 2 years free rent plan as per representative told us about 2 months back on WLL phone.They send rent bills for internet facility as well as monthly rent.We paid both bills for December 09 & January 2010.
    Till date no refund is given after so many mail & phones calls.

    TATA Indicom — RS. 30.00 DEDUCTED UNNECESSARILY

    HONOURABLE SIR,

    I am very much dissappointed that yesterday(02.01.2010) Rs.30/- has been deducted when I was talking with your customer care on 12524 at 10:45pm to know about the roaming charge which is applicable or not if I go to Gangtok/Siliguri. In the mean time I got a beep sound on my mobile and realized that a msg has been received.After end of the call I opened the msg and see written, "You are successsfully subscribed for HEALTHTIPSONSMS alerts on SMS at Rs 30/30 Days, which is Autorenewable. To unsubscribe, Sms Stop to 155223(Toll Free)".
    May I know how it has been activated without my request ? I've called again at 12524 after see the msg but they are said that "I am not able to give u the information How it has been activated". Which also so rediculous for me.
    I always encourage others to use the tata indicom connection(CDMA) from where I got a good service till yesterday. But now it is so embarrassing for me and I don't think after that incident I will encourage any one to take the tata indicom connection(CDMA).
    If you think me as a valuable "pay per call subscriber" and want that I don"t discontinue the connection-[protected] Then please refund my balance. And ofcourse You Will continue the goodwill of TATA INDICOM TELE SERVICES.

    TATA Indicom — Deduction of main balance

    This is paresh somani,my tata indicom mobile no is [protected]
    On Date 20/05/10 time 9:32am I received a call from a customer care executive(phone- [protected]),he told me that my no was selected for that day and told me regarding welcome tunes,I told am NOT INTERESTED but he didn't stop,when I end up that call,I received a message that "as per my balance am subscribed to welcome tunes for Rs.30"
    On next day I was charged Rs10 for selecting a song though I didn't make any such attempt
    Company itself has subscribed the service and I lost an amt of Rs.40
    On complaining about this,I didn't get any fair reply!!!
    y r absolutely right the staff of tata indicom is not responsible for their job.

    I am Shahena Akhtar My mobile no is [protected], My problem is that my balance has been deducting when ever I recharge. When I inquiring about this I get the reply that I have been subscribed some tips through sms. Which I have never done. for this I have registered my complain to them vide request id no:- DND[protected] on[protected]. And today on[protected] I recharged for 25-00 and again they have deducted Rs-18.00 from my balance. Please look in to this matter and give some favorable solution.

    TATA Indicom — unnecessary deduction of balance

    Dear Sir,

    It is to inform that my balance of Rs.30 has been deducted from my Mobile No. [protected] and when i called to customer care executive regarding deduction of balance then your executive giving me fake excuses and told me to be on the phone line as they forwarding the call to their senior and after sometime the phone has been disconnected without any satisfactory answer from their side. Kindly pay attention over this and give me the solution because this is disastorous response by such a big organisation.

    TATA Indicom — Heavy deduction of talk time

    Had a top up of Rs 222 on my cellphone Tata Indicom [protected] on 17th May,11. On 18th, the balance became Rs246.28 and on 19th May, Rs 209.28. I had used about 5 or 6 calls during this period. I am on 10mts per Rupee local call system for which one Rupee is deducted per day. On the whole the deduction in balance could at best be Rs 10 only whereas Rs 37 has been deducted! The reply from customer care was not satisfactory.

    Dear

    I had applied for 1 Paise outgoing & was getting better service from last 8 months, but from last 15 days Tata Teleservices charged me INR 1.00 per call.

    I had made several complaints for recredit of deducted amount, yet non of the Customer Care officer has given proper reply & not made any credit to my account.

    Why does they charge extra to us..
    Hope this complain may cause you to settle my trouble finally.

