Wrongly balance deduction

I tried so many times but customer care did not give response and again deducted balance 50 paises . Actually sir i recharged yesterday 25 rupees in night around 10 pm that time i got full talk time 22 rupees but suddenly i have gotten another sms who activation service then i checked that balance deducted my account 10 rupees...

Bills getting generated without use.

Converting Existing Plan to Corporate Plan

Substantial Rise in Tariffs without notice

Hello,
Tata Docomo, Gujarat have increased the GPRS tarrifs substantially. From last month where they were charging Rs. 75 for 2.5 GB, this month they have increased that to Rs 96 for just 100 MB. This i think is unrealistic, and this needs some explanation, because I now need to change the operator itself which means I would be devoid of GPRS for atleast 7 days.

Complaint against Devender Singh

Promised Downtime Credit of 2 days not credited yet

This is what Tata Indicom Broadband offers in terms of service. I have even recharged my prepaid internet account on 13th dec (Before which their sales team called me to recharge immediately) but for the downtime credit I haven't received a single call. To make a sales they are calling the customer but when it comes to service they are just shying away.

TATA INDICOM CHEATED CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR DATA PACKS

I used 1X internet with Rs 95 plan for 4.5 GB for 30 days. After sending the necessary sms for activating the plan 4.5 GB was credited to my number for 30 days validity and Rs 95 was deducted from my balance. So far so good.