    TATA TeleServices — Balance Deduction

    I have a docomo no [protected] .I have recharged with rs 10 in which i got 6 rs.,Next day the bal. has been deducted by rs.3 ,They told me that bal. has been deducted for subscribing Music pack ,But i haven;t subscribe for any Music pack & next day again they cut 1 rs .I am submitting this complain in regards to refund my bal as soon as possible .

    Complaint for the number [protected], GPRS card Rs5 was inserted for using 50MB on 15-Apr-2012, however on downloading only 2 songs of 18MB main balance deducted and negative amount of Rs89 reached.

    The negative amount should be made positive as if any access is going beyond free limit or even exhausting main balance, the service should stop immediately refraining the user to hit such a huge negative balance.

    I am user of Tata Indicom from last 4-5 years. today on 13th December. i recieved a messages from tata for various deductions from core balance for Data Usage. Now my balance is 0/-Rs., before deuctions my balance were near about 180-200 Rs.. Tata Drunk all my money. i activated Data Pack of Rs.15/- for 500MB for 3days on 12th Dec.. tata did not activated Data Pack on my no. and deduct 15rs. from my balance, and i failed to use internet on my mobile as Data services was not working. Neither i used internet nor they Data Connection was Active on my mobile, then Why Tata deducted money from my Core Balance. I have already filed 3 complaints in tata customer care in last few days about unnecessary deductions. Please help me out of this situation.

      In June 2012 tata indicom had disconnected my Internet connection due non payment and the same extended till July. I had called TATA indicom help line to cancel my connection and settle the non used bill however they said me that the connection can be canceled only after the full settlement. till august the bills were generated without Internet usage and later i agreed to settle the due amount to stop the harassing calls received from the payment collection department.

      In September i had an agreement with the collection department to pay all the dues as final settlement and to permanently disconnect the connection. The payment collection department had agreed on same and asked to pay immediately by cash to tata indicom representative and the connection will be terminated.

      The Tata Indicom representative who visited my residence collected the amount of final settlement. I asked him to take the wire and the router box with him. He conveyed that the person for collecting the router is different and they will come later however he conveyed my connection will be terminated and further bill not be generated since the final settlement is made and no need to worry with it.

      However till date the issue is not solved and the bills are getting generated every month.

      I have been getting harassing calls frequently and i have been explaining my issues to the new person every time a call comes.

      I have written complaint mails however no reply is given me on mails. New people call me every time asking payment and they say since they are from payment collection department they do not have any records of my account of transaction including the status of my complaint number.

      I have also sent many mails directly to the collection department team as they had requested but every time a new person calls me and i have to explain each and every details time and again.

      Tata Indicom team also confirms on phone that the connection was dead and there was no usage from the last bill settlement but the records shows that there is no request made for cancellation hence i need to make the last payment.

      My dissatisfaction is that even though i had settled the payment for which i have not used. Tata Indicom is asking me money for bills which are going on generating.

      i have a wired broadband connection TATA INDICOM Broad band and i have paid the bill online using www.tataindicombroadband.com website

      Transaction has hit my card but website it is not updated. even after receiving the money from the line is not enabled still.

      Payment is done on June 23rd. If they have issues in there which has not updated the details on doing the transaction why the customer needs to suffer. after providing the details.

      Tata Indicom Broadband — Asking to Terminate

      I Ajay Prasad using Tata Indicom Broadband Connection from the past 4 years. Due to my personal problems i was going on camps, i was lacked to pay the bill for previous month. The guys from the local branch are calling continously and asking me to please terminate your self and the net connectivity is not at all working properly. I have called so many times but the only response i was getting was Local server problem we will rectify within 6 working hours. This happens every 15 days per month.

        I Alankar Yadav had surenderd the tata indicom phone in January2010 and the security deposit for the same is not refuded by the company even, I had written to them so many time and there assurance that we are refuding the amount till date it is not refunded.

            I am right now in Haridwar, where i had Tata Service, But in Pauri where i m working there is no tata signal for more than 10 days. I am residing there for more than 3 year without losing signal for single day. But these days i am facing so much problem.

            I am having 2 wire less phone and 4 mobile phone of TATA TELE at my residential address in kandivali prime area, the address is B/605 lucky tower, m.g cross road no 4 kandivali west i m living in top floor of the society even though i m not getting the net work in all the lines, after making sevral complaint their is no response from your side now i m fadup with your services if MY this complaint not be solwed with in 24 hours , i will write to consumer court as well as minster for tele com department and also to trai (tele com regulactory).and all print and electronic media.

            tata indicom calling card — unable to dial acceess no

            from last 48 hours whenever i am dialling the access code my state mp my call is getting diverted to shree ganesha astrology service.I called up 12678 five times in which they gave these solutions- switch off phone for 2 hours, try access code of other states but the problem did not change.Each customer service agent has to be explained the problem in detail, he gives this solution and beahves like an expert AND DOES NOT REGISTER A COMPLAINT NOR DOES HE TRANSFER CALL TO SUPERVISOR.One solution offered was to give complaint on 121, i gave complaints and was contacted by technical team and they reiterated that there is no solution from their side and that problem is with calling card and they are avoiding to note complaint.
            We have prepaid connection from tata indicom. My handset is not getting tower.we live near(sambhariya road, phaliyawas) jaipur dist. in rajasthan. So plz provide very soon tata network service so we enjoy to tata indicom.

            TATA Indicom — regarding network problem

            I had taken a tata indicom net connection on 5th of september and regarding this i register so many complains they never checked their network in my location, even accoding to the rule one person has to come to my home to install the mordem but they give me the demo on phone to install it. I had call their service engineer N no of times but the same response that my PC is defective. i was complaining from last two months and now they are saying my PC has problem why didnt they told me 2 months back. Now they are not attending my calls and talk to me so rudely I had paid 3010/- for the net connection.

            Even the Indicom dialer is not working, they said when PC is defective then its not work, my god means my new laptop is that much defective that it cant upload a software???????????? even google.com page take a lot of time to open if my PC is that much defective then i cant do any work on that. I had checked my pc in cafe where they connected it by their network and its worked very good their. I had send 2 mails asking for my complain No and dates so that i could send it to u but they didnt reply yet.

            TATA Indicom — Network Issue

            Dear Sir,

            I have registered a Complaint with the TATA indicomm Call centre regarding Network coverage in Fatima Nagar, Pune on 02.02.2010.

            I have asked the Customer care regarding this and they replied that the Network tower is under repair and it takes till the month of march to install new tower.

            This is ridiculous and it is an act of cheating a customer

            They are charging Rs500 every month as a rent. And the service provided is worst.

            Every month atleast twice this problem occurs.

            Kindly look into it.

            Tata Indicom Postpaid Connection — Network issues

            POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE:
            Good Afternoon Mr. Kohli
            Hope you are doing great!
            I am a Tata Indicom user from last 4 years .
            I use to be one of the happy customers and I have 3 post paid Tata numbers. I want to bring in your consideration a issue which I am facing from last 6 months and no resolution has been given to me.
            I live in Laxmi Nagar. My house is on First floor.
            I hardly get any signals in my home on any of the phones. If some time I get one or two signals ,the call drops and if I make any call ,again I face the same issue. You can check my bill details and can easily make it out how much extra money I am wasting ,calling again and again as call lost or drop.
            I have complained about this issue more than 4 times in last 6 months however I was told that there was only one complained registered on 30/6/2010 and on 17/9/2010.
            I Doubt on your records , as your networking person came to me home twice (on 2 different complains-sorry I do not have no. of the complaints but I remember the name of the person –Kanahiya Lal.)for checking the network issue and called someone from there and said there is a issue with the network in your area.
            I was Promised that the problem will be take care of however I received a message on 15/8/2010 that the complained is been closed.
            I again complained on 18/8/2010 and I got a call from some 0172 number and the really rude person named Manish told me that there is a problem in your area and that cannot be resolved. If you want you can close all the connections and disconnected the call, making me surprised and disappointed.
            I didn’t find any solution of the issue.
            I am becoming frustrated day by day. Due to this network problem I met with a very heavy economic loss of 5 lace Rupees as someone was calling me and I was unable to hear what he is saying. he tried to call me 4 times from USA and finally gave up as I was unable to get him.
            All the Phone numbers I have works fine ,all over India including Vashno davi and Extreme height’s of Bharo jee, however it do not work in my home area i.e. Laxmi Nagar.
            I request you to please look into the matter ASAP so that this issue can be resolved and provide me a discount on my bill for all call lost or made again and again.
            The durations of the calls are nearly from 1 second to 10 seconds.
            This is the last thing which I can request you and if can be resolved ,please help me and do so else I am left with no other option to change my services and close all my phones .
            I was also given a number to call you as[protected] however I tried to call you more than 100 times in last couple of days and all the time I get a call was lost or I get a complete silence and call keeps on going.
            Please do the needful and provide me a discount on all the calls which are lost due to such a massive problem of Networking. One thing I want to put in your Knowledge that all this network problem started from the day you people started your Voice Mail Service. Might be this may help you to understand the issue in a better way.

            I am facing the problem of Network and call drop problem since last three months. Whenever I contacted the Customer care they never attended my complaints, when i contacted the nodal officer through email there is no response till today. On bill they write "engineer on call we're always around". when i contacted the number they told they are unable to solve my problem.In call center also the executive made me wait for 15-20 minutes several times but there is no result till today.

            We are having 3 connection with your organisation. Out of which two were or 3 year zero rental and it seems that they were expired in last month. Your office has activated some other plan without informing us. Please revert the charges at the earliest.Inform the lowest tariffs if any.

              Hello,
              Tata Docomo, Gujarat have increased the GPRS tarrifs substantially. From last month where they were charging Rs. 75 for 2.5 GB, this month they have increased that to Rs 96 for just 100 MB. This i think is unrealistic, and this needs some explanation, because I now need to change the operator itself which means I would be devoid of GPRS for atleast 7 days.

              Please, i need some kind of justification for such an increase.

              I have a tata indicom prepaid sim card no [protected] last one year when i purchase the sim card thae tariff was (old lets rock) without daily rental & since last one month the tariff was changed without any call or sms & converted into (Go power) with daily rental of rs 1.

                      I have use only for Internet purpose. One month rent 325/- plan & 30 Hrs use in one month. I have total use hrs. only 10 Hrs. But my total bil amount from Tata Indicom Dept. 1244/- . But why more bill.
                      please do the nessec. Action to this problem. I have more 4 times complaints. But not any action.

                        My name is John Jackson and I had a landline connection under my fathers name K John Francis.

                        We disconnected the connection 4 months and as advised by your customer care I handed over the handset at the Tata indicom Thopumpady office.I was informed by the customer service that my advance amount would be refunded in a months time but till date I haven't received the refund.I even followed up with the customer service and thopumpady office couple of times but other giving me a promise but they couldn't do anything.

                        I then raised the matter directly with the Tata customer service.i was surprised by there response they claimed that the refund was already done in July via check.since this is not true I requested for the cheque details/address to which they posted the check/bank statement showing that this cheque is encashed.they complaint resolution team said that they would resolve this issue by 19th Dec but the fact is they still failed.

                        Please find below the two an fro emails sent/received from the service provider.

                          We have also been harassed by Mr. Devender. He stated us that he'll send a mail for the no dues and after I have paid the bill, he's not responding and I have been chasing him with 10 days with lots of calls.
                          Earlier I disconnected my photon by a call to Tata Costumer Care. But the billing cycle was getting continued. Devender was harassing me through several phone calls. I paid the bill and was committed from his side that the no dues mail will be sent on mail id.
                          But now, there wasn't any mail in my mail box sent by him and he's also not receiving my calls. And the same procedure of payment reminder by Tata Indicom is being sent on my mobile.


                          Kindly help.

I have even recharged my prepaid internet account on 13th dec (Before which their sales team called me to recharge immediately) but for the downtime credit I haven't received a single call. To make a sales they are calling the customer but when it comes to service they are just shying away.

[protected] i have purchase a tata indicom handset (C-6000 haier) .near by shop in mohan garden uttam nagar . dealer tell me If you are purchase (c-6000haier)handset you wiil be get 1200min.local &std for these min. using peirod 4 months & it price only 1250rs. I have purchase this set and same time i will get the free mins.tata indicom send me a sms ( you have get 1200mins. local &std using periods.last date august 2009) when am i use the handset 1 month. tata indicom cut my 517min local&std 8th april 2009.
                                  i will call tata custmer care executive talk to him and tell him my problem he said your 517mins cut by a mistake we will refund you in short time (11/04/2009) . executive send me a sms(dear custmer, we have registerd your complaint under service request BAL[protected] WE SHALL GET BACK TO YOU WITH THE RESOULATION ) but this is long time to go he have not solve my problem.& tell me you have get by mistake double talktime .we will cut this talk time so we are not refund this min.
                                  he tell me kinds of reasons.
                                  1. you get double talktime.
                                  2. you have replace your sim card another mobile
                                  3. your dealer give you wrong simcard this sim is hero samsung handset sim card so we cut the your talktime

                                    I used 1X internet with Rs 95 plan for 4.5 GB for 30 days. After sending the necessary sms for activating the plan 4.5 GB was credited to my number for 30 days validity and Rs 95 was deducted from my balance. So far so good. After some usage I sent sms : “DB BAL” to 12524 to see my data balance. The return sms informed me that I have 0 mb to my account!! I became suspicious and called CC. The CC executive informed me that I have no balance of data and you used yours all data balance!! I went on using internet on my computer and every time I enquired about the data balance it gave some nil figures. Moreover I also found that my main account balance is Rs 15 which is ok. After some days the connection snapped suddenly in one data session. I enquired my main account balance and to my horror I found it to be zero. The enquiry of data balance continued to be nil figures without any significant meaning. Once again I called CC and now they told me another chilling story. My main account balance has become - 2700. Yes, minus 2700. !!! And I have to top up with Rs 2700.00 in order to continue using the number. Now my outgoing call is barred. When asked as to how a prepaid balance can become negative by such a huge amount the CC politely told me that I used internet and that made the balance negative. But my data pack was active!! Their system has no answer. But their system sent sms that I am being credited with 4.5 GB data!!!! What sort of a system does Tata CDMA have????

                                    I want to ask some questions to you
                                    my questions are:-
                                    1. How can a balance become negative by such a big amount in prepaid connection??
                                    2. When the balance became zero why was the internet connection not closed for zero balance??
                                    3. On what logic I was allowed to use internet without any intimation that my main balance is being wiped out and it is becoming negative???
                                    4. Why the data was balance sms not working??
                                    5. How can a user know that there is or not any data in his data pack account???
                                    6. If the balance is negative why is it not shown on balance enquiry?? Dialing 15225 is giving main balance as 0.00!!!

                                    I complained online on their website and get a call on my alternative no. and they refunded my balance of Rs 120/- and after that my balance again become nil and customer care executive told that your balance is in negative with Rs 2600/- approx. Even that fell on deaf ears!!!

                                    So this is what Tata CDMA is doing with their customers!! And the authorities in charge are least bothered about how a customer may be cheated!!

                                    There are no all the schemes op prepaid on the website.
                                    All the new schemes launched must be on the website.

                                    TATA Indicom PREPAID MOBILE — ACTIVATED POWER PLAN WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION FOR THAT THEY CHARGE Rs 49

                                    please help me to get my money back.
                                    ON 16.07.08 3.48pm i got one call from tataindicom company, as soon as i receive that it goes to disconnect i heard hardly lart word . I did't understand what is the message.i was takan as easy beacause most probabley tataindicom company calling and that all are prerecorded .but this time after this phone i got one SMS that say's you "succesfully actived plan enjoy 30 days" for this they charge me Rs 49 . this amount they deduct me without my confirmation . i do not need this plan i want to reward back my money to my account.
                                    i asked to cutomer care they told me it will reward with in 24 hour after 24 hour they asked me to go to tata gallary witch is at dadar. now you say to get 49 Rs i have to spend my time and more money. they deduct my money only on phone without my confirmation.

                                    TATA Indicom — Payment not credited

                                    I would like to state that Tata Indicom has wiped me off with 645/- I paid that bill on 11/02/08 but till date they have not credited my account. The reason they are hiding behind is that they are not able to locate the payment through the reference number I have provided them (the long number on my credit card statement against the payment).

                                    I have contacted ICICI bank for the reference number and they said the reference number is the same as it appears on my statement. Even after numerous complaints to the Customer service and Nodal offlicer there is no positive response from Tata Indicom.

                                    I guess they are still sticking to the roots of indian companies that A CUSTOMER IS FOOL EITHER HE HAS ME OR ONE LIKE ME SERVICE PROVIDER. When TRAI will understand that we are using this no good service because we do not have a better option.

                                    TATA Indicom — Amount not credited to my Mobile

                                    I had recharged my Mobile No. [protected] from Corporation Bank ATM, Pandeshwar Mangalore for Rs.150.00 but till date the amount is not credited to my Mobile.
                                    every time there would be a server problem i.e. no data, server down, or error in software, and sometime waiting for long hours after that we wouldn't be connected to c/care executive through our mobile why is it so

                                    TATA Indicom — top up amount not credited

                                    Hi,
                                    I have done the top up of my TATA indicom mobile ([protected]) on 25th Aug around 9:05 PM.
                                    But even though the top up success message came to the shopkeeper, NO amount was credited to my mobile. Several times i have tried contacting the customer care number but no one is listening.
                                    This is seriously not acceptable and some explanation must be there as to why the amount is not being credited in my mobile even after 3 days.
                                    I also have the reference number received by the shopkeeper in his mobile after doing the top up

                                    TATA Indicom — Surprisingly Activating Services Without Any Request or Information

                                    it is happening 2nd time with me that Tata Indicom have deducted Rs30 from my balance on the name of HEALTH ON SMS pack today on 26/05/2011 without informing me or without my request.

                                    previously the same thing happened with me on the name of GPRS subscription, that time Tata Indicom deducted Rs94 from my balance on 09/04/2011 & they repeat it again on 11/04/2011 by again deducting Rs94 from my balance.

                                    i got fully frustrated from such a burglar type of service provider, i think i have made a mistake by porting out my no. from Voda to Tata. shame on such a big company.

                                    & all the above mentioned matter happened with me without my consent or my knowledge.

                                    Hi hv also got the same complaint and my negative balance was 1200.And i went to the tata store they told that to continue the service you must pay the negative amount.It happend due to using the internet by pc in 95 pack only mobile browsing is allowed.Now im using the same 95 pack by mobile browsing only and now im not facing any problem.But the customer service is very poor due to minus balance they barred my sim no outgoing and incoming call and the toll free no.198 also they barred then how can we get the service support.

                                    And now also they deducting some amount from my balanche while recharging the internet pack dont know why they duducting my balance after contacting the customer care they told that i have downloaded game from the dive in site.This is rubbish i never opened dive in site till today then how can they say that i have downloaded a game from dive in site.

                                    Doeas Tata Indicom provide any facility to check the data balance for EVDO/HSIA mobile internet usage? I don't think they have any.

                                    Their customer care support (12524) has no answer for it. I have spoken to multiple operators and they just keep beating about the bush. On top of it they have made their so called "customer care service" a paid service and deduct your balance everytime you speak to any operator.

                                    Shameless creatures.
